KH-OC Week: AU Day

@khoc-week You really come up with good prompts for the days I have to say.

I actually have a bunch of AU ideas already, too much to list in my opinion.

My first I had was actually a Pacific Rim AU, simply because I thought that Akira and Lea would rock piloting a Jaeger together. 

I also have several variations of a Modern Day AU, where Lea is a Gangster/Punk and AJ a police recruit/officer. They know each other from their childhood and after meeting again, they start dating, tho Lea keeping his affiliations a secret, causing trouble.

But the AU I think I worked on the most would be the Tarzan AU. Lea, Roxas and Xion live in the jungle as the equivalent of Tarzan, Akira and Ilana would share the role of Jane (tho Ilana is the scientist and Akira is her protector, but also interested her research), while Braig would accompany them as Clayton. Additionally YoungXehanort appears in a similar role as Queen La (from the Tarzan tv show) and searches for strong humans that he can use as vessels to increase his power. One of those vessels is Isa, who together with Lea, came to the jungle many years ago as babies and were raised by the gorillas.  (Other Organization members are likely to appear too) The story would be similar to the movie at first. Ilana meets Roxas and Xion and they get along very quickly. But when Lea and Akira joined them, they thought that their respective charge and so the two started to fight. That fight ended in a draw and as soon as the two calmed down, the other three explained that everything was okay and the group became friends. Roxas and Xion were a bit angry at Lea, since he had always told them that there was no one like them, but they didn’t dwell long on it, since Ilana was more than happy to teach them a lot of things about her world, while Akira would do the same with Lea and they also sparred a lot together. (And slowly fell in love.) Braig always tried to get the tree jungle people to tell him where the gorillas live, but of course they refused. Before Braig could do something drastic, he met YXehanort who offers him a deal: He would lead Braig to the Gorillas, if he would lead Roxas and Xion to him, without Lea noticing. Braig was able to lure the kids deep into the jungle to YXehanort’s temple ruin. Upon seeing that they weren’t the only humans in the jungle even before Akira and Ilana showed up, the two become even more angry and disappointed with Lea for not telling them. (He didn’t, because he feared they would end up in YXehanort’s hands like Isa did) YXehanorts uses this to get control over them, but this control is weak and when Lea and the girls arrived they were able to break the control completely. Lea has to fight Isa, while Akira took on YXhenaort, but got cursed by him, turning her shadow alive and against her. (Meaning this is how Yuzai came to life in this AU)  In the end they were able to also break Isa free, hurt YXehanort so much that he has to retreat and banish Braig from the island, as soon as the ship returns to pick them up. Akira and Ilana of course stay in the jungle in the end.
