Today was the last day of school holidays and I’ve been super present for the kids not just today but over these holidays - As well as helping Justin with the reno’s & it’s been seriously so much fun! Change is awesome! The biggest thing I noticed was I did not try and BE everything - I let my business cruise on auto and fully allowed myself to just enjoy the simple things! The most surreal thing is I make more money when I’m not working! How does that even work? When I am having the most amount of fun, I receive the most abundant things into my life. We took a holiday to the Gold Coast We spent the day at Dreamworld We shopped til we dropped We’ve been to the beach 100 times We’ve bowled, skateboarded, played basketball, cooked, completed paintings, even embraced some crystal work We’ve had bbqs, cheese platters & gone out numerous of time for lunch and dinner Tomorrow we crush the school routine & this mumma is so pumped to get to the gym, drink a ton of water, eat super clean & smash some epic business goals in peace & quite lol It’s been fun, real fun monkeys Now go and let your brains learn more! When things work out for me

My energy, my Aura, is very important to me. And if that’s important to you too, you probably know about ‘the secret’. Law of attraction if you will. Its the law that says we get what we put out into this world. And I heard of it when I was in high school, also when I was very confused. Spoke on God’s name but never really felt like I believed in him. As the time passed, I re watched the movie. Heard about other peoples lives changing and thought, why not. Well, at the time I still didn’t believe. My energy was always negative. Example 1: I was working in a fast food joint and a big issue happened. that could’ve potentially shut down the business. Apparently, in any situation in the any business really, you’re “suppose to” have each others back… Well, I didn’t. I did what I thought was the right thing. I got names, and witnesses. I got a very cold shoulder from the big boss, and one night, I had it. It was stormy out, a snow storm. There was even a driving ban. I closed the store early, and he (the big boss) called and told me to reopen. I had gotten so fed up, I yelled in the store (no one was in except the employees) just fire me already. And a week later, I was fired. See? Negative energy. I asked for something. Who knows maybe a coworker said something , maybe the fact that I closed the store early. The point is, I got what I asked for. Example 2: Every ones families a little crazy, and my family and I have gone through things I’m not proud of. My father and I weren’t in a good spot. (this story isn’t for your judgment or opinions about my father, it is to show you how my energy effected my life.) I said to myself “man, this guy and I; we’re going to get into it.” And one night, many days later it happened. Then I met up with my cousin and said, I need to believe that life gets better. I need to believe that I won’t commit suicide in my early 30s because I’m just hanging by a thread. She took me to church. I am Catholic, she is Christian. I don’t go by titles. I believe in God now, at the time I was confused. And I talk to him. I’m not gonna say he speaks back, because I don’t hear anything back. But I believe he loves me and he cares and that’s what I need. (to feel loved by myself, and by God. Its okay if you don’t believe in God and you’re more spiritual or even if you don’t believe in anything. Even if you believe just in better days. Its positive energy!) After that horrible experience in food, I prayed for a desk job. I searched and searched and applied and applied. I felt like I wasn’t doing much. Then one day, I fucking got it! A desk job. Was it just putting my resume out there? Making calls and being an actual adult?! Sure; I would like to think, its Because I said I wouldn’t stop until I get one (positive attitude, positive energy). And I landed one. My life long dream is to be more than comfortable, to buy my mom a car. To have my own house and take vacations with my friends. The profession I want?! Fitness. It makes me happy. Today I got a call for a potential​ job. Now the phrase started from the bottom, I use. Its no where near what I want, but I can and will bust my ass to do So and get where I need to get to through had work and positive energy. Now I won’t say, that all my days a fucking Sunshine’s and rainbows, I did cry, I did get mad as all hell. But after my tantrums I decided to respond to these things instead of react and let those situations control my energy. I simply believe that it is my right to be happy, and if I have to think of me driving in my dream car to get me to smile and feel happy and continue with my day, so be it. They say fake it til you make it. But let me tell you this, I’d rather pick out things in my life that I’m happy about or do self talk and come back to life emotionally then to fake being anything until I actually get it. It did not work for me. My life is a beautiful piece of shit. No fucking lie, my life isn’t together but fuck its pretty fucking great. While, there may be things I want that I don’t have; I won’t beat myself up for it, instead I’m going to be proud that I acknowledge what needs to be fixed and I have a positive attitude about it. - Sorry for the rant. And yes, I did speak of the job like if I already have it. Look it up. Read about it. Law of attraction. Personally I started believing in positive energy and being in control of my life. (Sorry if I didn’t make it clear when I did start believing in the law attraction.) this is more of an inspired rant. I just feel happy, and when things work out for me I get like my mother and start thinking negatively. So this is also like something I can come back to and read, and remind myself that my emotions do control how my life goes. And I am the creator of my life and I will have what I want. And people who know of this, know that there is more than enough for everyone, and so I share my experience. Now it might not be the best. But its mine.

STRATEGY - Before going to sleep, inhale as deep as possible, now hold the breath as long as you can and while holding your breath inside, just repeat the mantra (words) that I want to be this or that (you can change it according to your requirement) and see the magic. Once you are out of breath, slowly exhale, repeat this. Do this for 10 minute before you go to bed and then sleep after that. Do this for 21 days to 3 months to see the difference. Your breath is the connection between consciousness and unconscious.
