4. If you could put this character in any other media, be it a book, a movie, anything, what would you put them in?

I spend most of my time with media that could easily have taken place in the RGG universe so I'm limited on Interesting Settings and Situations to Put Characters In but tonally, if I wanted to keep his background and core character traits, I think something like Fear and Hunger (specifically Termina) or Darkest Dungeon would slap.

Not that he hasn't been through enough horrors but I love the psychological/survival aspects and I'm familiar enough with the lore and workings of those settings to be able to picture Shishido in them... also I simply think physical manifestations of the psyche are epic and although Silent Hill fits the bill I just feel like historical settings would make for a more distinct Shishido...

12. What's a headcanon you have for this character?

He's on the Motomiya diet... loves sweets... loves meat... hates most veggies... very picky eater...

20. Which other character is the ideal best friend for this character, the amount of screentime they share doesn't matter?

LEGALLY I cannot say Yuto Tamura from Nihon Touitsu because he is in fact based on Yuto Tamura from Nihon Touitsu so I will say Guts from Berserk :) I dunno the thought crossed my mind randomly while playing and then my friend made the comparison too... so it's real to me...

Do you have any kuroko no basket headcannons if so what are they ? :D

My brain is 85% KnB headcanons (unless I'm writing my original fiction and sometimes even then).

Here are some highly specific headcanons about some of the characters' media taste:

Kuroko

Since he has been documented to love Stand By Me and to read Makioka Sisters, I concluded he's into character driven stories where a bunch of friends or siblings get into shenanigans and/or philosophize about life and experience its darker side (lol what a surprise), and so I added The Outsiders, Pride and Prejudice and Little Women to his list of favourites and referenced them in my fic to varying degrees.

Kagami

I figured besides Toy Story he would like The Incredibles and generally be into action cartoons with a bit more emotional depth, and doesn't mind a nod towards some more macabre themes. However, he likes happy endings and doesn't want to see something straightforwardly tragic. I also think he doesn't mind slower paced movies when they are visually captivating, so I figured he would enjoy watching Pride and Prejudice (2005) with Kuroko.

Aomine

He's secretly into high stakes emotionally dramatic shows that don't require a lot of processing, like Sex and the City and Gossip Girl, and he gets way too invested. He thinks only Momoi knows, but she told Kuroko, who told no one (so far).

Momoi

This was inspired by the fact that I thought it would be hilarious if Momoi's screen name was "weddingpeachsatsuma" and then I started thinking she likes self-aware magical girl anime, like Wedding Peach. (Doesn't hurt that she looks a bit like the protagonist.) But she isn't like... a proper anime fan. She only likes the ones that deconstruct clichés or come at the subject from a slightly removed angle. (I can't think of a better way to explain it.) Now, this only really makes sense if you know Wedding Peach, but I thought it would also be hilarious if Kuroko managed to tell Momoi that he wasn't her Yosuke but her Jama-P. (But if you don't know it, google Jama-P and you'll understand.)

Miraculous Ladybug Crossover Thought:

You know... for all these salt stories over a liar, plus the crossovers with Persona 5...

Now that I’m thinking about it, it surprises me that there’s not much Persona 4 + Miraculous Ladybug stuff! One of the big themes is TRUTH, for crying out loud! 

Here are some small ideas I’m gonna throw out:

Risette & Kitty Section/Jagged Stone/Clara collabs!

Marinette convincing Yukiko to pursue other things than innkeeping (because let’s be real, Yukiko’s decision to run the inn after all was shit).

Adrien &/or Marinette get a Shadow Self.

Yu x Yosuke hanging out with Adrinino!

Yukichie hanging out with Julerose & either Alyanette, Chlonette or some other WLW ship!

Dunking on Lila!

Eri getting advice & help from the other moms (Sabine, Marlena, et cetera).

Nanako being like an older, responsible sibling for the other kids (Manon, the Twins &/or Chris). 

Hisano & Marianne getting along.

Dojima & Roger getting along over balancing policework with single (presumably in Roger’s case) parenting.

Dojima and Gabriel not getting along. They’re on very different sides of the law, aren’t they?

Alternatively, give them the Fox. They’d probs be something simple like Kitsune.

Persona 4 X ML - Crossover (My take)

Kind of based on @thebigpapilio's idea/post on a crossover between Persona 4 and Miraculous Ladybug (here). I have played and beaten P4 but it was years ago and my PS2 doesn't work anymore so I can't really access my files anymore. I have P4 Golden…. Somewhere...but I have to find my Vita and charger for it.

World Building Ideas

- The Miraculous and TV world are connected 

- Fog comes to Paris before any connection to Inaba is discovered

- Possible discovery by either the Midnight Channel starting in Paris or maybe Marinette discovers with one of the Kwami

> Could be while cleaning tv or fixing cables, still not sure

> Alternatively, The Detective P4 group ends up in Paris by accident, either leave through a TV (Marinette's) or pulled out after an Akuma is defeated, like the mini Ladybug swarm mistakes them for victims

- Connects to Inaba somehow (Vaguely remember Teddy saying all TVs are connected to the TV World but different tvs take you to different places)

> Kaalki may be able to teleport Marinette into the TV world of Marinette's choosing or teleport her out anywhere from the same TV set inside the TV world 

> Travel is limitless in the TV world

- Create a base with two TVs to return to real world out of TV world

> Easily teleport between Paris and Inaba without using Kaalki

> Someone suggests that the TV for Inaba be moved elsewhere. Possibly at Yosuke's or Yukiko's

- Marinette and Kanji discussing and sharing stitching/sewing techniques. Marinette sells some of Kanji's plushies and stuffed animal stuff in Paris to build up a clientele for him while Kanji helps sells some of Marinette's clothes in Inaba 

- Chie and Marinette discussing fighting styles and training with each other. Chie brings up an idea of sharing self defense techniques to Paris

- Kallki and Tikki can make a pocket dimension as a kind of base that can connect to any TV Marinette touches

- Kwami can see in fog

> Longg seems aware of why or how the fog got there, not sure if he can say anything about it though (similar to the bubble thing when kwami say a holders name)

- Tikki can create the glasses with Teddie's help, a few each creation

- If Marinette has Nooru, maybe he can help connect her to the Velvet Room (since butterflies seem to be the Velvet Rooms symbol)

- The Kwami working on items or a spell, etc to help the Parisians understand the Japanese and vice versa

- Bull!Kanji (It's an aesthetics thing for me! The nose ring would just fit his appearance)

- Lila as a red herring? Like she's not the main bad guy but it seems like it (Similar to the one Delivery/TV guy)

- Hawkmoth or no Hawkmoth? Someone else having Nooru or Marinette having him… I honestly thought of having Adachi with this

- Dojima possibly criticizing the Parisian police if they're too reliant on the heroes?

What ideas?" It also probably doesn't help that I haven't played P4/P4G in YEARS. Also I've always been the type to focus on other details than characters so that may also affect this. Oracle: What kind of eccentricities does your muse have? Do they stem from something deeper or not? Do these quirks tend to make things difficult for them? (for Akai, Adrien and Minato!)

Isamu Akai hates his name. Midorikawa Kai (Green) often teased him by calling him the “Red-Eyed Freak” or making mean remarks with including “red” in it. If he gets married, he’s taking his S/O’s surname. 

The teasing was really bad, since he’s an albino and had to sit close to the school for gym classes outside.

Another note from his albinism is that he’s legally blind without glasses. He doesn’t wear them when out until he marries his S/O* (This particular Yellow by default) and slowly starts learning to not be a victim anymore. This happens when he starts up berry farms and caring for infant Pokemon.

Akai learned quickly from Green’s bullying to keep his answers very short. Yes, no, maybe. Due to this, he keeps his replies within ten words or less. He’ll talk forever if he’s extremely comfortable with that person. Example being his S/O*.

Example:Person: “Where are you going?”Akai: “…PokeCentre.”Person: “Why?”Akai: “…Delivery.”Person: “What are you delivering?”Akai: “…Berries.”Person: “Why berries?”Akai: “…The nurses ordered them.”

Adrien was practically raised by anime. His mind knows (from the example of anime) who is in the wrong or not. He uses this weirdness of his to his advantage after Chameleon and actually pulls Marinette aside to ask why she’s off that day. Learns she’s being bullied and cuts ties with Lila.

Due to cutting ties with Sausage Hair, a lot of episodes involving her just… don’t happen. Well, maybe they do but not as the episode planned it.

Oni-chan would be Lila getting angry that Marinette was invited inside the mansion (for Mari’s protection) and Kagami sees Adrien’s public social media account with photos of all these guys and ONE girl hanging out in the background or beside him in these pictures. Mari tries to kiss a cardboard cut-out of Adrien as a dare, and Oni-chan happens, I guess. 

Minato. This boy is generally apathetic in regards to his own life. It’s what brought Nyx to Iwatodai in the first place. He’s a CASSANOVA for dating every girl (of age) he’s met.

Since Twin AU is my canon for him, he’s also got a small sister complex, but it does balance out with Minako having a small brother complex. They’re scarily close. Like, Minako dragged her bed down to the second floor just to sleep inside the same room as her brother. Oh, and they painted the room. Minato’s half is a fresh pastel blue and Minako’s is either orange or pink. 

In the Runaways verse for p4, he’s using his lack of drive to help Souji/Yu/P4-kun to the nearest safe spot to save his progress. He’s also living with his sister (if not in butterfly form) in a run-down house that’s actually foreclosed. Kuma lives in Yosuke’s closet in canon so that means no more room. Maybe when they’re better friends with the Gang in Inaba, they stay in a spare room at Naoto’s?

In the Post Resurrection verse in p5, they’re still helping out other Fools. But this is special since Joker gets spooked when the pink and blue monarch butterflies get too close in a Palace that’s about to kick the Thieves out. Cue the flash of who they were and then… nothing. They wake up in the middle of Shibuya with nothing but the things they were buried in and phones in their pockets. Holy shit! It’s 2019!

It can go one of three ways in terms of living arrangements:

They’re staying with Akira/Ren

Working really hard and getting their own apartment

They also have a shared Palace. It’s a series of creepy houses with different people screaming at them from behind walls. Every level of the Palace is different. New voices, more crying. It’s basically a big, empty traditional Japanese house with nooses and box cutters laying about. Once the Thieves find the Treasure, the Palace changes drastically. Everywhere that has a noose, now has a chair that’s been kicked down and a store mannequin hanging there. Slowly swaying.

Their treasure? An unopened birthday present.

Phan Cam: The Festival of Our Dreams

WARNING: This post may be a bit long. Also, there’s a chance some posts may not show on time.

>The stage for the Dream Festival was all set up and ready. The idols were doing some last minute rehearsals before the first concert. Dream FES will last six days from Monday to Saturday this year. The first event takes place tonight on Monday which will be like any other concert. The second event takes place on Wednesday where it’s Open Mike Nite and anyone can perform on stage, even with the idols. The finale takes place on Saturday where the competition to see which Rookie Idols, Skull included, will get to become True Idols and possibly record a CD takes place with the idols finishing it with a huge show stopper.

Okay, so I stand here and I announce the groups when they come out. I think I got it.

Good. Now when you announce them, don’t hold back, give it as much energy as you can so the audience can feel it.

MC: I’ll do just that.

Worker: Hey, they stylist is calling for one last check!

MC: Coming!

Miraculous and Persona huh? Let’s do one than the other.

Miraculous:

1. Felinette/Daminette - Like... either one I don’t get. Felix for reasons of he’s always been designed to be some level of asshole that would take much longer for Marinette to grow to like (considering she was PISSED at Adrien for just a minor misunderstanding in Origins) and Damian... I don’t know much about him, but from what I understand, he comes off as an asshole and again, Marinette doesn’t respond well to immediate assholes.

5. Huuu... nothing has ruined a pairing for me yet in this fandom? I mean, I know what I like and I’ll look for it. If I don’t like it, I’m not actively seeking it.

16. The introduction of our ‘love rivals’ aka Kagami and Luka. While Kagami doesn’t need a lot of change, Luka needs way more time. I know I saw a post defending the minimal we’ve seen, but it’s still shaky. Also, you have a problem when you can count the number of times a character meant to be some acting force in romantic subplot appearing on one hand and effectively doing little else. WORSE, if you count the number of times he literally does nothing but say a few lines or do his superhero duty, you’ve only got like two episodes for him ACTIVELY CONTRIBUTING TO BUILDING HIS CHARACTER (which is fucking repeat anyway that he’s interested in Marinette and makes her blush LIKE WHAT?). I understand if what we know of both of them will lead to the inevitable ‘break-ups’ but it’s unfortunate he was constructed so shallowly compared to Kagami.

23. Mmmm... I like Juleka, but I don’t think she’s unpopular lol

Persona

1. MC x Naoto - I don’t like a lot of MC pairings just on the principle of being a proxy (despite semi-optional choice trees), but I’ve never liked the way they translated or handled Naoto’s Social Link in P4. Not because I headcanon Naoto as a transgender man (which again goes against her entire character arc and the message they’re going for in-game of breaking down societal roles while being yourself, but awesome if you think Naoto is a transgender woman because think of all that actually opens up about her story), but because of the way it’s staged that the MC would prefer Naoto as being more feminine.

5. No ruined pairin-- no, I guess MC x Yukiko sort of took a ding, but through some other issues (you know why lolol). I won’t explain here because it’s dumb drama that needs to remained buried, but yeah.

16. Hmmm... less jokes at Kanji’s expense. Also, Yosuke could be less of an asshole. Maybe he would’ve been if they kept him as a romantic option, but his constant riling people (especially Kanji with those gay jokes) needed to be dialed back. Wait, this was supposed to be one thing... oops. UH, REDO THE CAMPING EPISODE IN THE ANIMATION there.

23. Same with the Miraculous question, my favorite characters aren’t unpopular so can’t answer lol.

Live-Action Bleach Film's Video Previews Theme Song

Warner Bros. started releasing another video for the real life film of Tite Kubo's Bleach manga on Wednesday. The video reviews the film's signature melody "Mosquito Bite" by [ALEXANDROS]. It likewise includes fight successions with Ichigo Kurosaki (Sōta Fukushi), Renji Abarai (Taichi Saotome), and Byakuya Kuchiki (MIYAVI).

The Bleach film will open in Japan on July 20, and will have its North American debut on July 28 at the Japan Cuts Festival in New York.

Warner Bros. beforehand gushed recordings featuring Ichigo, Rukia, Uryū, Byakuya, Renji, and the Hollows.
