So it's been 192 days since I've gone on a bike ride...and I can definitely tell I'm not at peak fitness. The plan was just too go 7-8 miles to get my feet wet again. Instead I went 17 miles. I'm beat, but I'm also so energized. I love the feeling after I've gotten back from a nice ride. Bad thing is that I'm still 175 miles behind place for hitting 2500 miles for the year.
