LUPIN

-WILL GO ALL OUT!! It’s your special day and he’s going to spoil you

-Breakfast in bed! Makes the best kinds of food he can for you!! Although he did eat some of it while cooking- so if you’re missing a croissant or your strawberries are missing, he ate them

-croissant with chocolate, your favourite expensive tea that is usually reserved for special occasions, crepes with all your favourite fillings/toppings

-he 100% begged Goemon and Jigen to help make your breakfast. They gave in when he busted out The Puppy Dog Eyes.

-spoils you with his riches from heists

-buys you that super special something you had been eyeing for a while but never got it for whatever reason

-he wants to take you everywhere, just glad to be with you and probably takes you to a special place to show you the best view of the city you’re in or somewhere to see the landscape

-fancy dinner!! Zenigata is actually the server, Lupin ‘bribed’ him to help out on your special day :)

-he’s really really REALLY cheesy about it, pulls out your chair for you, jokes about the wine (“mhm.. I’m quite sure this is… *swirls wine and smells it* yup, this is wine!) because he wants to make you smile and laugh :)

JIGEN

-pretty chill about your bday

-but that’s what he WANTS you to think

-he actually wants to spoil you but doesn’t want to overwhelm you because y’know, he likes being mellow

-so you’ll get nice surprises throughout the day!

-‘simple’ breakfast in bed, he made you cinnamon rolls, fresh cut fruit and hand squeezed orange juice

-chocolates and roses :)

-y’all probably nap on the couch together !!! And it’s sweet !!! [[Fujiko took a picture of it, prepare to be teased by Lupin and Fujiko]]

-Jigen drives you everywhere on your bday, he’s your personal chauffeur

-he takes you out to a really fancy dinner and makes sure his tie matches your outfit

-but if you’d prefer a picnic or something, he will gladly get the food and take you to a park to have a picnic on the hill at sunset in your fancy clothes

-dancing!! on the grass together!!

GOEMON

-he makes the BEST breakfast in bed

-like MAN!!! This is a five star meal in your bed served by ‘the coolest samurai you know’ (he knows he’s the only samurai you know but he appreciates the sentiment)

-omurice, orange juice, grilled fish, miso soup and pickled radishes (if you don’t want the radishes, he will happily sit with you and eat them)

-museum date? Museum date.

-would mostly just follow you around in the museum, holding hands ofc, as he admires you rather than the history and art around him

-he definitely carves a little statue of your favourite animal with his zantetsuken

-which he is delighted to show you because he had been practicing to carve the perfect little figurine for you

-when the sun starts setting, he starts getting visibly excited because that means it’s dinner time!

-the two of you go on a quick lil hike, one you haven’t been on before

-you end up near a stunning waterfall and small pond where Goemon has a small dinner laid out on a picnic blanket with little lanterns to light the place up :)

-picnic dinner under the stars as he points out constellations and tells you the stories behind them all

FUJIKO

-literally the queen of planning when it comes to your birthday

-prepare to be spoiled and teased all day because there’s no escape from Fujiko’s plans for you

-wakes you up by throwing a pillow at you and pulling you out of bed to get the day started

-she will do your make up regardless of your gender. Heavy makeup? She’s got ya. Light makeup? You bet! You’re going to look STUNNING no matter what and it’s gonna be fantastic

-shopping spree [she paid for it by stealing some of Lupin’s heist money]

-she makes you try on outfits she puts together just for you and she made some SNAZZY outfits for you, like she tailored them all to your style and preferences

-after shopping and dropping off the spoils of your mall victory, she takes you on a motorcycle ride around the city and the outskirts of town

-Spa!!! Day!!! She’s gonna take you to this spa that’s low key unheard of BUT it’s one of the best spas that she knows

-wine and champagne over a fancy dinner and a show is how the night ends

ZENIGATA

-since he’s almost always awake before you, breakfast in bed was a breeze

-which is what he WANTED to say.

-buuuttttt he kinda burnt the toast… and the eggs, and the bacon- but he means well!!! He just got distracted and then panicked when the first try of toast caught on fire

-wants to be very gentlemanly for you!! Extra effort to open/hold doors for you, carrying your bag at work, pulling out chairs, the whole kit n kaboodle

-probably the kind of guy to make a show of it being your b-day!! Makes you wear the silly birthday hat and little streamer poppers!! You and Zeni will have confetti in your hair for days

-he makes sure you have a lighter workload at work so that you can have a more chill day :)

-tries to make your Cup Ramen fancier when he makes a snack for the two of you and draws a smiley face on the lid to make you smile

-leaves little snacks and a cute/silly note for you when he has to leave to do something

-the two of you go on a nice long drive when the end of the day nears. It’s simple, but it’s one of his favourite past times

YATA

-intended on making you breakfast in bed but forgot to get up early enough to do that. Instead, he’s still wrapped around you in bed as the big spoon, still snoozing away with you

-he leaves little post it notes all over the place for you to find, each has little hearts or smiley faces doodled into the corners

-gets you your fave flowers and plenty of chocolates, leaves them on your desk as a surprise at work

-can and WILL run around with you on his back to make you laugh

-[he did it at work, got lightly scolded but Zenigata thought it was sweet and funny]

-dancing!!! in the kitchen!!! while he makes you a birthday cake!!!

-you both may or may not have flour handprints all over each other (you do. You both do. So many silly hand prints.)

-he’s definitely not the kind of guy to be super fancy in general but he puts extra effort in to be a bit fancier for your b-day

-makes you lunch and dinner :) he makes a really cute bento box lunch and one of the best dinners you’ve ever had

-definitely got you a stuffed animal that reminded him of you!!

-at the end of the day, you both end up falling asleep on the couch together under a blanket as the TV continues to play some show or movie

Pairing: Yata Misaki x reader

Description: Reader is left on the streets in a severe situation, being found by Totsuka Tatara, who gets to himself the responsability to help and heal the girl in HOMRA’s headquarters. When she wakes up, she’s led by the wanting to seek for revenge, going after who’s hurt her.

Warnings: swears and mentions of possible r*pe.

Word count: 2,750.

That afternoon the headquarters was silent - not even Kusanagi was behind the bar, taking care of his beloved belongings.

Y/N was sitting on the leather couch as she tied her shoelaces. Yata Misaki had just entered the building, skateboard on hands, when she got up and crossed eyes with him. Curious, the boy asked, not wanting to sound rude:

“Where you think you’re going?”

She hesitated before answering, passing her weight to one feet to the other.

“Home,” Yata’s brows furrowed, and before he could ask anything else she added: “Kinda. I can’t use your clothes forever,” she gestured vaguely to her own body, still using Yata’s shirt and shorts, a bit loose on her.

“I thought you said your house was attacked,” his brows were furrowed more than ever, his hand gripping tightly to his skateboard. 

“It was.”

“And you intend to go there alone? All by yourself?”

The boy sounded not only angry, but a little worried, Y/N thought.

“I can’t ask anyone to go with me.”

“Of course you can. You’re one of us now.”

“I didn’t mean that,” she smiled just a bit. “The bar is empty,” she shrugged.

“Oh,” Yata lost arguments. “In that case, couldn’t you wait?”

She took a deep breath and sat back on the couch, hands passing through her hair. 

“I need to go there. I need to see… what left. If anything.”

Yata didn’t understand any of that, his life before HOMRA being way too different than hers, but he thought that she wasn’t being inconsequent, at least not entirely. It was understandable. Except the part for going alone. That was stupid.

“As far as I understand, that place is still dangerous for you to go, let’s say alone. C’mon, I’ll go with you,” he said before she even opened her mouth. Yata got his baseball bat and looked at her by the door, as if saying you coming?

She smiled - causing him to blush - and followed him. Even though Yata had his skateboard, it remained on his hands.

Y/N led the path to her house, the silence between them very much palpable, although it didn’t seem to bother the girl. She had her hands on tight fists, her jaws clenched. Yata could only wonder how she felt - angry? Sad? Nervous? All three of them? He didn’t know what to do nor what to say, so he just stood behind her, following as she turned street after street.

He would be lying if he said he didn’t want nothing to happen while they were at her house. It was a dangerous location at the moment, but he had hopes that whoever attacked her, they would be there, so he could kick the shit out of their bastard ass.

What kind of person would hurt a girl that bad? The memory of her being carried inside the bar by Totsuka still haunted Yata’s thoughts, all the blood and dirt and ripped clothes. He only hopped for the ripped clothes to mean nothing else like he was imagining. He thought that, if it was the case, she would’ve said, right? She wouldn’t be hanging around with all of them, with all those men.

“I know what you’re thinking,” she said upfront, as if reading his mind. He swallowed. “It’s written in all your faces, the doubt. Don’t worry, Yata-san,” she turned her head to look at him, and Yata’s heart raced at the sufixe on his name leaving her mouth.

“Good,” was his only response as he gripped his hand tighter to his skateboard and baseball bat. “But that doesn’t mean they’re impune on that.”

“No. They’re not,” she said, impassive. “It’s here.”

Y/N stopped at the front gates, the house behind it being very beautiful.

Besides the fact that was a damn mess. 

“Were you here? When this happened, I mean,” Yata asked.

She hadn’t told that part of the story, not yet.

“I was. My mom told me to hide, but when I saw that…”she closed her eyes. “When I saw that it was useless, after…”

Yata froze in place, not knowing what to do.

“I know,” he said, saving her to say the words, or anything like it.

“So I ran. I know it might look like that this was useless too, but maybe this is what saved my life.”

He nodded once.

“Because of that Totsuka-san saw you. Saved you. It wasn’t useless. It was a good call,” he gestured his head towards the house. “Ready when you are.”

She opened the gates and entered the property without ceremonies, Yata right behind her.

“Let me,” he said before she could open the front door. Y/N stared at Yata for a moment before nodding one time, giving him space.

With the bat he opened the door slowly, taking a peek inside. It was dark and a mess. The furniture was broken and scattered all around, papers being the new floor. Yata tried to switch the light on.

“I think the energy was cut.”

“Or destroyed. The wires, I mean.”

Yata entered, followed by Y/N. She took a look around, devastated.

“I didn’t know… it looked that bad.”

“Were they looking for anything specific?” Yata poked the mess on the floor with his bat.

“I don’t know. I mean, clearly they were - are -, but I don’t know what it is.”

“I don’t understand why this happened. All you said is that you and your parents were attacked.”

“I don’t understand much of it either, I never knew something was up until that day. All I know is that this creepy guy came in, prying up the gates and door, screaming for something,” Y/N got on her knees and moved a piece of furniture - or what left of it - away from the wall, revealing a vent. With her fingers and nails she tried to open it, failing.

It took Yata only a movement of his hand to open the small vent with his Red Aura.

“You gotta learn how to use your powers now.”

“It’s been less than a day. Cut me some slack,” she gave him a small smile and put her hand inside the vent, taking out some money. She continued to tell the story as more money came out. “That piece of shit came in, already breaking everything and asking ‘where is it?’ as some demand. Fuck, I wish I knew what ‘it’ is. I don’t even know what my father had gotten himself into.”

“You’re here to find this out,” Yata stated as Y/N got up, money in hands. She nodded.

The next thing she did was go upstairs, to what Yata thought was her room. Shy, he stood by the door as he waited for her to gather what she wanted. She came back with two backpacks, one full of what he assumed was her clothes and the other for whatever she was looking for. The money was in there.

“I need to go to my parent's room,” she said seriously.

“Okay.”

“I can’t do this alone.”

“Oh…”

Yata froze once again, chewing the inside of his cheeks. Of course that he nodded to her, what else could he possibly do? Let her go alone in there? In front of the door she froze, hands halfway to the doorknob. Yata opened it for her with his power. She gave him a thankful look.

He could hear when she stopped breathing, taking all in.

The room was just as a mess as the rest of the house, but he understood why Y/N would be all shaken up. Her parents just died, she was all alone in this world and to see this place looking like this…

It wasn’t easy, he wondered. With shaky hands and a racing heart, Yata placed a gentle hand on her shoulder, making her tremble by surprise. It felt like his touch gave her the strength that she needed, because a second later she was already moving around the room.

Yata moved along, taking a peek here and there, not really knowing what to look for - or what he was looking at.

“I’m looking for my dad’s computer, or my mom’s. Any computer, really, hoping that no one got it first.”

“Got it.”

Yata started looking at the dresser, ignoring the underwear with a deep heat blush as he found a key.

“Oi,” he called, both of them turning at each other. He tossed the key at Y/N, who got it midair. “Nice catch,” he said with a rascal smile.

Y/N examined the key carefully.

“I’ve got no idea what this opens,” she said while turning the key between her fingers.

“Guess we gotta try to open every damn thing to find out,” and there it was again, that rascal smile.

“So let’s try to open every damn thing,” she answered with the same smile on her lips.

“We should try my dad’s office,” Y/N said after a failed search at her parent's room. She didn’t want to take anything from there, or at least Yata didn’t see it. As they stepped in the room, Yata pointed at the computer on the desk.

“That computer, you meant?” He had a funny look on his face.

“Of course not,” she said calmly. “Although I could take the hard drive off to take a look later, but I have the feeling that there’s nothing in it.”

“Considering everything, yeah,” Yata opened every drawer and door.

“With your power we don’t need this key to open whatever’s closed, but that surely gave us the idea to look for something hidden.”

“I don’t know, the first thing you did when you got here was to pry open a vent and take money. I think you would find something that was hidden in some closed drawer or whatever.”

“Good point,” she smiled.

Yata’s phone started ringing and he answered.

“Yatagarasu here.”

“Yatagarasu?” Y/N let out a little giggle.

“Ah, Kusanagi-san. She’s with me. I-I’m with her, I mean. She…”

Y/N was nodding furiously. Don’t tell him!

“She needed fresh air. To think. I’m keeping her company, making sure nothing happens. Okay. Got it.”

“Thank you for not telling anything.”

“That’s not good. If they ever find this out, I’m dead meat.”

They continued their search, Yata being faster than ever. “After that call I think we should speed things up a lil’ bit.”

“I have an idea.” Y/N started to toss all the books from the bookshelves to the floor in a speed up race. “Help me!” And so Yata did it. After all the bookshelves were clean, he asked: “What now?”

“Now we look for fakes.”

“Fakes?”

As an answer, Y/N started knocking on the wall, trying to hear if anything sounded like there was a space behind it.

“It sounds weird here,” Yata said, knocking the same spot multiple times. Y/N nodded to him, giving permission to use his power there.

“But be careful. We don’t want to fuck up anything in there.”

“‘Course.”

A rash of red flames burst out of Yata towards the spot in the bookshelf, opening a hole up. The edges were still burning when Y/N stretched out her arm and looked for whatever was inside there.

“A velvet purse,” she said before opening it.

“Are those…?”

“Computer parts,” Y/N finished. “A hard drive. Two, actually. I’m gonna take the one in the computer as well. It’ll only take a moment.”

“No rush,” Yata said as he turned around, wondering if they should look for more.

“I think we can call it a day. Just do these last honors, would ya?”

Y/N was kneeled by a vent, giving Yata a sassy smile.

“Sure thing,” he quickly opened the vent and Y/N grabbed a handful of money. When she got up he noticed her stare at him. “What?”

She was actually staring at what he had on his hands, his skateboard and bat. 

“My dad had…” she pointed with her chin at his bat. “My dad had one autographed by his favorite player. I would like to take that with me.”

“Where is it?”

“It was supposed to be here.”

“Let’s go look for it. Maybe it’s still here.”

Yata’s determination in helping Y/N surely gave her the strength that she needed to not start running away from her house, scared by her feelings and by the state of the property. What was she thinking? She could’ve never go there alone. She wouldn’t make it. Not by herself.

“I’ll look here and you there. Let’s make it quick,” she told him.

After some time of looking through the mess she finally found it, her dad’s aluminum metal baseball bat, signed by his favorite player. For a moment she didn’t have the guts to take it, to merely touch it - the hell with it, she couldn’t even look at it without threatening tears. She sobbed as she kneeled in front of it, dropped carelessly on the floor. As if it was used and then discarded.

Yata was seeing all of that from the corner, not wanting to let her know that he could see her; but considering how good she was to say all the right things in the right time, he had no doubts that she knew he was there, looking.

It was heartbreaking, the whole thing.

Her sobs bursting out of her made Yata want to do something, anything, to make her feel better. A thing like this should never happen to a girl. And she was so smart, so self-reliant…

“Did you really look everywhere?”

Y/N immediately turned to where the strange voice came from, and Yata didn’t give a shit anymore if she knew he was looking at her crying. Both of them stood there, frozen and quiet. Even her breath was calculated. 

The outsider steps were fading away - whoever was there, they were probably going to the office. Thank goodness Yata and Y/N had just left there, taking anything important with them.

With the most silent steps Yata has ever heard, Y/N got up, her dad’s bat in hand and both backpacks on each of her shoulders.

She said silently “the garage” and Yata followed her. Once there - no car at sight - she started looking for something, with a mixture of most silent and quickness she could pull up. She let out a happy sigh when she found whatever she was looking for. Yata turned to see her putting on roller skates. 

Something lit up inside the boy, a new and therefore unknown sensation. He quickly shrugged it off - there was no time for new feelings, not now.

“We gotta go,” Y/N said in a rush, getting up on her roller skates.

Yata stood where he was, anger flowing through him, getting into his bloodstream, making his Red Aura make a casual appearance. He tightly gripped his bat.

“Was it them?’ It was all he asked.

“I don’t know. The voices sounded different, plus I think the guy who attacked me isn’t here.”

“But they surely are with him,” it was taking all of Yata’s strength to not go after those bastards and give them hell. 

“There’s no time for it. We gotta go. Now,” when she saw that Yata wasn’t moving, his Red Aura getting darker and stronger, she continued talking. “Don’t you think I don’t wanna do something, too? I do! But that’s not the right time. I can’t take the risk of losing the hard drives.”

His aura gave up a little bit, but he was still not moving.

“Yata-san, please,” his jaw clenched. “Please.”

“Lemme take one backpack,” he held out his hand. She tossed him one.

“Let’s be quiet until we’re at a safe distance.”

Yata was amazed by her ability to tiptoe on those roller skates, being able to not emit a single sound. Outside the garage, in the backyard, Y/N looked back at her house. “I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again.” He could only give her a sympathizing look.

“What about the key?” He asked.

“I don’t think it matters anymore. Let’s bet on a race to HOMRA,” she said, a smile on her lips washing away any sadness. Before Yata could agree, still putting her backpack on his shoulders, she was already skating away, getting an advantage.

“Oi!” He shouted when he was already on the streets. “Wait up! That’s not fair!” He complained as the air gave him her laugh as a response.

Touhou Arcana write-up

((So... my internet was out for a few days, and I have been playing Persona 4 Golden for a while, so I decided to do a write up for all the major arcana.

Everyone’s list is very different, SO THERE’S DEFINITELY GOING TO BE DISAGREEMENTS, but if you have any, let me know what you think!

Note: This is strictly going through Arcana descriptions and meanings!

0: Fool - Cirno, The Three Fairies The Fool represents innocence, divine inspiration, madness, freedom, spontaneity, inexperience, chaos and creativity.

Aside from the memes of Cirno being an idiot, I couldn’t think of a better tie than these two. (four?) All of them are leaders of their own right, they’re pretty much free to do what they please, and most importantly, creative and inexperienced.

I: Magician - Marisa Kirisame The Magician Arcana is commonly associated with action, initiative, self-confidence, immaturity, manipulation, and power.

THE STAPLE GIRL OF THE MAGICIAN ARCANA, MARISA HERSELF-... She’s the self confident one, immature to a fault, and her whole stick is ‘DANMAKU IS POWER’. So yep, this fits her extremely well!

II: Priestess - Rinnosuke Morichika The Priestess Arcana is a symbol of hidden knowledge or other untapped power, wisdom, mystery and patience when it appears in tarot readings.

Can’t get better than Rinnosuke himself, IMO. Father figure of both Reimu and Marisa, people approach him for wisdom at times and he’s also shrouded in mystery, and not to mention a really patient person.

III: Empress - Hong Meiling, Shinki The Empress represents mothers, prosperity, creativity, sexuality, abundance, fertility, protection, and comfort.

I really don’t have to explaint his one! Meiling is the bind which ties everyone together, as well as Shinki does, not to mention the bit about protection and comfort. There’s no better arcana for a motherly figure.

IV: Emperor - Remilia Scarlet, Toyosatomimi no Miko The Emperor symbolizes the desire to control one's surroundings, and its appearance could suggest that one is trying too hard to achieve this, possibly causing trouble for others; some elements in life are just not controllable.

‘BUT REMILIA IS BEST FIT FOR DEVIL’ you say! Devil’s more of temptation, and Remilia’s more controlling than being the symbol of temptation, and not to mention that she isn’t entirely selfish, actually caring for the residents of the Scarlet Devil Mansion.

Either way, both Miko and Remilia do sometimes cause trouble around them (Remilia especially), and not to mention really ambitous.

V: Hierophant - Keine Kamishirasawa, Byakuren Hijiri The Hierophant is a symbol of education, authority, conservatism, obedience to rules and relationship with the divine.

Keine and Byakuren being both teachers in their own right, and also quite lawful as well. Byakuren also gets the extra point of being in a relationship with the divine, being head monk and all.

VI: Lovers - Alice Margatroid, Sakuya Izayoi The Lovers Arcana initially represented two paths life could lead to, and thus a symbol of standing at a crossroad and needing to make a decision.

Between Alice being in Hell with Shinki and choosing her life to be in the forest, as well as Sakuya either being a vampire killer and serving one, I think this fits pretty well!

VII: Chariot - Chen, Yuugi Hoshiguma The Chariot Arcana is a symbol of victory, conquest, self-assertion, self-confidence, control, war, and command.

Ah yes, the arcana usually tied with war gods. Both are self-confident, and these usually have a goal they wish to attain at any cost. In this case, I’d put Chen and Yuugi!

VIII: Justice - Shiki Eiki The Justice Arcana symbolizes a strict allegory of justice, objectivity, rationality and analysis. In tarot readings, it means that one will have to face a trial of their justice.

OKAY I’M SURE PEOPLE ARE GOING TO DISAGREE WITH ME ON THIS BECAUSE SHE’S NOT JUDGEMENT-... But Justice is very different from Judgement, which I’ll explain below. But I feel Justice fits Eiki more, as she is the pinacle of rationality and objectivity.

IX: Hermit - Satori Komeiji, Patchouli Knowledge The Hermit is associated with wisdom, introspection, solitude, retreat and philosophical searches.

With Satori being the philosophical mind reader she is, along with Patchouli being the moving library, this is pretty much a big given.

X: Fortune - Tewi, Joon Yorigami The Fortune Arcana is portrayed by the Wheel of Fortune and symbolizes fate, luck, fortune and opportunity.

Can’t get any better than these two, for self-explained reasons!

XI: Strength - Momiji Inubashiri The Strength Arcana is associated with the morality about the stronger power of self-control, gentleness, courage and virtue over brute force. It can also represent creative or physical energy that needs to be or is about to be unleashed, sometimes out of desire to be recognized.

This is not physical strength, but inner strength, and IMO, Momiji is the most self-controlled yet also desires to be recognized by the higher ups for PUTTING UP WITH TENGUS-

XII: Hanged Man - Hina Kagiyama, Medicine Melancholy The Hanged Man Arcana is associated with self-sacrifice for the sake of enlightenment, the bindings that makes one free, paradoxes and hanging between heaven and earth.

Can’t think of anyone else but these two in this category. People in this Arcana are really self-sacrificial, and both of them fit the bill .

XIII: Death - Yuyuko Saigyouji The Death Arcana symbolizes metamorphosis and deep change, regeneration and cycles.

Do I need to explain this :D

XIV: Temperance - Reimu Hakurei, Konpaku Youmu The Temperance Arcana is a symbol of synthesis, prudence, harmony, and the merging of opposites.

No better person than Reimu herself. She’s the Hakurei Shrine maiden, mediator of both humans and youkai, going out to restore order after every incident and to keep the balance in check. Depressing job 10/10.

XV: Devil - Seiga Kaku, Kanako Yasaka The Devil Arcana represents the urge to do selfish, impulsive, violent things, and being a slave to ones' own impulse and feelings. Occasionally, it is also portrayed as a symbol of temptation.

I don’t think I need to explain Seiga, but Kanako literally tempted Okuu with the power of the Yatagarasu so SHE FITS HERE VERY WELL. MORIYA SHRINE CONSPIRACY.

XVI: Tower - Junko, Tenshi Hinanawi The Tower Arcana is commonly associated to overly arrogant, prejudiced and authoritarian organizations, which walk to their own ironic demise. Furthermore, it is also more generically used as an omen of doom and disaster.

The worst card in the deck. This card barely means anything good at all. Both are somewhat prejudiced, and Tenshi fits this arcana like A SHOE.

XVII: Star - Sanae Kochiya The Star Arcana is also commonly associated with hope, self-confidence, faith, altruism, luck, generosity, peace and joy.

Miracles. Faith. Joy. I don’t think I need to explain much about this one!

XVIII: Moon - Reisen Udongein Inaba, Flandre Scarlet, Koishi Komeiji The Moon Arcana is associated with creativity, inspiration, dreams, madness, illusions, fear, fantasy, the subconscious and trickery.

Three of them are quite creative people, with Flandre leaning quite alot into the ‘madness’ part of it. They can also sense things around them without being told, and these three are usually quite in touch with their senses.

XIX: Sun - Utsuho Reiuji, Aya Shameimaru The Sun symbolizes happiness, joy, energy, optimism, and accomplishment. Occasionally, it is also associated with one's initial happiness.

Both of them are just the biggest optimistic and energetic ball of fun you’ll ever meet, and Okuu does her job quite well! Aya... not so much, since her newspaper isn’t very popular-

XX: Judgement - Kasen Ibaraki, Hata no Kokoro The Judgement Arcana is associated with realizing one's calling, gaining a deep understanding of life and a feeling of acceptance and absolution.

You’d expect Eiki here, but Judgement is the reflection of one-self, and accepting who you are. They view the world with infinite possibilities, and I believe Kasen and Kokoro fits this out to the letter.

XXI: The World - Yakumo Yukari, Okina Matara The World Arcana is a representation of the world's totality, the symbol of fulfillment, wholeness and harmony. 

Don’t need to explain this, really! Gensokyo is primarily their creation, after all!

Valentine’s Day with the Lupgang and detectives!! <3

Lupin ♥︎

-he wakes you up by kissing you on the forehead and cheeks, laughing and giggling as he does

-once you wake up, he finally gives you a proper kiss on the lips while smiling

-the smiling kiss makes you laugh and he’s overjoyed to hear it, glad that he’s the one making you laugh this way

-surprise! Breakfast in bed! He’s very proud of himself for making you breakfast

-expect to be spoiled by him!! He definitely stole something just for you during the recent heist!!

-prepare for a grand onslaught of horribly cheesy and lame pick up lines, he’s trying to put the moves on you

-even though you’re already dating him

-each pick up line is punctuated by a kiss

-he almost always has his hands on you, either by holding hands, holding your waist, an arm around your shoulders

-he’s clingy, and Valentine’s Day just enhances it to the MAX.

-seriously, he’s going to be hanging on to you all day only separating from you when it’s required

-the day ends with candle lit dinner at one of the finest restaurants in whatever town or city you’re in with a bouquet of your favourite flowers as you share a fantastic meal together

Jigen ♥︎

-you wake to find the bed beside you empty, which is pretty unusual since Jigen usually likes to sleep in

-shuffling out of the bedroom with a blanket around your shoulders, you find him at the stove with an apron on as he makes you breakfast while humming a random tune

-it’s a relatively simple breakfast, but it’s one of the best tasting breakfasts you’ve ever had (“cooked with love” type beat)

-would let you steal his hat quite often because A) it’s Valentine’s Day, you get a free pass and B) he likes seeing you wear his hat

-he gets you a nice bouquet with pink and red flowers!! He also tucks one into his lapel/front pocket (wherever??? flowers go??? on suit jackets???)

-at one point in the day, the two of you Just Drive together for a while

-dancing in the kitchen to one of those Oldies love songs (probably ‘It’s Been A Long, Long Time’ by Harry James) as he cooks dinner for the two of you

-definitely offers you little tastes to see how the food is coming along as the meal progresses

-a simple and sweet candle lit dinner between the two of you while love songs play softly in the background as the two of you chat and eat

-the night ends with the two of you watching some goofy rom-com that Lupin found as you cuddle on the couch

Goemon ♥︎

-since he typically rises with the sun, Goemon absolutely makes breakfast for you. However, instead of the simple and quick breakfast he usually makes, this one is more extensive and thoughtful

-he tries to wake you up gently. For anyone else, it would be pretty hard to wake you up while being quiet while carrying a large tray of food and all that, but not for Goemon!

-he sits with you and eats breakfast with you :) he would probably let his silly side show as he steals a piece of food you were going for before doing the ‘here comes the airplane’ just to make you laugh

-hand picked bouquet of your favourite flowers. Neatly tied together with a pale blue ribbon :)

-would probably take you on a short hike to a clearing or to a small stream so the two of you can hang out together in nature without any disruptions

-oh he tried so SO SO HARD with the chocolate dipped strawberries. You see it in the fine details of the drizzled chocolate, but he was a little hasty when putting them in the fridge to cool so they’re a bit askew

-romantic walk in the park!!! As the sun begins to set!!!

-the day ends as the two of you watch the sunset from the hilltop and then you stay a little longer to stargaze

Fujiko ♥︎

-expect nothing but the best from her!! She’s going to spoil you. You cannot escape her.

-she wakes you up with breakfast in bed and insists on feeding you something, which is most likely going to be the chocolate dipped strawberries she made (Lupin tried to steal one, he got chased off with a wooden spoon by Fujiko)

-she wears a particularly strong and bright red lipstick on Valentine’s Day

-PURELY to kiss you all over your face and leave smudged lipstick marks peppered all over your skin

-then she would tease you about said lipstick marks.

-before adding moRE LIPSTICK MARKS!

-so basically you get attacked by her with kisses

-Lunch is going to be at a really nice restaurant, you have a table on the balcony so y’all can look out on the city as you share your meal :)

-she 100% gets you pure red roses and some of the GREATEST chocolate you’ve ever had. It’s probably from Belgium or Norway, you don’t know, but it’s GOOD.

-dinner is at a fancy place!! Like, the kind of restaurant that people eat at for really important events

-the day ends with the two of you curled up on the couch together, trying and failing to feed each other chocolate dipped strawberries as you laugh at the chocolate marks you’ve drawn on each others faces

Zenigata ♥︎

-surprise surprise! You two actually get the day off!! Congrats!

-he attempts to make you breakfast in bed, but the clattering in the kitchen wakes you. You get to see Zeni in a silly frilly apron combined with dorky oven mitts as he tries desperately to pull the cinnamon rolls out of the oven before they burn

-(they didn’t burn, only slightly over cooked due to his panic)

-if you tease him, he will turn bright red while he tries to explain that he didn’t mean to wake you and how he wanted to bring you breakfast in bed

-he definitely feels like the kind of guy who likes cheesy rom-coms, so you’d watch a handful of them together after Zenigata prepared a BUNCH of treats for the both of you

-DEFINITELY the kind of guy to get you one of those HUGE teddy bears you see in like… Costco

-AND flower bouquets and heart shaped boxes of chocolate

-basically the day is mostly full of him being his silly self while trying to spoil you with love and affection

-he gives you a single rose every so often throughout the day and you end up having a whole bouquet by the end of the day

-the day ends with you two cuddling in bed, with him being the big spoon obviously as he showers you with little kisses

Yata ♥︎

-he accidentally wakes you as he goes to make breakfast but as you lay there, pretending to be asleep, Yata kisses you on your temple before skedaddling out the door to the kitchen

-you end up following after him with a blanket wrapped around your shoulders, making him smile brightly at you when he sees you in the doorway

-he practically drags you back to bed once the food has been made so both of you can actually have breakfast in bed

-and so Yata can have some more cuddles as he pulls off his ulterior motives!! Tricking you into going back to sleep with him so you both can sleep in some more!!! A devious little detective for sure!!!!!

-chocolates and sweets galore.

-he’s got a BAADDD sweet tooth but you don’t really mind, “just makes you sweeter” is your go-to tease abt the sugary treats

-would take you to see a movie in theatres, pays for the popcorn and any other snacks you get before tossing a few kernels of popcorn at you while he laughs

-throw a few at him and he will try so hard to catch them in his mouth, and will give you the BIGGEST smile if he catches one

-home cooked dinner for SURE

-cooking dinner together in the kitchen !!!

-he tries eating stuff before it’s done, gently smack his hand away and he’ll hang off your shoulders claiming you’re ‘soooooo meaaaannn!!’ to him

-but then he peppers you in kisses while giggling

-the day ends with chocolate dipped strawberries, a movie and cuddling while Yata tries to steal whichever strawberry you have in your hand

Shut up they all make you breakfast I know- it just feels so right lmAO AKFHSK

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!! Enjoy some silly mistletoe and kisses from the thieves and the inspectors :]

LUPIN

-he’s the one putting up mistletoe in your current safe house. Almost every single doorframe has the plant hanging from the doorframe with a little red ribbon tied in a bow

-he’s the kind of guy to have mistletoe in his pocket to get sneaky sneaky kisses from you by holding it over your head when you’re talking to him

-probably waits under the mistletoe to get a kiss from you (ends up getting little kisses from the rest of the gang before he gets to you)

-or he might just grab your hand and pull you to the mistletoe to get kisses as you laugh at his antics

-“OH BOY ITS SMOOCHING TIME!!”

-^^ this is his exact reaction whenever you’re under the mistletoe with him

JIGEN

-he never really cared for mistletoe, didn’t exactly see the point in it

-but when he finds himself stuck under the mistletoe with you? Boy oh boy he changed his tune, mistletoe quickly became one of his favourite plants

-after the rest of the gang saw how his attitude changed, one of them taped a bit of mistletoe to the brim of his hat while he was napping (he didn’t see it when he woke)

-which means he got PLENTY of kisses from you, he was confused at first but he wasn’t complaining

-anytime you’d walk up to talk to him, you couldn’t help but chuckle at the plant taped to his hat

-after every conversation, he got a kiss on the cheek or on the lips, and golly gee, he’s over the moon each and every time

GOEMON

-god forbid he gets stuck under the mistletoe with anyone, he already struggles with displays of affection

-he has cut down the mistletoe before when he was under it with the others, much to Lupin’s dismay. He doesn’t like having to replace the mistletoe

-but if he finds himself stuck under the mistletoe with you, he doesn’t cut it down

-be gentle with the samurai, he’s practically afraid of kisses

-give him a kiss on the cheek and he’s going to be blushing and clearing his throat, trying to act like he’s cool and chill

-a kiss on the lips? Oh he’s going to be a MESS, blushing, stuttering, the whole shebang

-(He finds himself lingering under or near the mistletoe when your near by, waiting for you to walk over)

FUJIKO

-very smug. Will tease you if you get caught under the mistletoe with her

-prepare for lipstick marks galore. You’re not getting out from under the mistletoe unscathed.

-she likes to pepper your face in kisses, which means smudged lipstick is EVERYWHERE

-probably would hold your waist and pull you close before dipping you as if you were dancing and kiss you as you laughed

-played dumb when you first found yourself under the mistletoe with her, “oh? What’s this? Why did Lupin tape plants to the doorframe?”

-you explain the tradition to her and she grins before giving you the most breathtaking and passionate kiss before walking away, “what a funny tradition! I like it!”

ZENIGATA

-the man is so focused on his work that he probably doesn’t even realise it’s the holidays

-so if he finds himself under the mistletoe, he’s going to be a little surprised

-he’s super formal. Like, he takes his hat off and gives you a little bow if you’re under the mistletoe with him

-(it’s because he’s nervous, be patient with him)

-but give him a kiss before he practically explodes at the thought of kissing you

-kiss on the cheek is good, he’ll get blushy and embarrassed

-kiss on the lips? Inspector.exe has stopped working, give him some time to process that

YATA

-confused at first, literally puppy-like under the mistletoe

-head tilted to the side and nose scrunched up as he tried to figure out who put the sprig of mistletoe there

-but he gets excited at the thought of kissing you, slightly bouncing on the balls of his feet as he smiles

-super excited to kiss you, tries not to show it, but he’s like a golden retriever and his energy is super obvious

-can and will pepper your face with kisses after the first kiss, he’s smiling and laughing as you laugh too

-would carry mistletoe in his pocket afterwards to get more kisses to be sneaky and silly

-wouldn’t be able to keep his hands off you when under the silly plant. It’s not in a weird or sexual way, he just likes holding hands or having his hands on your waist
