Have I changed in the past year or what?! I hit a really huge slump after finishing college. I couldn’t draw and wasn’t thinking creatively at all. It was just pretty shitty, considering I went to school for art and it felt like my passion evaporated into thin air. But slowly I’ve built myself back up and I’ve improved I think. More importantly I’m teaching myself how to FINISH things, which is not the motto of any art school. They like to say “it can always be improved” and I just slightly disagree. Yes, the first drawing could be improved upon, greatly. But it was only when I put down my pen and worked on other things that I was able to make the second drawing. I needed to move on from it, in order to revisit it later with fresh eyes. And I’m so glad I did. I love reflections like this 🙂#socialmanickin #wip #digitalart #procreate #yearreflection

Oooh... Tough one... Because I have loved every single one I have recieved, however... I have 4 regular commenters over on AO3, Nashike, june3law, ilzehs, stingerette1975  (Those are their A03 names) these guys have commented on pretty much every chapter of every fic i have posted this year, have been there for the above mentioned 127 days of posting every day sometimes twice a day, there are others too who have commented regukarly, but these 4... i have 15 pages of read comments in my ao3 inbox and those 4 are on pretty much every page multiple times over... (btw guys if any of you 4 are on here comment so i can edit this and tag you all properly)

I don’t use either I subscribe and there are far too many to co count them haha, I use favouriting/bookmarking for completed fanfics so I can find them again after they are done :)

I didn’t realise this would be so hard hahaha.... pretty much the people i have mentioned above, if they have posted i have probably read and loved what they have written :)

No idea. I tend to go for the longest fics I can find... But on top of that I have read several series’ with 100′s of thousands of words between them...

shortest fic you read this year

Again no idea... I go looking for long fics... But i read short ones too... i guess it would have been a couple of hundred words... I usually wouldn’t bother with anything less than 100 words so I guess the shortest wouldn’t have been less than that...

wwe, naruto, harry potter... I think thats the fandoms I have been lurking in this year... there could be others though...

This year has been one I never could've planned for. I was able to cross off some major events on my bucket list, grow deeper friendships, and learn more about myself and passions. There are so many folks that have made this year of life pivotal for me and I appreciate all the moments and energy that have been gifted to me. Looking to the next year of life I am excited for the adventures already penciled in and the growing that I can't begin to imagine.
