Found this great website that gives great fruit/veg combo recipes for smoothies, with a lot of info about the benefits of having things raw. Now a lot of people have said how they can't imagine eating raw vegetable and my answer always is...blend/juice it with fruit and you won't taste it, especially if you mix in sweet fruits such as banana, grapes, blueberries...The possibilities are endless and you kinda get used to the taste. It's definitely better than drinking bitters...or cod liver oil urrghh...childhood memories :p
