i think re6 could have been really good if they'd just let it cook longer
#capcom. capcom when you remake this game. do NOT fuck it up#i think the potential is very much there it's just that it was bungled pretty badly in a way that feels rushed#which. re5 released in what. 2011? and re6 came out in 2013?#yeah it needed longer akdjwkdjskfn more time in the oven before she was ready#although tbf. if it was GOOD then we wouldn't have whatever the fuck is going on now#so it needed to be bad. i just hope that the remake is good#i think an re6 remake could fuck hard as hell honestly#esp leon's campaign dsjkfdsk#(i'm not biased because he's my blorbo i genuinely think it's the strongest arc narrative wise)#(chris' is kinda. meh and we barely know jake but i love that sherry's back. i just wish jake's scenario was actually sherry's)#(since jake is a brand new character and we don't know much about him. at least sherry's familiar if you've played re2)#(and ada is. all over the place tbh. don't even get me STARTED on the fake ada arc sdfhsdfkhdsfs)#but i think like. piers is a pretty solid character and helena.... had potential#shame they were lowkey scrapped. i mean piers did die at the end of the game tbf.#i feel like they wanted to do something with jake's storyline but had to scrap all their plans once re6 failed and then re7 happened#which started the mold arc and ethan's story. so i'm not too mad abt it i love ethan
