Sunset at Sule Pagoda in Yangon. I've been following the news out of Myanmar since last night and I'm worried and disappointed. When I visited the country in 2015, I encountered a nation rising from decades of military rule. What I found was a beautiful country full of hope and promise after only a few years of democracy. Myanmar and its people deserve far better than this disgusting military coup thrust upon them by dictators and their lies.
