Yong Pin Dim Sum Restaurant 榕槟茶楼 is moved to few blocks away to Kimberly Street, George Town, Penang, same unit where Goh Huat Seng was. The new nostalgic environment had drawn many visitors and we had to visit it during off peak hour. Open from 7am to 2:30pm.
