2024 wasn't my easiest but it was a year that made me prioritize myself. I'm thankful for my best friend and college friends who understand how my social battery recharges, if it weren't for them I wouldn't be able to cope with things that I'm not comfortable sharing with my friends at work.

I am also grateful for people who stayed when I was at my lowest. Before 2024 ended, I had to retract my trainer apprenticeship at my work since I had been sick for every new class I took, and I was showing signs of depression. It was hard, but I did it because I can no longer see growth in the work I've been doing for about 2 years. To my mom, thanks for your kind words. Even though we rarely see each other with how busy we are, knowing she is always a call away was a big help.

Overall, I'm thankful that I'm feeling better emotionally than I was before.

Shout-out to Bucktommy tumblr though. Tommy is a side-character who has only been in 9 episodes since like 2019, all of them this year. In 3 of those episodes he only had small scenes that didn't take more than maybe 2 minutes and didn't really contribute much to the plot. The Bucktommy ship was new this year (except for that one crazy person who was blessed by Apollo and wrote about them years ago).

And yet.

Lou Ferrigno Jr made the top 30 on the celebrities list after not being on it at all last year.

Tommy Kinard came in 25th on the tv characters list.

And also from no place at all straight to 12th place Bucktommy as a ship. That's an insane jump.

Good work everyone, let's see what the next year brings.
