Bandai Namco Nui Announces Tamagotchi Puri Nui BIG Plushies & Chibi Nui Plushies Volume 2

The plushies you saw at the 2024 Anime NYC event in New York City just two weeks ago have now been announced! That’s right Bandai Namco Nui has announced both the Tamagotchi Puri Nuri BIG Plushies and the Tamagotchi Chibi Nui Plushies volume 2!

First, the Tamagotchi Puri Nuri BIG Plushies are 30cm in height, and they sit on their bottoms and are super adorable! Available in both Mametchi and Mimitchi! They’re listed for ¥4,400 including tax, and preorders are available now with a release date of November, 2024.

Second are the Tamagotchi Chibi Nui Plushies volume 2! The second volume features Memetchi, Gozarutchi, Young Mametchi, Maskutchi, and Pochitchi! They’re 10cm in height, and feature a keychain at the top so you can attach them to your bag, and more. They’re listed for ¥1,628 including tax, and preorders are available now with a release date of November, 2024.

Tamagotchi V4(.5) final theory

I couldn’t debug this one so I focused on getting the teens’ requirements and a general idea on how to get the adults.

Also, there appear to be differences between the early and later V4 ROMs but since I only have the early ones, I can’t know how the others work.

0.-  Care parameters

Care parameters:

As in previous versions, there are 2 parameters:

Physical care misses [PCM]:

Failing to answer Hungry call.

Failing to answer scolding call.

Failing to answer sickness call.

Mental care misses [MCM]:

Failing to answer Happy call.

Failing to answer praising call.

You get 15 minutes to answer attention calls.

1.- V4 (Early ROMs)

1.1- Toddler to teen

This is the pattern I found after several experiments.

Winning “Jumping Rope” decreases PCM and winning “Mimic” decreases MCM.

Here is what each toddler can become:

The teen is picked randomly based on care and toddler. (eg. A male Harutchi with B care might become either Gourmetchi or Young Androtchi) If you give them C care, the Universal teen will also be random.

1.2- Teen to adult

A teen will evolve into an Universal adult if they have very low skill points (less than 50) or if they were given enough care misses. Otherwise, non-Universal teens will become an adult of the same family.

Universal teens will need more points to avoid becoming an Universal adult (At least 150 total, or over 100 in a specific skill). Which family they become is random.

Non-Universal adults are chosen by their highest skill, but Universals are chosen based on care. Pyonchitchi and Pyonkotchi need few or no CM (0-1 in both categories, ideally), Debatchi and Hanatchi need some more misses (2-3), or many in just one of the categories (4+). With many CM in both categories (4+), you’ll always end up with either Gozarutchi or Masktchi, no matter how high the skill points were. (The numbers here aren’t exact, just approximations)

2.- V4.5

2.1- Toddler to teen

The pattern is different in this version.

*A care is only possible with an Universal parent, you’ll get the B care character otherwise.

Winning “Climb” decreases PCM and winning “Tug-of-War” decreases MCM.

Here is what each toddler can become:

As with the V4, care spots with more than 1 character will just choose randomly between those characters.

2.2- Teen to adult

Only Universal teens can become Universal adults, and these teens cannot become non-Universal adults.

Which adult the Uni. Teen becomes is determined by care misses like in the V4. Mametchi and Mimitchi replace Pyonchitchi and Pyonkotchi, Kuchipatchi and Memetchi replace Debatchi and Hanatchi, and, Violetchi replaces Masktchi (Gozarutchi stays the same). The “low points = Universal adult” growth pattern is still present, but changed. Low points will mean the teen will always stay in their own family when evolving. Having really high Humour (150+) results in Ura Mametchi | Horoyotchi, Gorgeous results in Yasaguretchi | Ura Memetchi, and Spiritual in Ura Kuchipatchi | Shitekitchi. Having 2 really high skills almost on par with eachother will result in an Adult of the family of the second highest skill. (eg. A Boxertchi with highest Spiritual and very high Gorgeous may become Ura Togetchi, test done with 125-150 on both) The former method takes preference, meaning once the skills are high enough you’ll just get an adult from the highest skill’s group.

a couple days ago I started up my first v4.5 and was pleasantly surprised to see i had an ura young violetchi named rosie! I decided to raise her in hopes of her evolving into ura memetchi, who I don't think I've ever had before, and after I made my last post and looked over to her... she changed into ura memetchi!!! I'm so happy 🥺💖

Tama updates

4U grew to Memetchi, then promptly changed to an old lady because I had been neglecting her. Oops.

Got her out of that personality stage quick.

4U+ is pretty adorable. I kinda want to pull the batteries on both though. Having trouble watching 4 tamas.

The On is still pretty cute. Please stay cute! She'll evolve around 11pm ...

Entrance: A Tamagotchi device appears, beeps, and Mametchi jumps out!

Note:

Mametchi's alternative costume is his younger sister, Chamametchi who trades places with him.

ATTACKS:

(Mametchi calls a random Tamagotchi:

Pochitchi runs to opponents and mauls them

Ginjirotchi slides on his belly and causes opponents to trip over him

Kusatchi grabs opponents with vines and attacks with loud death metal

Nyorotchi slithers around to swallow up items

Memetchi uses her hair to lash opponents and grab items to use (She throws food at Mametchi to heal him)

Kuchipatchi bounces around like a ball and pushes opponents away)

Side B: Tama Kart

(Mametchi summons a kart to bury his opponents!)

Up B: Hapihapitchi

(Mametchi summons Hapihapitchi to carry him through the air. She can damage opponents with shocks from her rod.)

Down B: Build

(Mametchi and Chamametchi build a turret that shoots baseballs at opponents who come too close.)

Final Smash: Blackholetchi

(Mametchi summons Blackholetchi who proceeds to suck up anyone who gets too close and spit them out far!

Basic attack:

(Attacks with a headbutt and a kick.)

Up attack:

(Summons Unipegasatchi to jab opponents upwards.)

Side attack:

(Mametchi swings his head like a mallet.)

Slide attack:

(Summons Makiko who spins and uses her hair like whips.)

(Osumotchi body slams the opponent.)

(Young Dorotchi attacks and scares the opponent.)

Grab Backwards Throw:

(Akaspetchi attacks from behind the opponent.)

Up Smash:

(Pipospetchi uppercuts the opponent into the sky.)

Side Smash:

(Dorotchi scares the opponent with a super loud "BOO!")

Down Smash:

(Violetchi uses giant flowers like sawblades.)

TAUNTS:

Up: Mametchi mimics the modern Tamagotchi "Attention" beep.

Side: Mametchi blows a raspberry.

Down: Mametchi waves at the viewer.

VICTORY POSE:

1. A Mameotchi hatches from an egg, then quickly evolves into a Mamebotchi, then to Young Mametchi, and lastly to Mametchi who winks.

2. Mametchi eats a bowl of rice with chopsticks.

3. Mametchi plays ball with Memetchi and Kuchipatchi as Chamametchi claps and cheers for her big brother.

LOSE POSE:

Mametchi x 2!

My Akai evolved today into a Young Mametchi! This is the first time I’ve had two Mametchis at the same time. How cute!

Above are my two precious babies <3 Today I finally got around to sitting down with my tamas and playing with them so now they are back in shape. Plus my Entama has a ton of gotchi points now and a healthy amount of Intelligence and Kindness points. My Akai has about 300 GP at this point lol but I have to keep racking up points so I can buy more toys are snacks for my tama. I want to collect the specialty items for each type of tamagotchi as I get them. So far I’ve only had Memetchi...but who knows maybe I’ll have a grown Mametchi soon as well!

My Mametchi and I did quite a bit of cooking today as well (entama): we made square donut, bag lunch, square mushroom and glasses bun. So cute and a fun way to rack up more GUTS points. Now I’m off to do a little shopping with my Mametchi online, he has about 15,000 GP so I’m going to pick up food and maybe a luxury item for him. I love the food and snack trees so I’m interested in seeing what the other luxury items do!

Kamio Japan Announces Keitai Tamagotchi Bath Bombs

The sequel to the first batch of bath bombs, Kamio Japan has just announced the Keitai Tamagotchi bath bombs. We recently saw these surface back in late May. These cake scented bath bombs are yellow and shaped after the Keitai Tamagotchi with the iconic antenna.

Inside each bath bomb is one of five characters, which are Memetchi, Violetchi, Ichigotchi, Young Mametchi, and Oyajitchi! Individually wrapped and ready for purchase nationwide in Japan for ¥660 at fancy shops.

My baby is rich! This morning his band manager showed up and brought him his first salary:

1,000,000 gp! O.O *gasp* I wonder, if this will increase, when he starts to get awards and stuff...

Oh, and Noda and his band finally had a couple of gigs again today :)

Their first gig (where they performed something classical again) was practically sold out. It didn't change anything about their chart ranking or number of fans, though. Neither did the second show.

The third show made them go up to 2nd rank. An hour later they were 1st ^___________^

Look who says Hi!

I tried out binary's very awesome Tama-Go gotchi points cheat code and now little Till has about as much money as Noda - who's a freaking rockstar, after all - had this morning *hehe* We immediatly spent a couple gp to redecorate Till's appartement. He got a nice big couch now... of which I forgot to take a picture ^^' Btw, I noticed, that there's also a game option behind the door icon. I wonder if I simply didn't see it yesterday or if it maybe only got unlocked, when Till evolved into a toddler o_o Anyways, I'm very glad I am not forced to play coin catch anymore to fill up his happy hearts. Shoot the Bug is way more fun (even though I feel kinda bad for the poor bugs ^^'). Aside from that, not much happened today. We went to the park and he met an adorable Memetchi, with whom he built a sand castle, and got to seesaw with a nice little Lovelitchi. I think today was the first time ever since Noda was born, that his hungry hearts completely emptied out. Took me a bit by surprise, to be honest (because my other two tamas, which I ignored, too, still had at least one heart left), but might've been, because his stress level went up. Maybe the hearts empty faster, the higher it gets o_o

He got another million gp salary. Oh, and his star ranking went down to 4th again overnight :/ I guess you only get awards, when you're already #1 when going on stage, not when becoming #1 after a show, huh?

Curious about this theory, I messed around with the time a bit, so the guys (who are performing as a jazz combo these days) have their concerts a bit earlier today.

After the first show, their star ranking went up to 2nd.

The second show made them #1.

The third show was followed by fireworks and the Tamagotchi King himself showing up, presenting my boys their first award 🥇

Ha! So that's how it works then.

To celebrate my baby's success, we purchased an UFO. That totally beats the shiney cars and big houses most rockstars own, don't you think? ;P

Anyways, at an Aftershow Party later tonight, Xero's band manager introduced Noda-chan to a sweet little Memetchi. It was practically love at first sight. They disappeared somewhere, only to come back blushing and giggling quite a while later... with a wriggling little egg o_o I mean, I heard fame does that to people - making them rush relationships and all - but I never expected Noda to be one of those cases, too.

Well, I took him, his new girlfriend and their egg home, and it didn't took long for their kid to hatch.

Noda is now proud daddy of a little baby girl :)

Those three look just too happy and adorable to be mad at them, don't they?

(Btw, I tried to make the family play with Noda's toy rocket, but they refused. Does Noda feel too "mature" to play anymore, now that he got a kid? o_O' Or is it, because his stress doesn't raise from practicing anymore anyways?)

I still haven't figured out how to know what she wants, everytime the attention icon flashes. It happened all to often already, that I thought she was just calling out out of boredom, because all hearts were filled, but then, after I scolded her, a pile of poop appears on screen or she was asking for milk or I needed to play with her. *sigh* But I don't plan on giving up yet. Not until she's completely grown up and I figured out the best strategy to care for her ^^V

If I Noda was already low-maintenance before, he now managed to get on the verge of being boring o_o' Like, grating on my nerves every once in a while, with practicing loudly (I stopped praising him, I just go to his stats, so he'll stop), but the rest of the time doing absolutely nothing. Just bouncing on the screen, next to his beloved family, being all happy and stuff. We managed to get the Classical Music Award today, though. Since Till is an adult now, he, too, is very low maintenance (except for the occational poop, since I didn't potty-train him, and once in a while for calling out to me for the sheer sake of attention).
