That ask about whether or not Cam know if MC didn't sleep with Chris inspired me to share a head cannon about my MC Thea. I imagine that after the break up, one of the things she asks Cam is if the reason Chris cheated on her is because she didn't sleep with them. And it just occurred to me that would be a wild way for Cam to find out MC didn't sleep with Chris.

He’s surprised, especially since Chris had alluded to the opposite. To think that's why MC thinks Chris did it only makes Cam that much angrier.

He'll try and steady his breathing, try and hide the anger that is so apparent, and force himself to just focus on supporting MC. "At the end of the day, Chris did what they did," he says firmly. "And if it was really because you weren’t intimate with him, then good riddance."

His voice softens as he continues, meeting MC’s gaze. "What you choose to do with your body is your choice. Don’t ever let anyone make you feel like you have to do something you’re not ready for or comfortable with."

It would be hard for Cam to suppress his anger, needing a moment to think through it because that is truly why Chris betrayed MC in such a way... Chris needs to be put in their place. But right now, MC needs his understanding, not his fury, and that’s where he channels his energy.

I know most fics are more descriptive and less dialogue heavy, but that's the kind of stuff I enjoy reading from time to time and it seems like others do too :) I'm also glad it sounds natural! As for my work in the industry, I'm still a little baby starting out and getting my foot in the door! It's the dream to eventually write on a show and eventually create my own show, but for now I'm chugging along on the production side of things! Everybody's gotta start somewhere 😊 I have a few pilots and specs (a script for a show that already exists to prove you can write in their style) and hopefully one day I'll get to expand on those!

You were awoken some time later by a lick to the face. 

You shut your eyes tighter and groaned. “Gross, Astarion, I’m trying to sleep.” You threw an arm over your eyes, the sun now directly overhead. 

“Did you find them, boy?” A voice shouted from the distance.

Your eyes shot open and found Scratch panting above you, wagging his tail excitedly. 

You sat up quickly and immediately leaned over to shake Astarion who appeared to be trancing soundly. 

“Astarion,” you shook him anxiously. 

He scowled, his eyes still closed. He groaned lowly.

“Astarion, my dear, my sweet, my beloved,” you shook him harder and his eyes opened immediately. He sat up, fast as lightning.

“What’s happening? Where’s my knife?” He looked around frantically until his eyes landed on you. “Ah,” he said, calming, “déjà vu.” 

“They’re coming,” you hissed.

“Who?” Astarion narrowed his eyes, thoughts still foggy from his trance. 

“No FUCKING way!” Came Karlach’s voice from the treeline. 

You looked over and found her with an elated grin on her face and her hands on her knees. She started laughing loudly and you hid your face in your hands. 

“You guys did NOT,” she wheezed. 

“Hello Karlach,” Astarion’s voice sounded nonchalant beside you. “What brings you out to ruin our beauty sleep?” 

“Did you find them?” Shadowheart soon emerged from the forest and stopped in her tracks. She surveyed the area and pinched the bridge of her nose. “Astarion, tell me you didn’t.”

“Did what, darling?” He sounded smug and you looked over at him. His expression matched his tone. “You’ll have to be more specific.” He rested his chin on your shoulder.

“I fucking knew this would happen,” Karlach said, coming down from her laughing fit. “Soldier’s had her eye on you for a while now, Fangs.”

“Karlach!” You whisper-shouted.

“Oh, I’m aware,” you felt Astarion turn his head to look at you.

I though Wyll liked Halsin, he mentions something about him having arms like trunks or something. And Halsin is also shipped with Gale, who is monogamous.

There were some toxic Wyllstarion fans for a while, but I thought that was only directed at Bloodweave.
