The thing is. Junko is very aware that she's unstable. But everyone else who SHOULD be a source of stability decides that SHE will be their stable center instead (looking at you, Mukuro and Yasuke), so she's just.

Up a creek without a paddle, and by the time she finds one, it's too late because she's that unstable center for so many people that she can't STOP.
