Do you think tsukasa's existence is wrong? I mean amane killed him and he can't exist after his death but hanako made him his yourishiro and caused chaos??
Tsukasa's existence is important! It's because of Tsukasa's sacrifice that his older brother survived until he was 13. This is truly a wonderful proof of how much Tsukasa loves Amane. Tsukasa now, as promised, wants daikon to get to know Amane better. Yes, Amane killed him, but we don't know the reason yet, and from what I know and gather from the story, Amane must have had a really solid reason to kill him. Amane also committed suicide after killing Tsukasa. This shows that Amane went with him and as his yorishiros, it means that he is the most precious and beloved and important person in Amane's life. Proof that Amane never hated Tsukasa. Tsukasa exists. No.1 failed to get rid of him and Amane summoned him, it means that Tsukasa was not erased from existence and existed somewhere unsummoned. Amane only brought his brother back to the school and in his original form.
I'll elaborate on why this is so, but first-
Amane wants to stop Tsukasa from making this mess. It's not clear before the altered reality is created? You make it sound like Amane is going to have an influence on what Tsukasa does because he's his yorishiros. I haven't heard of we should having an influence on the things our loved ones do yet.
Amane has his own faults and actions for which he is responsible, but he is not responsible for what Tsukasa does. Amane wanted to retreat twice and Tsukasa convinced him twice to act. He has a goal, just like Amane has a goal, only Tsukasa wants to achieve it no matter what.Again, Amane can't be responsible for what Tsukasa does.Tsukasa is guilty.
Yorishiro is a thing or person that is very important to the mystery.

Amane says this at the beginning of the story, this is also a way to deprive the number of its power. For Yako, the scissors were valuable, for Tsuchigomori, the moonstone that Amane gave him was important, for Hakubo, his precious person and beloved was Sumire, and for Amane, Tsukasa is very important, precious, and the most important person in his life became his yorishiros. Why shouldn't he be if Amane wants to protect and save him, which he himself says. The fact that Tsukasa became Amane's yorishiro only means how much Amane loves Tsukasa.
You think that Amane killed Tsukasa and deprived him of existence, which is why he exists as a yorishiro.
Why Tsukasa is Amane's yorishiro I said and for me it's shocking that even the manga directly says that the most important person in Amane's life that he wants to protect is Tsukasa and it is still questionable. It's like also denying that these other things and Sumire are not important for other mummers, just to exist.
It makes no sense and contradicts the manga. Amane has sins and bad actions, but he is not a monster. At least he learns his lesson.
Second thing-
You think that Amane killing Tsukasa cannot exist after death.

Apart from a few injuries and that hole in his stomach that was with him after death, nothing is wrong with him, but was it Amane was supposed to end his existence? really? And that's also why no.1 wanted to separate the twins by erasing Tsukasa and creating a new one without him and Amane managed to summon him through gossip.
If Tsukasa actually didn't exist, Amane wouldn't have been able to summon him but he did. Even Akane was surprised, which means Tsukasa always existed somewhere else, and no.1 couldn't erase him, and Amane would do that by stabbing him?
This doesn't make sense.
This god that Tsukasa has within him will not allow him to be destroyed because he needs him, and Amane will not allow him to be lost.
Amane disappeared, so I wouldn't be surprised if he killed himself to be with his brother and make him his yorishiros again. Thanks to this, they are now both bringing destroy this 'perfect world'
Tsukasa's existence is important! For Amane and for the plot. Tsukasa is the second main and most important character after Amane.
