Well, a tornado came through town last night. Phil, Nanny, and I mostly stayed in the bathroom all night, waiting it out. Came down our 'main' street and damaged the hospital and a few other buildings.

Tore the shit out of the grocery store i used to work at (get fucked suzy)

Hi all! So sorry for the major long silence. I haven't had anything to report, but my tumblr was actually (wrongfully) terminated months ago and it only recently got fixed! (This is a side-blog so while the blog didn't go down, I couldn't access it.) I'm still in a little bit of an art hiatus, but I think I'm finally on the start of my journey to recovering from the past few months, and this will involve me re-exploring how I feel about art again. I've been in a heavy legitimate depression, I was seeing doctors for a while. I'm currently moving from full-time artist to part-time, as I look for other work to support me while I figure all this out for myself and work on my mental health. The pressure to be full-time right now is too much for me and affecting how much I enjoy art. It has been for a long time, I think. My main focus right now is allowing myself to fall in love with my craft again, and drawing things just to make me happy and nothing else, until I get strong enough to handle more than that. I'm a bit creatively blocked too so...yeah. I will still be doing Cons though, and hope to reopen my store soon too! There's still some backlogged content (more TMNT OCxCanon no doubt) lying around my PC as well, so...idk maybe I'll post some of that in the mean time...?
