                      if anyone were to ask her what was currently happening on the movie they were supposedly watching on her laptop, minah would stutter in response, unable to give an answer. why? because she’s too focused on something else. on someone else. and it’s eating at her how much she wants to do more than hold his hand. don’t get her wrong! she loves holding his hand but... it’s not enough. at least, not for her. was it enough for him? the girl’s fingers walk towards his leg, which isn’t even too far from hers, until she’s touching his thigh, an almost innocent smile on her features.

         elijah had done an okay job at staying away from anyone he might have known prior to, well, you know, but he’d never been very good at keeping to himself and even death had done little to help that. it seems inevitable that he ends up drifting around the other, even if things had ended up so rocky between them. he hovers around nonetheless, poking around and prodding as if nothing had changed. “ is this really all you do for fun ? ”

     “wonder how all that mistletoe got everywhere.” the ceiling is nearly covered in the stuff, thanks to hojin’s overzealous handiwork, unnecessary as it might be. but it’s the holidays, and he likes the tradition of it too much to not partake in it.

she couldn’t always win a fight; it didn’t help that she had fallen over the scar on her left hip either. it felt like an old wound had been reopened, with scratches along her skin and blood trickling down the crevices of her skin. there was an underground medic, so she’s heard from a few little birds. a few individuals led her to where they usually work, her hand pressing down against a piece of old clothing that she was carrying around so that she could lessen the pain, yet she was wincing trying to find the medic. the name she was given was hyunwoo, hoping she could find them soon.

     “would you just - shut it, and follow me ?” this feels too dangerous, in a way her smile has been coaxing in heart, in a way that sends tension tightening in lungs and heart stuttering in beats. insu really shouldn’t bring her to the beach, even under the guise of a change of scenery, as it feels too intimate to show her this little piece of himself, this little ritualistic getaway.

also @ the anon that was worried about being too old!! i just turned 27 about a week ago & no one has ever really paid much attention to my age. different generations always seem to think that ppl like 2 years older than them are oLD and shouldn't be interested in the same things as them, but kpop is literally just a music genre. if a 14 year old metal fan tried to tell someone in their 30s that they shouldn't be listening, they'd probably just get laughed at. music doesn't have age (1)

Yes exactly!!! Even tho on twt you see some 14 years olds calling out 30 years old saying they're hags and shouldn't like kpop aLSO I personally know someone born in 97' that sometimes is afraid to stan some idols born in 00' because people have shamed then in a way, and internet in general shames older people about liking this. I don't think age should matter :/ also as long as you're not some older weirdo writting smut about underage members or members that got overage that same year because "ahaha they're 18 already", you're good imo. Like you said kpop is a music genre how can age be a restriction here like agshbsnsns but then again it's understandable some people take a step back and feel the way they do, even if they mean good because,, mostly twt, is what it is 😔

hyejung lie next to him after spending the night, extending her arm to cup his cheek. she couldn’t tell if he was still sleeping, but hopefully he was dreaming of good things (his resting face seemed to make it look like he was.) she smiles, caressing his cheek with her thumb before pulling away. “you’re as beautiful as the flowers you arrange. like my favorite flower, you bloom under the sun, retreating back to warmth when needed.” she says in a hushed whisper, pulling the blanket over her before tucking it in under her chin. “i wonder.. what y’think about.” she says to herself before looking down.
