It is common to hear in spirituality that Life, Light, God, Source is flowing ‘through’ you. It is a comforting concept that many ‘seekers’ embrace. However, it speaks of ‘separation’ and Truth is ONE – indivisible. Everything – EVERYTHING is ONE ‘appearing’ as many, like infinite fingers on ONE hand, it seems each finger is separate from the hand … IF, one ‘identifies’ with the finger.

Herein lies the trap that imprisons the ONE You Really Are to the experience of individuality and all its limitations.

Returning to this state of ONE-ness-Awareness is therefore NOT about ‘becoming’ what you already ‘are’ through some arduous practice(s) in a far off distant ‘time’. It is about simply ‘shifting’ your identification ‘back’ to the Real YOU – the ONE SELF. The ‘direct’ route HOME to this Awareness is Self Inquiry/Surrender.

You must say to yourself that you know that the physical world, as you see it, could not possibly answer the question of your own existence, so the answer must be elsewhere. You must reach into the furthermost recesses of your mind, for the answer is there and only there and never in the physical world around you.

So, let us not allow our Conscious Minds trick us into believing that the physical world is the ultimate reality. Let us go through our days following the dictates of the Conscious Mind in the physical world, for this pain-pleasure discerner of ours is a finely-made machine for coping with the physical. But let us constantly reach outward for the infinite intelligence that is ours.  Let us know that all form and circumstance must first originate on the plane of thought, that the first cause of all creation is simply thought and conviction. Let us know that we can contact the Universal Mind for the answers to all of our problems, that we create all of our own circumstances by giving birth to them in our minds, that nothing, nothing in all the universe can stop our thoughts from becoming real in our experience for that is the law of life and the law of living.

 Soul, spirit, higher self [and many more] are terms many resonate with. They seem to depict something one ‘has’ and/or may be striving to ‘attain’ or merge with. This seems reasonable … but it fosters the separate individual illusion of person-hood. There ‘are’ no individuals, no higher or lower parts to a ‘someone’ called ‘me’. There is no ‘me’ … there ‘is’ only SELF.

 This is radical [at the least] and likely seems delusional to the vast majority of humanity … and yet True. The single key that locks the dream-prison most dwell within is this hidden-in-plain-sight phantom of separation.

 Light shone through a prism appears as many and yet remains ONE. This is the simple Truth that sets the slumbering God-SELF … Free.
