Delicious In Dungeon Episode 8: Raspberries/Grilled Meat

I completely understand that I said "good things come in (multiples) of 3s", but this episode from Yonemori Yuki completely mocks my idea. Beyond incredible, the most Trigger Trigger has yet to Trigger on Dungeon Meshi, and I'm desperate for more. The animation, the camera rotations, the colors, the character designs and their fluidity. This episode is beyond mere mortal work.

And I'm absolutely desperate to break it apart. But there's just so much that I know it'll take forever, and I wanted to share some brief thoughts first. So, until I can update with everything I want to say, have this gif of Laios and co running away.

EDIT: it took a little bit, and ended up being a touch more vague than I wanted, but I've completed my full thoughts on this episode. A triumph for a younger core of Trigger staff, episode 8 highlights the best that Trigger has to provide on both ends of Delicious In Dungeon

But why…? That was the question… Why would the wolf pour blood over his victim…? Was he trying to confuse people? To SCARE them? Or maybe…

ME : …The wolf wanted to make us THINK he used a knife…

ME : He would throw us off his trail, and if anyone panicked it would cast suspicion on them, right?

KOU NIIMURA : I see...

TAKUYA TSUCHIYA : Are you fucking kidding me? So they were trying to frame me?

MAKI TAKAYAMA : Okay, so new question… If her cause of death wasn’t stabbing then… How DID she die…?
