I am a commercial landlord and I have a large garage space that i don't really rent and use it more for storage. Its over 3,000 sqf and has bathrooms. Its in beautiful shape, only 7 years old. I'm thinking of fitting up the space to be a yoga studio and approaching area instructors about teaching classes there. They would give me either a percentage or a flat fee of the proceeds from the class. It wouldnt be like a traditional yoga studio brand more like a common space that instructors with a large following can use. Does this seem viable?
