I think those times when Loki time slipped and immediately came back was because he was with Mobius as if Mobius was an anchor? Loki was relieved and less stressed? So he was able to slip back almost immediately?

But then the last time he slips he is like under so much stress that he slips for longer time.

Does that make sense?
