My eating disorder part 2
Previously in My eating disorder
"...And why I wanted to do it when I was perfectly healthy weight around 68-66kg without weighting food or exercising with almost any food in my belly?"
Well, I guess I started to get addicted to the feeling of not feeling bloated or stuffed. Feelings I had experience my whole life because I loved food, it made me feel happy and integrated to society!
Let me list to you some of the consequences of not eating properly and going to the gym 5 days a week to loose weight WHEN you don't need it :
1 physically
1.1 headache
1.2 bad humor
1.3 tiredness
2 mentally
2.1 deep sadness do to staying to long lock in my room
2 socially
2.2 social isolation
PLEASE DO NOT ISOLE YOURSELF AND KEEP IN TOUCH WITH YOUR FRIENDS!
Also in 2019 I had a vacation trip to Paris for 5 weeks between July and August, and you know..... I wanted to be slim for the trip.... (oh dear, I was pretty crazy!)
Another thing that happened was a weight loss not intentionally due to the fact I lost my baggage when arrived to Paris and spent 2 days only having one meal.
BUT the problem was that I was enjoying this drastic weight loss and wanted more.....
