#yeah it’ll be clear in the Johto Arc

Random but in AitPU I want to have the gang change their outfits in between arcs (just subtle in between Kanto and Johto but after that it’s a lot more noticeable). So far all I’ve got is Falcon wears his scarf hanging out in the Kanto (he did come there straight from Smash), Hoenn and Kalos Arcs and Isle of Armor subarc (I’m sure there’ll be trainers there wondering how that’s practical) and tucked in in the Johto, Sinnoh (including the Hisuian subarc) and Galar Arcs (including the Crown Tundra subarc but obviously not the Isle of Armor subarc). In Unova and Paldea he varies whether or not he tucks his scarf in (tucked in in colder weather) and in Alola he keeps it open (maybe not when travelling through Ultra Wormholes though). Also someone wears a beret in Kalos (probably Samus but honestly anyone other than Falcon would work because I think a beret, scarf and sunglasses would look a bit weird altogether - as in I’m only swapping his helmet out for a hat if he wears sunglasses to go with it)

Also I’ve worked out how I want them to battle the Straiton Gym because I got lucky because in regions with a Hisuian starter because I don’t want any of them to have multiple of the same Pokémon (even if Cyndaquil ends up fully-evolved by the end of the Johto Arc and Rowlet and Oshawott end up fully-evolved by the end of the Hisuian subarc) and Fox is the one with Oshawott in Hisui meaning both the Gym Challengers (Falcon and Samus) have Unovan starters so there’s just a triple battle so Cilan doesn’t get left out (though I am ignoring their Lillipup)
