The fact that Alan Wake 2 sales are not yet generating royalties for Remedy, but has only just about recouped development and marketing costs is fucking wild to me.

Sketch dump! I havent done one of those in a while. These are all from June-July while I was on vacation.

First we have Layal! The delightful Mother of Monsters, aka the Ghost Zone’s most evil mama bear AND my take on a fem!danyal dan! I like to imagine she could pummel Dan into the ground, but that stands true for any and all of my au Dans. Bc i am INCREDIBLY biased.

She mostly lives on her island in the Ghost Zone, taking in monsters of the Infinite Realms of all kind and raising them as her own. Surprisingly enough, she does genuinely love her children. That’s about where her love ends. She stole the minotaur, his name is Asterion.

Then we have Daini-Yel! He’s from an au i’ve never actually talked about on here. He’s literally just Danny for an Epic!-inspired au. He's an unknown entity in the newly released open-adventure, odyssesy-inspired game "Nautilus", and he is not a part of the game's code :). He showed up three months after the game's initial launch, and was discovered during a live when a streamer was on their way to fight a boss much similar to Circe and the streamer accidentally took a detour and found his pathway (of which did not previously exist).

He's very friendly! And offers you, the Captain, a strange liquid with even stranger powers called "Ektolai", in order to help you fight Circe. His whole vibe and creation is literally just the song "Wouldn't You Like" from Epic. If you run into him enough times at the start of the game, you can convince him to join you on your adventure as part of the crew. He's a powerful ally and a very good friend, despite his strange awareness of the world around him...

Oh, but be warned... just like the rest of your companions, your actions have consequences and what you do affects their opinion of you. Daini is no different! Your close allies can quickly become enemies.

hmmm thinking about Todoroki and Midoriya being childhood friends where they promised to marry each other so that todoroki could protect midoriya from bullies and he protects todoroki from his dad but one day todoroki just vanished and he doesn’t hear from him again until they end up in UA.

cue todoroki not wanting to get close because he’s still consumed by anger at his father and thinks Izuku won’t want to be his friend anymore since he’s changed so much and ignores him. Midoriya is hurt yet can’t stop thinking about him and the scar on his eye. i.e. they don’t interact in season 1. then sports festival happens and todoroki tells him everything. Midoriya is obvious like ‘i’m always gonna be your friend’ and ‘it’s your power isn’t it?’ while Todoroki is ‘i’m sorry’ and ‘thank you’.

The day after the sports festival has ended and everyone is back in class, Todoroki walks into the classroom, eyes set on Midoriya, gets on one knee and proposes. much to literally everyone else’s confusion.

not a steaming system take, posting this for clarification

first off, we dont only post takes we agree with. we have a section in our pinned post talking about that. there are a few takes weve posted that we dont agree with, but they either make valid points that should be considered or theyre opinions that we havent seen talked about that arent worded with any harmful meaning. so, we post them. a good amount of the submissions weve recieved and posted are opinions weve seen around, thats true. however, theres a reason some of these takes are being repeated via our blog as well as others. some of them are genuine issues within the system community that still occur. thats why theyre repeated so much. like our pinned post says, we (as in this blog) exist as a pinboard for other peoples opinions (as long as they dont have misinfo or are harmful). there are very few situations where we will give our own opinion of something. usually we wont unless theres something specific to address

second, the second half of the ask is needlessly sarcastic and passive aggressive. id prefer it if you didnt talk to our system (or anyone) that way. if youre gonna be moody and complain about someones blog, the least you can do is properly read their pinned post before doing so /lh

I don't know if you've noticed this but audacious laugh was a zarbon skill in xenoverse 2 and it was given to goku black in sparking zero. I find it funny but also a bit fitting.

Oh I just noticed there. I hadn’t used Rosé yet, but I unlocked him today. That’s interesting that they’ve given him Zarbon’s skill.

That actually made me check Xenoverse 2 to see if Goku Black/Rosé had it in partner customisation. He didn’t, but still it’s an interesting touch, in my opinion anyway.

Screenshots attached for absolutely no reason but I felt like it hehe. Also ignore the fact that Roshi and Goku are selected, I was going after a PSN Trophy.
