Ben Drowned

You had plans to play video games together that day since Ben was off work

And after video games, you were gonna read comics

Ben had went up to the library for a little bit to get said comics, and came back 30 minutes later

You had said you'd be in his room by then, but you weren't

He wasn't too concerned though, maybe you were just a little late

So he sets the books down on the floor next to his bed and heads over to your room

It is completely empty, and it looks like you had been trying to move somewhere fast by how disheveled the room was

He opens the door a little wider to step into the room, hoping to look for you when he hears a sharp gasp come from the bathroom

He raises a brow and steps over to the door, knocking and waiting for a response

When he doesn't get one he begins to get a little concerned "Y/n, are you ok in there?"

He then hears what sounds like a gun cocking, so he phases through the door without warning

When he does, he is immediately shot at by you, but of course the bullets go right through him

After maybe 3 shots, you drop the gun and begin to sob uncontrollably

You are curled up in your bathtub, knees to your chest and shaking violently

Ben comes to sit in the bath with you, hesitating before beginning to rub your back

"Woah, what's going on? What was the gun in here for?"

You try to speak but it all comes out jumbled and fast "Iwasscaredsomeonewasgonnagetmesoihidinthebathtubandgottheguntobesafe" You take a long breath "It was so scary!!"

Ben did not understand a word of what you had said, but he's not gonna make you repeat it because of how stressed you are

So he instead straightens out his legs and makes his form more physical and solid, so he can drag you up into his lap and cradle you

"Hey, let's calm down ok? Whatever happened, I'm here now, so you don't have to be scared. I promise" He says as he begins to wipe tears from your face

You already begin to calm down, your breathing slowing and the tears almost stopping entirely

A few minutes pass before he speaks again "See? You're alright. Barely even crying now" he says with a smile

"Come on, let's go play video games now. That always helps me feel less scared."

Homicidal Liu

Liu, being a caretaker is almost always swarmed by kids

He tries his best to keep up with everyone, making sure they're taken care of and happy, but sometimes it's hard to get to everyone

It was mid-afternoon at this point, and he had thought that maybe he had some time to himself when he realized that he hadn't checked in on you today

Logically he knows that you are old enough to take care of yourself, but he still likes to check in and make sure you're ok

So he gets up and heads to your room, but when he arrives you aren't there

He thinks that maybe you had gotten out of bed to get food or something until he hears a shifting noise from the closet

With a piqued interest, he heads over and opens one of the doors cautiously

It takes him a moment to realize that you are on the floor, curled up in a ball with your head under your hands, and violently shaking

He frowns and crouches down, lowering his voice so he doesn't startle you "What are you doing in here? Are you ok?"

You shake your head but don't say anything, you can't

As a caretaker, he is told any necessary medical information about the children so he can do his job better

So he is aware that you can have episodes sometimes and how he can help

So seeing that you are currently in one, he begins to take off his cardigan, setting it to the side and pulling you into his lap

Once you are settled, he spreads his cardigan over you making sure you are all covered

He begins to stroke your hair and shush you, telling you that you are safe and that no one is coming for you

Once you are calm enough to communicate, he asks if you'd like any water, and if you'd like to stay with him for the rest of the day

The choice is yours as to what you do, and he will respect your decision either way

Jeff The Killer

Jeff is a very naturally protective person, so he told you early on that if you ever felt like you were in danger that you needed to come find and tell him about it

He doesn't care what he's doing, you are always the most important thing

So when you feel the anxiety creeping in, you immediately head to his room to tell him about it

He is asleep, and is a very hard sleeper at that, but you know he'll be upset if you don't at least try to wake him up and tell him

So you crawl over to the side of the bed he's on and shake him a little

After a few moments of shaking him, he begins to wake up, squinting and sleepily asking what you want

You explain that you think you're about to have an episode, and he sighs loudly

He doesn't like being woke up, but he also really cares about you

So he sits up, rubs his face and beckons you into his arms

You silently crawl onto him, and once you are comfy he lays back down

"You know there's no body comin' to get ya" he mutters into your head

"I know, but my brain doesn't" you whisper

"Well just know that I'm scarier than anybody that could want to take you. Even if there was someone coming for you, I promise they'd never even get the chance to finish getting the idea through their head before I take care of 'em." He says

He then covers your eyes with his hands "Now go to sleep, nerd. I'm tired"

Cyril and Dove :

Since Cyril was apparently a whore in college then Dove was a druggie. This is all to say that dove has totally done shrooms

When he was a kid, Cyril had a German accent because one of his tutors had it, and he spent more time with them than either of his dads.

While Cyril and Axel would probably be chill with each other, Sunshine and Dove HATTEE each other. Like if Sunshine was on that train then Dove would've woken up just to jump them and then immediately pass out

Not only can Elis not cook, but Cyril can't either, seriously last time he tried he started a house fire. Dove can, but only like. instant ramen in a pot, and eggs sometimes. (These losers make Gem seem like a gourmet chef)

That one time Cyril got rlly drunk was actually in his pining phase, so Elis was subjected to Cyril ranting abt how he wants Dove carnally

While Cyril (somehow because he's definitely read at least one fanfic) doesn't know what a power couple is, he does begrudgingly know what skibidi toilet is. This is entirely because an intern thought it would be funny to watch it during work.

Dove is one of those (aunts/uncles/whatever the general neutral term for those is) who will throw your kid into the lake so they can learn how to swim.

Cyril is definitely some kind of queer, even if your Dove is a girl. (I mean this is technically canon, cuz Elis and Cyril have almost gotten together)

Casey and Honey :

Casey has tried weed one(1) time, had a panic attack while high, and is now too scared to do it again

Southern honey??? Yes please!!

Casey had an emo phase in middle school, and when Honey eventually meets his family that will be the first thing his brothers show them

Anytime anyone throws anything Honey has to desperately try not to chase it. (A coyote may be a wild dog, but a dog first and foremost)

Casey and Experiment (Alder's listener) are distant cousins. Smth smth shared plant themes.

Casey DESPERATELY yearns for a cat, but he can't have one because it'll probably tear up his plant children

Axel and Sunshine :

Sunshine, surprisingly, hates the taste of alcohol. They WILL get drunk off strictly strawberry daiquiri's and you cannot stop them. (Axel is one of those freaks that'll drink like. straight vodka.)

Sunshine has a pet tarantula. This has led to the situation where, when Axel first came over, he physically wouldn't go into Sunshine's bedroom until it's tank was in the closet

Whenever Axel pisses them off enough they just bring out the tarantula

Sunshine and Dove are exes. (Listen dude, they have types.) (This is also why they hate each other.)

One of the people who works under Sunshine caught them at a (gay or not gay, idk what you hc their gender as) bar, and is too scared to mention it to anyone.

Nathaniel and Sidekick :

Yk those teens who thirst over the worst villains they can find? That's Sidekick. Nathaniel is their poor little meow meow and they have been stalking him for a WHILE.

I feel like Sidekick was raised by the Internet. Like they totally know of cupcakes and pony.mov and creepypasta. Possibly also a scene kid?? I mean they are in my hc

Also Sidekick and Detective are siblings and Detective has been totally desensitized to their siblings lack of sanity. (They r both little freaks and I love them.)

Not much to say cuz he doesn't have a listener yet, but I feel like his listener is gonna be like one of those old ladies with their feral purse dogs. As in while Talus is out being evil they're just like "oh him? The guy currently taunting his poor brother and starting the worst period of his life? Oh he wouldn't hurt a fly!! 😊", would love to see them treat him like he's completely harmless and getting away with it.

creepypasta video game headcanons eyeless jack: horror games. his personal favourite would probably be scp: containment breach, although nowadays he just plays phasmophobia. he is very good at it. hoodie: animal crossing. yes, brian likes animal crossing. he likes decorating his pretty little island and has probably spent hundreds of hours on this game. masky: not the biggest fan of video games. (it’s because he’s bad at them and a really sore loser.) however, he will secretly indulge in world of warcraft. ticci toby: shooters. honestly, probably cs:go. he is not insane at the game but he is decent enough to enjoy it. he will happily hop on apex legends, overwatch, or valorant with his friends though. had a fortnite phase. yes, he knows the fortnite dances. yes, he terrorizes children that are in his lobby. jeff the killer: mortal kombat. he played it growing up, and is fairly skilled at it. he will play other fighting games like tekken or even smash bros, but he doesn’t like them nearly as much. partially because he just loves the mortal kombat designs, but also because he doesn’t like not being as good at the other games. will tryhard on smash bros at parties/group hangouts though. ben drowned: plays all games and is very good at most if not all of them. his favourite zelda game is probably breath of the wild. while ocarina of time and majora's mask are more nostalgic for him, he cares too much about having nice graphics. besides that, he probably plays league of legends. he is on the lower end of challenger. slenderman: does not like video games. he prefers traditional board games. video games are too flashy and... new for him. he might play chess on the airplane screen though if he has nothing else to do.

Fortunately, early mornings in Forest Lawn were quite. Something that would always calm you down as you sat for your morning yoga. You had been living in Forest Lawn for 3 years. Initially, it was hard making friends, but you managed to form a group of 3. You didn't like them completely,but they were fine. After completing your morning routine, you checked the time.

7:30 am.

' Alright. We have time.' you thought. You headed downstairs towards the kitchen. "Breakfast's ready!" Your mother exclaimed. "Damn mom,no good morning? " Your mother mother almost yelled, "Oh! Good morning! So silly of me" You chuckled. You sat for breakfast. Your father had gone out for his morning walk. After sometime you rechecked the time.

7:45 am

'15 minutes left' "Bye mom!" You said as you walked out of the house, not hearing your mother's response. You reached school in 5 minutes. You and your friends had a meet-up spot by a nearby tree. Only 2 of them were present. "Ugh! Oli's late again?" you asked,irritated. " When is he not?" you friend, Dorothy said. Matthew just breathed a chuckle. Right as he did that, Oliver showed up. "I'm sorry!" "Yeah,yeah" all three of you said in unision.

Your group started chatting. As you talked you noticed something from your peripheral view. Two new boys. However, only one grabbed your attention. He was tall, pale and just...breathtaking. He had jet black hair, wore a hoodie and black jeans. He almost looked inhuman (ly beautiful)

His brother or friend..or the other boy looked more human. Looked more..cute..and timid. His back was somewhat slouched and he kept his hands folded. He had fair skin and dark brown hair. He wore a green jacket with a striped scarf along with black pants.Your gaze was fixed on them when your friend asked, "___, what happened? " You flinched. "Look at that, two new boys." you said. You went to your respective class and surprise! The pretty boy with black hair sat behind you. After being introduced,you learnt that his name was Jeffery Mason and that the other boy accompanying him was his younger brother,Liu Mason. As the lecture went by,you couldn't help but blush at Jeffery. He was behind you,yes, but you could hear him muttering some answers to himself. 'What a sexy voice' you thought. You felt someone looking at you, you looked back and saw Matthew look away. 'Creepy..' you thought.

In recess, you befriended Liu. It took you a while..but you did it. You told your friends that you wanted to be friends with him and that it wasn't compulsory for them to befriend him. They agreed and gave you some time with him. Days went by,you and Liu grew close. You understood that he liked arts. And you also got ample chances of seeing Jeffery,albeit never gathering the courage to talk to him. Whenever you got the time, you would follow him around.After a while you got to know that his favorite colour was red, that he had an insta, he liked dried flowers, he smoked and that he liked metal music.

It was Sunday afternoon when your phone started ringing. You picked up and saw in white,bold letters:

You smiled and picked up. "Hey.." he greeted. "Hey liu.What's up? Did you need help with your paintings? or did you need some extra colours?" you asked as you got up and opened your art supply cupboard. "uh..no. I wanted to ask if you're free...for coming at my house. My parents are gone out for a while,but..they'll come back. Till Then, they said that we could meet. They wanna know you..so..Please introduce yourself to them once they come back." You couldn't believe it!!! You would get to see Jeff! "Yes, of course Liu! What time?" You asked,voice laced with excitement. "4pm...is that alright? " You glanced at the clock.

3:30pm.

"sure! I'll be on time!" you heard a giggle. "You" re so sweet,___." You smiled. You had initially befriended Liu with the intention of getting close to Jeffery,but you would be lying if you said you had not grown close to Liu. You genuinely liked the guy."Thanks,Liu." "Bye ___. See you". " See you" he hung up first.

Immediately,you stepped away from you art supply cupboard and marched towards you wardrobe. "Im gonna wear my red sweater with black jeans." you said to yourself as you rummaged through it. To your dismay,you didn't find it. You ran to every room of your house,asked your parents and even looked in the backyard. No red sweater.'But I wore it on Thursday!' you recalled as you stood in the living room. 'Where would it go?' A memory struck you like lightning. It was of Matthew complimenting you when you wore it. 'That creep! It was definitely him!' you glanced at the time.

3:50 pm.

'Oh fuck! Im gonna be late!' you Immediately put on a white tee with black jeans with your black converse and ran to the Mason household, which fortunately was just a metre away. You rang the doorbell. "On time. Great" Liu said as he let you in. "Come, I'll lead you to my room." You both headed upstairs. Just as Liu was about go open the door,his phone rang. "Hey mom...What? But, how can I leave ___alone...fine.." he hung up. "I have to go for 5 minutes. I'll be back. Till then sit in my room..Im really sorry." He gave you an apologetic look. You smiled understandingly,nodding. Just as he headed downstairs,you asked. "Who's room is this?" "Jeffery 's" he said as he unlocked the main door. "I'll come soon!" the door shut close.

You opened Jeffery's door. You entered and looked around. It was dark, messy yet somewhat organised. Headphones and a pack of cigarettes on the drawer next to his bed. You heard the main door open. 'It's Liu.' You continue to look around. You hear a cough and you look around. You feel the air leaving you lungs. Its not Liu.Its..Jeffery.

"Why in the actual fuck are you in my room?!" he barked. "I-Im sorry. I didn't mean to-" you were cut off."Didn't mean to?! Did the air take you here?Why the fuck would you invade my privacy?! What's the reason?!" "I LIKE YOU!" You yelled. An uncomfortable silence filled the air. You looked around everywhere but him. However, your attention was caught by something. You made your way towards his cupboard,ignoring his protests,blinded by curiosity. You snatched the cloth from the top of the cupboard, only for silence to fill the air again. You broke it first, with wide eyes. "My sweater!" you hugged it,happy that you found it.

But then realization hit you as you looked at the man you loved. He Immediately looked down,fidgeting with the bag in his hand,probably full of groceries. "And you talk about privacy." you said,voice monotone. "I...thought you looked pretty.I...like you too." The last part barely audible. You decided to do the silent method on him. " I liked you from the moment I saw you in class. I just hated that asshole Matthew looking at me everytime I looked at you. Because of that..I assumed you were his girl-" "Oh hell no! Him?! I think Anya would give us omegaverse realness, Jimmy would give the Tate shit (Jimmy was definitely one of those kids that was raised by a cellphone and not his irresponsible parents) and Curly uses both (before you ask, Anya explained what Omegaverse is to him and Jimmy explained the Tate shit, Curly actually had parents that raised him normally).

2019/2020 (can’t remember):

My Hero Academia: 1/10 (it gets one point for being my first ever hyperfixiation, but I was a foul human being during this time of my life)

The Chronicles of Vladimir Todd/Vampires: 7/10 (I’m sure if I went back and read these books now, they would be subpar and honestly childish, but at the time, I loved them with every fiber of my being, and the memories associated are good so..)

Death Note: 1/10 (Ew I’m foul. I’m a foul creature. I deserve to be put down.)

Dr. Stone: 4/10 (I honestly remember jack about this show but it gets a 4 for being anime.)

Undertale: 5/10 (This game made me happy for awhile, but it was introduced to me by an ex best friend, so it’s getting a solid 5.)

Detroit Become Human: 6/10 (Minus points because of the time of my life this was during, but this game is an absolute masterpiece <3)

Hellsing: 5/10 (The obsession was unhealthy, but this one was pretty great too. Now, it’s sort of a sore spot, but at the time I was living the dream.)

BATIM: 9/10 (This hyperfixiation is honestly older that what I’m giving it credit for, but it’s going here because I don’t have a category for before 2019. Anyway it’s pretty great. It came back in summer of 2023 when I finally watched Dark Revival, which I liked better than the original <3)

FNaF: 8/10 (High score because this is one of the only hyperfixiations that has lasted so many years and can still bring me joy. It’s also older than I’m giving it credit for. Now, Was I cringe about it at some point? Definitely. Do I care? No.)

DSAF: 10/10 (I might be jumping the gun by giving this one my first 10, but I absolutely love this game. It’s only ever brought me joy, to this day I still love it, I based so many of my usernames and characters on it..and just ugh, I love it Fr.)

Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: 7/10 (Admittedly, I haven’t stayed that up to date on it, but I love this anime. It doesn’t have that many bad memories and it’s just, great.)

Dialtown: 8/10 (In the same boat as DSAF but it didn’t bring me AS much joy. I still love it though and honestly I need to finish it.)

Hamilton: 5/10 (At the time, again, I loved it, but now it’s honestly one of my least favorite musicals.)

Borderlands: 7/10 (oh god to experience this game again for the first time would truly be a beautiful experience. Although I was cringe with it for awhile and this wasn’t exactly the happiest time of my life when I enjoyed this..so..)

LA Noire: 8/10 (I honestly loved this game, it was a big turning point in me and my brother’s relationship, and I remember staying up late on countless nights playing or watching him play it.)

Curses Cosplay/The Acklam Ashes: 9/10 (This creator doesn’t make content like this anymore, no hate at all they have their reasons and I still love them, but this YouTube show was a pivotal point of my life and I love it so.)

2021:

Creepypasta: 2/10 (Low score just for the sake of the fandom, and the fact of who I was associated with during this period of time.)

Marble Hornets: 6/10 (Was I cringe? Yes. Absolutely. But this show is so amazing I’m willing to put that aside. I’m also rating this separately from creepypasta for obvious reasons.)

WitchCraft: 5/10 (I had a whole witchy thing for awhile? It was mostly just tarot cards and shirts with the phases of the moon on them.)

DND/Divinity Original Sin: 10/10 (I have zero bad memories with either of these. My love for fantasy and DnD was awakened by playing Divinity Original Sin 2 with my older brother, and then that stemmed into more love for fantasy and the genre in general.)

SCP: 8/10 (This hyperfixiation is somewhat still alive? Not really, but I do still enjoy some occasional SCP content. It’s not a higher score because this was 8th grade year and that’s embarrassing.)

The Glass Animals: 9/10 (Less of a hyperfixiation, more of just, man they made some banger music.)

Elvis: 6/10 (Literally what was wrong with me. For awhile I only listened to music from this era, especially Elvis, and forced my family to buy me a bunch of Elvis merch I didn’t need.)

Noir: 6/10 (Okay so, this stemmed from the above mentioned LA Noire earlier and basically was a time period of my life where I was obsessed with watching old detective/murder mystery movies from the 20s. Honestly, they were bangers. But also, wtf was I doing.)

Tv Heads?: 5/10 (I had a weird thing for robot TV heads for awhile? It’s hard to explain honestly.)

Queen: 7/10 (Another one of those weird band obsessions I guess. This one was definitely bigger than the glass animals.)

2022:

Good Omens: 10/10 (Absolutely love. Loved it then and I still love it to this day!! Holding out for season 3 Fr 💪)

Clover: 7/10 (not many people know what this is, so for context it’s an electroswing album by OR3O. I loved it at the time but it doesn’t hit as hard now.)

Phantom of the Opera: 10/10 (Another 10. This wasn’t technically the first musical I ever watched, but, it was the start of my love for musicals and broadway. And it’s just a great musical Fr.)

Ghostbusters: 7/10 (If you asked me why I suddenly had a ghostbuster hyperfixiation during this time, I couldn’t tell you. But they are iconic movies so…)

The Steve Saga: 8/10 (I had watched FavremySabre several years before, but never this series. Anyway I loved it, still love it.)

Supernatural: 7/10 (A bit of a lower score because I was cringe, and my obsession with Castiel was unhealthy. Not to mention Supernatural isn’t exactly the best show on Netflix? It got dull later on, but..did I watch it start to finish anyway? Yeah. Absolutely.)

Twisted Rainbow: 10/10 (FavremySabre Masterpiece.)

Doctor Who: 6/10 (Two words. Season 13.)

Ghost: 6/10 (Low Score because I can’t stand to listen to them now, and because it’s associated with an ex bestie. But. Can’t lie. They had some bangers.��

Steam Powered Giraffe: 4/10 (Also associated with an ex bestie. They’ve got some good music but I don’t listen to them anymore.)

Mushrooms/Indie: 7/10 (This one was a bit odd but it did result in me redecorating my entire room to match this aesthetic.)

2023:

Faith The Unholy Trinity: 10/10 (Awesome Game, honestly one of the first things that sparked by interest in religious media, so points for that.)

The Exorcist: 9/10 (An odd thing to hyperfixiate on, I know, but this was also a result of my growing love for religious media.)

Mandela Catalouge: 6/10 (This was an odd one. I, at the time, had this raging fear of analog horror in general, so watching the Mandela Catalogue was sort of like..immersion therapy in a way. But it’s a pretty good show none the less 🤷‍♀️)

Be More Chill: 5/10 (Loved at the time, but low points for having been introduced to me by an ex bestie.)

Every Man Hybrid: 8/10 (A certified banger. Genuinely one of the better takes on the Operator and the whole creepypasta fandom in general. It’s great fr. Highly recommend.)

Grease: 4/10 (Ew. I’m only putting it here because I was in a production of it, and it was kind of a part of my life, but also, ew.)

Greys Anatomy: 8/10 (A banger show, but it doesn’t get a 10 simply because of how long it is.)

Slipknot: 7/10 (I don’t love who I was while listening to this band, but that’s kind of just something metal music in general will do to you.)

Aliens: 10/10 (This was short lived but strong enough to have bought a “I Want to believe” poster and hung it up behind my bed.)

Beacon Pines: 10/10 (Amazing game, very underrated. Also resulted in good bonding time with my brother.)

Gravity Falls: 9/10 (Another Amazing series that I’m probably a little cringe for. Whatever. It’s awesome.)

2024:

Ace Attorney: 9/10 (I eat, breathed, and slept this game series for months. Nuff said.)

The Ocean/Sea Animals: 9/10 (if I could keep an orca as a pet, I would.)

Midnight Mass: 10/10 (HOLY GOD. Another one of my favorite bits of religious media out there. It’s not exactly prime catholic propaganda but it’s not meant to be either.)

Baldurs Gate 3: 10/10 (This game brought back my DND era, which was much needed. I’d been without fantasy nonsense for a long time and I was ready for it.)
