How would this yandere deal with their darling being in a relationship with someone else? 

He would be upset and ask for his Olympian Sponsors/Supporters/ Associates/Relatives for advice. If none offer support he would have to get involved himself. This would of course be difficult with the only able to leave the Underworld for at the longest 4 hours. But what he would do is quite simple kidnapping or killing either or will get the job done with getting you back to his room.

Demeter: If she deems you a worthy spouse to her grandson she will do everything to convince you to marry him. An ominous letter that warns you that the world will suffer a great famine if you don't leave your partner and marry him.

Posidon: 60% of the human body is made of water. Posidon, god of the sea, can control water. So, your partner just became a blood water balloon.

Zeus: Zap! And they are dead. It is as quick as at that. No more love rivals for his favorite nephew.

Aphrodite: She is the patron god of Shipping. She's been doing it since before it was cool. [aka: Trojan war] So if she ships it which she will, as long as he doesn't compare you to her, then expect hijinks to ensue. Anywhere from Kidnappings, Setting the mood, Eros with a lead tipped arrow for your partner, unconditional love arrows for you whenever you next see Zagreus.

Artemis & Athena: they would try to comfort him or distract him. With them being Asexual and Aromatic they wouldn't really understand what he is going through or how to help him. And Artemis would Never approve or help in the harming of a maiden. [If you are a male this of course doesn't apply to you] Athena, isn't really one interfere with trivial things such as love. At most she might tell him his love rivals weaknesses.

Apollo: Kidnap. Just Kidnapping. He isn't very creative per say. So he just does the Traditional way of marriage. This time just being a wingman for Zagreus.

Ares: how would the god of war deal with his cousins love rival? Murder. The answer is murder. However, he would have to stretch the truth about your relationship with him. Make your partner out to be a kidnapper and a Warlock. [Ares is a protector of Maidens so he would never approve of Kidnapping (once again doesn't apply to you if you are a male)]

Hermes: Messager God. And the unofficial God of wingmanship. Daily he would deliver (stolen) treasures from the Underworld or anything else that looks shiny that doesn't interest him personally but he thinks that you'd like. Saying they were from Zagreus himself. As well as using his godly Trickery to fool you into leaving your partner.

Hestia: Similar to Athena and Artemis she won't be able to fully understand his struggles so insted as she is the eldest Olympian she is really wise. And offer him council. But he wouldn’t really take her advice to heart due to the whole Asexual/Aromatic stuff.

Hera: She loves making couples. Not as much as Aphrodite but still she wouldn't be fully supportive of his obsession with you but she would be supportive and make you dream of the uselessness of your current relationship in comparison to one with Zagreus.

Hephaestus: At most he would make jewelery for him to give to you to attempt to persuade you to leave your partner.

Dionysus and Zagreus are the same thing just as Jupiter and Zeus is. A different name for the same God. Sooo I will be excluding him. I'm sorry. Dionysus is cool and sexy but he is litterly just another version of Zagreus. So I had Apollo replace him as the god of medicine and pestilence most of Dionysus's boons only get a name change if you want to see more of this change l leave a link.
