tbh I've had half a dozen Archive 81 OCs that only exist in my head for a while now.

It started with me writing a fanfic in my head about Nick and Christine visiting a brownstone that was a dumping ground for cosmic junk data (which manifested physically as actual pieces of junk.)

Immediately I was like "well, there needs to be a Weird Little Guy there, right? Obviously this place has its own Weird Little Guy." So I wrote a whole backstory for the Weird Little Guy and gave them some traits to foil Nick's.

Got carried away and added to their backstory, which meant I made more original characters, including a very tired lesbian (who if I'm being honest with myself was just a gender-swapped Benjamin, I can admit that now), a miserable Leviathan, a poor foolish painter, and a five-member cult that was always at risk of falling apart due to its own internal drama.

You know, outside of a handful for TMA, I've not seen many OCs for fiction podcasts.
