WATCH: N.Flying Drops Teaser Video And Photos With Yoo Hoeseung Of "Produce 101"

N.Flying is ready for a comeback, this time with all new member Yoo Hoeseung! The video, entitled "Turn On The TV," is the first teaser for the upcoming track, "THE REAL (진짜가 나타났다)." The original four members of the group are seen chilling around, until they switch on the television to find Yoo Hoeseung acting cute on the TV in front of a set. Suddenly, Hoeseung is transported from the screen and joins the band for a performance. The set and outfit are the same set-up as "Produce 101: Season 2," which was the popular competition program that created new band Wanna One. Yoo Hoeseung became known during his time on the program for his incredible vocal talent and hard work for the various music styles and challenges. N.Flying is an "instrumental" band from FNC Entertainment that debuted in May of 2015. FNC houses many other groups known as instrumental bands (versus dance-themed idol groups) such as FTISLAND, CNBLUE, AOA Black, and HONEYST.  On top of the music video teaser, N.Flying also released two teaser photos of each member, as well as two group teaser for the comeback!

This will be N.Flying's first full comeback since they released "Lonely" back in October of 2015. N.Fia (N.Flying fans) are looking forward to seeing what kind of concept N.Flying will take on now that they have a new member. Obviously, as it was part of the secret division, you couldn’t even tell anybody who worked for the 101, let alone your kind boyfriend, Donghyun

however, lately, he’d been acting super suspicious

He’d get home late, would be super protective over his belongings, never letting you wash his clothing without him going through the pockets and such first

It made you worried, but when you’d revealed your worries to your friends, they traded worried looks and informed you that Donghyun was definitely cheating

You confronted him about his strange behavior multiple times, but he’d never tried to defend himself or actually explain himself, just telling you not to worry about it, that he loved you

That night, when you got home, you found one of his shirts with a dark red smudge on it that looked almost like lipstick

When you sniffed the shirt, your blood ran cold at the scent of a female perfume

-“(y/n)?” Donghyun had finished showering, and met your eyes, you holding the shirt up.

-“Donghyun, we’re through,” you said quietly, going over to the closet and grabbing your suitcase, “I can’t do this anymore, I can’t do this secrecy, the untruthfulness. I’m done, Donghyun.”

“(y/n),” Donghyun said, tears pricking in his eyes, you know how much I care about you.“

“And I love you too,” you replied, meeting his eyes squarely, “but ultimately, my happiness comes first, and this relationship isn’t what it used to be.”

at first, Donghyun had tried to stop you, but as you collected your shampoo and conditioner from the bathroom, he seemed resigned, like he’d accepted what was happening

if anything, that infuriated you more

As you stormed out of the apartment, dragging your bags behind you as  you flagged down a taxi, you couldn’t help but wonder if you’d really made the right decision

that night, your kill for the X was a lot more bloody than usual

Back at the apartment, Donghyun was sobbing, feeling an intense array of emotions that he couldn’t quite place

He looked into the mirror of your–his– bathroom, eyes puffy, his fingers running over the tattoo of the 101, the tattoo and the life he’d tried so hard to keep you away from without hurting you– he’d only partially succeeded

A few months passed after the intense breakup

You were gloomy for a week, barely dragging yourself to work and then collapsing in bed, crying yourself to sleep

However, you soon realized that you weren’t helping anyone– especially yourself– and even if you were hurting in the short term, it was the best long-term decision

You threw yourself into work for the X, successfully pulling off a major scheme against a powerful politician to cut funds drastically from the Special and Organized Crimes Unit of the police department, which would largely benefit the 101

Lately, SVT, a low-level gang in the area, had been acting out, worrying the higher-ups

The X was assigned to steal a huge shipment of ammo that SVT was routing out of the country, and a loss that large would be a huge hit to SVT’s capabilities

However, Daniel, who was in charge of overseeing the job, warned you that he wanted the X to work with a few guys who knew SVT and their style well

You and your team from the X, Seo Seunghyuk and Yoo Hwiseung, entered the conference room carefully, taking seats at the end of the long table

“this is stupid,” Seunghyuk sighed, leaning back in his chair, “we can handle ourselves just fine.”

“yeah, but we haven’t dealt with SVT much before,” Hwiseung pointed out, “it might be useful to learn more about their patterns and such; we’ll be more likely to succeed.“

“Hwiseung, we always succeed,” Seunghyuk pointed out, making you snicker

“I’m glad you three arrived on time,” Daniel said as he walked into the room, handing you three fairly thick file folders, “the other two will be here in a moment

you flipped through the folder– it was a compilation of the past few deliveries that SVT had done– where they went, how they conducted them, etcetera

Sorry we’re late,” an eerily familiar voice panted

Your head snapped up to meet the eyes of Donghyun, whose own face paled at the sight of you

“(y/n)?” he asked, voice almost a whisper

Your eyes darted from Donghyun to Daniel and back to Donghyun, before placing your head in your hands

It all made sense now– Donghyun had gotten roped into the 101, and he’d done the usual selfless thing by hiding that fact from you, not realizing that you were in fact also in the 101

“I expect that you two will not reveal the identities of our X members, yes?” Daniel asked smoothly, gesturing for Donghyun and Im Youngmin, one of his close friends, to take a seat.

As the ‘meeting’ began, Daniel ran over the plan and explaining the roles to everyone

You couldn’t help but keep staring at Donghyun, the shock of the situation still fresh

The meeting wrapped up and you started to head out, trailing behind Seunghyuk, when Donghyun caught your wrist

“Wait, (y/n),” he said quietly, pulling you back into the empty conference room

You turned to face him, feeling your heart break at the innocent, puppy-like look on his face

“(y/n),” he whispered. you were acutely aware of his hand that still remained around your wrist, thumb tracing over the small scar there, “why didn’t you say anything?”

“you know the X,” you said desperately, frowning at Donghyun, “you know we’re not allowed to tell anyone. I’m sorry that I had to lie to you, and I’m sorry that it ended like that, but you lied to me too, not even thinking for one second that I might have been able to protect myself.”

“I didn’t want to put you in danger,” Donghyun explained, “if I had ever hurt you, I don’t think I would ever be able to forgive myself.”

You sighed, gently slipping your hand away from Donghyun’s grasp, “we can talk about this later. For now, we should concentrate on the task at hand.”

That night, as you left the 101 building, your gun tucked into your waistband and hair pulled back, Donghyun stopped you before you could enter the car, pulling you into a tight hug

“stay safe, (y/n),” he whispered

the three of you managed to pull off the theft with minimal damage

the people delivering the ammo apparently didn’t even realize that they were being tailed, and as soon as the first gun was pulled out, the game was over

really, Daniel didn’t even need to call in the X for the job; it had been incredibly easy

When you arrived back at the 101 hq, the ammo in the trunk of Sungwoon’s car, ready to be shipped off immediately, Donghyun rushed to greet you, hugging you tightly

You’re okay? You’re okay! You’re safe,” he sighed, burying his head into your shoulder, holding you tightly

“Hey, hey, I’m fine,” you whispered, patting Donghyun on the back

Hwiseung and Seunghyuk had hurried into the building, figuring that they’d give you some space

“I was worried about you,” Donghyun sniffled, pulling away

Hey, love, why are you crying?” You asked worriedly, frowning at Donghyun, who hastily wiped away a tear

So much has happened,” he explained, “i find out that we broke up for nothing, i’ve literally been missing you for four months and the first time i see you is a few hours before you have to go and shoot at a bunch of assholes.”

“and i’m fine,” you said, pulling donghyun in for another hug, “i can take care of myself.”

"you can probably take care of me too,” donghyun sniffled, wrapping his arms around you tightly

“donghyunnie,” you said quietly, “let’s date again.”

you heard donghyun breath in sharply, looking down at you

“actually?” he said breathlessly, “even after this whole mess, you still want to date me?”

“yes, donghyun,” you laughed, pressing a kiss to his cheek, “ i want to date kim donghyun, the guy who can make my world brighter with just one smile.”

with your words, donghyun’s lips curved up as he leaned down to kiss you, smiling against your lips as he hugged you tightly

Thoughts on the results of Produce 101

Ok these few days I’ve been avoiding any news on Wanna One, nu'est and Samuel in general but it’s just been too difficult since it’s everywhere but I just wanna say a few things.

I’ve seen so many comments on various videos saying “JR/ Samuel isn’t in the group, like bye Wanna One not gonna support” or something in those lines. To these so-called individuals, can you really call yourselves fans of Produce 101? We have literally seen these boys struggle through choreography, getting their lines right, exhaustion and for the most part, many of these scenes are cut from us the audience anyway. We should know that everyone of these boys deserve a place. Yes I’m saying every single trainee.

True, JR and Samuel are very talented but let’s just think about all the other incredible talented individuals that we lost. We lost incredible strong vocals like Park Woodam, Kim Yongguk, Yoo Hwiseung, Lee Gun Hee, Jung Sewoon and so many more? We also lost incredible rappers like Lee Euiwoong, Kim Sanggyun(who was also there to promote Toppdog his group, did u even know that?), Im Youngmin even Jang Moonbok. Even amazing dancers that rival or dare I say, even better than Samuel like Noh Taehyun who was done so dirty by Mnet that failed to really show off his impeccable choreography of Shape of You, Kim Taedong, Kim Donghan and Hong Eunki. Have you even thought about them? Have you thought about these trainees some who come from small companies and some who come from pretty big companies but with no plans to debut a boy group anytime soon? Unlike perhaps Samuel with a very supportive agency that would’ve debuted him with a solo album anyway?

Let’s now think about our current Wanna One. We have strong vocals with Kim Jaehwan and Ha Sungwoon. We even have strong supporting vocalists like Hwang Minhyun, Yoon Jisung and Lee Daehwi. We have strong dancers like Ong Seongwoo, Kang Daniel and Park Jihoon. We have a solid rapper in Park Woojin. Even Lai Guanlin and Bae Jinyoung that everyone has criticised of being merely pretty boys have shown great improvement since their first appearance. Many also say that this group has no leader. We’ll have you forgotten how Jisung patiently took Hyunbin by the hand in Downpour when he was discouraged by all the negative comments about him then? And how he continues to remain ever positive and happy despite being snubbed of a chance to debut so many times and his age being a factor against him?

Honestly I don’t really know what I intend to achieve with writing this long post. I guess I’m just tired of overwhelming comments of negativity of Wanna One. Idk about all of you, but each and everyone of the trainees are special and it hurts that everyone is getting hate just because some people didn’t make it. I guess I just wanna say give Wanna One a chance. Everyone is talented and we never know for certain what the future holds anyway. I have faith in Wanna One to deliver us a great one and half years and for Nu'est to come back strong quickly as a unit of 4 and for Samuel’s successful solo debut and for all the other boys that didn’t make it. May we only walk on a road of flowers to success and happiness and not bitterness anymore.

Q: Since when did you have interest in music?

A: I’ve been watching music broadcasts since I was young. I enjoy singing and I dance along as well. Since then, from 1st year in high school, I started dancing in a Daegu dance team. From then, when I stood on the stage, I felt the audience’s good reactions and developed my dream to be a singer from there.

Q: You would have a “role model”.

A: The first dance I learned was BTS seniors “Boy In Luv” and EXO seniors Growl. I liked BTS seniors since they were not as recognised then and I thought they were really cool. The choreography and music is my style. I haven’t seen them in real yet but I definitely would want to.

Q: You must’ve stray far away from studying.

A: Honestly I didn’t study hard but I didn’t play around a lot too. I didn’t drink or smoke. My grades were in the middle. Specifically, I was 18th place out of 34 students. Haha.

Q: You would probably have high popularity.

A: First of all, I was in a dance team. I didn’t know why our team worked very hard, but we really did. Compared to other dance teams our knife-like choreography was more synchronized, and we went to a lot of school festivals. With that, I gained fans who recognised me, and sometimes there are a few girls in school who comes up to find me.

Q: I heard the awards received was huge.

A: I won 2 years consecutively in a dance competition in Daegu. I also became #1 place 2 years consecutively in a K-pop cover dance competition in Dongsungro. I think I took all the awards for the dance competitions in Daegu.

Q: Looking at it, you’re from Daegu but you totally don’t use the dialect.

A: I came to Seoul last April. After that, I attended an acting academy and fixed a lot of my dialect. But when I get excited, my dialect will come out. Haha.

Q: Now we will talk about Produce 101. When did you first hear that you’re joining and what was your feeling at that time?

A: I heard it around December last year. At first I thought the male version would do well. Girls compared to boys are more lively, so I heard a lot that if 101 boys are coming out, it could be dull. Someone even told me it will be gross. To be honest, I had confidence. Because it’s a program that does a lot of K-pop dance covers and that’s what I usually do.

Q: How was the first filming like?

A: I stayed up the night before and I realised that broadcast is really difficult. The shooting time was very long. I also made friends. Because we sat for a very long time, my waist hurts. As much as I was excited, it was also hard.

Q: I’m always curious about this, is crying common among guys?

A: In the 101 boys, there were hyungs who already completed army. They said “This is as hard as the army.” I stayed up a lot of nights, danced all night so I can’t help to feel that it was physically difficult. When calling parents, probably everyone cried. They would let us call when we are physically and mentally tired. Haha. After the “Pick Me” evaluation, the crew gave us the phones. 3 minutes into the call, I started crying, it’s been years since I last cried. I’m really a person with not much tears.

Q: How many times did you cry?

A: 2 times. When covering “Call Me Baby”, I had a hard time because there were friction among the members, so I cried. When I was 35th, it’s not that I cried because I was happy, but I cried because I was sad that we had to separate. When I made eye-contact with Starship’s Lee Gwanghyun, my tears came out. At that time, the crew was surprised. They were surprised because it’s not my natural state.

Q: Was there a time you felt like you wanted to quit?

A: We prepared for ‘Pick Me’ in 3 days. We almost didn’t have any sleep. At that time it was winter, everyone’s immune system was weak and I caught a cold, we were like zombies. I wasn’t in the right state of mind. The choreography is also really hard, we kept (practicing) for 3 days and nights, at that time I really felt like I wanted to go back. But because to that, I think the next mission wasn’t as hard. Yoo Hwiseung hyung who was from the army said “This place is like a clean army.”

Q: How did you feel when you called for candidates of 35th place?

A: I felt like giving up. There was only one seat left, I didn’t feel like my name was going to be called. I thought since my rank the previous week was 34th, I dropped. But I was surprised when my name was called for the 4 candidates for 35th place. The feeling is different just being called as a candidate and just making it on the borderline. I felt really apologetic. It felt as if I have to step on them to go up, so I felt really sorry to the hyungs and dongsaengs. I also felt that I have to really work hard after.

Q: In the 5 months, when did you feel the happiest?

A: I felt like a frog in a well. I felt the most happiest when I found myself developing and my skills improving.

Q: Supplementation that makes you go a step forward?

A: I’ve never really dance and sang together. I couldn’t really sing, I just enjoyed it, so when I had to sing and dance together, it was very confusing. I think stability is the most important when it comes to dancing and singing together.

Q: You’re a member with a regretfully short screentime. What’s the most regretful scene that you wish came out on broadcast?

A: I think it’s a slight pity that the image of me practicing wasn’t shown. We joked around a lot, when it’s time to be serious, we worked hard and put in a lot of effort so it’s a pity it wasn’t shown. During “Shape of You” stage, the fans saw how Noh Taehyun hyung lead and gave him the nickname “Noh Sensei”. But I also stayed up late night and helped teach Park Sungwoo hyung. At that time we practiced a lot together, Sungwoo hyung showed a human image too but it’s a pity that it wasn’t shown on broadcast.

Q: Your best stage?

A: I think it’s definitely Shape Of You. It was the first encore the boys version of Produce 101 received and the on-scene reaction was the best. Even with that, it’s a pity it wasn’t captured well on broadcast. I was looking forward to it a lot but it was a pity that the individual parts was shown as a full shot.

Q: I heard the rules are very strict in the dorm.

A: I think smokers have it the hardest. Mine’s a small matter but I lost the lamp I used to write my practice journal. I got penalized 3 points for losing it.

Q: In the end, you were eliminated.

A: On that day, we were also surprised that the rankings changed unexpectedly. Season 1 the Top 11 was mostly fixed but for this, the fluctuation was big. I thought it’ll be good if I could survive but “I Know You Know” got the last place so my heart was prepared for it. At first it was 22 survivors but they reduced it to 20 so I just waited with a light heart.

Q: You are pretty confident in dancing but if you had to pinpoint out a competitor, who would it be?

A: Honestly, I took formal lessons for dancing but sooner or later, you get better over the time, but there were many trainees in Produce 101 who were good in dancing as well. Both Ong Seongwoo and Noh Taehyun were really dancers as well. Perhaps between the two, Taehyun hyung is probably the best. You can tell by his expression and strength when he (Taehyun) dances.

Q: Your mother wrote handwritten letters and gave them out as flyers in Daegu, and the SNS comments by your company’s representative gathered a topic of conversation.

A: I felt sorry. If I did well from the start and had a good ranking, they wouldn’t have to do anything. But since my ranking was low, they went through a lot. My heart didn’t feel good. My mother is also not someone with a lot of tears but as she saw me crying on broadcast, she cried along. This time it’s a pity that I was eliminated. They kept asking when I will come back to Daegu and that they want to see me as soon as possible.

Q: While filming 101, you must’ve met a lot of celebrities.

A: BoA representative is really pretty. I was thankful for her giving me advice during filming. I remember Leeteuk senior too. When taking a short break during filming, I still remember his words “I was a trainee like all of you, I know how all of you feel, I know it’s difficult because in SM too there’s a lot of competition. Just bear with it because when it ends, you’ll miss it. Just work hard now.

Q: Which are the coaches that are memorable to you?

A: The coach that I remember the most is Kwon Jaesung who have guided me a lot. Also, trainee Kahi who have believed in me, which I am thankful for.. Trainer Kahi even made me ‘Dong Center’ (Donghan is the most beautiful as the center). Because of that, it made me be more aware of it (the center role).

Q: Who do you think will win in the end?

A: I hope Park Jihoon wins. Since “Pick Me” we were in the same class and we practiced a lot together. Since then we were close so it’s good if a friend of mine can win. I think it’ll be cool if the first #1 place can be the last #1 place as well.

Q: Now it’s a situation where only your debut is left. What kind of idol do you aim to be?

A: My role model is BTS, and in BTS I really like Jungkook senior. I will work hard in practicing my singing and I want to become an idol who sings, dances and does everything well like Jungkook senior. My goal is to become an idol that guys will follow my performance.

Q: How long will you take to debut?

A: I think I still need to practice more before debut. During broadcast, I felt I had a lot of lacking points. The members aren’t fully equipped either. Over time I want to be in a 7 membered group. I think the balance of a 7-membered group is good. To have a strong performance, in a 5-membered group I think we have to catch our breath a lot and there’s a lot of singing too.

Q: You already have fans, it’s also surprising that you have international fans as well.

A: When I was in my Seoul dance team, the team itself was popular overseas. So I had China and Japan fans too. Before it was revealed on broadcast that I was eliminated, a lot of fans came in front of my company and said how regretful it was that I was eliminated. Haha.

Q: A word to say to the fans who are supporting you?

A: My face didn’t shine much as compared to the rest so I couldn’t make you fall for me but liking me through the concert videos until I was able to go to the third mission, I’m really thankful. I will never forget the love you’ve been giving me and I will work even harder to meet the expectations and make a cool debut in a short while.

Q: If a trainee were to join ‘Produce 101’, what sort of ‘cool tips’ will you introduce to them?

A: I think one of the most important thing to remember is that in the beginning, the song selection in group is the most important. Gestures are also important in order to get the attention of the camera. It’s also good to have a coffee pot and ramen when you go to camp! If you have all of that, I think you would have a perfect filming.
