#troofless stuff#troofless watches anime#bnha mumblings#i love giulio and anna! they belong in a spinoff on their own wtf#giulio's fight scenes go harder than anyone elses scenes and i hate yutapon's work as usual

Coworker was trying to wrangle me into his marvel RPG campaign, and while I'm not really up for all that right now, it did get me thinking about what kind of character I'd play, and I'm thinking something stupidly unassuming but with some weird breakable potential. And I think what id do is play an X-men mutant and call him Greebling(or Greeble? Greebles? Greeblies?) and his power is that he greebles your shit.
He can change the surface texture of things he comes into contact with for as long as he's in contact with it, or maybe for a short time afterward. In conjunction with just being an enthusiastic rock climber the mundane application of this is that he can basically climb anything. But can also use it to run interference against enemies by throwing obstacles at them. And on the extreme end he can basically do anime ass weaponized yutapon cubes bullshit to the ground or walls.
Out side of crime fighting he'd be a struggling artist with some modest recognition for his skill but no real commercial success --he'd be a sculptor.
And then there's some soft science bullshit about the chemical/molecular content and stability of things he greebles incoukd play with. Like more extreme greebling across a big enough area means he's basically creating more surface area, in turn weakening the substance he's manipulating because it's still the same mass of whatever it was before he greebled it.
And in the most extreme abstracted levels of his power, with a lot of guidance from scientists and use of equipment to help him visualize what he's doing --and maybe some psychic mutants like expanding their brain or something-- he can technically split an atom or diffuse radiation.
Oh and name him something like Lorne Dykstra, or Kuat, or Kenner as a nod to either the Star wars ILM prop team, or Kuat Drive Yards, or Kenner toys.

A 50-minute slugfest and a Nautilus mid pick welcome LoL fans to MSI 2023
League of Legends players, welcome to the Big City. Four of the top professional teams in the world faced off on the opening day of the 2023 Mid-Season Invitational, which got underway today in London. Riot Games has changed up the international mid-year event with a fresh format that has every team jump into best-of gameplay from the opening day, which should allow each roster to show off their strategies and ability to adapt in the face of adversity. There were only two series played on day one, and although they ended in sweeps, G2 Esports, LOUD, PSG Talon, and DetonatioN FocusMe kept the London crowd on the edge of their seats by keeping their foot on the gas pedal from the first minute onward. In the end, two teams earned their place in the next round of the play-in stage, while two others will be fighting for their tournament lives soon. Here are the biggest highlights from the first day of MSI 2023. Wako wakes up, dominates DFM in opening series Although the first game of their series against DetonatioN FocusMe was much more lopsided, PSG Talon had to claw their way to a series victory after their opponents accrued nearly a 9,000 gold lead at the 25-minute mark of their second match. Longtime DFM AD carry Yuta “Yutapon” Sugiura took off on Zeri, dominating the early teamfights with her superior mobility, while mid laner Lee “Aria” Ga-eul found multiple key charms to isolate PSG’s carries. It looked like the series would extend to three games, but as the second game dragged on, PSG ADC Tsou “Wako” Wei-Yang farmed well enough to become a massive carry threat on Aphelios. After 50 minutes of back-and-forth action, the 24-year-old blasted his way to eight kills and nine assists while also racking up an incredible 57,700 damage. PSG needed to take three Baron buffs and four Infernal Drakes to get the win, while surviving a late-game Elder Dragon push into their base. Caps revives Nautilus mid against LOUD The last time competitive League fans saw Nautilus being played in the mid lane at an international tournament was back in 2019 when Doinb shocked G2 by picking the champ in the Worlds finals. Today, Caps brought back the pick for G2’s first series against LOUD, and it was a huge pick for their late-game efforts. Wielding Nautilus’ massive anchor, the iconic European mid laner ended with two kills and 30 assists as he roamed around to set up easy ganks for his jungler and side lanes. Later into the series, his hook became the go-button for G2’s teamfighting efforts as he dove under towers and fearlessly jumped into the face of LOUD’s entire team composition to kick off a skirmish. G2 had to shake off the rust in game one, but they stomped their opponents in 20 minutes in the second match of the day, leaving no doubt of their capabilities as a unit. The team’s rookie jungler Yike also had a perfect MSI debut, ending the day with 18 kills, 22 assists, and only two deaths on Nidalee. He even led the team in damage in the second game as he continuously landed spears and perfect combos on the enemy carries. With these victories, both G2 and PSG will face off against each other in the second round of the winners bracket, while LOUD and DFM must scratch and claw their way to a second chance at the second stage starting on Tuesday, May 9. Finished ROTMNT season 2. AAAAAH its so good. Lupin III is an anime that’s a cartoon and this is a cartoon that’s an anime. We got Yutapon cubes and the Umakoshi eye you guys. Can’t wait for the movie to blow my tits off. And again it sucks seeing the clear potential and intentions to further this iteration that are just...sitting there. If there is a chance of Nick or even *gag* Netflix furthering it then sign me up, if not well we can say despite its shorter length this was a great interpretation of one of the best franchises. Its easily the version with the best animation.

1) Yutaka Nakamura - research
Analyzing his visual style and work
Some of the distinct features used in his work includes action scenes, the use of impact frames, smoke effects, sparks, sword and motion blurs, martial art choreography such as kung-fu, wushu, camera shakes, fluid transitions, notable details of debris effects and yutapon cubes (ex. when something is exploding and it breaks into cube shaped debris and he uses this technique really well in a lot of his work.)
His visual style is distinguished by face paced movements and high level of intensity. He also uses another key principle that makes it really amazing and cinematic - contrast. He utilizes it impressively with the use of contrast of speed and contrast of scale. (ex. how he makes the background component bigger on a screen compared to the subject to make it look larger in size vice versa and contrast of the background moving much faster than the subject shown with lines of motion and blur to emphasize it)
His work has also been discussed in an animation panel focused on Japanese animators, called: "Yutaka Nakamura: Grandmaster Fight Animator." And one of his most notable animation works includes the last action scene in the movie “Sword of the Stranger”.
