|I’ll Save You| Yandere Sniper x Sibling reader (Platonic) Part 5
The hushed breeze whispered in your ears. Your breathing steady as you aimed carefully at your target. The gun in your hold felt dense and solid, making it difficult for you to carry.
“Hold it firm. Don’t lose ‘im.”
Mundy guided as he kneeled beside you. A hand on your shoulder in comfort. The small game that you aimed for was unmoving. Leisurely you aimed the crosshair at the small animal. Your brows furrowing together as you tried to focus.
Blam! Thud...
”Way ta go lil roo!” Mundy cheered out. The knockback of the gun almost pushing you backwards if it wasn’t for the supporting arm of Sniper. A sigh escaped you before lightly putting the gun down. Mundy had left your side to check out the wild game that had fallen. You followed soon after he left. The animal was a small brown rabbit. It’s fur held gray and white mixed in. With it’s paws having the same mix color.
The blood of the animal trickled into the ground below. The scene would make most people disgusted, however you were used to this. Especially since Mundy had taken you out to hunt more often now. The bushman took out a pocket knife and turned his head towards you.
“Ya wanna keep tha tail and foot?” He asked tilting his head with a proud smile. You returned the same grin and nodded.
“Sure thing. I kinda want to make a necklace out of ‘em.” You responded, your voice almost mimicking his accent for a moment. A hum of approval was heard before he cut both parts and handed them to you. Placing the two parts in your small satchel you watched as the rest was put into a bag with another fallen rabbit inside.
“Cmon, let’s head back ta camp. Oi’ll get lunch started before oi leave.” He explained while re-adjusting the bag on his shoulder. Not saying a word you followed him out of the woods and back to the trailer park. You had talked things out with your brother a month ago. During that time we managed to go to one trailer park to another, or just plain live in the wilderness. Not only that but you both worked your problems together. A soft smile grew on your face at the memory before it faltered a bit. Though it still hurt, upon looking back at the difficulties.
Mundy placed his bag down near the fire pit after he placed a pot on top of it.
“Can ya give me tha matches Y/N?” He asked making you nod and hand him the box of matches. Sniper lit the stick and threw it into the pit almost getting burned with it. “Bloody he- heck. Guess oi’m still scared of it.” He chuckled gingerly causing you to follow his action. Your smile coming back again while you helped him cook the meal. Sniper had to hold back an eye roll.
While the stew started to cook the bushman packed his sniping materials into a duffel bag. Handing you the flip phone that he had bought you, he placed his own in his pocket. Though he trusts that you can protect yourself for now, he would feel better if he had the ability to contact you while on jobs. “Oi’ll be back by around 3 PM. Text me every 30 minutes and don’t leave tha trailer park.” He explained putting on his bag and ruffling your hair.
“Yeah I will, i’m probably just gonna hang out with Kiel again though.”   Sniper had to hold back an eye roll. He failed to hide the agitated look glinted in his eyes.
“That kid again? Didn’t he get ya lost tha first toime?” He asked with crossed arms. You stood up and rubbed the back of your neck.
“Well yeah, but he isn’t that bad.”
“Didn’t he get ya lost so many times?”
You swatted his shoulder and shrugged in answer to his question.
“We’ll be safe. Now get going.”
Tipping his hat in agreement, Mundy walked off to get a taxi.
After a couple of minutes you watched as the flames danced around the metal pot. It wasn’t long until you heard familiar footsteps advance towards you. “Ok so my mom and dad said I can stay with you as long as I don’t leave the park. Not like i-it’s a problem. As you know I follow rules-” Kiel’s usual ranting started to rush in like a river as you patted a seat next to you. Him eagerly sitting down next to you.
“Mundy made some rabbit stew want some?” You asked getting a bowl for yourself and preparing one for him as well. Kiel however shook his head and hands.
“Oh no i’m- I mean- I already ate. Not like i’m being rude. Just full, it smells great though.”
You hummed pouring yourself a bowl and started eating. While you did so, the boy continued spouting his stories to you. It was a surprising to see him from time to time in different parks. However his family lived in a trailer so it should be normal for them. The look on your brother was disbelief and something else you couldn’t tell. When Kiel caught sight of you he immediately waved his arms around and fell in the floor face first. You chuckled gently at the memory. Your voice causing him to jolt up a bit. “O-oh yeah it was kind of funny to me as well. Cause the bee was right near them-”
Finally tuning into the conversation you gave him a quirky smile before letting him continue.  “But back to what I was trying to say. My cousin was- I mean is doing a party here. Yknow family members only, but you can come along too! You’re not..family..but...” Putting a hand on his shoulder his words started to trail off. “I’ll come check it out. But i’ll have to leave at 2.”
You explained finishing up your food and throwing away the paper bowl. Kiel nodded and gazed at the ground before fiddling with his hands.
“I...I’m going to have to guess it’s your brother?” He questioned tilting his head towards you. You nodded in confirmation.
“May I ramble my thoughts? without you stopping me?” His tone now being stern. The change causing you to be put off guard for a moment.
You only gave out a hum in approval making him speak. His words were slow unlike his usual squirrelly self.
“I..respect hi- Mundy...I do, however do you want to finally...How should I put this? Be more open? Without judgment?” Silence overcame the two of you despite the background noise of chatter and chirps of birds.
Tapping your finger on the side of your hip you stared at the ground. Processing what he was saying. You felt his eyes burning into you. When you side glanced him it was one of worry. He searched your own trying to find anything.
Coming to your senses you ruffled his head with a grin. “You dork, did ya get that from a book or something?” He gasped before a light pink hue wrapped around his face. “No I didn’t! I was just being honest!” You started poking his side in a joking manner making him swat your hands away. “Hey look at ya, not rambling now.” A yelp was heard when he fell off the folding seat backwards. Smiling you helped him up, while he picked up the chair on his way up. “I don’t want people to get the wrong idea.”  He muttered dusting himself off.
You then opened your satchel and took out the rabbit’s foot and tail. “Which one you want? I’m gonna make a necklace out of ‘em.” Kiel’s eyes wavered between the two and he pointed at the foot. “Why the foot?” You asked tilting your head. He didn’t talk, he was zoning out when he gazed up at you. Sighing he shook his head a bit, with the face of grimace. “Because I think it would look nice if you had a fluffy tail on your necklace. The rabbit’s foot, i’m hoping would give me luck. Since the rumor is that rabbit’s foot-” Rolling your eyes you put them back into your bag and let them ramble.
“So where and when is this party starting?” Kiel jolted up and gave a brief moment to respond. “It’s not that far in the park. It’s just near my parent’s trailer. I’m hoping not to see one of my cousins who try to drag me off and away from-” He explained as you nodded and stood up. “Just lead the way buddy. I’m hoping to hang out before it’s too late.” You jokingly said nudging him a bit. Rolling his eyes playfully he smiled. “What? Is my company not enough? Lil’ ol Kiel?” Pretending to think you nodded with a smirk. “Yup! Absolutely.” The boy feigned being offended. His action causing you to laugh as he led the way to the party. Upon arriving you noticed that the get together was still being set up. The adults nearby were taking out a table, while other helped unpack coolers and food. Without hesitation you walked up to Kiel’s mother carrying folding chairs. “Here, let me help.” You said taking the items out of her hold and setting them up for her. The woman smiled at your actions and patted your head when you placed the last chair down. “Well aren’t you a sweet one?” She spoke up. You responded with a shrug and stood up from your kneeling position to turn towards her. “Well I could at least help if I was invited over.” You said with a sheepish grin. The woman clicked her tongue. “We invited you to have fun, not to help. Now go on. We will be ok.” She spoke shooing you off with a light nudge. Kiel rolled his eyes and took your hand. “Yknow you don’t need to help? I know it- it’s human nature to help most of the time. But I just think it’s fine not to work yknow?” You basically tuned him out for the last part but nodded in agreement. “It’s nice to help out though. I’ll be staying for awhile anyways, might as well help.” He hummed in understanding before furrowing his brows. “Please keep- keep track of time. If you don’t know, then you, well you don’t care. So make sure to check before Mundy comes in all worried again like an animal untamed.” you grimaced at the reminder. You still believe in Ignorance is Bliss. However it can be a pain in the ass...Language is what Mundy would say. You lightly giggled at the thought. Gazing to Kiel he was rambling about your older brother once again. Feeling peeved a bit by his knowledge on you so easily in 2 months. “A-anyway enough about them. Let’s just hang out with my family? Of- of course you don’t have to, just a suggestion.”  The mention of meeting other people made you uneasy. If felt like pushing a line that wasn’t there. You had a feeling about knowing, however at the same time you were unsure. Kiel noticed your in thought expression and gingerly held your hand tighter. “Yo- It- it’s fine. We can just hang out. No pressure or anything. Take your time to be open.” He said with a slow and serene tone. Though you were not used to his less chatty actions, it felt nice. Sort of like a breath of fresh air?  “Mhm, i’ll come around to talking to others soon.”  Kiel gave a nod of recognition and sat you down at a table. “How about eating? I know you ate before but want a snake? Drink? Oh I said snake. Nope I meant snack haha.” Back to his usual rambling self you gave a small smile.  “You got F/D? I’d like to drink some if ya have any.” Opening a cooler Kiel shuffled around the ice before taking the beverage out. “Here ya go! I drink that from time to time too. It’s not that bad. But sometimes if I drink too much the taste gets bland. Maybe because i’m used to it?”  You listened to his rants and stories until it got around 2 O’clock. You didn’t even realize the time until he pointed at his watch, tapping it for your acknowledgment.  “Oh shoot, I should head back now. Before-” Kiel simply nodded cutting you off. His light brown and white hair messing around in the humid wind. “Just hurry back before they find out. I’ll see ya next trailer park i’m assuming?” He asked with his glasses reflecting the sun. You stared at him for a moment before giving him a quirky smile. “You can bet on it. See ya next trailer park my friend.” With that you waved goodbye to him and his folks before arriving at your brother’s trailer. Taking the rabbit’s foot and tail out of your bag you mentally slapped your face. You should’ve just made the necklaces first before they were gonna leave. A huff escaped you when you shook your head. Well you’ll just see em next time anyways. The gruff sound of shoes caught your attention when you looked up while putting away the tail and foot. Mundy arrived and walked towards you with a grin “Heya lil roo, miss me?” He asked going up to you and ruffling your hair. Swatting his hand away playfully you nodded with a smile. Mundy’s grin then faltered at the sound of people partying. Looking at you with a knowing gaze he raised his brow. Shaking your head you managed to pull back a lazy smile. “Nah I didn’t go. Gets too stuffy with people.” taking a moment to search your expression he closed his eyes and nodded. “I hung out with Kiel before they started a party though so that was nice.” Sniper held a look of displeasure before shaking it off. You never understood why he acted that way sometimes. He then proceeded to open the pot and pour himself some soup before speaking again. “Oi don’t wanna take ya on a snoiping trip wit me. But it’s far away and out of tha town. So oi’ll need ya ta stay close wit me during it, ok?”  “Sure thing.” “Oi mean it, stay close.” (Ok this was posted later than expected)

|I’ll Save You| Yandere Sniper x sibling reader (Platonic)
Sniper drove to the payphone, ready to call his parents and tell them how he was doing. Mundy loved his parent calls every time he check on them. Even when his father would berate him consistently on his job choice. He thought treading out of his van and striding towards the payphone. Pressing the correct order of buttons to make the call. chik chik chik-  The hushed ringing sound of the payphone soon reached the australian’s ears. There was no indication of anyone picking up the phone after a few seconds. When the call went dead, Sniper punched in the number again. The same unbroken abrasive sound of ringing never ceasing to leave. Yet again, dead air went to the phone. Mundy clenched his teeth together in tension. His lanky form showing signs of apprehensiveness. Putting together his composure, he decided to just drive back home. He was going to tell his parents that the team disbanded anyways.
Reaching the small cozy house of his parents, a reminiscing feeling swelled in his chest. The old memories of his childhood seeping into his mind. How he grew up happily.
The unwinding breaths escaping him somehow making the scene more tranquil. Staggering out of his van eagerly, he advanced to the lumber porch.
An unsettled feeling warped in his gut. His sights caught on to another sharpshooter’s gun holes in the glass window. Mundy’s creeping dense footsteps making the porch groan.
Someone is here... Suffocating muteness fogged Sniper’s mind upon opening the door. Vigilance flowing throughout his system. Dismay fell into Mundy’s face as an unconfined feeling of horror and wrath spread through him. The lifeless bodies of his parents lay on the floor with a gaping hole in each of their heads.
Why? What happened? When did this happen?! What did his parents do? The safety and peace he felt with every phone call made his emotions swirl. It was going back and forth, anger, sadness, and grief.
He was mourning silently. There was no other way to explain it. No better word to describe it. It was everything he feared. His nightmares eating him alive. The reality of what was in front of him seeping in.
Mundy’s throat tightened with every breath he took. The overwhelming feeling of devastation forcing him to his knees. His body looming over the dusted wooden floor below him. He wanted to scream, yell, punch something. Someone! The person who did this!
His fists clenching to the point his knuckles turned white. He kept swallowing, the knot not leaving his neck. His eyes becoming tearful from his feelings. Mundy couldn’t move, he was petrified to the spot.
sob gasp  Sniper jolted up at the noise. All his thoughts flooding out, an ember of rage igniting in his chest. His movements flounced towards the sound. Gripping his Kukuri and just wanted to shut the noise up. Whoever was still here was going to pay the price of killing his parents. Opening up the storage room of the small dusty house, Mundy was met with a small figure...It was a little girl. Their dirty clothes and disheveled hair showing that they were hiding for a long time. You were sobbing at the sight of Sniper’s aggressive state. You hid your face into your knees ready to get hit. Mundy was nonplussed upon seeing you. Why were you here? He stepped back from you and lowered his sharp weapon. The australian’s eyes landing on unfamiliar pictures. His gaze faltered when he looked at you before treading to the photos. Getting a closer look at the cracked glass frame he saw his parents and you. It seemed that all of them were happy. You held a certificate that was too small to read. However the building behind the three was recognisable. It was an orphanage, you were adopted. The thought made Mundy cringe and feel loathsome. You? They chose you? A weak pipsqueak cry baby to live?! Why did you have to live? Why didn’t you die instead of his parents? His hands gripped the picture tighter, to the point the photo might’ve ripped. Sniper then composed himself, releasing a breath. His eyes glazed over the photos. All of them showing his parents and you being overjoyed with each other. The photo in his hand soon loosened in his hold. His parents cared for you. They loved you just as much as they did with him. You weren’t related to each other, yes. However you were his sister. It was his turn to look after you now, he has to be a good big brother. Wearily turning to view his parents, sorrow struck him. You were hesitantly stepping towards the corpses. The movement of your arms showing how you wanted to reach out. But you moved them back like you touched a hot stove. Sniper had to keep you safe. You were the only family he had left. He can’t let you die like his parents. He’ll do things right this time, he’ll protect you. You won’t feel the same pain again. He made an amble walk to you, your fearful and teary gaze meeting his eyes. “G’day there lil ankle biter wot’s your name?” Sniper asked trying his best to not seem threatening. You felt intimidated, his tall looming figure not helping you calm down. Your eyes falling onto his sniping rifle and averting back to the bodies of your parents.
Mundy was quick to realize this and slowly kneeled down to your height. “Don’t look there ok sheila? Moi name’s Mundy, oi’m your older brotha. The boy on those old photos.” He reasoned out with both of his hands in front of him showing no aggression. Glancing at the pictures it did look like the man in front of you. A perplexed feeling resonated in you. You have never met your brother but your parents always talked about him. Whenever they talked about him your parents were so cheerful, while you were so bewildered. A part of her younger mind never understood them. But it was clear that they missed him. They always spoke so fondly of them, that they would try their best to get you to speak to him on the phone. However you were always too nervous. Fiddling with your matted and grimy hair you looked at your feet. “I’m Y/N. Mom and dad always wanted me to say hi to you.” Mumbling your response warily to the man. The sentence you said explained why his parents always kept whispering “come here, come here lil one” over the phone. Having your name he smiled a bit being friendly. This was progress, you weren’t afraid of him. A bittersweet smile then formed on his face, all this time they tried leading you to talk to him.  “Well lil Y/N, why not take a shower first while oi clean up yeh?” He asked you before hesitantly patting your head. Flinching at the sudden contact you hummed, going to your room. Seeing you leave Sniper looked at his parents with a sullen gaze. Kneeling down to them he closed their open eyes. Tears almost welling in his eyes as another knot formed in his throat. “Oi met them mum, dad. Oi’ll take care of em. Oi promise.” He mumbled getting ready to give them a proper burial. Then something struck the bushman’s mind. What if the people come after you and him? He can’t have that, it’s too dangerous. Looks like the both of you will have to be on the road for a long while. Sniper proceeded to clean out the house while you were cleaning yourself up. Soon as he packed important documents he found something. He himself wasn’t their real son. A hollow laugh escaped his lips. Looks like you and him have a few things in common. Mundy packed everything you would’ve needed into a bag and put them in his van. He also packed the documents of course, in case you two needed them. He already buried his parents. You walked out of your room looking cleansed. Seeing your brother pack things you tilted your head in confusion. Why were you two leaving? Sniper went up to you and patted your head. “We’ll be on the road for awhile. Anythin ya want ta grab before we leave?” There was nothing really important you needed other than clothes. The items you had also were just toys, so nothing you needed. You shook your head at him staying silent. Nodding in understanding Mundy then perked up remembering an important subject. “How old are ya by tha way sheila?” He questioned kneeling down to you once again to be less intimidating.  “I’m 14.” There wasn’t much you wanted to talk about at the moment and Sniper understood that. He was still practically a stranger. With a satisfied look he stood up and reached out for your hand. Your eyes stared at the offer for awhile before shakily putting your hand in his for him to lead you. You were gently guided to his van and he opened the passenger side, helping you buckle up. When Sniper sat in the drivers side and started the car you finally spoke up. “Where are we going?” Mundy gave you a small smile. “We’re goin camping.” (This will be a full story like yandere Engineer. So get ready!)

|I’ll Save You| Yandere Sniper x sibling reader (Platonic) Part 2
The road trip was uncomfortably quiet. Only for Sniper though, you appeared to be enjoying the van view. Honestly Sniper was still wrapping his head around being adopted and their parents dying. However he knew he had to move on, he had to take care of you and be strong now. “Is there anything you want to know about me? Oi know that oi’m a stranger to ya.”
vrrrrrrrrrr The hushed hum of the engine was all Sniper heard. Nothing else reached his ears. Quickly peering at your direction he saw your pondering state of mind. Mundy’s mind soon went solace, you were just thinking. It would’ve been awkward if you stayed silent.  “What’s your name? Unless you want me to call you Bro the whole time.” You spoke up not really bothering to turn your head to him since you enjoyed the view. Sniper almost made a ghost smile towards you. “Moi name is Mundy and oi don’t mind being called Bro.” He responded taking another swift glance your way. A small hum was caught by him. “How old are you?” The next question was followed directly after the hum. It almost threw Mundy off due to how swift it was. “Oi’m 26. You said you were 14 yeh?” Another hum was heard. Mundy wasn’t that bothered by your lack of response. He himself didn’t know what to say to you. Though he was grateful that you knew he was trying. Trying to at least bond with you within the first moments of meeting you. Sniper wasn’t the one to talk much, unless he was really happy or excited.  ding ding ding Taking a look at the dashboard he realized that his gas tank was almost empty. “Awh piss.” He muttered to himself. The words were caught by your ears leading you to hold in a snicker. Mundy looked up at you and chuckled lightly. “Don’t go sayin stuff loike that.” You simply crossed your arms rather childishly. “I’m 14, I should be allowed to say that as well.” You reasoned and made Mundy reach over to ruffle your head. “Not in moi van.” This was great in Mundy’s mind. If he kept on having moments like this, you two should have a good sibling relationship. Taking a few turns they ended up at a gas station. The sharpshooter took a few dollars out of his wallet and handed them to you. “Go ahead and buy a snack and drink. Stay away from strangers though ok?” Giving him a firm nod before advancing into the store. Entering the small gas station you stayed quiet and browsed the shelves. Soon settling on a pack of jerky and soda. Taking a scan at your brother through the window, you grew a small grin. He wasn’t the person you’d expect from looking at the old photos in the house. In a few pictures it showed him being a nervous and geeful kid. He did seem a bit nervous but now he must’ve learned how to compose himself. It would’ve been nice to see him talk a bit more though. Another photo showed him in a tree throwing rocks. At least that one made sense. Especially since you saw his sniper rifle. However, no matter what you expected that man was your brother. In all fairness he wasn’t that bad. He didn’t speak much to you but it was assuming because he was used to being alone.  Going up to the cashier, you placed your items and money on the counter. The girl at the register ringed you up and packed your things in a small bag. “Is that your dad?” She asked leaning over the counter. You shook your head and grabbed the bag and the change. “He’s my big bro.” You responded in a polite tone before walking away. “He looks like a...” The woman trailed off watching you proceed out the doorway and back to the van.  You entered the vehicle quietly and sat down eating your jerky. Sniper finished up filling his van before he glanced back inside the building. When he didn’t see you inside he instantly assumed the worst. Seeing his panicked state you got out of the car and tugged on his sleeve. “Gah!” Sniper jolted up in bewilderment. “I was already inside the van.” You spoke taking out a piece of jerky and chewing it. Mundy moved his hands to his hips and bounced on his feet for awhile. “Yer a quiet one arent’cha?” He spoke with a hint of jesting in his tone. You moved your head to the side considering that me might be right. “I tend to have a bad habit of doing that. I used to scare ma and dad accidentally when they called for me.” You mentioned going back inside the car. The australian couldn’t help but chuckle at the thought. You must’ve been a real bugger to ma and pa. He was imagining you silently standing in the doorway with one of their parents having a flabbergasted expression upon turning around. The thought making him have a bittersweet smile, one that you didn’t fail to notice. He then hopped into the van and started it up before he continued to drive down the road. Sikk The sound of your soda bottle being opened was heard. Thankfully the silence in the van this time was more serene than before. Lacking the awkwardness it held a few minutes ago. “Can I open the window?” You asked in a meek tone. Sniper gave you a quiet hum of approval letting you press the button to pull the window down. It was amusing to see you stick your hand out and make a waving motion with it. While you were occupied with your hand, Mundy kept his eyes on the road for the camping grounds. He could have camped in the forest with just both of you. But they weren’t in any danger as of right now. So it should be acceptable to stay in a public camp for now. “Do ya loike campin?” The bushman questioned as he scratched his face. Not tearing your gaze away from your flowing hand you responded to him. “Yeah, I’d do it in the front or backyard of the house.” You decided against yourself to mention both of your parents. Based on the hollow smile you saw on him. It was not only you hurting, it was him as well. Resting your arm on the side of the window you let the lukewarm breeze blow against your face. It was very nice to be frank, you and your older brother had a lot of things in common. Both are an outdoors person, both quiet, and...Actually that’s all you could think of at the moment. You were sure that you’d learn more about him later. Him the same with you as well. It wasn’t long until the two of you reached your destination. Sniper parked the van in a secluded area away from others. “Oi’ll set up the fire. Go ahead and explore, not too far though.” You gave him a thumbs up before walking off to check out the camping grounds. You saw a few squirrels and birds, along with other people on the other side of the campgrounds. Not going over to the people you set your sites on another place. There was a lake that caught your attention, the glistening blue waters drawing you in closer. There were 3 boulders leading into the lake. Each one bigger than the other. Leaping onto the large rocks you soon stood on the largest one. Sitting down on  it you decided to gaze at the water below. It was very dark, the shadows from the setting sun not really helping you enjoy it. The shallow part was enjoyable, however seeing the lake being layered deeper and deeper into the dark blue abyss it made you uncomfy.  “Y/N! Come back, oi got tha fire started!” You heard your big brother call out to you. Glancing at the lake one last time, you blew a raspberry at it before running back to him. Upon reaching the van you sat on a log near the fire. You watched as Mundy put hot dogs on spits and roasted them over the hot flaming embers. It interested you a bit on how he started it since there was no matches or lighters. Sniper caught on to your curious gaze and hummed. “Oi’m gonna teach ya how ta survive in tha wilderness too don’t worry.” Giving him a simple thumbs up you went back to looking between the fire and the lake. “O-Oi’m gonna be honest, ya won’t be attending school no more. It would be best if ya learned survival in case that sharpshooter comes for our heads.” He sputtered out while tapping his foot anxiously. Giving him a shrug you started to grow a smile. “I already learned the educational basics. I’ll be fine without school anyways.” You answered making Sniper hold back a grin, excited to show you how to hunt, track, and maybe even shoot. A content expression grew on your face. You had to admit, he was a cool family member. The most recent memory of Mundy being mentioned was when dad would berate him on the phone. Only for him to hang up and have a proud look plastered on his face. Mundy handed you your food and you happily took it. Another session of comfortable silence between you two. As the night overcame the sky you felt obligated to look up. It was always nice to see the sky without the city lights. You would be able to see the whole blanket of stars without them. Such a breathtaking scene that you could always see in certain areas. Taking a glance at your sibling you saw him staring up at the sky as well. Soon the two of you stopped your stargazing and decided to wrap it up for the night.  “You can sleep in tha back, oi’ll sleep in the drivers seat.” He spoke up before unlocking the van for you to enter. The inside consisted of a bed and drawers containing clothes probably. Your backpack full of clothes was also hanging on the wall. “Goodnight bro.” You said settling into the bed. Mundy tipped his hat to you and gave you a brief smile. “G’night lil ankle biter.”

| I’ll Save You| Yandere Sniper x sibling reader (Platonic) Part 4
Warm lighting resonated into the old cozy household. While the smell of freshly made breakfast wavered through the air. Blinking your eyes awake you hummed at the thought of bacon. Hurriedly pushing yourself off the bed, you got yourself ready to head into the kitchen. Striding down the hall you saw your father sitting at the table with your mom in the kitchen. A smile creeping up on your face upon seeing them. “Good morning Ma, Da.” You said heading over to sit at the dining table.  Mrs. Mundy turned around and saw your  messy hair. “Y/N it looks like you have just rolled out of bed. For heaven’s sake go brush your hair.” She exclaimed giving you a knowing look. Mr.Mundy chuckled at the scene laid before him. “Well, she did just roll out of bed dear.”
You nodded along to your father's words before your mother shook her head and turned off the stove. “Go get your brush in the closet, I want to brush your hair.” She spoke, making you give her a quirky grin. “I can brush it myself ma.”You playfully whined as you made your way to the closet door.  “But I want to brush my baby’s hair.” She teased causing your to roll your eyes and enter the closet. “Ma! I’m not a baby.” “Then learn to grow up haha.” The playful banter between the two of you kept on flowing like a river. Until it didn’t... BLAM! BLAM! Thud...Thump “Ma?...Da?” Your voice faltered when you peeked out from the closet. You didn’t have the heart to look. You couldn’t look. All you gazed upon was the two bullet holes in the window. A faint metallic smell swarmed into your system. Shock and fear was all you felt. Your vision started to get distorted. Black spots started to corrupt your vision.  Staggering back you noticed that the once cozy house was now full of dirt and grime. Knock knock knock “Mum? Dad? Oi’m back!” The muffled voice of your older brother echoed through the house. Relief shot through your as you rushed to the door. Opening it you were met with the front of a sniper rifle. “Ima put one between your eyes you bloody drongo.” Mundy growled out with gritted teeth. Your footing wavered upon seeing the face of your angry brother. “Mundy, it’s me your little sister.” You reasoned out with a  tremulous smile. A dim gaze was all that you saw. “You aren’t moi sista. Oi don’t even know you! You pint sized snot having gremlin!” A feeling of dread coursed through your veins as a ball formed in your throat. You couldn’t speak, why couldn’t you speak? “In fact, oi bet you did it. You caused this somehow yeh?” You shook your head in a frantic tears welling up into your eyes. You didn’t do it. You didn’t cause this! Air, you needed air. It felt like you were suffocating! Falling to the floor you opened your mouth to breath in but you couldn’t. It was like nothing was happening. You tried yelling out for help, something, someone! Your voice not coming out as you looked up at the aussie. Sniper held a grim smile. “Having trouble? ‘ere then. Let me help you.” He said as he raised his gun and- “MUNDY!” You yelled out as you sprang up from the mattress. Your breaths were shallow as you tried your best to intake as much air as you could. The sweat on your body and the heat causing you to feel even more discomfort. The vigorous beating of your heart wouldn’t stop. You lingered in the same position until you calmed down enough to start moving. A sigh escaped you as you looked around at your surroundings. You were in the van. Mundy must of placed you inside. Looking down you saw your trembling hands resting on your lap. What the fuck? You didn’t want to think about your parents why did your brain have to bring it up? You ran a hand through your hair and rubbed your face. It had been about 3 weeks. 3 weeks you did your best to avoid the thought of them. The corpses of your parents still haunting your mind. A shiver crept up your spine when you thought about it. You always believed that ignorance was bliss. So you did what you could to ignore what had happened. Ignore that your brother was just a stranger. You can be a grown up just like your parents wanted you to be. Why did you have to worry when you could just ignore all the bad things? You just didn’t want to deal with any of those problems. Shaking your head from the thoughts you noticed a note stuck to the van door. Reaching out towards the note your eyes started to skim through the note. ‘ Stay in the Van for now ok Y/N? I’ll be back soon. Just getting a job from one of the contacts.’ Putting down the note you had just read you sighed. A stranger, that’s what Mundy was. However he was the only person you had at the moment. He took you with him without you really knowing him. Yet you opened up too easily. An annoyed groan escaped your throat.  It didn’t matter, these things don’t matter.  “Do we still have chips?” You muttered to yourself as you searched the back of the van for any food for you to eat. Unfortunately there was nothing of the sort. Looks like you need to go out. Your eyes catching sight of a few dollars in a backpack. Mundy wouldn’t mind if you took a few dollars for food. He would be gone for awhile anyways. Opening the van door, the warm and bright rays of the sun greeted your face. You started to squint your eyes before looking around. It was a trailer park, Sniper’s van was at the far side away from everyone. Did Mundy walk to his job?You hummed and shoved the money in your pants pocket before closing the door and started to walk around. It had to be around after noon, God were you asleep that long? Advancing through the trailer park you did your best to avoid strangers. There were sounds of mixed conversations and laughter as you walked deeper into the crowds. However it then occurred to you that you didn’t know where you were going. Not only that but you had lost your way back to Sniper’s van. “Fucking damn it.” You mumbled under your breath. If Mundy was here he’d probably say language. A small chuckle escaped you from that thought. Moving your head around to try and at least get some type of bearings, someone tapped your shoulder. “Hey!..Uh Hey..Uh, are you lost?” The boy was around your age, with a gangling figure. His hair was a messy light brown cut with a few white strands of hair mixed together. His brown eyes shielded by glasses seemed to be studying you just like you were to him. Knocking yourself out of your thoughts you nodded. “Yeah i’m just looking for a food stand though.” Once hearing your words he gave a timid smile. “Me and my folks got some hot dogs. I’m sure they won’t mind if you had some.” You hesitated to answer him, it would be fine. Can’t say no to free food right? Taking your silence as a yes, he simply took your hand and led you to a trailer van where his parents were.
There was a man grilling, he had the same brown hair as the young boy. He had a stocky build with a trimmed beard. His clothes were a simple flannel shirt just like the ones that lumberjacks wear. You then averted your gaze to the lady next to him. She looked slender with her bob cut black hair and a flowing sun dress. “Hey mom, dad! Is it ok if my friend here has a hot dog?” The lean man turned around and shrugged. “Sure thing, do you want anything on it?” he asked you. A shy look overtook your face before fiddling with your shirt. “Anything is fine really.” A hum was heard from the man before the woman next to him turned to you. “Why don’t you sit down dear? It will only take a moment.” Giving her a nod you sat down on one of the foldable chairs with the boy next to you. Seeing his parents made a twinge of sadness overcome you for a moment. No, can’t think, it doesn’t matter. That doesn’t matter. But if that didn’t matter, why did you feel your heart drop? “So, uh got a name?” He asked tilting his head at you and averting his eyes meekly from time to time. Looking his way you looked down. Just stop thinking, be polite. “My name is Y/N. You?” “Oh! Kiel is my name, and- and if you have a question. Ask away.”  Kiel stumbled with his words as he scratched the back of his neck trying to collect himself. “You have white hair, is it dyed?” The boy jolted up at the sudden sound of your voice and shook his head. “No, no, genetics. I get that a lot tho- though so uh. My hair does look like I dyed it-” He kept on rambling with a jittery tone and you just sat there listening to him. He was quick to realize what he was doing though since he stopped mid sentence and gave you a sheepish grin. “Sorry, rambling. Anywho where are your parents?” A shrug was all you gave him in response, sadness once again pricking at your eyes. Kiel awkwardly yelped and put both his hands out in a ‘calm down’ motion.  “Uhm Good, that’s- looking good. Are you ok? A-Ar- actually don’t...answer that. I’m actually sure you’re fine.” Taking in deep and slow breaths you managed to collect yourself as the young boy next to you kept on rambling about ‘being ok?’ or ‘i’m sorry’. It sort of made you recover from your grieving break down. Wait, grieving? That’s not how you feel right? You’re ok!  Before your thoughts could go deeper, your mind got grounded by a hand on your shoulder. “Hey, let’s go on a walk around here. Pretty sure, well not pretty sure, but fairly certain that it can calm you down!” Kiel suggested with a wistful smile. Your gaze went to the floor about to contemplate about your problems once again until the boy quickly stood up and walked away before returning back to you with the same amount of haste. “Plus! Plus, free food yeah? It’ll make you feel better, look it’s got ketchup. I- I wasn’t sure if you liked relish haha. Actually why do they call it relish? It’s just pickles.” His rambling annoyed you a tad bit. But it had some comforting charm to it. A half smile crept up on your face as you sighed out a small sound of amused laughter. Kiel jumped up a bit and handed you the hot dog. Taking it in your hand you shook your head and stood up. “Yeah let’s go on that walk. Where to?” His face lit up the slight amount and stood up beside you. “Well, we could get ice cream with that money you had on you. Not like I was trying to steal it, I just notice-”  “Ok then just show me the way. It’ll probably be enough.” You stopped him, knowing that he’d probably never stop. He silently nodded and led you deeper into the trailer park as you ate your food. With the guidance of your new friend you only bought him one cone of vanilla ice cream. You didn’t want any since you just ate. “So uh heh i’m gonna be opening a wound here. But! But, if you don’t have parents are you with someone else? N- no! That- What I said was insensitive i’m sorry. Actually don’t answer that forget about it.” Kiel started to fidget with his hands, nervously rubbing them together.  “I have an older brother.” You responded making the teen have a look of shock. You raised a brow in his direction, confused to why he had such a look written on his face. “Well I didn’t think you would respond. So you have a brother! Cool, cool, do you look similar?” “I was adopted.” Your answer immediately made Kiel look distraught on what to say next. You laughed at his expression and patted his shoulder. “It’s fine, not like it bothers me anyway. Cause my bro treats me like family still.” Kiel made a timid chuckle and nodded along to your words. The both of you started to walk blindly around the trailer park. A comfortable conversation was flowing between the two of you. Well it was more of a one sided conversation but you didn’t mind that much on his ramblings. In fact it gave you some time to reflect. Mainly about your older brother. You honestly didn’t know if you wanted to be closer or stay hesitant and quiet from him. You’d usually be a chatty person when it came to people you cared about. turning your gaze to Kiel you proceeded to blindly nod at his words. Not as chatty as the boy next to you but chatty enough. It’s been about 3 weeks, it’s not like it would kill you to actually try to talk more to Mundy. A few images from your nightmare flashed into your memory.  It was enough to make you shiver at the thought.  “Oh shoot.” The voice of Kiel knocked you out of your thoughts. “What do you mean?” Looked around you finally realized what was happening. You two were lost in the camp grounds. “Ehe, don’t mean to alarm you but uh. If you have an idea where we are, then it would be great if you led the way.” He spoke clasping both his hands together. You rolled your eyes discreetly and started to assess your surroundings. Asking around wouldn’t be a problem, but everyone here is unknown to you. Looking at the sky, the sun was starting to set. With a click of your tongue you gripped Kiel’s wrist gently and led him around. “Oh! You have a plan. Well i’m all ears.” “Let’s just walk around, we’re bound to find something familiar.”  Kiel had this deadpan look settling on his face. “That- that’s not a good. Actually that’s better than what I have. Ok so we go with your plan. Then if that doesn’t work, we go look for police. Because that’s-” He kept on rambling while the two of you walked around. Shit you were lost. Sniper got out of the taxi car and grabbed his belongings hidden in a large duffel bag. A sigh of relief escaped him as he advanced towards the trailer park. It was a huge risk on leaving you alone but he didn’t want you to be at the interview. Especially since he could be near dangerous people. But at least he’s got a few jobs to do now. Seeing his van slowly appear into view a soft smile grew on his face. When in front of the van he knocked the door. “Y/N? Oi’m back. Sorry for leaving so long. Hope your ok.” He spoke waiting for you to open the door. After waiting for a couple of seconds he started to feel anxious. Knocking again he waited for you to respond. “Are you asleep?” After a few more agonizing seconds he gripped the door handle and opened it. His heart dropped into his stomach. you weren’t there... Terror invaded Sniper’s mind as he dropped his gear and turned heel into the crowded trailer park. His breath started to get more ragged with every heavy stamp of his footsteps. Mundy’s eyes constantly looking around at people to try and find you in the crowd. He wanted to think rationally about the situation but he couldn’t. His parents were bloody murdered, the same could of happened to you! Horrid thoughts started to form in his mind. Your dead body with the same bullet wound as his parents. Starting to build up a sweat he started to have more labored breaths. “Kiel?! Where are you?!” Two adults yelled out while walking around. Mundy’s eyes adverted to the couple. Maybe they knew something. Rushing over to them he bent down to catch his breath. “Hey, have you seen a...cough..girl? Their name is Y/N, they...gasp..have H/C hair, and 14. Also alone.” The man with light brown hair widened his eyes. “A girl? There was one with our son. They went off an hour ago.” “AND YOU LET THEM?!” Sniper yelled out frustrated with your disappearance. The woman raised her hands up in attempts to calm him down. “Kiel always returns, they probably just got lost in the park. Let’s get a search party.”She suggested doing her best to stay reasonable, though her expression had one of concern.  Mundy grit his teeth. Why was he just standing there? These people were bloody useless. He had to get back out there and find you- “See? I told you i’d find our way back in 10 minutes! Nothin to it, just a bit of thought. Gazing at uh familiar stuff.” “We were lost for 2 hours.” Hearing your voice Sniper snapped his head up and ran to you, immediately kneeling down and studying you. Placing his hands on your shoulders he tried to check for any injuries. “Are you ok? What happened? Why didn’t you stay in moi van?!” You gave him an apologetic look.  “I was just-” “Did you even think about wot oi would be like if oi saw you were gone?!” He cut you off slightly shaking you and gripping your shoulders more tightly. A sudden wave of guilt washing over you. This whole time you didn’t really think about Mundy’s feelings if you were gone. You didn’t see it as a problem. “I’m sorry, it was actually my fault. I coaxed her into following me on a walk.” Kiel spoke up and yelping when Sniper glared at him. “Well-well she was just stressed when I mentioned if she had parents and I felt guilty. So I asked her to go on a walk and didn’t think much of it until...now...” The boy’s voice started to get more and more quiet when Sniper’s stare hardened. Sighing Mundy turned to you and softened his gaze. Your expression held guilt with tears threatening to fall. It felt like your chest was tightening. You clenched your teeth to try and hold in your tears. “Cmon Y/N, let’s just get ya back.” The bushman took your hand in his and led you away while the parents of Kiel scolded him and also made sure that he was ok. Turning to him you waved a small goodbye making him smile a tad bit. Unbeknownst to you, sniper was clenching his teeth. When you reached the van Sniper was tempted to scold you for going off. Yelling at you for trusting other people...But he wasn’t there to watch over you was he? He mentally groaned in his head, but it was all their fault for getting you lost damn  it! Not him! His hands twitched at the thought of what he could do to people who took you away. Red hot rage almost consuming him...Nonetheless, they returned you though, so he shouldn’t do anything. They didn’t really do anything to you anyways. They took care of you while he was gone.  Looking at your guilty expression he let out another sigh and ruffled your head. “Oi’m not mad ok? Oi was just scared and...worried.” You wiped your tears and looked up at him. “I’m sorry for going off.” You muttered averting your eyes not able to make eye contact. “Nah oi’m sorry for leavin ya alone. Especially since you’re still grieving.” Your eyes shot up at him and you shook your head. “No no i’m not. I’m ok.” You spoke while shrinking at your own words. Mundy knelt down and placed a hand on your shoulder. “Now oi know you’re smarter than this, it’s ok to be honest wit your feelings. Oi can handle it better cause oi’m an adult but yer still a kid Y/N. It’s alroight.” You stayed quiet just looking at your shoes. You wanted to be sort of grown up though.  Sniper didn’t know how to respond. He wasn’t good with kids. Let alone kids who handle the death of parents. “Hey wanna know somethin? Oi’m adopted too. Mum and dad just never told me.” He said with a hollow smile unsure if that was the way to respond. You tilted your head at him confused. The sharpshooter then decided to continue. “So you aren’t alone with bein upset. But we can work out bein upset together ya?” Him sharing his own grievance made you feel more relieved and calm. It felt like you were alone with perturbed feelings these past weeks. But you also forgot that they were his parents as well. Not only that but him realising that he was adopted? You understood it since you yourself were, but your brother never knew. Giving him a ghost smile sighed. “Yea, I would like to work it out with my big bro.” You mumbled, enough for Sniper to hear though. Giving you a smile he opened the Van door so you could get ready for bed. “Then let’s start now if yer ok wit it.” (AAAAAA-Chapter all over the place help me i’m busy doing school work while writing dis)

|I’ll Save You| Yandere Sniper x Sibling reader (Platonic) Part 3
It had only been 2 weeks of having met you. However Sniper couldn’t grow more fonder. A feeling of pride wherever you successfully tracked an animal down. His joyful smile failing to hide whenever you’d manage to sneak up on him effortlessly. Mundy felt as if he really was your older brother. You weren’t obscured to his reserved pride and pleased feelings. A quiet man he was. Though he would speak openly to you when you two grew closer. He’d let you explore the campgrounds as long as you’d check in around every hour. It was a reasonable request and you always checked in to make sure he doesn’t act alarmed like at the gas station. Mundy was currently checking the supplies and clothes that the two of you had. A very hushed curse was heard from the man. He closed the back of the van and turned towards you. “Oi’ll need ta take up sniping jobs to keep us on our feet.” He spoke with a bit of hesitance in his tone. Mundy was still battling his inner thoughts on what to do with you. Were you gonna stay in the campsite or will he take you with him? It was too dangerous to bring you and it was also a risk leaving you behind. Sensing his building stress you tapped your foot, trying to think of ideas. “Why not ask one of the campers to watch over me? The ones with kids.” You suggested resting your face in your hand. A distraught gaze formed on Mundy’s face. Was it a good idea to let you stay with strangers? You were 14 years old, a perfect age to take care of yourself. But he hasn’t taught you how to use a kukri yet. Mundy ran a hand through his hair feeling anxious. He could get in contact with Spy to help ask around for a job. However he didn’t fair well with the frenchman. A groan of frustration was made by the Auzzie, as he paced around. You watched as your brother overcame with distress. A part of your mind wanted to help in some way. However you weren’t a person who knew how to get a job. After a few minutes, Sniper came to a conclusion. Spy shouldn’t be leaving for France yet. The last thing he heard Spy mention was continuing his job in the area. A heavy sigh made it out of him before Mundy finally stopped pacing around. Packing the very few items outside the van, he placed them inside. “Get in tha van Y/N. We’re headin to tha city.” You tilted your head in curiosity to where this was leading. “Why?” Mundy unlocked the van while you proceeded to enter the passenger side. “We need ta track down a...friend.” Sniper failed to hold back his recoiling expression. He should’ve just said Co-worker. Spy wasn’t exactly a close person to even call a friend. Noticing his drawn back expression you left your minor questions on hold. Beginning to drive out of the camp, Sniper started to flick the bobblehead in anxiousness. The City could be a gamble on where Spy could be. But it could be a good lead since the frenchman took him to a specific area whenever they got the chance to leave the base. As long as you stayed close to him then it should be safe. It took at least 1 day to make it to the city. You haven’t seen a city before since you stayed at a small town before Mundy took you in. The bright lights illuminated the dark night sky. A feeling of intrigue pumping into your mind. The place seemed too crowded and bright for your liking. But it had some type of charm to it. Mundy parked the van in an alley where no one was seen. Getting out of the van you were instantly grabbed by the hand. Looking at your older brother he grasped your hand and led you through the crowds. “Stay close Y/N. The crime rate is high ‘ere.” A hum of agreement was heard, making Sniper start to wave through the crowd. You were confused on where the two of you are heading. A large sign titled  ‘Gold Cards’ soon came into sights. The grip on your hand started to tighten when Mundy walked to the side of the building. The busy sidewalks ignoring the two of you. At the side of the building, there was a large trash bin, a small window, and a door. “Oi need you ta sneak in and unlock tha door.” The look of perplex formed on your facial expressions before you nodded. Sniper lifted you up to the window and let you scrabble into the casino. Upon entering the building, the sounds of smooth jazz was heard. The soft chatter echoed into the hall along with sharp coin flips. You shook your head from the distractions and unlocked the door for your brother. Mundy let out a sigh of relief seeing you all right. He then grasped your hand again and silently led you deeper into the casino. “Why didn’t we go through the front?” You asked curiously. Sniper let out an awkward laugh. “You’re underage...So if they ask, say you’re 21. Ya look older for your age anyways.” He responded making you draw back a bit. “That’s the most B.S lie I have ever heard. We don’t even have fake ID’s” Sniper hushed you. “No swearing, also that’s why we’re avoiding security.” You rolled your eyes silently, letting your ears fall on the sounds of cheers, marbles rolling, cards folding, and chips being exchanged. You both finally entered the main area and saw the many adults gambling. Sniper pulled you into a storage room and released your hand. “Just stay ‘ere. Oi noticed security in tha area we need to go in. Oi’ll be back.” A firm nod was made for Mundy. He gave you a ghost smile before closing the door. Sniper quickly sped walked back to the V.I.P room that had two bodyguards at the entrance. The purple curtains lined with golden fabric closed the area off from the rest of the casino. It would be fairly easy for him to enter since there wasn’t a wall in the front, just curtains. He silently let out an amused laugh before advancing to the area. He didn’t want to leave you alone for so long, he has to be quick. Chik chik  rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Click click click The sounds muffled together making you almost dread staying inside the closet. After a few minutes the sound of footsteps kept being heard from the hallway. Soon the dense sounds came to a stop in front of the storage room. Jolting in surprise you quickly behind a bunch of costumes and boxes. The door swung open in the dimly lit room causing you too see the intruder. It was a janitor, no doubt he would find you. When the woman walked deeper into the room you quietly sneaked out the door. The sirenic jazz calming down your nerves for awhile. You walked around aimlessly for awhile, unsure of what to do next. The smell of smoke and alcohol finally hitting your nose. Ignoring the smells you observed the games. It seemed pretty boring in your opinion. Except for the marble spin one. It was almost mesmerizing to watch the pearlish ball roll around the wheel. Then you got knocked back into reality when you remembered that you were 14. Not wanting to be seen by security you rushed to find your brother. All noises were drowning your thoughts. This wasn’t a nice place for you. Treading around with caution, you did your best to stay out of sights.  “I didn’t check their ID!” A yell was heard from behind you. Seeing a bodyguard you quickly ran as fast as you could. Adrenaline coursing through your brain. Avoiding others as much as possible. Dashing past the bodyguard that chased you, you went into the closest door you saw. Closing the door you made sure to lock it. Tap tap tap The frantic sound of the footsteps becoming farther and further away. A relieved sigh escaped you before you took in the surrounding. It was a deep purple room with neon purple lights lined along the top. It appeared that you were behind the bartender counter. “And why should I help ‘ou?”  “Spoi, look oi got someone important ta take care of.” You  peeked from behind the counter and saw Mundy and an unfamiliar man with slick black hair and a red suit and tie. “Find another way to get a woman money, bushman.” The frenchman sneered as he lit a lighter. Sniper growled in irritation at the man. You knew you shouldn’t suddenly show up out of the blue...or purple. However you were about to get caught and you were safer with Mundy. Taking a few cautious steps behind Mundy you tugged on his sleeve. A jolt of shock went through Sniper as he turned around. “Bro, I was gonna get caught. The bodyguard’s after me.” You spoke meekly while rubbing the back of your neck. He knelt down to your height and patted your head. “It’s alroght, we’re leavin already Y/N.”  The frenchman held a look of astonishment. Putting out his cigar, he stood up causing Sniper to turn to him. “A family member?” He asked with a raised brow. Mundy stood up and pulled you close to him in a protective manner. “Yeah, moi sista.” Spy let out a hum of amusement. “I didn’t even know ‘ou ‘ad a sister.” Sniper nodded his head to the side a bit agreeing with the frenchman. “Oi didn’t know either. Until recently.” Deafening silence overcame all three of them. A sigh was let out by the red teammate. “Fine, come with me.” He spoke with a sober-minded tone laced in his voice. The stoic look of Sniper didn’t falter as he nodded. “Thank you Spoi.” He commented as he followed the former mercenary out of the casino. “It’s fine.”  Sniper then strode into a parking lot where Spy stopped at. “Your name is Y/N yes?” The frenchman asked. You gave him a nod to which he thought to himself. “Bushman, I will be giving you a few connections that I have. These people will probably be looking for a person who can shoot far away.” The walk stayed silent until the stranger reached their own car. The vehicle looking polished and very expensive. “I wish you two luck comrade.” Spy spoke with nothing else to follow, but giving Sniper a card with a bunch of addresses and phone numbers. Mundy tipped his hat before holding your hand and leading you back to the van.  “So that was the ‘friend’?” You asked buckling up in your seat. Sniper hummed and started up the van. “More of a co-worker.” The clouded night sky looked very serene. Mundy took a glance at you while driving. That was really stupid of him to leave you behind. He should’ve stayed with you. You were almost hurt. The auzzie started to tap his finger against the steering wheel nervously. There was one problem solve and another one that still needed to be solved. What was he going to do once he achieved his job? Leaving you behind like what had happened in the casino wasn’t really ideal. He’ll probably have you stay in the van a few blocks away from his sniping area. That way he can check on you. Then once the job is done he will drive to a campgrounds to stay for the night. He could just stay in the areas and sleep in the van but he liked the idea of being alone and safe in the woods better. There was also the option of going back to their parent’s home. However they can’t go back in awhile. The other sharpshooter could still be waiting for them to return. They should at least wait a couple of years. “We’re headin to a secluded place ta rest. Tomorrow oi’ll be lookin for an employer. Stay in tha van while I do ok?” You looked at your brother and studied his expression. It was one of stress and worry. “Got it Mundy, ima just sleep here.” You said closing your eyes and settling in to sleep in the passenger seat. Mundy gave a pleased hum in reply and focused back on the road. It was going to be a long trip for the two of you. He will probably wouldn’t ever like you to be alone after what happened tonight. He just has to see how it goes.
