"Hey guys, welcome back. I've got a very special announcement to make today, so here we are," Kenma adjusted his camera, smiling slightly.

It was a regular Tuesday evening and you were taking the time to do some self-care, which left Kenma with his second favourite thing in the world - his son.

As a YouTuber, professional gamer, stock trader, streamer and CEO of his own company, Kenma's work schedule was extremely flexible, and both of you were grateful for that. Not only did he have various sources of income, but he could be home as much as he wanted. And being home meant being able to spend time with his precious son, Kozume Kaito.

Kaito was your six month old bundle of joy - literally. If you had told Kenma a decade ago that he'd be a dad one day, he would have never believed you. Until, that is, you had Kaito.

Even before Kaito's birth, Kenma had no idea how he was supposed to take care of and raise a whole child. He just knew that he wanted to be the best father you and Kaito could've ever asked for. And so, you saw how stressed he could got about even the tiniest of things.

"What size clothes do we buy for him? Will S or M be better? What if he's a huge baby? Let's just get one of each size... Wait, what about pacifiers? A-and bottle hoods? What shape will he prefer? Longer ones? Shorter ones? Softer or slightly tougher ones? Ugh forget it, we'll get one of each type too."

However, all his worries disappeared the moment he held little baby Kaito in his arms. Kenma had never really been a crier, but the second he laid eyes on your beautiful son, he couldn't help but let it all out in the hospital ward.

He knew the news of his son would be a major surprise to his online community, especially since the two of you had very successfully hidden your pregnancy from the public. Neither of you wanted to deal with all the pressure from netizens, media and the public.

"'He has Y/n's smile'," Kenma read one comment aloud. Chuckling, he agreed, "He does, doesn't he? He's lucky to inherit the most beautiful smile on earth."

Another comment asked where you were, and when Kenma simply replied with "Doing her own stuff." some commenters gushed about how cute it was that Kenma was on "babysitting duties".

With a scrunch of his face, Kenma retorted, "It's not babysitting. He's literally my child. Y/n's just doing her own stuff, what's the big deal? Come on, y'all gotta delete those gender role stereotypes from your heads, that's so 1950s." He huffed.

"'What's his name?'" Kenma read. "Hm. Y/n and I have actually decided not to reveal his name, so we hope you'll respect our decision."

“You’re beautiful,” he whispered in turn, reaching over and gently brushing a few rogue bits of hair out of your face, “so beautiful.”

“Stevie,” you always felt like he could see right down into your soul with those honey caramel eyes, “stop.”

“Why?” there was a soft whimsy to his question that caused you to playfully roll your eyes, “come on, angel. Tell me.”

“You’re being too…sweet,” you tried to shrug him off as he put his hand on your cheek, “one might almost think you…”

“That I what?” you swallowed thickly at his innocent question. You didn’t know if he really was that naive or if he was playing dumb, “hmm?”

“That you have feelings for me.”

“I do,” he said as though it was the most obvious thing in the world, “you’re my best friend. I love you.”

Not how I love you. You wanted to say, but you swallowed it back down. Instead, you rolled on your back and pulled the sheet over your bare chest. A sigh escaped your lips despite your best efforts. 

“I know,” was all you managed to get out without giving too much of yourself away.

“I’m tired,” you whispered into the dark, “let’s just go to sleep.”

He was quiet for a few moments before you felt him shuffle behind you. You felt him wrap an arm around your waist and pull you into his warm body. Despite your best efforts you melded into him.

When coming to your senses the next day, neither of you truly regretted it. It was - if you were being completely honest - the best sex of your life. And because of that, the two of you didn't see a reason not to hook up again. 

So you did; happily and regularly. Despite your best efforts, you kept holding onto the hope something would change. Something would prompt him to want to make this official. You could have asked. You should have asked but you never worked yourself up to it. Instead you let things keep going as they were, hoping that something would happen. Maybe the universe would divine something into fruition.

But it became increasingly hard to hold back your feelings. You should have just ended things or came out and told him the entire truth but it was impossible. You couldn't quit Steve…you didn't want to. 

Steve, however, was smarter than most people ever assume. He could see that something was different - off. Whenever he'd try to bring up the subject and get to the root of what was going on, you switched the subject. 

"Here ya go," Steve held out your ice cream cone, a smile on his face, “your favorites.”

“Thanks,” you took the cone from him with a small, forced smile. His own pretty smile faltered for a moment as you ate some of your ice cream, “it’s really good.”

“What’s wrong?” he asked softly and offered him a shrug in response. You knew that he meant well and this was all because he cared but it didn’t make it any easier, “you’ve been so down lately. Talk to me, angel. Please.”

“Stevie,” you hesitated for a moment; you hated seeing the sad look on his face. You wanted him to be happy - it was what he deserved. You reached for his hand and put yours on top of his, giving it a gentle squeeze, “nothing is wrong, love. I’m just…I haven’t been feeling great. That’s all.”

“Okay,” he flipped your hand over so he was holding yours. His touch was so gentle and reverent. You knew he could tell you were lying, but the thing about him was that he never pushed. He knew that you trusted him and would eventually go to him, “you know that you can tell me anything.”

“I know,” you promised him, “you’re the one person I trust more than anything. You’re the most important person in my life, Steve.”

“Funny,” he teased softly  that almost brought a little smile to your face, “you’re the same to me. You’re the best thing in the world.”

“Steve.”

“I mean it,” he reached over and brushed his knuckles along your cheek, “I love you.”

And that was the most wonderful and hardest thing to hear, because you knew he meant it.

He was slowly pushing up your dress, deft fingers dancing along your thighs. He paused for a moment before kissing along your collarbones and the tops of your breasts. His gentle touch caused you to inhale softly.

“I love when you make all those pretty sounds,” he nuzzled his face into your neck, overwhelming all of your senses, “you are everything to me.”

You tensed up for a moment before putting your hands on his shoulders and shaking your head. Steve stopped immediately and pulled back, looking at you in concern, “stop, please. I…I’m sorry.”

“Is everything okay?” his eyes were wide with concern as he pulled himself off you completely and sat down next to you. You felt tears welling up but tried to blink them back, “angel…”

“I just…I don’t want to do this,” you pointed between your bodies, “not today. I’m sorry.”

“Don’t apologize,” he insisted sweetly, “you never have to apologize for anything like that. It’s not an issue. Do you want to just watch a movie or something?”

“Actually, I think I should go home,” you pulled your dress down and shuffled off his bed. He nodded in response before handing you your sweater. You took it, hugging it to your chest as you inhaled the smell of him from it, “I’ll talk to you later, alright?”

“Call me when you get home, okay?” he asked quietly as you nodded in response, “and be careful.”

“Always,” you promised before turning to leave his bedroom. You paused in the hallway for a moment, hesitating on whether to just leave or go back. After a few beats you left his apartment to go home. You missed him already. 

Steve had to battle between coming after you or letting you go. He knew something was wrong and he just wanted to fix it. He would do anything for you…he hoped you knew that.

You separated yourself from Steve for a few days, trying to figure yourself out. It was hard but if you were ever going to move past the current situation something had to change.

The only real solution, you had finally come to terms with, was telling him how you really felt. It was going to be harder but it was going to be even harder if you never said anything at all.

The next time Steve picked you up for your normal Friday night hangout, you were ready. As ready as you ever would be. 

"Hey angel," Steve wrapped you up in a hug without hesitation and you allowed yourself to melt into his arms, "I've missed you."

"I've missed you too, Stevie," you whispered as you took a moment to breathe him in. You pulled back and found him looking at you with soft eyes and an even softer smile. 

"I have something to tell you-"

The two of you spoke at the same time, always so in sync. You couldn't help but laugh lightly. You gave his arm a light squeeze and motioned for him to go first.

"So," he looked excited as your heart beat wildly in your chest. Was this finally it? Were you going to have your magic movie moment finally? He looked at his feet for a moment, stifling his smile, "do you remember Amber? The receptionist at my old job?"

"Yeah…" your heart was definitely going to burst out of your chest.

"She called me up the other day and asked if I wanted to go out with her," he looked almost shy as all you could do was stare at him, "so I figured why not? We're going out tomorrow."

"Oh," you felt your heart break as you blinked back your tears, "oh."

"Yeah," he nodded, trying to read your expression, "I was thinking too that maybe we should stop sleeping together. Just if we want to start dating people it might be best if we stop. But - what were you going to say?"

"Me?" you swallowed thickly, brain buzzing and heart in your stomach. You opened and closed your mouth a few times trying to figure out how to possibly tell him you were in love with him when he clearly wasn't interested in you that way. You were just a best friend and a warm body, "umm…nothing. Nothing important at all."

"Are you sure? It looked like it was something big-"

"No," you shook your head and took a step back from him, "I forgot but umm, I actually have a thing so I can't hang out tonight. I'm so sorry, I just remembered."

"What? But we always-"

"I'm sorry, Stevie," you turned around before he could say anything else. He was almost positive that you had some tears in your eyes.

After Steve broke your heart - unintentionally - you avoided him. Flat out avoided him and didn’t even make an attempt  to hide that little fact. He called, and came by, and even stopped by your work, but never managed to get a hold of you. It was starting to kill him slowly. He needed to know what was wrong, he wanted to fix it and make it all better. You were the best and biggest part of his life and you were just gone. He wasn’t sure if he could survive without you. 

Neither of you could live without the other. That was obvious to everyone. 

It was a few weeks later that Steve finally managed to track you down. He’d been waiting outside of your office, watching in anticipation for you to come out. It probably wasn’t the best idea but he didn’t care. He couldn’t be without you any more.

As soon as he saw you coming down the steps, he jumped out of his car and ran over you, calling your name at the top of his lungs, a desperate and hurried sound. You stopped dead in tracks and looked at him with wide eyes. 

“Steve?”

“Hey - hi,” he stopped in front of you, a nervous expression on his face. 

“W-what are you doing here?” butterflies were already fluttering around in your tummy like crazy. 

“You,” he stated simply, “I had to see you. I can’t wait any longer.”

“Oh,” that alone was enough to make your heart thaw just a little bit, “Stevie-”

“I’m sorry,” he interrupted you quickly, “I know I should let you talk but I don’t want another excuse for why I have seen you. All I could think about these last couple of weeks was you. And I think…I think I know what happened.”

“Oh?” your face warmed as you squealed at him, “I….Steve.”

“Are you in love with me?” he didn’t waste any time getting right to the point and it was the most wonderful and scariest moment of your life, “because I’m in love with you.”

You could have given him so many different answers, played this off in various ways but you were done. Done with running from him and ignoring what was right in front of you. Swallowing thickly, you nodded at him, “yes. I’m in love with you.”

He took your face in his hands, brushing his thumb over your cheek. He smiled at you, fully and sweetly, which you couldn’t help but return. Suddenly it felt like things were really and truly falling into place. 

“May I?” he asked softly and you knew exactly what he meant. You answered his question by leaning in and kissing him softly. If there was ever a magic movie moment, this was it. You’d kissed him many times by now, but it was never like this before. 

When you pulled back, he sighed softly and pressed his forehead against yours, “I’ve been wanting to say that for so long now.”

“Me too,” you confessed softly, “I just got scared every time. And I was sure you’d never feel the same.”

“Really?” he laughed softly, “here I was thinking I was being so obvious all this time. I should have tried harder, huh?”

“I thought you were being obvious but I talked myself out of it,” you admitted as you touched his face, “I never thought you’d love me like I’ve always loved you.”

“I always have,” he promised, “and I always will.”

“Do you really promise?” you felt a few tears run down your cheeks and Steve didn’t hesitate to wipe them away.

“I swear it on my life,” he peppered your face in kisses, “forever. I love you.”

“I love you,” a wistful little sigh escaped your lips as you melted into him, “forever.”

“okay, dont be mad” you cautioned your boyfriend and his brother as you walked into your shared apartment. 

“what did you do?” jack called out as you stepped into the living room. it seemed liked both brothers were in their own rooms. 

before you could reply to jack, the puppy in your arm started barking. you quickly tried to shush it to delay the inevitable, but it was too late. Both boys practically bolted out of their rooms at the sound.

“YOU GOT A DOG?” jack shouted, and luke stood by his bedroom door stunned.

“y/n…” your boyfriend trailed off, really unsure of what to say. he had good reason of course, you didn’t exactly ask if you could get a puppy but the opportunity just presented itself to you.

“i know, i know! but-but hear me out!” you started to defend yourself as jack came over to you, taking the small dog out of your hands so he could cuddle with them. “i was doing some shopping and there was this pet rescue place, and they didn’t have the space to take in a new dog… and i overheard all of this and so i went to see the puppy and…” you trailed off sheepishly, hoping that your boyfriend and his brother wouldnt be too upset at you. “he’s ours now?” you said, forcing a smile and shrugging your shoulders. 

“you know what! i like him!” jack smiled, dropping to his knees and putting the puppy on the floor so he could play with the little dog. 

“yeah but who’s going to take care of it?” luke piped up, always the one to be rational and think things through.

“i will! plus, when you start playing all the time next season i’ll just be here alone so the puppy can keep me company!” you explained, and you could see luke warming up to the idea of having a dog. 

“yeah you're so cute! you're so cute!!” jack cooed at the dog as he started ruffling its fur. 

“okay, yeah its pretty cute” luke finally admitted, crouching on the floor next to jack so he could also play with the puppy.

now that you were no longer on thin ice  you joked, “luke! don’t call our baby an it!” to which he playfully rolled his eyes.

“I’m gonna call mom right now and tell her i’m an uncle” jack laughed, fishing his phone out of his pants pocket. 

you quickly grabbed his phone from his hand and hid it behind your back. there was absolutely no way you were going to let jack make that call. it was hard enough to get your parents to both agree that you could move in together. if jack even joked about you being pregnant… you didn’t want to think about it. 

after getting the dog settled into the apartment, you, your boyfriend, and jack all went out to the nearest pet store to stock up on all of the supplies you’d need.

"Bada I couldn't do this anymoreeee.." you whined and Bada raised an eyebrow, looking at you sprawled out on the floor of the studio. She was thinking you were tired from practicing already but you had a different dilemma.

"If you want, we can call it a day then we continue tomorrow. Is that okay with you?" Bada asked as she sat down on the floor beside you. You rolled over and looked up at her, your eyes gleaming from happiness.

"Yes please! Can we go have a picnic instead?" you asked and she chuckles, nodding her head. She really couldn't say no to you at this point. She loves you way too much.

"Fine, we're going on a picnic so go home and get changed. I'll be picking you up in an hour." Bada says and you cheered before rushing to go back to your apartment. You made sure to make yourself look pretty even though it's only you and Bada together. You found a spot where you regularly go with Bada, it's a park that a few people goes to and you love it since you can finally be yourself without cameras and crazy people trying to take you and Bada down from the spotlight.

An hour has passed and Bada came to pick you up for your impromptu picnic date. She could feel her heart beat fast and cheeks creeping up her cheeks as she saw you looked so pretty in your outfit. The both of you got inside her car and she placed a kiss on your cheek when she fixed your seat belt for you.

"You looked so pretty, Y/N.. It's like I'm going on a date with an angel right now.." Bada praised and you giggled, cheeks red at her compliment.

"You look really pretty, too.. I don't know how but you give a feminine and masculine energy at the same time and it's making my heart go insane at how good looking you are, Bada.." you rambled a bit dramatically which mada Bada laugh and shake her head in pure amusement.

Bada drove while you're her pretty passenger princess that's spamming her phone with your selfies. You and Bada aren't exactly together but you go on dates whenever you can. You want to be with her but you weren't really allowed to date, let alone date a woman. The both of you will get in trouble and it made your heart ache.

"What's wrong, sweet cheeks?" Bada asked as you suddenly became quiet and looking upset. You huffed and sighed before turning to look at her. You couldn't bear the thought of not being with her but you also didn't want both your careers to suffer. You worked so hard to be where you are right now and Bada as well. But you can't deny that you're in love with her. You're torn between your feelings and the consequences it will create not only for you but for Bada as well.

"I'm just thinking about this, about whatever we have right now.." you told her and she reached out to hold your hand, giving it a light squeeze. She knows that it's hard for you, the same thoughts are running through her head and it's driving her crazy.

Bada parks the car and leads you to your usual spot, by the pond. She sets up the picnic and lets you go roam around a bit. When you got back, you were holding a small puppy that you found abandoned near the pond. You felt sorry for it so you picked it up and brought it over to where Bada was. The both of you ate and rested for a bit before talking about all of your worries regarding to what's going on between the two of you.

"I badly want to be called as your girlfriend, Bada. I really do but I also don't want to ruin our careers because of that. I know for a fact that you worked so hard to be where you are right now and I don't want to take that away from you.." you said as you laid your head on her shoulder. Bada sighs and kissed the top of your head. Her heart fluttered at your confession that you wanted to be her girlfriend which she found really adorable.

"Y/N.. You can still be my girlfriend. We can still be girlfriends. The world doesn't have to know it just yet.. We can just keep it a well guarded secret that only the two of us knows. Well, that puppy knows but he can't talk so it doesn't matter.." she says, joking on the last part just to cheer you up. You looked up at her, tears brimming your eyes and just hugged her which she returned.

"Sounds good to me, Bada. We're girlfriends now.. You, me, the puppy and this spot are the only ones to know that what we have is real.." you smile and placed a kiss on her lips, a sign that even when kept a secret, your love for each other still remains.

HI ok saur i’ve just washed up so let’s GO!!!!!

dominATE tour!!! i was so so lucky to get a good seat (cat 1 second row!) but my other concert buddies… were slightly further behind. i went alone but met up with other stays who also went alone, so we became a cute little group of 4! spent the time looking around and taking pictures together 🥺 they’re the cutest bunch ever. tbh it’s not my first time going alone (i.e skz maniac, cha eunwoo just one 10min) so i wasn’t that lost, but some of the other girls were so i became some sort of a mother duck weaving them through the crowds hahah !

i made little bracelets and gave them out as fansupport! was seated next to two j-stays and when i gave them, they went “kawaii!!” repeatedly; they’re so cute uGH

chan said he’s so happy to be able to kick off the start of the world tour in singapore 🫶 (in a later ment, he said he was jealous of stays who live here because it’s so pretty, and would love to spend more time here in the future :() he also made a lot of jokes about how it’s so “cold” here (haha :|) but ultimately said it’s hot because of stay 🥹

changbin did the chilli chilli crab crab dance again!! seungmin said they ate that yesterday, and that probably before their flight tomorrow they’ll eat pepper crab! changbin asked to share and seungmin said no because changbin eats 2 portions each time 😭😭 save my man please 😫

Of course, you start to panic, seeing the liquid spread all over the clean floor. You start apologizing profusely when they come to check on you after hearing a noise. 

“I-I’m sorries” you cry over and over again, beginning to shake, knowing you’ve done something bad–made a mess. 

“Awh no, Angel, hey-” Steve picks you up, noticing you’re standing where the liquid meets your covered toes. “It’s okay baby, don’t cry. After it’s all cleaned up, Steve hands you a new filled-up sippy while Bucky changes your damp socks, knowing they must not feel comfortable or help your distressed mood.

“How about we get you ready for bed early, huh doll?” he asks.

A simple question. But one that makes your already anxious mind mold into guilt. You didn't want to go to bed--Well, that wasn’t exactly true--You didn’t want to go to your room. Your pink room. It was perfect, in every way–except the color. It made you feel so bad. You knew how much they wanted you to love it. You didn’t want them to think you were bad.

“I’ll even read you two bedtime stories,” Bucky interrupts your thoughts, trying to cheer you up. He picks you up and sets you back down on the clean floor. It only makes you feel worse. You’d love it if he read you a million bedtime stories, but it just felt so hard going in your room. It just didn’t feel like yours.

You don’t answer him. Instead, you just stand there, looking almost petrified. 

“Doll? Hey, what’s wrong?” he asks as you make no indication of wanting to go to your room. Steve bends down, leveling himself closer to you.

“Sweet girl, can you tell dada what’s wrong? You know we're not upset about the sippy, what’s bothering you babygirl?” Steve asks gently. Still, you only cry harder, not wanting to say what you mean. How could you tell them something like that? Wouldn't they just think you’re a bad girl who doesn't want to listen to daddies and go to your room?

“Jus-jus’ don’t wan’ daddies to be mads at me” you sob sorrowfully into your own hands.

“Oh no, angel...we won’t be mad, as long as you're honest about what’s going on in that little head of yours,” he teasingly pets your head. “we could never be mad at you like that.” He encourages you to speak up, taking your little hands into his softly. 

“It-it’s jus-” you try making the words come out, but only more tears fall instead. Steve tugs you closer, hugging you as you weep into his shoulder. Eventually, there’s only one word you’re able to mumble out. Color.

“Color?” He questions gently, trying to confirm what you said, and pulling apart to look at you. You nod your head shamefully, unwilling to look up from the floor. 

“What color baby?”

“Room.” you say quietly. 

“The color of your room? Pink?” He questions. You nod your head, and it takes him a moment before he realizes what you’re trying to communicate. “You don’t like the pink babygirl?” He asks carefully.

You nod your head in confirmation but the admission only makes you feel worse, causing you to cry harder again. 

“I’m sorry,” you say woefully in between sobs. 

“Oh angel, no, no. You don’t need to be sorry about that,” You look up to meet his gaze as he wipes the tears from your wet face.

“Really?” You ask sensitively. 

“Of course not.” Bucky chimes in, reaching down to pick you up. He bounces you up as he places you around his hip. “Why didn’t you just tell us sooner, doll?” you shrug your shoulders, and mumble an ‘I dunno.’

“I’m so sorry we didn’t know before babygirl. That’s daddies job, we should have known. We’re the sorry one's little princess.” Steve reassures, caressing your cheek while still in Bucky’s arms.

You look back to Bucky, wanting to gauge if he was upset. However, he doesn’t look displeased as only concern laces his features as he looks at you. 

“You know, doll, I'm somewhat of a painter myself,” he says lightheartedly, causing a skeptical eyebrow raise from Steve. 

“Oh yeah, that so?” Steve jeers.

“Absolutely,” he defends. “After all, who do you think painted your room and did all that hard work in the first place?” he gestures his head towards Steve “not that guy” he teases, making you giggle, bringing a small smile to your face.

“You-you’re not upset I don’t like it?” you ask, still feeling bad since he did it all for you.

“Of course not Doll. What kind of Daddy would I be if I didn’t know your favorite color?” he explains, “now tell us, what colors do you want instead?” you ponder for a moment, thinking.
