My Neliatchi just went back to Tama planet (On the Pix) She became a chef and I have begun to raise the Tama she sent me. I am currently on my third generation for the Pix. Should get back to my Tamagotchi On too I think ^^ I've been getting into another Tamagotchi phase. Also looked into some Tama lore... which... although mostly cute there was one bit I was surprised be. Iyatchi. The creepy doppelgänger to Tamagotchis.  Haven’t really been a thing since the games started, but its fun to play with xp

The fact that there's so much wild virtual pet lore that you won't learn by simply playing with the virtual pet almost makes me feel like V-pets could have had what it takes to compete with babby game streamer bait like Five Night Feddy, and Poppy's NF-Tea Party.

Seriously, Bandai should just pay a few popular streamers to do some virtual pet vlogs and instruct them to sprinkle in some of their fake overblown reactions about things they find out through supplementary material.

Obscure Tamagotchi of the week ???: Lyatchis

Beware.. you are in for a scare. Yes these are official artworks of Tamagotchis or rather a Tamagotchi subspecies called Lyatchis. This species is actually fictional and exists only in comics that Tamagotchis read (well, if it was still canon.)

Lyatchis originate from a hostile world known as the "Iyatchi Planet" However, they are also seen hidden throughout Tamagotchi Town within the Research Report, suggesting they may be real.

Their name comes from the Japanese word "iya" (嫌), meaning unpleasant or detestable.
