It's been a long, long time.

A breath is taken. Lungs that havent seen air passed through them for years begin to fill, eyes blink after being shut for just as long.

The magic holding them has weakened. Perhaps it was intentional, perhaps someone finally killed that blasted demigod that held them in chains again. Maybe it was neglect. Whatever the reason, they wouldnt squander their opportunity.

A crack, not unlike the sound of thunder, is heard in the distance. Blue electricity swirls around a well that many had forgotten about, a well sealed once again to keep the dangerous being inside in check. The original caster thinks that their spell would keep the world safe forever, or at least some thousands of years.

They were wrong.

I mean, I know I sound like a dick but I honestly met so many cool people doing yogrp and there were a lot of ups and downs but honestly I had a lot of fun. But y’know, hindsight is a wonderful thing.

Granite jumped in his seat slightly, perking his ears up at the sound of someone else entering the bar. It was slightly early, after all, and he didn’t really expect anyone to show up for at least a while.

Keeping at least one eye on the elf who just entered as they walked towards the bar, he turned back to his drink, taking another sip. He slightly hoped any conversation wouldn’t start too soon, but with his appearance, it was bound to happen. He did sort of stick out, after all.
