i am thinking about them and i am giving them animals to hang out with. yeag

hiei - falcon

falconeers don't really own their falcons. it takes a long time to build trust with them, and they can fly away at any time. they are wild animals

i think hiei would appreciate that untamed quality, and the speed, sight, and skill of them. i think he'd want a capable animal companion, if any at all

note: kuwabara would be freaked out by the emphasis on competence/functionality as well as the impermanence of it. he views animals as creatures to be protected and cherished, while hiei would rather spend time with something capable, self-sufficient, and useful (stealing this idea from my eikichi fic bc i think im right)

the closer an animal or an animal-owner relationship is to a baby/baby-parent relationship, the further he wants to be from it. it grosses him out a Lot. to him, it's like adopting an adult and then babytalking it

there's some tension inherent with kurama owning any prey animal (i think they sense his foxness), but if he finds one that isn't bothered by it, i think they'd get along just fine

if i had to guess at a reason for it i'd say it's a matter of feeling appreciated. you generally can't get cats to do anything they don't want to do, so that means when they show you love, it's extra special. and i think his perseverence with challenges could help him win over even the most reluctant of cats, as well as his gentleness and unconditional love towards those critters

i think kuwa likes winning animals/people over and feeling chosen and seen

strong preference for very social animals, particularly mammals (so not, like, hermit crabs). i think he'd like dogs too

hates mice, so kurama's rats would be a bit weird for him

not huge on fish or reptiles, but willing/able to admire the coolness of them after freaking out for a bit. not huge on bugs and usually doesn't get over that

yusuke - it's complicated

i hate to say it but i don't think yusuke's really an animal person

HOWEVER. i do see him having a 50-year love-hate relationship with a sassy parrot. idk why i just think he'd argue with a bird

less used to short lifespans relative to him, would probably do better with something that lives longer, i.e. a parrot, while he's adjusting to that reality

though i think he'd appreciate feeling wanted and loved, i don't know that the responsibility of a pet would make him feel grounded and secure (i.e. kuwabara), but more anxious and constricted.

his carefree lifestyle would conflict with high maintenance pets, so he probably avoids them for a long time until he's ready to settle down

i think he likes dogs like he likes kids. they're cool to spend time with, but he's probably not gonna feel ready for them until they get dumped on him. i can see him dogsitting for keiko.

ok. i know birds are probably everyone's first thought bc of her bird friends at tarukane's, but i have a counter-proposal:

i think yukina loves birds but wouldn't want to trap them. she strikes me more as a feeding-birds-at-the-park type + knows what it's like to be trapped (and resents it)

she would be very willing to take in a wild bird that, due to injury or illness, could not be re-released. i think she'd love that

instead, i propose: hermit crabs and brine shrimp

my justifications for this are pretty limited. i mostly just think she'd be really into little guys. and i think she'd have a bit more interest in pets that would be considered weird or boring by others (i.e. cockroaches, beetles, tarantulas), especially if they come from non-icy climates. i can picture her holding everything from an iguana to a maggot with similar enthusiasm. but i think she'd likely start with small aquatic guys

plus, she feels a lot less bad about the trapping thing because they need to be in water to survive. it feels more right to her

anyway i just feel like she'd enjoy aquatic stuff. maybe because it's novel, if the ice world was too cold for them to be accessible

i like to think there's ponds on genkai's property that she could put koi or turtles in

i also struggled with her a lot, but i think she'd be a dog person

AND i also think she'd be into those small rodents, i.e. hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs (for smth bigger). maybe she had a few as a kid and never really got bored with them like others did. quite passionate about their value as pets, very upset about how they are treated by broader communities

part of me says she'd want a little dog and part of me says she'd want a huge rowdy dog (a bit like yusuke), so maybe she can have both. as a treat :)

though if i had to place anyone as interested in raising farm animals (as livestock or as pets), it'd be her. idk why but i can see her caring for geese and pigs and stuff. she wouldn't mind the hard and often dirty work of it

Personality:

Akiko is mostly a reserved and calculated person. Most of the time she will not get involved in something and lets things play out by themselves unless she feels the need to include herself. She often has a neutral expression on her face which makes it hard to read her emotions and her motives.

From the get-go, Akiko shows distrust towards the cursed spirits and Pseudo-Geto and isn't afraid to show this, but she shows no hostility towards the other Death Painting Wombs. In fact, she develops a crush on Choso upon seeing him but makes sure to keep her distance after seeing he's quite quiet and seemingly aloof. Despite this, Akiko is a lot happier and more talkative when she's with Choso.

Akiko holds no hatred towards Jujutsu Sorcerers or humans for that matter despite being half cursed spirit. During the fight against Satoru Gojo, she barely committed to fighting since she wasn't interested in sacrificing her life trying to kill him; rather she was intrigued by him as a person and found his abilities to be extraordinary. She shows no interest in trying to kill Yuji Itadori, despite that being what Choso wants, nor does she care about him absorbing Sukuna's fingers. Even after almost dying to Yukina, Akiko held no hatred towards her and even became alliances with her and helped her save the sorcerers from Uraume.

The only thing Akiko truly hates is the Zenin Clan, especially Osamu Zenin: the man who violated and impregnated her mother. Akiko became self aware earlier than most fetuses and remembered her human mother to the point of forming a strong bond and love for her. Akiko was uncomfortable to be around Maki, but didn't hate her, so she just kept quiet.

Due to her being self-aware and intelligent like Choso, Akiko was able to hone her cursed technique for 300 years

Mini background:

Someone else with the brain transplant technique was born in the Edo Period and transplanted their brain into a member of the Zenin Clan called Osamu Zenin. Just like in the Meiji Era, there was a woman who had a special genetic composition that allowed her to bear a curse's child. Osamu Zenin heard about this and decided to take action for his own entertainment. He manipulated Yua into marrying him and then carried out an experiment that got her pregnant. The fetus gained self awareness much quicker than other fetuses and formed a strong bond with Yua; a bond so strong that Yua grew to love her child and called her 'Akiko' while still in the womb. After Akiko was aborted and sealed in a jar, Yua fell ill and died before she could be impregnated again. Sometime after, Kenjaku encountered Osamu and killed him upon recognising him as someone with the same technique as him, but he did keep him alive for some time to learn more about him.

The fetus was secured at some point by Tokyo Jujutsu High and was sealed along with the other nine Death Painting Wombs and got stored inside Jujutsu High's Warehouse, hidden behind Tengen's concealing barrier. During the invasion of the school's goodwill event, Mahito was able to reach the warehouse since everyone was distracted. He detected the presence of special grade cursed objects and followed them to get past Tengen's barrier. He killed any Jujutsu Sorcerers that served as guards and stole Death Painting Wombs 1-3, along with the first ever Death Painting Womb from the Edo Period. Mahito and Kenjaku would later incarnate it which would grant Akiko a new flesh and blood vessel. She still remembered her mother but kept quiet about it.

the demon brothers that are teh evil Terminator and evil Michel Jackson are actually fine. They overheard the boys' strategy and pretended to lose. Why teh fuck they though that the shape shifting brother was dead when only the muscle brother got stabbed?? Well, Yusuke and Kuwabara are just not very smart.

"So yeah, that's what Yujis been up to." Gojo said while leaning back in his chair and putting his feet on the table.

Yukina sat across from him, eating a breakfast burrito and taking in the information Gojo had told her. Yuji had been on quite the adventure since eating that cursed object. He's fought curses, made allies, and made some enemies too. The girl frowned at the mention of the patch-faced cursed spirit that had hurt her little brother. Even more so, the higher-ups intentionally got Yuji and his friends in a dangerous situation just so they could kill him and Sukuna inside him.

"So how's the exchange event going?" Yukina asks after swallowing her food.

"Oh some curse users raided Jujutsu High along with a special grade. One of our students managed to catch a curse user that possessed the same orbs as the ones you got a few years ago." Gojo explained. "I also blasted a curse user's limbs off. It was pretty hilarious. Oh and I also made fun of Principal Gakuganji—"

"Does Yuji know I'm a student at Jujutsu High?" Yukina blurted out.

"No. No he doesn't."

Yukina sighs and takes another bite of her burrito. Her hatred towards the higher-ups had grown significantly.

"Can we just kill the higher ups already?" Yukina growled.

"Leave that to me." Gojo snapped back. "I want those bastards dead too but they'll just keep getting replaced."

Yukina sighed while taking another bite of her breakfast burrito.

"Oh yeah! I forgot to mention something." Gojo said as he clapped his hands together. "Yuji went up against Aoi Todo and they even cornered a special grade together."

Yukina's eyes widened at that last name. She had met Todo during the exchange event last year with Yuta, but he also met his younger sister. Unfortunately she died a year prior to that so they never got to meet again.

Yukina let out a bitter laugh at the coincidence that the Todo and Itadori siblings would be working together to fight a cursed spirit. Her and Shika in 2016 and now Aoi and Yuji.

"Ey, you okay?" Gojo asked with concern in his tone.

"Yeah. I just think it's weird how both Todo and Itadori siblings both helped eachother out in battle." Yukina said.

Gojo chuckles. "Yeah that's a bit of a crazy coincidence. Aoi was a great match for Yuji and now his cursed energy is up on another level from when I last saw him."

"Is Yuji happy?" Yukina asks.

Gojo looks at her for a moment then smiles. "Of course. Despite everything, he's still him."

"I hope so. He's got a special grade inside of his body that could be pestering him 24/7 for all we know and that patchface sounds like he might've mentally screwed with Yuji somehow." Yukina comments.

"Like I said, despite everything it'll still be him." Gojo said.

Gojo then puts on a poker face as he stares at Yukina. "Say, your cursed energy has skyrocketed since I last saw you. I expected you to get stronger but this is...wow"

"Yeah. Something weird happened to me in June and I got stronger. I also got a new ability."

Gojo raised an eyebrow. "New ability? What happened in June?"

"I don't know how to describe it but I felt something strong surge through me that was so powerful I passed out." Yukina said, which made Gojo narrow his eyes in thought under his blindfold. "Oh, I can unleash invisible slashes with hand gestures."

Gojo raised an eyebrow "Hand gestures?"

"Yeah I can just point or swipe my hand to attack my target. I only know two techniques; one of which I have to make direct contact with my target to activate it." Yukina explained.

Gojo looked at her, seemingly in thought then chuckles. "Seems like you got quite the power up."

"Yeah but the more cursed energy I put into the slashes, the more damage they do. I could probably cut through an airplane if I wanted to." Yukina commented.

"Yeeeeeeah but you won't! You're a good person despite everything that's happened to ya." Gojo says.

He looked at the clock on the drawer near them which read 9:06am, which meant it was midnight in Tokyo.

"Anyways I gotta get going." Gojo said as he stood up.

"Hm?" Yukina hummed as she finished her burrito.

"The other students are having a day off due to the events of the exchange event so we'll be having a meeting."

"Oh."

"You stay safe alright? When are you coming back to Tokyo?"

"Uh probably the 10th? Maybe the 11th." Yukina says while scratching her head.

"Alright!" Gojo gives her a thumbs up. "Have fun! Take care of yourself."

As Gojo warps himself back to Japan, Yukina turns on her phone which shows her lock screen wallpaper of a selfie of her and Yuji eating KFC on Christmas day 2012.

"You little sushiroll. You better be safe."

"Don't run too far kids!" Moriko called out as Umeko ran off hand in hand with a girl her age.

"Kaori! Slow downnn." Six year old Umeko whined but the light brown haired girl in front of her didn't.

Umeko sighed but she was grateful to have a friend. It was a good thing Kaori was deaf otherwise she'd be following every command from her cursed speech, even without meaning to curse her. It felt so good to be away from the other kids in their class who would bully them just for being different from the rest of them.

Umeko couldn't risk uttering even the most normal words otherwise she'd curse her classmates.Despite not liking them, she wouldn't want to curse them by accident or out of anger. She had to keep her emotions in check all the time and it was exhausting.

Kaori dragged her friend across the park and to a small pond where there were ducks. The ducklings were so fluffy and cute it made the girl squeal.

"Umeko look! Aren't they adorable??" Kaori exclaimed while pointing at the ducklings then looking at her friend for a response.

Umeko nodded her head. "Yeah they look adorable! Fluffy like a sheep."

"I know right!" Kaori turned her head back to the ducklings. "Maybe we should steal one of them."

Umeko was a little dumbfounded at her friend's suggestion. Kaori flickered her eyes over to the white haired cursed speech user.

"I'm not sure about that Kaori. We don't know how deep the water is." Umeko said, looking flabbergasted.

"It'll be fine." Kaori says as she takes a step into the water and immediately falls right under.

"Kaori!!" Umeko yelled out as both their parents came running towards them.

Umeko looked from them to the water multiple times before diving in to save her friend. Her cheeks were puffed up from taking a deep breath as she swam underwater looking for her friend. Her vision was blurry and she couldn't see a thing. She kept feeling around to try and get a grasp on Kaori but all she could feel was more water.

She was starting to feel dizzy and desperately needed to take a breath but she didn't want to give up on her friend. She couldn't lose her friend that didn't get affected by her cursed speech nor bullied her. Kaori was just like her even if she was also different.

As Umeko's head started hurting more and more, she managed to get a grasp of something. Before she could try and see what it was, a giant arm wrapped around her waist and pulled her out of the pond. As she laid down on the ground, she saw her adoptive father had pulled her out and had Kaori in his other arm.

The world around her suddenly flickered as she was suddenly sitting on her bed with a distant look in her eyes. Three years had passed in such a short time and Umeko had just heard the news that Kaori had run away and her lifeless body had been found floating face down in a river. Witnesses had called and said they saw Kaori walk up to the river and stand there for a few minutes before jumping in.

Umeko's fingers tangled through her hair as tears fell onto her lap. Her best friend, her only friend had killed herself and left her all alone. She had no one else but her family. All she wanted was a friend her age that didn't see her as a weirdo for not talking and someone who would be her friend no matter what. Kaori was able to be friends with her because she was deaf and couldn't be affected by her cursed speech, but now she's gone. As the tears kept falling, she remembered how a specific boy would be especially cruel to Kaori and once ripped out her hearing aids, causing her ears to bleed.

Umeko's vision slowly turned red as anger overcame her grief, and her environment flickered again. This time she was standing over that boy who was bleeding and his limbs were bent and broken. He was crying and was holding one of his broken limbs with another. For the first time ever, Umeko had used cursed speech to deliberately hurt someone. She hadn't even thought about the consequences of her actions and ended up being expelled from school after assaulting nine other students in her class with her own fists, before being restrained by two teachers.

Why...were humans so cruel?

Umeko gasped as she awoke in her dorm and was laying in her bed. She wanted to forget all about that situation with Kaori and using her cursed speech but of course it had to come back to her through a dream. She took a few breaths in as she remembered what had happened during the exchange event. She had almost died if it wasn't for her being able to use the reversed cursed technique; heck, the orb she swallowed probably gave her a boost in cursed energy which is why it wasn't drained after using it twice.

As Umeko came to her senses, she noticed her scarf was around her neck, her hair was loose and she was touching something...soft and fluffy. She leaned up to see what was under her left hand and saw Yuji lying on her bed while sitting in a chair. Cute but, why the hell is her hand on his head? Did he move it?

Umeko sighs and starts petting his hair, which makes Yuji's head perk right up.

"Hey you're awake!" He exclaims with his usual goofy grin.

Umeko groans as the pain from her battle is starting to settle in. It's not unbearable but it's enough to make her uncomfortable. Yuji's expression shifts to one of concern as he reaches a hand out to pet her head.

"I can't believe you got into such a dangerous battle. You're lucky they could heal your arm otherwise you'd only have one." Yuji said as he wrapped his arms around Umeko's waist.

He's just worried about his best friend. She lost her jaw and her legs that she healed with reverse cursed technique, then lost a chunk of her jaw along with her arms. Her jaw had healed but it had left a scar along the right side of her face. She healed one arm and Shoko healed the other while she was unconscious. Healing entire limbs is difficult to do, so it was a miracle Shoko could.

Umeko leans into Yuji's touch, who chuckles and lays down on her stomach. Umeko wraps her arms around his head and cuddles him while the boy hums in content. After a few minutes, Yuji perked his head up.

"Hey are you hungry?" He asks.

Before Umeko could answer, Yuji took out a bag of nikudango and shoved them in her chest.

"Here! Eat these!"

Umeko opened up the bag and started eating the meatballs.

"Oh yeah. Apparently my older sister is a student here and she's coming here soon." Yuji says.

"Sishtah?" Umeko asks between mouthfuls.

"Yeah. Remember when I told you she disappeared a few years ago? Well apparently she went here and she's been abroad for months." Yuji explained.

A couple of hours ago, Yuji had overheard Panda telling Maki, Toge, Megumi, and Nobara that Gojo said Yukina was supposed be arriving back to Tokyo soon. Yuji was shocked and a little upset that no one told him about Yukina and immediately grabbed Megumi by the collar and violently shook him while demanding an explanation.

"How do you feel?"

"I'm excited to see her again but I'm also a little nervous. What if she's not the same person anymore? She's a fourth year so she's probably experienced way more horrifying things than we have. Maybe she's like herself anymore." Yuji said with a frown on his face.

"Even if that's the case, she'll still be your sister. Maybe she'll be even happier once she sees you."

Yuji smiles at the notepad. "Thanks Umeko."

Yukina finally arrived at Tokyo Jujutsu High after being in Mexico for five months. She enjoyed the time she spent in a foreign country but she was glad to be back at Jujutsu High where her little brother, Gojo, and everyone else was. Although she didn't see the last three very often, she still loved and admired them.

"Man it's good to be back. I wonder where my little idiot and his friends are. I wonder how Panda, Maki, and Toge are doing as second years and if Yuta is doing alright in Africa..." Yukina said out loud to herself as she walked around with no destination in mind.

"Oh they're fine!" Gojo said as he suddenly appeared behind Yukina and put his arm around her shoulder.

"Gojo!" Yukina yelped as she flinched. "Stop doing that!"

Gojo laughed. "Oh c'mon! Is that how you greet your favourite teacher after being gone for five months?"

"I saw you three days ago!" Yukina snapped back while rolling her eyes playfully.

"So how was the flight here? Did you get enough rest? Did you eat—"

"Gojo! Gojo!" Yukina waved her hands in his face. "Calm down!"

"I just wanna know if my favourite student is doing well!" Gojo chuckled.

"Well I actually slept for most of the flight believe it or not. Although the food on the way here to Tokyo was hella good! I wish I could have it again!" Yukina exclaims.

Gojo smiled at Yukina's excitement. She was a lot like Yuji but she was more like this when she was around people she was comfortable with and knew very well.

"Did you bring any souvenirs?" Gojo asks with his usual teasing smirk.

"Yeah but they're not for you." Yukina immediately snaps back with sass in her tone.

"Oho! You would say that!" Gojo laughs and pats Yukina on the back. "Anyways you'll probably want to see everyone sooooo..."

Gojo walks Yukina through Jujutsu High while having an arm around her shoulders. The girl rolled her eyes with a smirk on her face as they walked through the building.

"I bet Yuji will be so excited to see you! He'll cry so many tears that we'll have enough water to give to every homeless person in Japan! Maybe he'll even vomit—"

"I don't think homeless people would appreciate being given literal bottled up tears." Yukina commented, cutting Gojo off.

"Yeah but people will eat anything if they're starving so they'll drink anything if they're thirsty!" Gojo stated while chuckling.

"Gojo, did someone rewire your brain while I was gone? You seem more airheaded than usual." Yukina remarks.

"Huuuuuh? I'm just the same old Satoru Gojo you've known for years!" Gojo exclaims with a pout.

Yukina rolled her eyes. "Where is Yuji anyways?"

"Probably with Umeko." Gojo replies.

Yukina raised an eyebrow and looked at Gojo. "Umeko?"

"Oh didn't I tell ya? There's another Inumaki sibling and she's the cutest thing! She looks like a combination of me and Ichiko—"

"Don't mention that fucking name." Yukina growled.

Gojo put his hands up in mock surrender. "Sorryyyy! But anyways her family got killed by the patchface curse so she's kind of on her own mission to exorcise it." He explained.

"Did you have to tell me such personal information? You could've just stopped at the fact that she was an Inumaki sibling." Yukina said.

She didn't really like how Gojo told her something that Umeko would've liked kept to herself and not have other people find out. Considering the patchface curse is a special grade, there's no telling whether Umeko knew the true dangers of handing a cursed that high level and if it even stopped her. She might've tunnel visioned on this mission without caring about her life; that reminds Yukina of herself.

"Oh yeah, one more thing about Umeko. She—"

"Gojo stop. I don't need more personal information about this girl that she wouldn't want anyone else finding out—"

"She's in love with Yuji!"

Yukina blinked in surprise. "She...is?"

Gojo chuckled. "Yup! Little ol' Yuji probably feels the same too but I sense some third wheeling or perhaps some polyamory from Fushiguro. Haha! They'll be just like me and you!"

"Me and you?" Yukina cocked her head slightly.

"Yeah! Y'know, how it was me, Geto and her, then you, Yuta, and Toge!" Gojo states.

Yukina was a little flustered. "What!? There's nothing going on between—"

"Oh don't worry. I won't tell anyone." Gojo gives Yukina his usual annoying smirk which makes her frown.

"I need to put my stuff in my dorm." Yukina says.

"I'll do that for you!" Gojo replies as he takes Yukina's suitcase and warps away.

"Gojo..." Yukina trailed off as she facepalmed. "What a dumbass."

She can sense some familiar presences in the building but there were two unfamiliar ones. She sighed and started walking to her dorm since she didn't know where else to go. Gojo then appears in front of her AGAIN with his usual stupid grin.

"Alright all done!" He exclaims.

"Seriously? I just got back and I can't catch a break..." Yukina mumbles.

"Aw c'mon! Don't you wanna see your good old second-year friends again?" Gojo asked while bending down a little to be eye level with Yukina.

"Maybe after I've gotten my shit together!"

Yukina huffed and walked past Gojo who followed behind her, still keeping that goofy grin in his face. She could sense she was getting closer to a familiar presence alongside an unfamiliar presence as she walked 'round the corner. Megumi was there talking to a girl she'd never seen before; probably a newer first year.

"Ah Megumi! Nobara! How lovely to see you two!" Gojo exclaims while putting his hands together.

"Ugh." Nobara groans.

"Itadori, nice to see you again." Megumi says with a nod of acknowledgement.

"Wait....THAT'S HIS SISTER??" Nobara exclaims.

"Yup!" Gojo then wraps an arm around Yukina's shoulders. "This is fourth-year special grade jujutsu sorcerer: Yukina Itadori!"

Yukina frowns. "I don't need a dramatic introduction."

"That wasn't dramatic! It was perfection." Gojo kisses his fingers dramatically.

"Where's my little brother? I want to see him." Yukina asked while looking at Megumi.

"Probably our friend's dorm. He's been worried about her ever since she got injured during the exchange event." Megumi replied.

"Oh, you mean Umeko? Got it."

"Hold on, how do you know her name already?" Nobara asked with suspicious narrowed eyes.

"Gojo told me. In fact he's told me a lot about Yuji's journey up until now." Yukina dryly replied.

"Wow Gojo is actually telling other people necessary information instead of leaving it as a surprise? That's a first." Megumi joked.

"What do you mean?? I tell everyone everything!" Gojo retorted which made Yukina snort.

"Anyways I can sense Yuji's presence with someone I don't recognise. I'll see y'all around." Yukina said.

"Aw cmon! Have a chat with the first years—" Gojo started saying as Yukina was walking away.

As Yukina was about to round the corner, she stopped and turned her head a little.

"Oh, and Megumi?"

"Yeah?" Megumi asked.

"Thank you...for bringing Yuji back from Sukuna's control."

As Yukina disappeared from sight, Megumi's lip quivered slightly as he thought about what happened that day, but his thoughts were cut off when Gojo started dramatically crying.

"How beautiful!"

Megumi growled. "Shut up."

"She doesn't seem to be like Itadori at all. I wonder what happened to her." Nobara commented.

"Considering she said she doesn't want Yuji to end up like her, probably a lot." Megumi replied.

As Yukina walked down the hallway, a door opened and Yuji walked out with a white haired girl by his side.

"You okay, Umeko?" Yuji asked as he held her hand.

"Mehh.." The girl whined as she rubbed her eyes.

Yuji chuckles. "You're still a little tired huh? Well at least you had some food."

Umeko looks up and flinches at Yukina's sudden appearance. Her hearing is top notch so she should've heard Yukina coming, but since Yukina is a special grade, she can make no noise whatsoever and hide her presence without even trying, despite her immense amount of cursed energy.

Yuji looks where Umeko is looking and his smile instantly fades from shock. Yukina and Yuji maintain eye contact for a moment after being apart for three years and never seeing or hearing from eachother. Yukina's eyes then flicker over to Umeko for a second to study her.

"I didn't know Toge had a sister." She stated.

"N-neither did Toge. It's...complicated." Yuji stutters, sounding like he's on the verge of years.

"Big sis...why did you disappear for so long? I've missed you so much since that day!" Yuji finally let his tears run down his face.

"I uhm..." Yukina trailed off, a lump forming in her throat. "Awoke a technique and...hurt people."

Yuji gasped and ran into her arms crying as she wrapped her arms around him.

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry you went through that. I'm sorry I couldn't be there for you!" Yuji sobbed into her shoulder.

"Yuji please..." Yukina said with a soft smile on her face. "I'm the older sibling, I had to leave so I could protect my younger sibling. Even though people knew I wouldn't hurt my family, I wasn't in control of my technique so I had to be trained in order to not harm anymore people by accident."

"I missed you! I missed you so much! Please never leave me again!" Yuji cried as he rubbed his face against his older sister's shoulder.

"Well I'm usually quite busy on missions but I won't be leaving you permanently. Now that we're both jujutsu sorcerers, we'll still be together in one way or another." Yukina says while holding Yuji closer to her.

Yukina didn't notice she had subconsciously opened her secondary pair of eyes which creeped Umeko out a little, but she wasn't terrified of her. Yukina looked over at her and seemed unbothered by her reaction since it was normal and understandable.

"Yeah, I was born with four eyes. Other than being creepy, they're not dangerous." Yukina states.

"O-oh uhm..." Umeko stutters which makes Yukina laugh.

"Don't worry, I'm not offended. There have been way worse reactions to my eyes than that."

Yuji pulls away from Yukina's shoulders and turns to look at Umeko.

"Umeko's a nice person. She doesn't really talk other than her safe words, which are different from her brother's, but she's sweet and adorable!" Yuji gushes.

"Gojo told me you were dating her but I doubt that's true, right?" Yukina asks with a stoic expression.

Yuji looks a little flustered but then composes himself. "Yeah! I met her in my new high school and my best friend! She's also really good at cooking."

Yukina frowned a little. Not only did Umeko have the same eyes at Kitamura but she also had the same talent as her. She rested a hand on her head as she thought about the fact that the universe was being cruel to her by reminding her of Kitamura using the littlest things.

"Yukina, you okay?" Yuji asks.

"Yeah I'm fine. Your friend just...reminds me of someone, that's all." Yukina felt like she was about to burst a blood vessel saying that last part.

"Oh okay." Yuji replies.

"Yuji it's time for classes."

"Huuuuh? Already?" Yuji pouts and clings onto Yukina again.

Yukina sighs. "Yuji, you have to go."

"But I wanna stay with you!" Yuji whines.

Umeko facepalms and tries to pull Yuji off of Yukina but he has a really tight grip. Yukina looks at Yuji then gets an idea.

"Let's just go, Umeko." She says.

Umeko is a little confused but follows Yukina as she walks back down the hallway where she came from with Yuji still clinging onto her.

"Ugh, that pink haired idiot is late!" Nobara growled as she leaned one elbow onto her desk.

"He's probably just catching up with his sister. I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't show up at all." Megumi replies.

Suddenly, Umeko opens the door with a tired and done look on her face.

"Inumaki!" Nobara exclaims in shock.

"Haha! Just in time for class! How ya feelin'?" Gojo asks as if Umeko hasn't been asleep for several days.

"Umeko you shouldn't be here. Come back tomorrow." Megumi says sternly.

"Red Algae (Nah)" Umeko sticks her tongue out at Megumi, who frowns.

"Where's Itadori?" Nobara asks.

Just then, Yukina walks into the class with Yuji's kegs around her waist and arms around her neck.

"Whoa! This class hasn't changed since the last time I was here!" Yukina exclaims.

"I don't wanna gooooo!" Yuji whines.

"Haha! Come on Yuji, your sister just got back from training in Mexico! Let her breathe!" Gojo laughs as he takes a squirming Yuji away from his older sister.

"Please Gojo!" Yuji continues whining.

"Itadori, get your shit together! It's time to learn shit!" Nobara exclaims while hitting the desk with her fists.

Umeko walks up to Yuji and gives him a hug that makes him squirm even more and blush a little.

"Umekooooo!"

Megumi looks a little annoyed which Yukina notices.

"Upset that your boyfriend and girlfriend are hugging without you?" She teases.

"Huh??" Megumi blushes slightly then huffs. "I'm not dating them."

Yukina laughs. "Alright." She then heads out the door. "Bye Yuji."

"No wait!" Yuji calls out but Umeko is still clinging onto him. "Man..."

Umeko drags Yuji over to a desk and sits him down on it.

"Hey!" Yuji exclaims.

Umeko then sits on Yuji's lap so he can't get up. Even though Yuji could easily get Umeko off of him, he just sits there and huffs in annoyance.

After classes, Yuji immediately rushes to Yukina's dorm room so fast it leaves his other three friends in a state of shock because he practically teleported away from them. After running down the hallway, Yuji bursts into Yukina's dorm while she's playing Minecraft on her laptop and laying on her stomach on her bed.

She was wearing an oversized black double sleeved shirt with white sleeves and baggy grey trousers with white socks underneath. Since she knew Yuji was coming, she has her secondary eyes open since she trusts him.

"Big sis! What are you doing!" Yuji said as he peered over Yukina's shoulder.

"Just playing Minecraft. I'm taking a tiny break after coming home abroad so I want to have as much fun as I can before I go back to training and going on missions." Yukina replied.

"Huh. I see." Yuji muttered as he watched his older sister punch a skeleton down into a chasm where there were a few waterfalls and lavafalls pooling out from the stone at the side.

"Are you hungry?" Yukina asked after fifteen minutes.

Yuji perked his head up with a hint of blush on his face from excitement. "Hell yeah! Are you gonna cook?"

"Yeah. I taught how to cook by someone very special to me and I have pretty much all her recipes so you'll know how much of a god she was." Yukina said with sparkles appearing in her eyes. "You would've loved her if she was still here but since I have all her recipes you can have a taste of how much of a goddess she was with cooking."

Yuji stared at her with a confused and spaced out look but he was also happy to hear her talk after three years of not hearing her voice. Yukina saved her world and closed down her laptop before leading Yuji out of her doom room and towards where the kitchen is.

"I do have a meal in mind to make you but is there anything in particular you'd like?" Yukina asked.

"Uhhhh nope!" Yuji replied with a big smile on his face.

Yukina chuckled at her brother's behaviour. It seems that he hasn't changed despite the hell he's gone through so far; though she knows it'll only get worse as he consumes more fingers. Soon, she won't have a little brother anymore.

"How about I make you my favourite pasta?" Yukina asks.

"You mean creamy mushroom and bacon? I haven't had that in forever!" Yuji exclaimed as he bounced up and down.

Yukina laughed. "Yes yes! Calm down or you'll break the floorboards." She joked.

"Kelp! Salmon?? (Hey Yukina! Where are you??)" A familiar voice called out.

Yukina's eyes filled with sparkles as she grabbed Yuji's hand and dragged him to the kitchen.

"Whoa hey! Where are we goin'??" Yuji yelled.

Yukina turned the corner as Toge immediately whipped his head around to see her dragging Yuji with her. The boy's eyes immediately lit up as he ran over to Yukina and pulled her into a dug so she let go of Yuji.

"Toge! Long time no see." Yukina chirps as she wraps her arms around him.

Toge looks up at Yukina with big twinkling eyes. "Bonito flakes? (How have you been?)"

"I've been good! Mexico was so interesting and I loved the food there. Oh I almost forgot, I got you and Yuji something."

Toge looks at her with anticipation as she takes out a small sculpture of a green and orange butterfly with some blue on it.

"It's an alebrije: mexican folk art sculptures of mythical or real creatures. I don't really know what to get anyone to be honest." Yukina explained while scratching her head with her free hand.

"Whoa! It looks awesome!" Yuji exclaims.

Toge picks up the alebrije and inspects it in his hands. "Salmon! (Yes! I like it!)"

A small blush of endearment appears on Yukina's cheeks which Yuji notices and wastes no time in teasing her.

"Ooooh~ someone has a cruuuush!"

"Aren't you into his sister?" Yukina retorts.

Yuji immediately shuts up and crosses his arms with a pouty expression on his face that had a tiny bit of blush on it. Toge notices this and crosses his arms with a look that Yuji can't read but it makes him nervous.

"I-inumaki..." He stutters.

Toge only lets out a long hum in response.

"It's not what you think! I'm not into Umeko I swear!"

Yuji moves his arms around dramatically while Toge keeps staring at him. Yukina looks between them and sighs.

"Anyways we're making pasta. You want some, Toge?"

"Salmon! (Yes please!)" Toge replies with sparkly eyes staring into Yukina's four red ones.

"Alright then, let's go."

"You must be pretty close with Toge though, right? Your second pair of eyes are open." Yuji points out.

"Yeah but my second pair of eyes being open is a sign of trust too." Yukina replied as they walked over to the kitchen.

"Not many people go to the kitchen so I mostly use it to cook myself something, or I cook other people something if I'm up for it."

"Bonito flakes? (What are we making?)" Toge asks.

"Creamy mushroom and bacon pasta. You up for it?" Yukina asks.

Toge immediately nods his head rapidly. "Salmon! (Of course!)"

Yukina laughs. "Alright you two, let's make some pasta."

While the trio were preparing and cooking the pasta, Umeko could smell it from her dorm and so could Megumi and Nobara. Megumi sighs and buries his face in his hands as the smell becomes overwhelming in a good way.

"Starlight? (You okay?)" Umeko asks.

"Yeah I'm fine. That food just smells really good." Megumi replies.

"Yeahhh. Who's cooking?" Nobara asks.

"Probably Yukina. According to Panda and Maki, she usually cooks for herself, but will cook for other people if they ask or if she's in the mood for it. She's most likely cooking food for her and Yuji." Megumi says.

"Ohhhh. So she won't share with us then orrrrr...?"

"Probably not."

"Moon jellyfish (I'm going to have a look)" Umeko says as she gets off her bed.

"Huh? Are you hungry or something? I guess Yukina might share some food with you since you're close with Yuji, but don't get your hopes up." Megumi says to her.

"Hey I'm coming too!" Nobara exclaims as she stands up.

Megumi groans. "Fine. Let's all go."

"Salmon roe (that took a while)" Toge says as they finish cooking.

"That's because Yuji is insistent on feeding the whole country." Yukina retorts.

"Hey! I just want other people to try some if they want to. Also we can have leftovers if we want to, so you don't have to cook this over and over again." Yuji replies.

"Can I have some?" Panda speaks up from behind the counter.

"Whoa Panda! When did you get here??" Yuji exclaims.

"He's been here since we put the soy sauce in." Yukina says like it was the most obvious thing in the world. "Anyways yeah, you can have some."

"So you open your eyes around him too huh?" Yuji asks.

"I open my eyes around all the second years since I've known them for some time. Panda is the last person you should be worried about seeing my eyes since he's a cursed corpse who shouldn't even be able to talk or feel emotions. You think he'd care about me having four eyes?" Yukina says.

Yuji rubs his head. "Yeah good point."

Yukina takes out four plates to put food on, as she senses Megumi, Nobara, and Umeko's presence approaching and quickly shuts her secondary pair of eyes. Yuji notices this but doesn't comment on it as she starts serving the food.

"Heyyy!" Nobara calls out as she swings around the corner with Megumi and Umeko following behind her. "We smelt something good and we're getting kinda hungry from the smell!"

"Yeah! Big sis is making creamy mushroom and bacon pasta! It's hella good!" Yuji exclaims.

Yukina didn't say anything as she put three plates of pasta in front of Panda, Toge, and Yuji. Toge was practically bouncing up and down in his chair to eat Yukina's cooking again, Yuji was doing the same while Panda was silently eating.

"Is there enough for us?" Megumi said as Yukina sat down with her plate of pasta.

"Sure. I'm not sure about the three of you but go ahead and serve yourselves." Yukina dryly replied with taking a bite of her pasta.

Nobara shrugged and went into the kitchen with the other two following her. Yuji frowned at her sister's behavior. She usually wasn't this cold towards strangers, especially girls, and her voice seemed almost robotic. It was clear to Yuji that Yukina had been through pure hell and she was covering it up with a blanket full of holes; at least to him.

That night, Yuji went back into Yukina's dorm who had just gotten changed into her pajamas.

"Hey sis, can we talk?" Yuji asked.

"Uh sure. What do you want?" Yukina replied.

"Are you...okay?"

Yukina looked at her younger brother with a hint of surprise in her four eyes before it goes away.

"I guess..."

"You guess?"

Yuji raised an eyebrow at her dry response.

"What's been going on, big sister? What happened to you?"

"What happened to me? Oh a LOT has happened to me, little brother." Yukina let out a dry laugh.

"I've fought so many curses and I've seen so many people die in front of me. One mission was purposely mis-graded because I got so powerful the higher-ups wanted to see what I was made of; leading to the death of someone I loved the most. All of my friends died so I'm the only fourth-year, the person who found me the day my second cursed technique manifested was killed in front of me, just March this year I went on a mission to rescue a kid from a curse and I failed in the end. Yuji, you're going to lose it while being a jujutsu sorcerer. You won't be able to save every life you come across. Some people fall under unfortunate circumstances and you have to see it again and again and again until you finally accept it. The woman who found me...she was the reason I changed. Her death flipped a switch in me and now the old me will never a hundred percent be there, but that's not me blaming her for my actions and behavior, because I could never do that to her. I could never curse her name."

Yuji's eyes widened at his older sister's rant. She had lost someone truly special to her that had caused her normally outgoing, friendly, and teasing personality into a more passive aggressive version of herself. She seemed to have some of her old traits around Panda and Toge but she did state she'd never a hundred percent be the same. Also, did she say the higher-ups purposely misgraded a mission just to see what she was made of? That annoyed Yuji as he clenched his fists tightly.

"Yukina, are you telling me the higher-ups are just...using you?" Yuji asks with gritted teeth.

"Well as I get stronger, I get sent out on more dangerous and difficult missions so it's to be expected, especially since I'm a special grade." Yukina responds nonchalantly.

"But that doesn't give them an excuse to misgrade—"

"I KNOW!" Yukina yelled which made Yuji flinch. "BUT GUESS WHAT? IT STILL HAPPENED! I CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE FACT THAT PURPOSE MISGRADE GOT SOMEONE SPECIAL TO ME KILLED BECAUSE THEY WANTED ME TO LIVE A LONG LIFE!"

Yukina's breathing quickens as she clenches her fists and paces around the room.

"When she died, a part of me died with her; a part that cannot be healed and brought back! When the rest of my friends died, more of me died. I could only become more like my old self, the person you remember me as, when I'm around Okkotsu, or Toge, or Panda, or Maki, or Gojo. Those stupid higher-ups...all of them can go to hell!"

Yuji wanted to say something to comfort his older sister but no words came out of his throat. After she finished ranting, Yukina laid on her bed and stared up at the ceiling with a faraway look in her eyes.

She thought about her friends that she met in her first year of Jujutsu High and all the fun they had together. She thought about Kitamura who took her in, trained her, and was the best cook ever. Losing one of her friends in 2015 was rough, but losing Kitamura truly destroyed her, and she lost her last two friends a few months later.

She had hoped she would become a third-year with at least one of her friends still alive but both of them had died December 24th 2016. Even if they hadn't died, it wouldn't have mattered; Kitamura's death was all it took to change her and leave her unrecognizable to those who knew her.

She did manage to become more like her old self when she met Panda, Toge, Yuta, and Maki, but it wasn't truly the same. No matter what happens, she'll never be a hundred percent her.

Yuji suddenly flops down on top of Yukina and hugs her, making her let out a surprised grunt from the impact.

"Y-yuji. You idiot..."

Yuji doesn't respond as he keeps a hold of his older sister and doesn't pull away. He isn't sure how to verbally comfort her after she blew up at him with all the trauma she's gone through for the past three years, so he decided to gently hug her instead of squeezing her like he would.

"I'm sorry, big sis. I don't want you hurting anymore."

Yukina frowned and wrapped her arms around him.

"Yeah...I don't want to be hurting anymore either, but some things can't be fixed. I didn't even notice I changed even when I told straight to my face about it, until a conversation with Aoi last year."

"Todo? You know him?" Yuji asks.

"Yeah but I knew his sister before...yeah." Yukina trailed off.

"Did his sister ask what your type of woman was?" Yuji joked.

"No but she was as energetic and enthusiastic as her older brother was."

Silence fell over both of them as Yuji stayed curled up in his older sister's arms, who stared at the ceiling with a thoughtful look. No words were spoken afterwards as the sounds of night acted as white noise to the comfortable silence in the room.

Trivia - Arch Seirei Artemis and the Seirei

I knew doing this trivia in particular was gonna be lengthy and figured might as well put in trivia for all the Seirei while I’m at it. Arch Seirei Artemis is still the primary focus of the trivia though. It’s not gonna be perfect, but oh well.

Warnings: Spoilers for Saber, and some implied self-doubt and guilt issues.

General

The Seirei are magical entities akin to angels from Wonder World who are connected to the Seiken and enable transformation into a Kamen Rider.

Their name kanji (聖霊) means ‘holy spirit’, befitting their association with the Seiken.

They were inspired by the Heavenly Saints from Magiranger.

They are where the Riders’ elemental magic is drawn from.

They are capable of taking on a human form when living on the real world. Their true forms vary depending on the Rider and their associated element.

Their true forms are usually visible in each Rider's henshin sequence. (Hence the transformation sequences of Saber, Blades, and Espada.)

Only Seiken wielders and those with high exposure to magic (Like Shion and Mei) can hear the Seirei's voices from within their Seiken.

All their true forms are humanoid in physical appearance and appear behind their user the moment the transformation is triggered.

The swordsmen call their Seirei by their names and sometimes call them by their Seiken's names. Sometimes when they transform (especially in some of the badass scenes) they shout this. "(Seirei name), Seirei of (Element)! I call upon your power! Come!" For example, Kaede would shout "Yukina, Seirei of Ice! I call upon your power! Come!" For group henshins, they would each say their Seirei's name and element and shout "We call upon your powers! Come!" in unison.

Arch Seirei Artemis (Played by FRUITS ZIPPER’s Amane Tsukiashi)

She is based off the goddess of the same name from Greek mythology and is a lot friendlier than her counterpart.

She often appears as an advisor and observer to the SoL Riders.

She used to have a group of hunters to help her watch over the Sword of Logos and assist them in battle, but Yumeko betrayed her and slaughtered them after becoming Nimcha, forcing Artemis to defeat and seal her in the Moonlight Diamond.

She only vanquished Lennox from Wonder World on Tassel’s advice.

During Touma's henshin sequence into Xross Saber, Artemis descends down and does a motion similar to that of "granting a blessing" onto him.

During the days before Kyomu was sealed in the Book of Ruin, there was an ancient Seiken which granted its user the power of pure raw magical energy that makes up the elemental magic of all the present-day Seiken, the Mahouken Sakkaku (Magic Sword Illusion), which was considered the most powerful of all the Seiken, even surpassing Saikou and Kurayami in terms of power. As such, its wielder was considered the most powerful swordsman in all the land. However, great power came with great insanity.

While most details have been lost to time, archives tell that the Seirei of the Mahouken was a humanoid six-armed being whose body seemed to be made of pure raw magic energy and the previous Arch Seirei. The Seirei of the Mahouken fed off of its wielder's will and fueled their more psychopathic tendencies to extremes. Sakkaku's wielder thought that since no swordsman can hold a candle to his power, he should be the only swordsman because of this. However, unbeknownst to him, there was a Seiken that could surpass even Sakkaku's god-like power and magic, the Haouken Xross Saber, Artemis’ Seiken.

Back then it was much like all the other Seiken, containing the power to alter reality and gives its user the elemental magic of the stars themselves. Its wielder at the time was a very powerful mage who had been studying how to split magical energy into separate types of magic.

When word of the Mahouken wielder's atrocities came to the mage, both he and Artemis were determined to put an end to this being's reign of terror. An intense battle between the two swordsmen wielding these magic swords took place which devasted the world around them. When the dust finally settled, the mage and Artemis had emerged victorious.

Not wanting any other swordsmen going insane with power, the mage used the Haouken and his special magic to destroy Sakkaku and turn its energy into the elemental magic everyone knows. Then, he sacrificed his own life to split the Haouken into magical energy, infusing into elemental energies that would become Seiken that would one day unite and summon the Haouken in its full glory to the one who wields the first Seiken forged by human hand, stronger than ever before.

He entrusted Artemis with protecting both the real world and Wonder World and watching over the Seiken wielders who would one day summon the Seiken she was connected with, stronger than even before, making her the new Arch Seirei.

Ever since, Sakkaku was lost to time due to its destruction and subsequent energy redirection and has become a cautionary tale to all members of the Sword of Logos while Artemis had been watching over the Sword of Logos, waiting for the day where heroes would rise and summon her sword to them, blessed with power beyond anything one can imagine.

Tassel saw the moment Artemis was made the new Arch Seirei and truly believed she would regain her full power one day as her deceased wielder prophesized and is fully supportive of her despite her initially being uncertain of her newfound role.

She was uncertain of becoming the new Arch Seirei at first due what the Sakkaku’s Seirei had done, but with Tassel’s support she grew into a courageous and responsible Arch Seirei, guiding the Sword of Logos and watching over them.

Ice Seirei Yukina (Played by Hikaru Yamamoto)

A kind-hearted Seirei like a princess who cares deeply about her friends.

Her name kanji means ‘snow flower’ (雪華), refencing her kind nature.

She felt guilty about Ayaka’s death, especially since Kaede had to witness it happen, even if she didn’t directly see it. She wants to make amends for it when her Seiken reappeared to Kaede in the present day.

Thunder Seirei Raito (Played by Satsuki Nakayama)

Serves as a mentor figure for Shion when she took up his Seiken.

Was amazed at Shion’s determination when she first became Espada.

His name kanji (雷当) means ‘thundering justice’.

Sound Seirei Naoto (Played by FRUITS ZIPPER’s Luna Nakagawa)

She has the appearance of a cutesy idol singer in both human and her true form.

Her name kanji means ‘south sound’ (南音), a play on words on ‘south bound’ and refencing her being the Seirei of Sound.

While she was asleep during her Seiken’s repair, she could communicate with Tetsuo via telepathy often by singing lullabies.

Flame Seirei Homura (Played by Rin Takanashi)

She found Touma’s desire to make people happy through books adorable, prompting her to escape the darkness Daichi had trapped her in 15 years ago.

Her name kanji (炎) means ‘flame’ in reference to her element.

She comes across as a little hot-blooded, but she’s really just passionate about helping Touma get used to being a swordsman.

Water Seirei Mizuhara (Played by Atsushi Shiramata)

He holds the memories of his Seiken’s past users close to him.

His name kanji (水原) means ‘water field’.

He’s easily one of the most adaptable Seirei in Wonder World.

Land Seirei Riku (Played by Eiji Akaso)

He’s the physically strongest of the Seirei, partially due to his element.

His name kanji (陸) means ‘land’ in reference to the element of earth.

He understands why Ogami prefers physical attacks over magic the most.

Wind Seirei Fuutaro (Played by Ryo Matsuda)

Due to his element of wind, he is faster than most Seirei.

His name kanji (風太郎) means ‘wind strong’.

He can tolerate Ren’s gremlin antics, as he knows he’s still learning to understand true strength.

Light Seirei Hikaru (Played by Yuki Kubota)

He fused with Yuri after Bahato was sealed in the Book of Ruin, making Yuri a hybrid in the process.

His name is read with the kanji for ‘light’ (光).

He doesn’t have much experience with other Seirei due to his time in Avalon.

Dark Seirei Yamina (Played by Nana Mori)

Her precognitive powers let her access the World of Darkness.

Her name kanji (闇名) means ‘dark distinguished’.

Her true form is similar to Homura’s but themed after a dark dragon.

Smoke Seirei Noroko (Played by Yuria Haga)

There seems to be very little that can break through her near-stoic demeanor.

Her name is read as ‘smoke child’ (煙子) and she’s the only Seirei whose name is close to the name of their Seiken, in Noroko’s case, Noroshi.

She knows her magic’s limits, often being undeterred by stronger opponents countering her.

Time Seirei Tokiwa (Played by Kohei Murakami)

In contrast to Noroko, he can be quick to anger.

His name kanji means ‘a tale of time’ (時話) in reference to Saber’s story motifs.

Ryoga is one of the few who can keep him in check.

Void Seirei Naiko (Played by Arisa Komiya)

She is responsible for returning excess magical energy from Xross Saber to the void.

Her name kanji (無子) means ‘void child’.

She’s one to reach out to the outsider who feels alone in the world.

Dream Seirei Yuna (Played by Ami Tomite)

She only wants to help people pursue their dreams.

Her name is read with the kanji for ‘dream’ (夢).

The whereabouts of her and her Seiken after Yumeko’s first defeat are unknown until Bahato’s debut in episode 34.
