Every now & then. You find one of those souls. That you can be a HUNDRED & ONE percent yourself with. I don’t mean showing the goofy-weird side of you. (That’s part of it course,) But I mean someone that creates a space. For you to be HONEST + OPEN with. About everything. It’s like the skeletons in the darkest parts of your closet... Have a chance to come out & see the light. But only when you’re with that person. & it’s really kind of special... Because when the darkest parts of YOU... See the light. They become a little less dark. And the healing can begin. - I never used to let... EVEN people like this, Into my world. Because I knew I’d HAVE to share The scariest parts of me... that I didn’t want to acknowledge existed at all. - BUT, the people like this. help you learn to open up. Yoga was with the ladies today...because health&fitness is ALWAYS more fun with frandss😘 - I used to try to and walk this whole journey alone. Never reached out for help. Never worked out with anyone. And didn’t talk about food around other people at all... - But then something changed. I tried something new. A program where I was working out AMONGST other women. Eating according to a Whole Foods based meal plan- with other ladies for accountability partners. And I actually found someone, a friend, who would guide me through it too😍 - And that’s when everything changed. So now I’m doing the SAME thing...CREATING a community like the one that changed my life. And it’s changing OTHER women’s lives too.💗😇 - (sometimes I can’t believe how blessed I am.
