We’re barely halfway into Nov and it’s been two L cards already plus Zagan on the way which is three. I don’t want to rain down on peoples excitement but I’m just bothered by the amount of L cards being released. I can’t math but I feel no player in their right mind would want to spend over $50-100+ dollars in a month for this many cards. I’m taking into account the NP price + paying for the seals. Not sure what this worry of mine is, maybe it feels like PB is getting way too desperate. I never seen a gacha release this much and usually games like FGO release their new content in bulk so you can roll for any of them in one banner.

I for one am not familiar with the usual realm of gacha games with their banners and pity rates, roll rates and things like that, but what I've been educated about is their price points are typically higher than WHB's which to me is insane lol

Like if $50-$100 is "budget" for ya'll then what is everyone normally spending???? I don't even wanna know what others spend on LADS or any other gachas ;.; probably out of my tax bracket.

But back to whb....I actually do want to see other devils because we haven't met all of the 72, so clearly there should be more lower rank cards to collect in the mean time. Being bombarded with so many L cards as a f2p consumer is more sitting around waiting three months or more to pull one. Even getting multiples of the cards you already have is useless because all you get is coins and books, unless it's an L-grade and you're done evolving the card to the max level. I'm certain this may be PB trying to keep up the money flow so they don't have to shut down the project but who knows with companies now a days. I just know they aren't going to stop, even with the players emailing about it 💀

🎮 — favorite video game(s)?

I don't really have an all-time favorite, but my current obsession in gaming is probably Lies of P. I guess Honkai Star Rail too, and Sun Haven.

Lies of P is a soulslike/soulsborne. Whatever people call it. Now I'm not too find of soulslike games because I'm a casual gamer. I'm moreso into a video game for the storyline and development. I also like to play casually. Sometimes I'm not up for the challenge. I just like to take my sweet time, go at my own pace, enjoy a game, and enjoy a story instead of trying to speedrun or rush through.

Anyhoo what got me into Lies of P is because I'm a sucker for fairy tales and folk tales. I'm also a sucker for like medieval, victorian, steampunk, renaissance, all those ancient stuff ahahahaha. I even own some renaissance-themed clothing that I also wear to work. LOP is probably gonna be the only soulslike game I ever play. Most people seem to be into soulslike for the challenge. 'Least the ones I've met. So far despite the challenge, I'm enjoying LOP, and I do write a muse from there.~ Still have yet to beat the game though.

Honkai Star Rail is one of those gacha games meant for mobile, but can be played on playstation and desktop. It's alright. I wouldn't give it too much praise, but that's just me. It can be f2p-friendly, and sometimes it can be p2w. Depends on how people wanna play the game, I guess. I tried to avoid HSR but then I saw Gallagher, and it was very hard for me to resist him, so I finally gave this game a chance, and yeah. It's fun. It's alright. It's a simple game and doesn't feel too overwhelming for me. I said Genshin Impact was gonna be the last gacha game I ever play, but I think HSR will now be the last gacha game I ever play since tbh... I've played a lot of gacha games end eventually got bored or burnt out from them. There are better games to play and completed too imo.

Sun Haven is one of those farming simulation games. Right now it's only out on steam. They said they have plans to release it for the Nintendo switch, but no idea when exactly. You can do quests in this game. You can make anything your main focus. My main focus is to plant stuff, harvest them, and then sell the plants I've harvested. I'm also slowly trying to make my farm look better than before.

There's quite a lot to do in this game. It might be overwhelming for some with all these quests we can do, and I admit I got burnt out from this game at some point because of that, but once I got back to it I just decided to go at my own pace and do my own thing.

This game is also multiplayer btw, and I think you can have up to 8 players~

Aaron Tveit is neat too, I guess, and it seems his latest role in the world of broadway is Sweeney Todd. It seems he's also starring in some new show now that I forgot wtf it's called. He seems to mostly land roles in broadway though than shows or movies.

tbh I don't really have any celebrity crushes, but Revo and Aaron Tveit are cool. Uhhhhh.... I guess Justin Timberlake is okay too LOL.

🎧 — do you write while listening to music/podcasts/videos/etc, or do you need total silence?

I do listen to music while trying to write stuff! It helps with inspiration a lot for me. Though sometimes even with music, I might not get any inspiration at all still, but I'll still be vibing with my playlists.

Ooh heizou! Yes, yes. I love his character! (Doesn't know his story) i love detectives and his design + voice is really perfect.. THE MOLES. He's too smooth and Thank you so much hyv for that ^0^ playstyle wise, it's really not my type, or maybe because after getting him i got a commission to fight the eye of storm (my team during that time includes kazuha, thoma, heizou, & zhongli(he carried with meteor). There is No archer or catalyst user) it was hell... 🤣😭 Happy to say that kazuha, heizou and thoma are friendship 10 now!

16. How often do you go on operations? On flashpoints?

Okay so the thing about ops is that, I pretty much can’t do them at all cuz I’ve never once consistently subbed for like. even 6 months straight. I think I’ve completed one or two ops the entire time I’ve played, and tried but failed to finish at least a couple more?

Flashpoints I do a lot more, since that’s available to f2p/preferred status players. I haven’t done too many recently cuz I’ve been sort of avoiding anything to do with post KOTET stuff until I get Wanwo through it all, and even if I know I can just unclick the box for the post kotet flashpoints... I just. don’t. :’)

However, if any of yall need a healer and are on the star forge server, hmu and I’d be happy to heal :D Admittedly, only my pub side healers are geared for any non-vet-mode FPs, but I’m fairly confident I can do an alright job regardless. :’)

17. How many heroics can you do in a row?

Depends if I’m running it with someone! If I’m soloing it, I can maybe finish one planet’s worth of heroics... if I’m with someone, at least two. Probably doesn’t help I tend to play only at night, and since I’m on the west coast, a lot of people are gonna head to bed not too long after I get online lol.

18. How many times have you done KOTET? KOTFE?

I’ve completed KOTFE... twice? KOTET once? They’re not my fav tbh... :’) Probably doesn’t help I’m a healer main so it takes even longer lol. 

19. What’s the most often you have started and completed a class story? Which one?

Okay, hands down, it’s gonna be either Sith Warrior or Jedi Consular. I’d have to check how many I have of either, but for sure I have more Consulars at max level than I do Warriors. Like I said, I’m a healer main, and honestly, the Consular storyline is one of my favorites. 

Both Consular and Warrior were the first two stories I completed, and don’t get me wrong I love the Agent story, but I like having a lightsaber in a star wars game, y’know? If I’m gonna be playing a game that involves space wizards with laser swords, I’m gonna play space wizards with laser swords lol. 

20. How many times have you done the planet storylines and finished them?

.... ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I don’t even want to think about it lmao. For as many toons as I have finished a class storyline, I’ve done the planet storyline. It’s basically required for preferred/f2p players to play in order to have enough EXP to stay leveled, especially if you’re not too interested in the group content as much as people who regularly do raids/ops/pvp. 

And I will always complain about the preferred/f2p restrictions in swtor. Always. :T

21. How many times have you done the side missions? The exploration missions?

Y’know, at one point, I was forced to do those too in order to keep at the average level of the planet. It used to be that, in order for preferred/f2p players to be at an appropriate level, we had to do ALL of the side quests and ALL of the exploration missions. The exploration missions didn’t have a toggle, instead they were just there when you arrived in the area, and we had to do those as well as the planetary bonus arcs that appeared post planet completion. 

Do you want to know how much fucking time I spent on Tatooine and Hoth alone???? Way too much!!!!! When swtor first came out and I played a little after launch (The moment they released f2p/preferred status options for players. Yeah! They didn’t used to have those too!), I took like. I’m pretty sure I took at least one year to complete the Sith Warrior story alone. We had to not only complete all those missions, literally every goddamn one. 

I was also undergeared for the Baras fight, this was my first MMO and I didn’t know anyone else to play with or to give me advice, and so I had to fight Baras back when there was no level scaling for each planet. You’d have an actual level 50 boss battle with Baras, you’d be forced to use Quinn as a companion because he was your only healer companion, and I’m pretty sure I wiped on that fight at least ten or twenty times alone. Also back then, you had to have specific commendations (kinda like medals i guess???) in order to get gear mods, and I could only ever really afford it for one or two pieces of armor, so like. Good fucking lord. That was so much. 

... So in short, I’ve done the side missions + exploration missions for the vanilla planets more times than I care to count. Sorry for going into a “kids these days” style rant lmao.
