#yeah everyone knows about how spinach shrinks but thats normal. spinach is leafs and leafs is just water and green#but shrimps also shrink a surprising amount. shrimps may live in water but they are made of meat and shell#this is good tho bc they only had large shrimp at the store and i think smaller shrimp are easier to eat in fried rice#speaking of which aauughghg i fucking burnt the rice... this has never happened before im such a disgrace#its bc i remembered that its 1:1 ratio for fried rice but i forgot id put in two cups of rice so i only put in one cup of water... aaaaa#its fine its still edible the cooker turned itself off and i put more water in. theres just some crunchy bits and shame#the sauce was better than last time at least. one more try and ill finally have good rice. thanks for reading my food diaries
