1. miyeon -obviously she’s not perfect like jungkook or jihyo or someone but out of all her notes/lines she’ll get like tops 2-3 notes actually flat in the whole song. ngl im p sure this is bc of her yg training

2. soyeon - okay things are kinda biased towards her bc she’s a rapper so she doesn’t exactly have to sing? but her rapping/vocal bits DO have to align with the bg music and a lot of rappers kinda,,, miss out on that when performing live but she does a pretty good job of staying at the right pitch)

3. yuqi - a talented baby!?!?! she’s young and could do with a bit more training (tbh literally anyone can) but she has a lot of raw talent which could really bloom if properly harnessed and allowed to blossom)

4. minnie - ALSO has a fuckton of natural talent, her voice kinda reminds me of blackpink’s rose? it has that similar husky thing goin on, and she sounded really really good during the first few stages of latata and on all studio recordings but either she’s overworked lately or not getting the proper amount of practice or something bc she seems slightly out of breath and almost rushing through her parts sometimes? idk i aDORE her voice and rly hope she is ok >.<

5. soojin - (okay disclaimer she is my bias so like. yeah.) she’s like, mildly flat the whole time? approaches notes from below and i think that’s why, the notes aren’t explicitly flat or the wrong ones tho... it just sounds off bc in hann she has the chorus which has a VERY DISTINCT and catchy sound so if literally any notes are off then it is immediately very noticeable... but during her long part in the beginning of the second verse she’s struggling a bit too and sounds a bit shaky,,, idk,,, i think she should practice singing while dancing a bit more since we all know she is the main/a fabulous dancer

6. shuhua - i love her but i swear to god she’s so flat omg,,, smol bb needs more vocal training! but she has a pretty good voice in studio recordings it’s v cute and suits her she just needs more practice

Anyone a fan of (g)i-dle too ?

I fell in love with them after watching their cover of Fake Love on M countdown, as well as their debut song Latata 💞I think they’re really talented (their dancing seems good !!) and I would love to see more from them! If any of you guys feel interested about (g)i-dle you can watch their debut song Latata and check out their Fake Love cover !!

Also I don’t really like it when ARMYs keep saying that “BTS is so much better!! Don’t stan gidle lol” And “BTS is better than everyone! Gidle can’t compare” Like wow I get that bts is your ult group butwhy do you have to bring down gidle like that?? It’s so annoying and saddening to see armys being so rude and disrespectful. (probably due to the fact that is from instagram where many fans are super immature 🙄)

And I also constantly see blinks saying “stan blackpink! Don’t stan gidle!!” uM wtf?? firstly we’re talking about gidle here why do these blinks have to be so extra ?? And since when did blinks become so toxic :( im a blink as well but that’s just too much, gidle does not deserve such treatment, and I’m sure blackpink does not like to see their own fans act that way too.

The First Time- Yoongi

just a warning, I didn’t know how to start this

thinking of BTS not being a group anymore saddens me but I feel like by the time they’re not together, they would’ve achieved so much and they’d be proud of who they were, what they did, and the obstacles they faced to get to where they were

This was it. 

BTS was no longer a Kpop group, and it sadden you. Yes, you had a relationship with Yoongi, and you knew and loved all the boys, but the fan inside of you was sobbing like a baby.

Once you got there, you led him in and made a beeline to the pregnancy tests and grabbed one, noticing Jin’s shocked expression in your peripheral vision. You quickly paid for it and thankfully, that store had a bathroom. 

You and Jin met back with the boys and went over to Namjoon’s place, Jin not saying a word about what happened. All the boys were sitting on the couch in the living room and you decided that since you were all together and they were your family, it was the right time. 

You stood up and went over to stand in front of all of them. You bit your lip, and instead of say anything, you just took out your test, which was wrapped in paper towel and showed it to them.

Yoongi was the first to stand up and go over to you, taking the test to see for himself before kissing you. He embraced you tightly and then the rest of the boys came over to embrace the both of you.

ohhhhhh i thought g-idle’s name was unclever cause it was just like pronounced idol and theyre all idols and stuff, but actually in korean “idol” is “aidol” and their name is “aideul”. its close but its a different vowel, and also ai-deul means children/kids. that’s actually kinda clever lol, at least for korean speakers (who are their main audience obviously) but idol and idle are pronounced identically in english haha. in my dialect anyway, maybe they arent in RP, idk. the whole silent g/silent yeoja thing is weird but like whatever lol. 

there’s lots of very weirdly pronounced kpop group names haha, from g-idle to 2ne1... like, i saw a group called d1ce and i thought for sure it was just “dice” and i was being hilarious and edgy and soooo irreverent by calling it dee-once, but like apparently thats actually the pronunciation.

i thought oneus was like oh-noose too, but no its one-us. that makes sense, there are so many kpop groups with “one” in the name, but like still

the official name is (g)i-dle (pronounced idle) the g stands for girl since the korean name is (여자)아이들. 여자 = yeoja = girl but they don’t say it… i guess it’s just a stylistic choice?

On their wikipedia page it says their Korean name is Yeoja Aideul but like... is just idle their western name, or is it just your tag for it? I'm stanning them and just pronouncing their name in my head like 'giddle' to rhyme with griddle fhjdklsfhldsa
