Being the youngest avenger had many perks, everyone being protective of you, them all feeling like older sibling or even parents with a few of them. It’s like another family.

So imagine what they’re were like when you found love.

You were introduce to Jesse while on a mission, you saved them. And you couldn’t stop thinking about them, their eyes, their nose, everything.

So, you tracked them down and everything after that is history. You did a background check on them, everything seem clear, except you didn’t tell your family.

You knew you had too, they need to know, and it’s been 2 months now, they deserved to know…or you could wait till someone finds out in their own.

“Hey kid” you look up from your phone to see Nat and Wanda at the door, the latter having a small smirk on her face.

“Hey?” You tilt your head, watching as they let themselves in and sit on your bed.

“So you’ve been acting d-”

“Wanda read you’re mind and now I want to know who Jesse it” Natasha interrupts her, getting a glare in return.

You’re not gonna lie, that hurt a bit, hearing that Wanda didn’t respect your privacy and did that.

“You can’t tell anyone” with that demand the door was closed with red mist surrounding it.

“We need to talk”

That was never good, especially when it’s coming from your romantic partner.

You gulp down any theories you have going around in your head, maybe he wanted to talk about meeting their parents? Wanting to meet up more? The list was endless of what they could have wanted to talk about.

“What about?“ you ask, smiling through the fear of whys they’re going to say, you could practically hear you’re heart beat.

“We need to breakup” you breath in, not really feeling…anything. You’ve been drifting recently and it was bound to happened, you just didn’t expect it.

“Okay…” you didn’t know how to respond, you just left it like that.

Checking your social media, you sign, placing you’re phone down before you throw it. Pinching the bridge of your nose you try not to go crazy.

They’ve been ignoring you, like you were nothing, and when you do text or try to talk to them, they don’t respond and I’d they do it’s barely anything.

“Little one?” You look up to meet Thor, who’s looks like a concerned parent.

You sniff, realising in the moment you did, in fact, start crying.

“Hey” you try to draw that out, not wanting to create awkward silence.

“I know that look” you tilt you’re head, not having a clue what he’s on about.

“Heartbreak” he explains, earning a head shake from you.

“No,no,no,no” you deny, you expected it to end, so it’s not that dig of a deal…right?

“Yes, yes, yes” he mocks, inviting himself in and sitting next to you in the bed.

“It’s not-”

“Loki was the exact same” you shut up, listening to him, he rarely talks about his brother to you. As you were left an orphan by Loki’s attack in New York, resulting in you getting adopted by your uncle Tony.

“He tries to be heartless, but I know my little sibling, he may try and hide his emotions, but i know them” emotion practically drips from his mouth, making you tear up a bit.

You look over to him, giving him a small smile, “thanks Thor” you lean up and give him a hug, which he gave back.

“Y/N!” You groan as you hear Nat call your name, you just got comfy in your bed.

With a silent battle in your mind, debating to ignore her or not, you get up, fearing what might happen if you don’t.

Leaving your room, you follow her voice, shouting your name again.

You meet her in the living room, a grin on her face.

“Nat…?” You look around the room to see everyone sitting down, Netflix set up in the tv.

“A birds told us you’re experiencing a break up” you feel your cheeks beaten up, slightly embarrassed.

You look Over to Thor, who’s sends you a smile.

“It was Clint. He was in the vents again” Nat explains with an eye roll and a smirk.

“Come on, we’ll even watch the movie you’ve been on about” Tony calls over to you, urging you to sit next to him, getting a groan from Sam, who despises the movie he knows you wanna watch.

You smile, feeling truly loved.
