hotd x oblivious reader
Iâm thinking about a reader whoâs kinda oblivious. They arenât super aware of everything going on around them, theyâre just confused as to why no one is getting along.
Youâre really close with both team black and green, to the point that theyâre fighting over you, but youâre not even aware of the actual conflict; you just think itâs petty interpersonal drama.
Theyâre over in the corner threatening each other with dragons and swords and youâre just⌠hanging out with Helaena, looking at butterflies and asking to pet her dragon.
the second you express interest in the dragons, thereâs practically a line; youâre the most nervous with Daemon and Aemondâs dragons, for obvious reasons given their reputation, but Luke has a pretty small dragon so you grow closer to him through that. Rather than the size of the castle, Arrax is about the size of a particularly large horse, or maybe a big bear. More manageable when you know they canât swallow you in one bite.
This drives a wedge further between Aemond and Luke, with Aemond outright glaring every time he so much as catches a glimpse at Luke. Not only did he take his eye, now heâs taking a bonding opportunity out from under her?! Heâs pissed and challenges him to a duel. You still think itâs all fun and games, and youâre cheering for both of them, and theyâre both trying to fucking kill each other, itâs pretty intense.
no matter who wins, youâre ecstatic, and you hug them both and kiss them both on the cheek. The blush that blooms on their faces and the almost goofy smiles that stretch across their cheeks are perhaps the only thing theyâve had in common in years.
Aemond totally uses his injury to ingratiate himself with you. It makes you feel bad for him, and while he doesnât normally want pity, heâs fine using it to his advantage. Once Luke is out of the way, he reckons, heâll be able to reveal his true self slowly over time.
Daemonâs also pretty likely to get into physical fights, though he sues his silver tongue to make you blush just as often. He really is quite sly, and heâs the only one to outright proposition you. Heâll get Jace to take you out for a night in the town, slowly working their way to the brothels, trying to sully your reputation just far enough that youâll have to marry him. It worked for Daemon, after all, and he just wants you connected to him. Heâs fully aware that heâs not going to be able to live without you. Having you tied to Jace is just the perfect way to keep you close.
Rhaenyra is also taking advantage of your oblivious and gullible nature. She definitely tries to take advantage of the fact that you arenât able to catch on to her true intentions. Sheâs convinced you to cuddle with her by telling you sheâs too cold, and that Daemonâs too busy, and you felt so bad for her you were totally willing.
Sheâs more straightforward, pushing Jace to try to court you. Heâs fighting off any of your various suitors, and anyone who is trying to take advantage of your obliviousness to secure a connection to the family.
Youâre targeted by people from all over, mainly because of your close bonds to the various members of the nobility. Everyone has to work together to keep you safe when itâs announced youâre willing to court some random lord. You think youâre in love, they need to convince you otherwise.
Daemon immediately gets to work sullying the reputation of that lord. Then, he murders them. Heâs not above paying a prostitute to seduce them in a place where you catch the two of them in the act, ravaging your heart.
Aemond and Jace both try to step into that void. Aemond, who takes a slightly more subtle approach, asking you to ride on Vhagar, fails; Jace, under the advice of Rhaenyra, takes a more direct approach and is able to begin dating you.
Alicent practically loses it, seeing her child so defiled by Rhaenyraâs child. Sheâs trying to convince you to marry Aemond or Aegon instead. Aegon shows up naked in your room; you canât miss that clue, after all. It doesnât work, youâre convinced he just mistook your room for his. Your rooms look nothing alike, but Aegonâs too charmed to even mention it.
Finally, Otto steps in to prevent Alicent from snapping and attacking someone. Heâs not willing to let his precious grandchild fall into the hands of one of Rhaenyraâs bastards, after all.
Viserys is informed, even on his deathbed, that you should be married to Aemond. Itâs to secure the familial line, after all, and your children will surely be strong and loved, the perfect combination.
So, he announces that you will be married to Aemond, breaking your relationship to Jace. Jace is heartbroken, Rhaenyra and Daemon are ready to burn the castle to the ground.
Thus begins the fight of the century.

Jacaerys Velaryon
Prince Jacaerys grows desperate upon being told he cannot marry you
The usual level-headed and reasonable Prince that people are used to seeing quickly goes out of the window and is replaced by a man desperate to do anything to have you
Not having you by his side was not part of his plan, and itâs simply not an option
Jace absolutely refuses to have anyone else as his partner, and heâll be damned if you marry anyone but him
After being told no by your father, Jace begins to spiral
Anyone can see that the Prince is clearly not happy, and his behavior starts to become panicked and irrational
Rhaenyra tells him to let it go; to let you go but she doesnât understand. How can Jace let you go when youâre everything heâs ever wanted?
He tells, no begs your father to reconsider, tells him that he canât imagine spending his life with anyone else but you
Jace tries to get him to see just how in love the two of are, but unfortunately your father still tells him no. And itâs nothing against Jace, he reassures the prince, but itâs just thatâmuch to everyoneâs surpriseâyour father has already made arrangements to betroth you to someone else
You of course have absolutely no knowledge of this, and youâre stunned when your father apologizes to Jace but itâs still a big, fat no
He sends you both away and tells you not to ask again because everything is final. And even when you burst into tears, begging your mother to not let him do this, your father doesnât budge
âThis alliance is vital for our House, Y/N. Iâm sorry, but you will not be marrying the Prince.â
That night, you go to bed absolutely devastated and of course, you want nothing more than for Jace to comfort you. You wish to sneak out and go to his chambers like you normally do, but your father is smarter than you anticipated
As if he knew exactly what you intended to do, he asks Rhaenyra to place a royal guard at your door
No one is allowed in and no one is allowed out, which makes your plan of seeing Jace impossible
You beg and you plead, but the guard does not budge. He simply tells you go back to bed and alas, you do not see Jacaerys that night. Or any night after that
It seems that your father is intentionally keeping you away from the prince, whisking you away every time he tries to approach or arranging your schedule so that you do not run into him
Additionally, there seems to be a guard present for every little thing you do, so sneaking away isnât an option
If you do so happen to even see Jace, itâs only through fleeting glances and the lack of contact begins to drive you both insane
You canât stand being away from one another and time is running out. The only reason your family is in Kingâs Landing is because your father was there for business, but soon he will be finished and youâll have to go back to your homeland. Without Jace, to marry someone else
The sheer thought of it gives you anxiety, but youâve exhausted your pleas and by now you know that your father wonât listen
Thereâs nothing you or Jace can do to change his mindâor at least, thatâs what you think
Two days before youâre supposed to leave though, a sudden knock on the door shocks you. When you open it, youâre expecting it to be one of your family members, but nothingâabsolutely nothingâprepares you to see Jace standing on the other side; the guard knocked out, Jaceâs fist bloody, and a wild look in his brown eyes
When you ask him what the hell happened, Jace responds by telling you that he canât live without you, and that he was willing to do whatever it took to make you his
He couldnât let you leave without doing something, and so that night, the prince takes you in every position that he can think of. Missionary, doggy style, against the wall, on the balcony
Anything to breed your pretty little cunt, anything to make sure that his seed takes
Jace hates it, he hates breaking the rules and as heir he knows what heâs doing is wrong
He knows that impregnating you while not being married could potential ruin him, you, and his mother. He knows how the greens would react to a bastard having a bastard, but heâs so afraid of losing you that he doesnât care
Jace risks everything that night just to make sure that you stay by his side; and it works
A few days later, you still end up leaving with your family but on the journey back home you pray to the Gods that your plan works
You pray that Jacaerysâ seed takes root in your womb and to your utter excitement, you prayers come true
A few short weeks after returning home, you notice that your moon blood hasnât come and you start to get sick nearly every morning
Youâre barely well enough to attend any meetings with your so-called âbetrothed,â and it doesnât take long for someone to catch onto your symptoms
When your maids discover whatâs going on, they immediately tell your mother, who in turn tells your furious father
When you finally break the news, you swear that you had never seen him get so angry before. Had your mother not been holding him back, you were sure that he wouldâve strangled you where you stood
Alas though, as much as he wanted to wring your neck he knew that harming the future Queen of Westeros would not be a wise decision
After all, there were no doubts about who the father of your unborn child was, and as soon as the news broke your father had furiously written to Rhaenyra and informed her of the situation
As soon you arrived in Kingâs Landing, you were all but thrown into a wedding gown, modified to fit over your stomach of course
But either way, you and Jace get exactly what you wantâthe opportunity to spend forever together, and six moons later, a healthy, chunky baby that just so happens to be born three moons sooner than anyone expected
Aegon Targaryen
Aegon is angry when your father tells him no
And itâs not just because of the rejection, itâs also because he knowsâAegon knows that the only reason he says no is because your father doesnât think heâs good enough for you
In fact, your father flat-out tells him this, and to make things even worse, your father declares that youâll marry his brother insteadâthe responsible, honorable Aemond
Like hell Aegon would ever let that happen
You are the one thing Aegon has that Aemond doesnât. Someone to love and genuinely care for him, and Aegon isnât going to let that go so easily
He has half a mind to draw his sword and kill your father on the spot for even suggesting such a vile idea, but you beg him not to. Despite heavily disagreeing with your fatherâs decision, you tell Aegon that thereâs other ways to get him to change his mind that doesnât involve bloodshed
Surprisingly, Aegon listens to you but you shouldâve known it was only because he had already thought of something worse
You didnât know it, but when Aegon lures you into his chambers the next day, heâs come up with a plan
He knows exactly how to get your father to change his mind, and his plan starts the moment he has you naked
Unfortunately, itâs not the first time you and Aegon have fucked so bedsheets are no use to him. No, your lover has to get a bit more creative than that
Somehow, Aegon convinces you to try something new and you end up bent over the Princeâs balcony as he fucks you from behind, his cock driving in and out of your slick cunt
Itâs the middle of the day and what youâre doing is beyond risky, not only because youâre not married, but also because literally anyone could look up and see the two of you
You see, the Princeâs balcony just so happened to overlook the training yard, and though it was empty at the moment, Aegon knew exactly when it got crowded
All he had to do was wait for his chance, fucking you so good that you didnât even grasp the situation
You were none the wiser as to what was happening, eyes closed as you basked in the pleasure. You moaned his name and clenched around his cock, feeling a familiar pinch in your stomach
Just as you reached your peak, you began to hear shouting from below
Startled gasps and a few screams had your eyes flying open, Aegon smirking as you caught the attention of at least twenty peopleone of whom was your father
He stood, horrified as the prince locked eyes with him. Seemingly taunting him as he rutted into you, moaning and still fucking you against the railing
Aegon swore that he had never came so hard in his lifeâexpect maybe on your wedding night less two days later, the memory of your fatherâs face and the satisfaction of getting what he wanted fueling what he calls, âThe best fuck of his goddamn life.â
Daemon Targaryen
Daemon is amused upon being told no
Heâs amused and itâs because he never really asked for permission in the first place. It was more likeâŚa courtesy warning, and he only did it because he knew you were too scared to tell your father yourself
After all, the Rouge Prince has a reputation and itâs not exactly squeaky clean. Daemonâs track record with his wives is why your father said no, but he shouldâve known that no isnât in Daemon Targaryenâs vocabulary
In fact, Daemon merely laughs in your fatherâs face, declaring that the two of you will be married in a fortnight, regardless of what your father says
Show up or donât, Daemon doesnât careâbut you will be his wife
And of course, your father protests, appalled that the prince is so bold
He even goes as far as to complain to the King, but Viserys is old and weak. Thereâs seldom that he can do to fight Daemon anymore except threaten to exile him again, but Daemon isnât afraid of punishment
Heâll gladly leave the hell hole thatâs Kingâs Landing, but he makes it clear that if he does, Westeros will never see him or you again
He relays this threat to your father, and in his desperation to keep you away from the Prince, your father all but flees in the middle of the night. Making sure that no one except those loyal to your House know where heâs taking you
Despite your protests and your attempts to alert Daemon, youâre dragged on a boat and shipped off to a far away land, one where your father hopes the Prince will never find you
He even goes so far as to change your hair and make up a fake identity for you, but he was a fool to think that he could ever cross Daemon Targaryen
If the Prince wasnât annoyed with your father before, then Daemon is most certainly furious when he learns that heâs all but kidnapped you
He sets to work on finding you almost immediately, and he swears once he does heâll kill anyone that helped with this ridiculous scheme
He starts his search by fiercely questioning all of the guards and servants that were tending to you. And because heâs Daemon Targaryen, it doesnât take long to get the answers heâs looking for
With one look at Caraxes, the so-called men that were loyal to your house end up folding pretty quickly. Daemon has them all but fighting each other to give up your location, though unfortunately their honesty isnât enough to spare their lives
In his pursuit to get where you are, Daemon leaves a trail of bodies
He kills anyone that he suspects of helping your father, though his rage wonât be satisfied until he confronts the man himself
And what do you knowâyour father truly is a fool of a man because it turns out that he took you to Pentos. Pentos, the land where Daemon Targaryen lived for years
Why he thought that was a good idea, no one knows. Perhaps he thought that hiding you in plain sight would be enough to fool Daemon, but unfortunately the rouge Prince is much too smart for that
And due to all of the connections Daemon has in the city (and his dragon) it takes him less than a week to locate you
He finds you hiding just on the outskirts of the city, in some rundown village. You look miserable as you chat with some of the locals, hatching your own plans to escape and somehow get back to Daemon
Your father was asleep in the house that you shared, though the beat of Caraxesâ wings are enough to alert you both, your father waking up and running outside just as Daemon lands in front of you
The Prince wears a smirk of triumph as he dismounts his dragon, taking in your fatherâs horrified face and laughing
He enjoys the moment almost as much as he enjoys the way you immediately run to you, ignoring your fatherâs protests and shouts to come back
Itâs obvious who you choose by the way you hang onto Daemon, hiding behind him while Caraxes roars
Thereâs a moment where everything seems to stand still, and Daemon drinks in his moment of victory before slowly gesturing you towards his dragon, helping you mount
As you climb onto the red beast, Daemon slipping in the saddle behind you, the last thing your father sees is the smirk that adorns Daemonâs face
Lilac eyes with with his own, and then, Princeâs lips utter a single word
âDracarys.â
Lucerys Velaryon
Poor Luke is devastated when your father rejects his proposal
It took all he had to muster up the courage to even ask, and now heâs crushed that he wonât be able to marry the love his life
Not only that, Luke genuinely cannot see himself with anyone else. Youâre it for him, and heâs determined to be with you no matter what
Call it young love or maybe just sheer stupidity, but one night Luke sneaks into your chambers and hatches a plan
He tells you that thereâs a way for you to be together, a way for you to have your happy ending after all. All you have to do is come with him, and heâll take you to a place where no one, including your father, can come between you two ever again
And that night, when you flee with the Prince on the back of Arrax, it almost feels like a fairytale. Youâve never felt more alive than you did as you watched the Red Keep disappear into the night
With your heart beating as fast as Arraxâs wings, you and Luke run away, neither of you thinking of the consequences, or caring
Youâre just so happy to be together that everything else falls into the background. Caught up in your own bliss, you and Luke flee to Essos where the Prince has arranged for you to be married
Like he promised, no one is there to object or to stop you from becoming one. Theyâre all too busy in Kingâs Landing looking for you both, your mother distraught and your father wondering what happened to his youngest child
Likewise, Rhaneyra nearly collapses when she finds out that Luke is missing, but Daemon reassures her heâll be back. He doesnât know when, he tells her, but he has a sneaking suspicion that when he does youâll be in tow
And what do you knowâfour moons go by and it turns out that Daemon was right. You and Luke return to Kingâs Landing after all, and upon arrival youâre greeted by your weeping mother and your
concerned father
They both have so many questionsâwhere have you been, what happened, why did you run away?
And everyone is so focused on questioning you, so relieved that the Prince isnât dead after all, that they almost miss the glaringly obvious bump thatâs concealed behind your blue dress
Almost
You try to hide it as best as you can, but when your father pulls you in for a hug you know that he can feel it. The horrified expression he wears when he pulls away confirms this. And when you back away, placing a loving hand over your stomach and settling into Lukeâs arms, that is when he also takes note of the matching Velaryon pins on your clothes
âWe have something to announce,â Luke tells his mother excitedly
You both share a loving look, and Rhaneyraâs eyes are ready to pop out of her skull when Luke places a hand over your stomach and grins
âY/N is with child.â
Aemond Targaryen
Aemond takes your fatherâs words as a challenge
Despite how irritated he is at being flat-out rejected, he decides not to lash out or show any emotion really
For Aemond, keeping a level head is important. It allows him to plan, to strategize like heâs always been taught and to be able to stay one step ahead
He supposes heâs just like his grandfather in a way, and itâs obvious that your father underestimates just how far Aemond is willing to go for you
The first man that your father agrees to betroth you to only lasts about five minutes in the duel Aemond challenges him to
The second fairs a little better, though not by much. By the third, your father is furious and itâs become a game for Aemond to see how fast his opponent can last before they ultimately meet their maker
He wears a smirk the entire time heâs fighting, easily ducking and dodging and occasionally striking which wounds the man heavily. Itâs obvious that heâs going to win, again, and the sobs and screams from the Lordâs family are hard to miss
They sit next to you in the crowd that surrounds him and Aemond, and every time Aemond lands a blow your father flinches, muttering under his breath how it was a mistake to ever let you meet that man
You on the other are ecstatic, occasionally locking eyes with Aemond and sending him encouraging smiles
You pray after each duel that your father will finally change his mind and allow you to marry Aemond, but itâs not until after the fourth duel does he agree
After a particularly bloody and grueling fight, there are no more proposals. Every Lord that had ever considered asking for your hand is now too terrified to even speak to you, and with the lack of marriage offers your father has no choice but to admit defeat
He agrees to marry you to Aemond, and of course, Aemond feels victorious. He smugly thanks your father for his reconsideration, shaking his hand and promising that he wonât be regretting his decision

Dark!Jacaerys Velaryon x fem!twin!reader
Summary: Where jacaerys loves you, his pretty twin sister, so much that he believed you were created for him, and him only.
Tw: Twincest, p in v, unprotected sex, cunnilingus, breeding kink, blood
MASTER LIST PART2
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
From the moment you were born, Jacaerys had always loved you. All those years ago, cries could be heard, from a baby that had just been born, mere minutes after her brother.
Everyone in the room had tried to get you to stop crying, youâd been passed around multiple times, to multiple people, until eventually your mother took you back again, this time Jacaerys in her arms as well.
Once you were placed in her arms, your little cries stopped, as you felt your twin link his finger within yours, the two of you staring at each other.
When you had grown older, your brother had become very protective of you. Some may even say possessive. One time, at age four, the two of you were outside, running around with another child. The little boy took your hand running with you, and your brother exploded.
He shoved the boy off of you, screaming and crying with jealously, making you cry two, as you watched the scene in horror.
As the two of you got older, his behaviour with you only worsened, this led Rhaenyra to announce the two of you to be betrothed. It came as no shock, incest relationships were nothing knew for targaryens and the other houses.
The two of you shared a bedroom, you had your entire life. Since you had your first bleeding, you and your brother had been somewhat different. In other words, your brother spent every night between your legs.
One night, you had ran to your bedroom, hoping to find your twin brother. You ran with tears falling down your cheeks, crying loudly as you ran.
You opened the door, and Jacaerys stood with his top off, turning and looking at you. âMy love?â He asked coming over and taking your smaller face in his hands.
âIt was markus, he hit me and wripped my dressâ You cried as you buried your face in your brothers chest.
Jacaerys face turned cold and with a glare he kissed your head lovingly. Markus was one of the lords sons, who lived in the castle with you. He was constantly teasing you and bullying you, but he had never physically touched you, and this was where your brother had finally had enough.
âHow about you go to bed, you look tired. I shall deal with Markus, idaĂąaâ he told you kissing you before helping you undress for bed.
Around an hour later, when he had returned back to you, you turned in your bed, your nightdress high up on your thighs from tossing and turning. âLÄkia?â You murmured as he undressed for bed.
âIâm hereâ he whispered, now joining you in bed. You turned smelling blood and sat up inspecting your brother for injuries.
âIâm fine Issa jorrÄelagonâ he said cupping your cheeks and smiling at you fondly.
âWhoâs blood is that?â You asked worriedly. He simply ignored your question and continued to look at you lovingly âAll is wellâ he concluded.
You squealed slightly as pulled you onto his waist to straddle him, your hand going to his chest as his hands landed on either side of your waist.
âSÄŤr gevieâ he whispered, moving his hips slightly to push himself against your tender body.
You moaned softly at his actions, grinding down against him as he moved against you, your wet pussy aching with need.
âPleaseâ you cried, continuing to push your hipâs against his own to try and satisfy yourself.
Jacaerys hands moved up slowly, teasing you. He grabbed the ends of your nightdress, lifting it up above you waist, smirking as he saw your bare pussy on him.
You pouted at him, wanting to feel him deep inside of you. âPleaseâ you said again, this time close to crying from annoyance and overstimulation.
He cupped your cheek, pulling you down to kiss you passionately, before flipping you over, so he was now above you.
He removed your nightdress completely, throwing in to the side, as he kissed you again, this time his tongue exploring your mouth. You moaned into the kiss, your hands now around his neck.
He began to kissing down your neck, then your breasts, eventually finding your lower tummy, and you squirmed under him, making him smile again.
âPatience, my lovely sisterâ he said making you glare at him.
With no warning he began to lick your wet pussy, and you cried out, your hands going to grip his dark curls, smirking to himself he continued for another minute before moving back up to your face. He kissed you once more, making you taste yourself.
âJace pleaseâ you begged, your eyes now filled with tears.
âAs you wishâ he replied, removing his trousers, before entering you slowly. His hands on either side of you, as you both moaned. He began to move in and out of you, placing sloppy kisses on your lips every now and then.
âLouder, I want them to hear, I want them to know who makes you feel this goodâ he whispered in your ear, only arousing you further, as you cried out his name.
After a few more minutes you were both close to your climax âjace, Iâm gonna-â
âI knowâ he replied, knowing your body all too well. He moved in and out of you, until you cried, literally. Tears fell down your cheeks as you clung to your brother, your walls clenched around him as your silhouette cum spilled out.
After a minute he joined you, spilling his seed deep into your womb. Groaning as he eventually pulled out. He watched as his seed dripped out of you, before he pushed in back in âCanât waste any, need to make you carry my heirâ he said breathlessly.
You only nodded, resting your head on your twins chest. The two of you drifting off to sleep, happily.
Some may disagree with your relationship, but you didnât care, and neither did your family.
Anyway, the two of you were destined, as Jace liked to put it.
Deity reader after seeing one of their lovesick Targaryens die in The Dance of the Dragons againâ
Deity reader: "I have never understood you mortals insistent need to lose your lives over trivial things such as succession."
Yandere Daemon & Aemond: "He started it."
Deity reader: "I am omnipotent. I have seen the entire battle and the conclusion of the war beyond it. I have never indulged in your kind so much before. Consider your revivals gift for the reverence you pay to me."
They immediately get revived so Deity reader doesn't have to deal with them anymore.
Yandere Jacaerys pops up in their heavenly domain for the fifth time this week. (The time tells that it is only that of the third day within the seven.)
Deity reader: "Why do you keep sacrificing yourself to earn my approval? You already have my favor and my protection."
Yandere Jacaerys: "I only wish to please you and admire your divinity. I would stake myself a thousand times over if only to get a glimpse of you."
Yandere Aegon deciding to pray to Deity reader at that exact moment.
Yandere Aegon: "Mommy, Daddy, whatever you prefer, please keep my stupid brother, that worthless bastard, and my idiotic uncle dead. I will worship you between your thighs and with the body you have blessed me with for the rest of eternity if you do this. I'll do it anyway. I mean it. Please let meâ"
Deity reader: "Oh, for my sake. I should never let that man into my heavenly domain."
⸝ Ę ÉŞ á´ á´ Ę á´ ęą ÉŞ ęą á´ á´ Ę â¸ť
Pairing: Poly Aemon, Baelon and Alyssa x Targaryen Reader
Summary: They were your siblings. They loved you to their bones. They always been there, watching, protecting you, caring for you. It's only fair if they take you first, don't you think?
Warning: +18 contact, Minors DNA, Foursome, Fem on Fem, Targcest.
Notes: English is not my first language. Hope you enjoy!
The heat of the room was stifling, your skin glistening with sweat as you were trapped between your siblingsâ bodies. The heady scent of arousal filled the air, a mixture of sweat and sex that made your mind spin. Baelon lay beneath you, his hands gripping your waist, as he thrust his hips between your legs. You were already so stretched and sore, your inner walls fluttering around him as you tried to adjust to the thick length inside of you.
âB-Baelon, itâs... t-too much,â you whimpered, your voice breaking with each desperate breath. Your words were met with a low, guttural laugh from him as he thrust up into you, filling you to the hilt.
Alyssaâs soft, comforting voice was the only tether you had in the whirlwind of sensation. âItâs alright, sweet sister,â she murmured, her fingers gently brushing away the tears that streaked your flushed cheeks. Her mouth was hot against yours, tongue coaxing you into a kiss that was both tender and all-consuming. âWeâre here for you... weâll take such good care of you.â
Your whimpers were muffled as Alyssaâs fingers tangled in your hair, pulling your mouth to her chest. Pinned between them, you were barely able to catch your breath. Alyssa, straddling Baelonâs face, let out soft moans as she ground her hips down, her eyes half-lidded with pleasure. âDonât worry, darling,â she purred. âJust focus on me. Let them do all the hard work.â She guided your lips to her nipple, her voice soft and soothing as if she were trying to comfort you. âThatâs it, good girl⌠suck on my tits while our brothers take care of you.â
You obediently took her breast into your mouth, your lips closing around the stiff peak as tears welled in your eyes. The sensation of Aemon slowly pushing into your other entrance sent shivers up your spine. His cock was thick, and every inch felt like it was splitting you apart. You gasped against Alyssaâs skin, your muffled cries vibrating through her chest.
Alyssa smiled down at you, cupping your cheek as she looked into your teary eyes. âYouâre doing so well for your first time, my sweet,â she whispered. âI know itâs a lot, but you can handle it. Weâre all here to take care of you, arenât we?â Her words were soft, but the glint in her eyes was anything but gentle.
Aemonâs hands tightened around your hips, pressing you further down onto him until he was buried to the hilt inside your tightest hole. âFuck, youâre squeezing me so tight,â he groaned, his voice thick with lust. âRelax, little one⌠just breathe. I want to feel you loosen up around me.â He reached around to play with your swollen clit, the overstimulation making your back arch and your mouth pull away from Alyssaâs breast as you cried out.
âN-no more,â you sobbed, overwhelmed by the sensations flooding through you. Your entire body was trembling, the pleasure almost too much to bear. âPlease⌠I c-canâtââ
âHush now,â Baelon interrupted, his voice a low growl as he thrust up into you, his cock hitting that sweet spot that made your vision blur. âYou can and you will. Weâve only just started, sweet sister. Weâve waited so long for this⌠for you.â He punctuated his words with deep, steady thrusts, making you mewl pathetically.
Alyssaâs lips were on yours again, her kiss fervent and possessive as she swallowed your desperate moans. âYouâre ours, my love,â she cooed against your mouth, her voice a soft murmur of sweet poison. âJust let go⌠let us have you.â
Pinned between the relentless thrusts of Baelon beneath you and Aemon behind you, you were utterly helpless. Alyssaâs hands caressed your body, her fingers gently tracing the marks left by her brothers. The sight of you, so thoroughly debauched, sent shivers of delight through her. âLook at you,â she whispered, pressing soft kisses along your jaw. âSo beautiful, so perfect for us.â
Aemonâs movements became more urgent, his fingers digging into your hips as he pounded into you from behind. âGods, youâre so tight⌠youâre squeezing me like you donât want to let go,â he groaned, his voice rough with barely contained need. âDo you hear how wet you are? How much you love this?â
Your moans turned to broken sobs as your body betrayed you, every nerve on fire. âI-I canât⌠Iâm so full, please⌠I canât take anymore,â you whimpered, tears streaming down your cheeks. But even as you begged, your body was clamping down on them, your walls spasming around Baelon and Aemon as if desperate to keep them inside.
Alyssaâs fingers gripped your chin, forcing you to look at her through your teary eyes. âOh, but you can,â she whispered with a smile, her eyes gleaming with delight. âYouâre doing so well, little sister⌠just a bit more. Youâll take everything we give you, wonât you?â
âYes, y-yes⌠just pleaseâŚâ Your voice was barely a whisper, broken and pleading as you tried to catch your breath.
Baelonâs thrusts became more erratic, his cock pulsing inside you as he chased his release. âThatâs it, take it, take all of it,â he grunted, his grip on your hips bruising as he held you down.
Aemonâs hips slammed into you one last time as he spilled deep inside you, his hot seed filling your already overwhelmed body. You could feel it leaking out even as Baelon followed, his own release flooding your core. Alyssa held you close, her lips brushing your ear as she whispered sweet nothings, her fingers tenderly wiping away your tears.
âThere now,â Alyssa cooed, her voice soft and soothing as your trembling body tried to recover from the onslaught. âSee? You did it, my sweet. You were perfect.â
Aegon I
Aegon Targaryen I is the definition of a conqueror, courageous, intelligent and ambitious, with a friendly and captivating personality, easily lovable and admirable, but with few close friends. A certain air of enigma surrounded his figure, making people try to unravel him, attracted like moths by his light of monarchical dignity.
The king was comfortable and accustomed to sycophants, women dragging themselves for crumbs, or simply a single night in his bed. He was unfamiliar with something denied to him. He had "conqueror" in his name for a reason that went far beyond the submission of the other lords.
So it came as a complete shock when he was so bluntly denied when he approached you at one of the numerous banquets hosted by the royal family. At first, Aegon couldn't even process it, the features remained the same with a gentle smile and analyzing eyes and no words uttered. Like a person who was suddenly punched and in the first few seconds didn't understand or simply didn't know how to react. He just narrowed his purple eyes and watched you leave in an elegant bow.
The first time he was seriously denied, you hadn't done it to pique his interest, but rather to preserve your own honor, not wanting to be just another king's case knowing that he would return to Rhaenys at the end of the day. He admired this. If his plans were to push him away, you were not successful, you only made a dangerous obsession settle in your being.
He began to pursue you subtly, with gallant and courteous gestures, he urgently wanted to erase the first impression you had of him. Forcing the Targaryen to reveal his personality beyond the superficial, rambling for countless hours about some common interest and constantly summoning his presence, whether to read to him while I work or simply enjoy his warm presence.
And when his barriers were still not lowered, the king had to resort to more drastic measures, asking for her hand in marriage and making it clear that he would not accept being denied.
You would be softer when you were a wife and had duties towards him. The conqueror thought wrongly. Never in a thousand lifetimes did he expect you to run away. As soon as he found out, Aegon simply went crazy, the image made up of himself falling down the moment he threatened to destroy the entire seven kingdoms again if he didn't get you back.
Stone by stone, leaf by leaf. Everything was meticulously investigated by the countless guards spreading even through the most forgotten places by the gods. The Targaryen king became somewhat paranoid and easily irritated by his disappearance, not even Rhaenys could calm him down or change his mind. It was two years of pure torment.
Ah... When he finally found you in a small house in pentos... Married and obviously pregnant... It was like the world was open beneath your feet again. A loving feeling of betrayal. How dare you? Did you think that pathetic man could love you more than him?! How stupid.
He coldly killed her husband and none of her tears and pleas could change his mind. His heart was partially darkened by his betrayal. He won't forget anytime soon, you'll have to regain his trust to have the slightest amount of freedom. Countless guards will follow you closely, if you are even allowed to leave your quarters.
And your son? Don't worry, Aegon will assume paternity of the child even if it comes with rumors about having deflowered you before the wedding. It didn't matter. He just wouldn't let you mother a bastard or have that other man as a part of your life. Aenys was his heir anyway.
Maegor, The Cruel
You were certainly a very unlucky person to have caught the attention of the Targaryen king who was called cruel. You probably met at an event organized by him to celebrate one of his conquests, reaffirming his power and sovereignty as king, or you were one of his wives' ladies-in-waiting.
Whether you were from a big house, small house or even a commoner. It didn't matter. You were his the moment the king laid eyes on your enchanting figure.
Maegor was a man of few feelings, he didn't truly love any of his wives, it was lust mixed with the rational thought of creating heirs. But you were different, there was something special that made Maegor feel a bubbling sensation in his chest, a pleasant and addictive warmth like he had never felt before. It was something unfamiliar, one that he felt slightly hesitant to demonstrate or how to handle. But he just knew he wanted you and he would have you. At any cost.
Maegor was far from the definition of courteous, he knew little about the gallant arts or gentle love. Therefore, he had little knowledge about the courtship, the little he knew was from his mother's advice, who only knew about these things from the poets who surrounded Rhaenys.
Either way, he is not discreet. He doesn't even make an effort to appear less intimidating than he is. His eyes are fixed on you no matter the moment, his intimidating and darkening presence looming over you like a shadow. Once he even gave him a white fur coat, an animal he himself killed. It was his way of showing his interest. Something raw and rustic, without words, just proves to be worthy of you.
Either way, he wouldn't wait long. The moment he gets tired of waiting and the itch that grows in him is not relieved, he will attack. Demanding her hand in marriage from her, leaving no room for disagreement. He didn't expect you to run away in the middle of the night... Stupid little bird. Did you think he wouldn't come after you?
The man flew into a rage the moment he found out, destroying everything and everyone in his path, no matter if they were his wives, servants or important masters. Everyone should pay for his blinding rage. He turned the seven kingdoms into hell looking for you. A thick layer of blood, smoke, ash and corpse covering every corner of the kingdom.
And when he found you... Ah, dumb little bird, did he think he could hide for another year? Never.
He killed her husband the moment he saw the man, not even bothering to give him a painful death to pay for his crimes. He was as furious as a bull at the sight of any trace of red. He never thought about seriously hurting you, but he would have to punish you in a certain way to put you in your place. But his angry thoughts strayed the moment he caught sight of her swollen belly with a child.
A baby, that could and should be his. It was someone else's... It was an unforgivable betrayal. He could never fully forgive you. He would never forget or leave you alone for even a second.
He wouldn't kill the child, he would keep you away until you gave birth and then pretend that the child belonged to his lady-in-waiting, even if it was his child behind closed doors. It was a good way to keep tabs on you. Do you love your child? So better obey, you don't want something bad to happen, right?
Do not worry, dear. If you want to be a mother and wife so much, who would Maegor be to deny you that? You would be two things very soon.
Daemon Targaryen
Daemon was never a man to love madly, he fell in love a few times. He rolled from bed to bed without a fixed commitment, just looking for momentary fun and vague pleasures. He indulged in his desires without shame. Bad luck for you to have been so captivating. He was hooked on you the moment their eyes met his.
Any slight affection he ever had for other women and men was forgotten. For you he felt love. Real love that went beyond lust. After all, he had never touched you intimately and he already had such overwhelming feelings.What was it if not love? You were his only thought.The first thought when waking up and the last when going to bed.
And Daemon had no intention of hiding his affection. His hands constantly find their way to your shoulders or start from your waist, a touch that lingers on a simple handshake and a look so intense that it would make anyone else tremble in fear.
As expected, rumors were created questioning his honor and how terrible the prince was. When his father went to confront him, Daemon just smiled mischievously and just said he would marry you. To everyone's great surprise, after all, the Targaryen had demonstrated his unhappiness during his first marriage.
But you weren't like that woman uglier than a sheep. You were perfect in every aspect and in the very definition of the word. Something to be admired every day.
It was a strong, stunning blow when you disappeared during the night, your maids only finding cold, wrinkled sheets when they went to wake you up that morning.
Where in the seven hell were you? He would find you... You couldn't run away.
He destroyed, killed, tortured and threatened. He spent days flying with Caraxes to every corner of the seven kingdoms just to find you. Unsuccessfully. A long year without having your favorite addiction... You.
He drowned himself in e wine while you were gone, nursing a bubbling rage and constantly exploding at everyone, scaring even Viserys, who thought he had seen the worst side of his brother.
But nothing lasts forever. He found you. He invaded your home in Essos without hesitation. He didn't kill your husband at first because his stunned mind simply refused to understand that you had betrayed him in such a disgusting way.
But the moment she saw the little newborn baby in her arms. He understood everything.The black sister ran through her pathetic husband without mercy, blood spatter staining his robes in small crimson droplets.The cold, darkened eyes like never before were directed at you.
For a moment you feared for the baby's life, placing the small bundle against your chest to protect it.
"Don't worry, I would never hurt our son." He smiles as he says each word slowly. He would legitimize that child as his and didn't care what he would say. A good way to keep you behaved and not tarnish his bloodline with bastards. Obviously he would love his own children more with you, but he wouldn't show it so openly. You're lucky the child looks so much like youâŚ
Pairing: Unhinged Aegon x Therapist Reader part 3
Summary: after that night, no matter what you do, no matter what you say, no one believes you. You're done. You want to quit being his therapist but you still haven't seen the worst part...
Warning: paranoia, abuse, mental illness.
Ëę°âĄęąâ§ Hi there! Before you read this, you should know that English is not my first language. Hope you enjoy!
PART 1, PART 2, PART 4
It had been days since that nightâdays since the dead doves, the blood on the walls, the police visit to the Targaryen home. Days since Y/N last felt normal.
Now, the walls of her apartment seemed to close in on her. The curtains remained drawn, blocking out the light of day. The once-cozy space was now a prison, suffocating her with silence, except for the incessant scratching at the back of her mind. The feeling of being watched, of not being alone. Every creak, every whisper of wind against the windows made her jump.
She couldnât eat. She couldnât sleep. Her body felt weak, and her mind was clouded in a haze of paranoia. Her hair was greasy, her skin pale and blotchy. Dark circles framed her eyesâeyes that were wide with fear, darting around the room, always expecting him. Expecting Aegon to appear from the shadows. She had stopped showering, afraid that if she closed her eyes for even a second, heâd be there when she opened them. Her reflection in the mirror was foreign, ghostly, a stranger trapped in a body consumed by terror.
And her boyfriendâŚhe was tired. More than tired. He was done.
"Y/N, for fuck's sake, you have to stop this," he snapped, his voice breaking the silence like glass shattering on the floor. He stood in the kitchen, staring at her with a mix of frustration and pity, while she sat at the edge of the couch, her legs pulled to her chest, her arms wrapped tightly around them.
"You donât believe me. You never believe me,â she muttered, her voice hoarse from days of crying, of pleading. "I saw him. It was him. I know it was him." Her eyes were wild, flicking toward the corners of the room as though Aegon might materialize from the shadows at any moment.
Jacob sighed, rubbing his temples. "Y/N, we've been over this a thousand times. The cops checked him out. There was nothingânothingâto suggest he did anything. No evidence, no signs, nothing. Heâs just some guy going through a rough time, and you're his therapist. Youâve taken this too far."
She flinched at his words, the sting of them sinking into her chest. "NoâŚyou donât get it. You donât see him like I do. Heâs dangerous. Iâm not safe. He knows where I live. He wants me." Her voice trembled as she spoke, each word a desperate plea for him to understand.
But he didnât. He was tired of this, of her, of everything.
"You're obsessed, Y/N. Obsessed with this guy. You spend all your time thinking about him, talking about him, dreaming up this whole fucking scenario in your head like you're the main character of some horror movie. But this isn't a movieâthis is real life, and you're making shit up!" His voice grew louder, angrier with every word, his patience long gone.
Y/N shook her head, her body trembling. "I'm not making it up. You have to believe meâplease. Iâm not crazy. Iâm notâ"
"Yes, you are!" He cut her off, his face twisted with frustration. "Youâre fucking crazy, Y/N! Years of being a therapist have finally caught up with you. Youâve absorbed all the bullshit from your patients, and now youâre projecting it onto this guy. Aegon didnât do anything to youâheâs just some poor bastard who had the misfortune of being assigned to you."
Her stomach lurched at his words. The pain of his accusation was worse than anything sheâd felt before. It was like a knife twisting inside her, carving out the last remnants of hope sheâd clung to. She couldnât breathe. She couldnât think.
"I'm not crazy," she whispered, her voice broken, fragile. She didnât even recognize herself anymore.
Jacob slammed his hand on the counter, his eyes blazing with frustration. "Then why are you acting like it? Why canât you just let this go? You're ruining your lifeâour lifeâbecause youâre so fixated on this guy. You wonât eat, you wonât sleep, youâre a fucking mess, Y/N! I can't keep doing this! Every time I try to help you, you just spiral deeper into this delusion!"
Tears streamed down her face, but she barely felt them. "Iâm not delusional," she repeated, but her voice cracked, betraying her.
"Yes, you are!" He shouted, stepping closer, his face red with anger. "Youâre making this shit up because youâre obsessed with him. Admit it! Youâre obsessed with Aegon. Youâve let him get into your head, and now youâre the one whoâs losing it."
"No!" she cried, her voice raw. "Iâm not obsessed with him! I donât care about him like that! Iâm scaredâheâs going to hurt me! I know he is!"
He scoffed, rolling his eyes in exasperation. "Oh, give me a break. Youâve been so wrapped up in this guy, you probably want him to do something, just so you can play the victim. Just so you can have some sick thrill of being the center of his attention. Itâs pathetic, Y/N."
His words felt like a slap in the face, each one tearing at her like claws. She stared at him, wide-eyed, unable to believe that this was happeningâthat he was saying these things to her. The one person who was supposed to protect her, to believe her, had turned against her.
"I canât do this anymore," he said, his voice quieter now but still laced with anger. "I canât keep pretending that you're okay, because you're not. You need help. Professional help. Maybe you should check yourself into a fucking psych ward, because right now, youâre acting like a fucking lunatic."
Her breath hitched in her throat. The room seemed to spin around her, her vision blurring with tears. "How can you say that?" she whispered, her voice shaking. "How can you say that to me?"
He ran a hand through his hair, clearly done with the conversation. "Because it's the truth. And deep down, you know it. You're spiraling, Y/N. And Iâm not going to stand here and let you drag me down with you."
Silence stretched between them, heavy and suffocating. She felt as though the world had collapsed around her, the last piece of her sanity slipping away.
"Fine," she muttered, her voice barely above a whisper. "If you think Iâm crazyâŚthen just go. Leave me."
He stared at her for a long moment, the anger still simmering in his eyes. Then, without another word, he turned and stormed out of the apartment, the door slamming shut behind him, leaving Y/N alone in the dark.
And for the first time in days, the silence felt more dangerous than ever.
Y/N stood in front of the mirror, her eyes red and swollen from sleepless nights. She hadnât heard from her boyfriend in days, and each missed call had sent her deeper into a pit of despair. But today was different. Today was the day she would finally face Aegon.
Her hands shook as she brushed her hair, her fingers trembling with every stroke. Her reflection looked haggardâdark circles under her eyes, skin pale and sickly. She barely recognized herself, but she needed to pull it together. She had to pull it together.
"Heâs just a man," she whispered to herself, her voice shaky but determined. "Just a man⌠Iâm in control. I have to be in control. I canât let him win."
Her eyes flickered toward the closet. She needed to choose something to wear, something that made her feel strong, confident. Something that would hide how utterly broken she felt inside.
She reached for a black turtleneck, one of the few pieces of clothing that didnât feel too vulnerable, too exposed. The fabric clung to her body in a way that was both comforting and suffocating, but she convinced herself it was armor. Something to shield her from the weight of Aegonâs gaze. She paired it with dark jeans and boots, feeling the weight of each step as she slipped them on.
"Itâs just another session," she muttered, pulling her hair back into a tight ponytail. "Iâm going to confront him. Iâm going to tell him itâs over. He canât do this to me anymore."
She stared at herself in the mirror, trying to find some semblance of the person she used to be. Her hands gripped the edges of the sink, her knuckles white from the pressure.
"You're not crazy," she told herself, her voice stronger this time. "Heâs messing with you, but you can stop this. You can end this. Just get through today, and then youâre done. Youâll quit. Youâll never have to see him again."
Her heart raced at the thought of being in the same room with him again, but she forced herself to breathe.
"In and out," she whispered, taking a deep breath. "JustâŚin and out. You can do this. You have to do this."
She tried to picture how it would go. Sheâd walk into the room, sit across from him like she always did, but this time, she wouldnât let him get to her. She wouldnât let his twisted words sink into her skin like poison.
"Iâm the therapist," she reminded herself, pacing back and forth now, her boots tapping against the hardwood floor. "Iâm the one in control. Heâs just a patient. Heâs justâŚ" She trailed off, the image of Aegonâs wide eyes and the way he had silently told her to shut up flashing in her mind.
She shook her head, trying to push the memory away. "No, no⌠Donât think about that. Youâre stronger than this. Youâre not scared of him. You can quit. You can walk away."
But her hands wouldnât stop trembling. She stared at them, willing them to be steady. "Breathe," she muttered, forcing another deep breath into her lungs. "Just breathe."
She grabbed her bag and slung it over her shoulder, the weight grounding her for a moment. "Youâve got this," she whispered one last time, trying to convince herself.
But as she headed for the door, the creeping sense of dread wrapped around her, cold and suffocating.
Y/N sat at her desk, staring at the door, the silence of the room pressing in on her. Every second that passed felt like an eternity, and the knot of anger in her chest only grew tighter. She gripped the edge of her desk, her fingers turning white. She was done with Aegon. Done with his games, his manipulations, his stalking. Today, she was ready to confront himâshe was ready to make him understand that she wasnât going to be his victim anymore.
The memory of the dead doves, the blood, still haunted her. Every night, she barely slept, feeling like his eyes were on her, even when she knew she was alone. And yet, despite all of it, he had gotten away with it. He had made her look crazy, gaslighted her in front of the police and her boyfriend, made her question her own reality. But not anymore. Today, she was taking control. Today, she would end it.
Her jaw clenched as she imagined him walking through the door, with that smug, twisted grin. Her mind raced with the confrontation she had been playing over and over in her head. She would scream at him, shout at him until he admitted what he had done. Until he finally stopped pretending to be some innocent victim.
The minutes dragged on, her heart pounding in her chest as she stared at the clock. And then, finally, the door creaked open.
Aegon stepped in, but something was different. He wasnât the man she was used to seeingâthere was no smirk, no defiance. He looked⌠broken. Shattered.
Her eyes widened in shock. His face was a mess of bruises, swollen and discolored, with dark bags hanging under his bloodshot eyes. His clothes were disheveled, stained with dirt and blood. He walked with a limp, his steps small and hesitant, like every movement hurt him. His hands were clasped tightly together in front of him, shaking as they fidgeted against each other. He kept his head down, glancing around the room like a trapped animal, flinching at every noise, every movement.
Y/N blinked, completely taken aback. This wasnât the Aegon she knewâthe arrogant, unhinged man who had stalked her, terrorized her. No, this was something else, something⌠disturbing. He looked like someone who had been run over, like life had chewed him up and spat him out, and now he stood there, fearful and fragile.
For a split second, she felt something almost like pity creep into her chest. But then she remembered who he was. What he had done. And the anger surged back to the forefront.
"What the hell happened to you?" she asked, her voice dripping with disdain.
He didnât answer. He just stood there, eyes darting around, avoiding her gaze. His lips trembled, but no words came out.
She slammed her hands on the desk, the sound echoing through the room. "Aegon!" she snapped. "What the fuck is wrong with you? What kind of game are you playing now?"
At the sound of her raised voice, Aegon jumped, visibly flinching. His body curled inward like he was trying to make himself smaller, his shoulders hunching as his knees gave way. He dropped to the floor, hugging his knees to his chest, rocking back and forth like a scared child.
Y/Nâs anger faltered for a moment, replaced by confusion and a creeping sense of dread. "Aegon, what the hell is going on?" she asked again, but this time her voice was quieter, uncertain.
He didnât respond. Instead, he started muttering under his breath, his voice shaky and broken. "Whatâs the matter?" he whispered, his words barely audible. "Whatâs the matter, Aegon?"
Her heart sank as she realized he wasnât talking to her. He was talking to⌠himself? His voice trembled as he repeated the words, like a broken record. "Whatâs the matter, Aegon? No. Iâm not gonna hurt you. Come here. Come on. Whatâs the matter?"
Y/N felt her stomach twist as the phrases spilled out of his mouth over and over again, each repetition more unsettling than the last. It wasnât Aegonâs voice. It was someone elseâs, echoing through his broken mind.
She watched in horror as he hugged his knees tighter, his entire body trembling. "Iâm not gonna hurt you, Aegon. See? That wasnât bad," he whispered, tears streaming down his bruised face. "That wasnât bad. That wasnât bad."
It hit her like a punch to the gut. This wasnât some act, some manipulation. Aegon had been abusedâhorribly, painfully, to the point where his mind had fractured. And now, as he sat on the floor, shaking and crying, he was reliving it. Over and over again.
Y/Nâs breath caught in her throat. She had never seen him like this. She had never imagined this side of himâthe scared, broken side. The side that had been hurt so deeply that he could only repeat the words of his abuser like a mantra.
Her heart pounded in her chest, her hands shaking as she stood there, unsure of what to do. Part of her still hated himâstill wanted to scream at him, to blame him for everything. But another part of her⌠felt something else. Something terrifying and sad.
She knelt down beside him, her voice soft and hesitant. "AegonâŚ"
He didnât respond, just kept rocking back and forth, his tears falling faster now.
"Iâm not gonna hurt you," he whispered again, his voice trembling. "See? That wasnât bad."
She swallowed hard, her mind racing. "Aegon," she said softly, "Iâm not going to hurt you either. Itâs okay."
He didnât seem to hear her. He was too far gone, lost in whatever memory had taken over his mind. His eyes stared blankly at the floor, wide and terrified, as if he were seeing something she couldnât.
She reached out slowly, carefully, placing a hand on his shoulder. He flinched at the touch, his whole body recoiling, but she didnât pull away.
"Aegon," she whispered again, trying to keep her voice steady. "Itâs okay. Youâre safe here."
But he wasnât safe. Not really. Not with whatever had broken him, not with the darkness that clung to him like a shadow.
He rocked back and forth, mumbling, "Come here. Come on, whatâs the matter, Aegon? No, no, no, Iâm not gonna hurt you."
Y/N felt a chill run down her spine, her heart pounding in her chest. Whoever had done this to himâwhoever had hurt himâhad left a mark that ran deeper than anything she could understand.
For the first time, she realized she wasnât dealing with just a stalker or a psychopath. Aegon was something much darker, much more broken than she had ever imagined.
She swallowed hard, trying to push the fear out of her voice. "Aegon," she said quietly, "Itâs okay. You donât have to be afraid."
But as his sobs grew louder, as he curled tighter into himself, Y/N knew that nothing she said could reach him.
The real Aegonâthe one who had tormented her, who had done horrible thingsâwas still there, somewhere. But so was this⌠this terrified boy, trapped in his own mind.
And she didnât know which one scared her more.
Y/N swallowed down the terror rising in her throat, her hand trembling as she reached out to softly pet Aegonâs head. At first, he flinched, his body jerking away from her touch. But then, as if something clicked in his broken mind, he looked up at herâreally lookedâand his tear-streaked eyes seemed to recognize her for the first time. His lips trembled as he whispered her name, broken, like a child.
âY/NâŚâ
Before she could react, he clung to her, his body collapsing into her lap, his head pressed against her chest. He sobbed quietly, his whole body shaking, his hands clutching her as if she were the only thing keeping him grounded. She froze for a moment, completely caught off guard, but then instinct took over, and she wrapped her arms around him, holding him tightly. His tears soaked through her clothes, and she could feel the tremors in his frail, battered form.
âItâs okay,â she whispered, stroking his hair, trying to calm him. âItâs okay, Aegon. Youâre safe now.â
His sobs eventually began to quiet, his breathing slowing as she rocked him gently, her voice soft in his ear. âShh⌠itâs okay. Iâve got you.â
For a long time, they stayed like thatâher holding him, him clinging to her like a lifeline. The moments stretched into eternity, and Y/N could feel his grip slowly loosen as the storm inside him settled. He pulled away slightly, his eyes red and swollen from crying, but he refused to meet her gaze, his head turning away as he tried to wipe at the tears that continued to fall.
âAegonâŚâ she began softly, âWhat happened to you? Who did this?â
He didnât answer. He just stared at the floor, his jaw tight, struggling to control the tears still running down his face.
âAegon, pleaseâŚâ she pressed, her voice gentle but firm. âYou have to tell me.â
For a moment, it seemed like he might respond, but then he muttered something, barely audible. âI⌠I hate it. When she⌠when my mother does horrible things to me.â
Y/N felt her breath catch. His mother? She had always known that Aegonâs relationship with his family was fraught, but this? There was something darker here, something that had broken him in ways she couldnât fathom.
âBut itâs okay,â Aegon continued, his voice shaking. âBecause I love her. And thatâs what matters, right?â
âNo Aegonââ
"I didnât mean to hurt you, Y/N," Aegon said suddenly, his voice softer now, almost childlike. "I was angry that night, but I didnât mean to hurt you. I just wanted to hurt him. I didnât like the way he looked at you. The way he touched you."
She swallowed hard, her voice barely a whisper. "AegonâŚ"
He turned to her then, his bloodshot eyes wide and full of sincerity. "You can hit me, you know. I wonât stop you. You were so angry, I could see it. You can hit me if it makes you feel better."
Y/Nâs blood ran cold. "What? No, Aegon, Iâm notâ"
"You can," he repeated, almost eagerly. "Itâs okay. Youâre mad at me. You can hit me." He smiled then, a soft, unnerving smile that made her stomach churn. "I wonât even flinch. I promise."
"Aegon, thatâs notâ"
âYou can beat me if it makes you feel better,â he continued, his voice unnervingly soft, as though he were offering her a gift. âItâs okay. Iâll let you do it. I deserve it, right?â
The pit in Y/Nâs stomach twisted. His words, his toneâit was as if he was trying to convince himself, not her. Like he was rationalizing the abuse he had endured.
He turned his head just slightly, enough to glance at her from the corner of his eye. âYouâre like me,â he whispered.
Her body tensed at his words. âWhat⌠what do you mean?â
He wiped at his face with trembling fingers, still not fully meeting her eyes. âEven though your boyfriend hurt you⌠you still think about him, donât you?â
Y/Nâs blood ran cold. She felt the fear creeping back inâthe terror that had been gnawing at her ever since the day the dead doves appeared at her door. The stalker. The horror. It was all coming back.
Aegon finally looked up at her, his eyes glittering with something dark, something sinister. âYou love him⌠donât you?â
She opened her mouth to say something, but the words wouldnât come. Her heart was hammering in her chest, the air thick with a suffocating dread.
Aegonâs lips twisted into a smileâthat smile. The one she had seen before, the one that sent chills down her spine.
âI hate him,â Aegon said softly, his voice dripping with venom. âI hate the way he treats you. The way he talks to you. Hurts you. He doesnât deserve you.â
Y/Nâs breath hitched. She could feel her pulse quickening, her mind racing, trying to piece together what he was sayingâwhat he was implying.
âDo you know,â Aegon asked, his tone disturbingly calm, âwhy he hasnât answered your calls?â
Her stomach dropped.
She hadnât heard from her boyfriend in days. He had stormed out after their last argument, refusing to answer her desperate calls or texts. She had been terrified, worried sick about himâabout what he was thinking, about whether heâd come back. But now, sitting here, listening to Aegon, that fear morphed into something far worse.
He couldnât have. He wouldnât have.
Her entire body went cold.
âWhat⌠what do you mean?â she stammered, her voice barely a whisper.
Aegonâs smile widened, his eyes gleaming with something inhuman, something evil. He didnât answer directlyâhe didnât have to. The look in his eyes told her everything.
He leaned back, his voice light and playful now, like they were discussing a joke. âDid you open the gift I left for you?â
Her heart nearly stopped.
Gift? What gift? She hadnât seen anythingâhadnât thought about it. But then, the morning came flooding back to her. The moment she had left the house, her mind too wrapped up in her terror and paranoia to notice anything out of place.
Her blood ran cold as her mind raced with horrible possibilities. The gift. What if it wasnât just some harmless object? What if it wasâ
No. No, no, no.
She stood up so fast that she almost tripped, her eyes wide with panic. Aegon was laughing nowâa soft, eerie laugh that filled the room, the sound making her skin crawl.
âOh, Y/N,â he cooed, his voice mocking. âYou really should check your door more carefully in the mornings.â
Her mind was spinning, her heart racing. She had to get out. She had to leave. She couldnât stay hereânot with him, not with his laughter ringing in her ears, the sick grin spreading across his bruised face.
She grabbed her keys from the desk, her hands shaking so badly she nearly dropped them. Aegon was still sitting there, watching her with that horrifying smile, his eyes gleaming with delight.
âYouâll thank me later,â he called after her as she bolted for the door.
Her mind was screaming, her heart pounding in her chest as she tore through the office, slamming the door behind her. His laughter echoed in her ears, following her down the hallway, filling her with a terror so deep she could barely breathe.
And as she ran, the only thought in her mind was the horrifying possibility of what she would find when she opened that gift.
Yan!Parents Daemon/Rhaenyra Targaryen Headcanons (Platonic)
â đ â lady l: Are these headcanons good? I don't know, but I hope you like it!! Forgive me for any mistakes ;) đŠľđ¤
âtw: obsessive and possessive behavior, overprotection, mention of death and murder, unhealthy platonic relationships and messy writing.
âđpairing: platonic yandere!daemyra x gender neutral!reader.
Rhaenyra and Daemon were looking forward to the arrival of their first child. Daemon already had two daughters and Rhaenyra her three precious boys, but they were very eager for the first fruit of their marriage to be born.
The day Rhaenyra gave birth to you was one of the happiest memories of her life. The pain of childbirth was excruciating, but when she could hold you in her arms, it was all worth it.
Daemon actually sobbed when he held you for the first time. You were so small, so innocent and so perfect. He swore to himself that he would do anything to be good to you. You would be loved and adored forever.
They are both extremely overprotective and possessive over you. You are their child, you belong to them, so you should not associate with anyone they do not approve of.
Any friends you may have will be investigated by Daemon and if he finds anything that displeases him, that friend will disappear from your life. He is not objective, if that person's great-grandfather was an bastard, for example, that means they will never be good to you. And you deserve only the best.
Rhaenyra not only agrees with this, but encourages her uncle-husband's actions. You are her baby, the most precious person in her life and she only wants the best for you. She will give you the best, she knows what is good for you. After all, mom always knows best, right?
Your older siblings would also have developed their own obsession with you, encouraged by their parents. It didn't take long for the Velaryon brothers and Daemon's daughters to become completely attached to you.
You were not only your parents' obsession, but also your siblings, meaning you can bet no harm would be done to you. You were spoiled and protected, the apple of everyone's eye in Dragonstone.
Whatever you want, you will have. Rhaenyra and Daemon are completely soft when it comes to disciplining you, just one puppy look and they will forget everything. You are their child, you could do no wrong in their eyes.
Everyone is instructed to spoil and protect you, the servants, the guards and your brothers will do so willingly too.
Daemon is very possessive, he feels entitled to you because you are his child. He will kill anyone who looks, says, or even breathes wrong at you. There's no way he's going to let anything happen to you.
Rhaenyra is more controlled, but she is still a dragon and you should never mess with a dragon's offspring. She loses all her senses, her reason when something happens to you. Even if it's a paper cut, she will go into a frenzy of rage.
Any love interests or suitors will also be dealt with quickly. They won't allow you to get married, no one will ever be good enough for you.
If something were to happen to you, gods be good, for the true fury of the Targaryens would be revealed. They will burn, kill and destroy everything in their path for you. All that matters is you, the war will be forgotten by you.
And when it was just ashes and the smell of blood and death was in the air, they would be satisfied. Daemon and Rhaenyra will go to extremes for you. You are their baby and no one, absolutely no one, can change that.
Daemon and Rhaenyra will not lose anyone else, not their child. And when the war for the Iron Throne begins, you would be locked in and protected the entire time. Your parents love you and would do anything, but they don't know boundaries or privacy. It doesn't matter, after all, they are your parents.
"Whispers of Devotion"
Yandere House of the dragon x ModernReborn!Reader Pt. 2
Summarized: Despite her mother, Queen Consort Alicent's attempts to control her, (your name) felt a stronger attachment to Rhaenyra and her children, which created jealousy and tension within the family. Aemond's frustration at not having a dragon fueled his anger, which grew daily, especially after Laena's tragic death. This escalating conflict ultimately led to a tragedy.
Warning: mentions blood, eye of Aemond taken out, incest, vulgar languege and a little of angst.
<< Pt. 1
Sunlight streamed through the window, accompanied by the giggling voices of small children, curious at the sight of a little baby, only a year old, as they tried to make her speak. The two children were trying to get her to say their names, each hoping that she would utter even the faintest hint of recognition, perhaps even a small peek of one of their names.
"Come on, (your name), it's easyâHelaena, or Ena, please," the girl said slowly, hoping that speaking more clearly would help. "No, no, Aegon," the boy interjected, "(your name), Aegon is easier!" he insisted, eager for her to acknowledge him.
Their efforts were abruptly interrupted by the arrival of someone else.
"What are you two doing here?" the queen exclaimed, a hint of frustration in her voice. "We were just trying to get (your name) to say our names," Aegon replied, glancing nervously at his companion. "Sorry, Mother, we just wanted to spend time with (your name)." "Well, you both need to leave now. (Your name) is only a baby, and it's best if you go and play with Aemond or someone else. Poor girl," Alicent said, turning her attention to the baby.
Before the Queen could exit the room, the princess appeared. "My Queen, what are you doing with this precious girl?" Rhaenyra asked, much to Alicentâs displeasure, as she blocked her way. "Nothing much, I just took her for a brief stroll through the gardens." "Well, perhaps she could have a playdate with Jace. Heâs eager to play with her, and maybe her brothers too." Alicent furrowed her brow, and before she could refuse the offer, Viserys entered the room. "I think that's a splendid idea," he said, dismissing the queenâs look of disapproval. "Then itâs settled, isnât it, sweetheart?" Before the princess could take (your name) in her arms, Alicent objected, "Fine, I'll go with her," as she held (your name) close.
On the way to the rooms where Jacaerys were, there was a palpable tension. No one spoke, except for the little baby, who was utterly fascinated by her motherâs hair. When they entered the room, a little boy was playing alone. As soon as he noticed someone entering, he looked up.
â(your name)! Sheâs arrived!â The little boy exclaimed, rushing to Alicent. âYes, sheâs here, and she brought her brother's along too,â Rhaenyra said, her eyes sparkling with happiness at the boyâs excitement. âCan I hold her?â The boy asked, his eyes gleaming with eagerness. âNo, sheâs too small and delicate. I donât wantââ âPlease, Alicent, it will be fine. She is a dragon, after all,â Rhaenyra interjected before Alicent could protest further, swiftly taking (your name) from her arms and into her own. âJust be careful. Hold her like this,â Rhaenyra instructed, placing the little girl into her sonâs arms but keeping a bit of (your name)âs weight supported by her own. âSee, itâs easy, isnât it?â she asked, beaming at Jace. âYeââ âNo! What are you doing?! Sheâs mine! Sheâs my sister!â Aegon interrupted, protesting loudly.
Before anyone could react, the little boy seized the girl roughly, causing her to cry out from the jarring movement.
âAegon! What are you doing?! Give me the child now!â Alicent scolded him angrily. âNo! Sheâs mineâ!â The boyâs protest was cut short by the sound of a slap, prompting Rhaenyra to swiftly take (your name) back into her arms, soothing the baby. âWhat were you thinking?! She could have been hurt because of your foolishness! Whatâs the matter with you?â âBut itâs not faââ Another slap was heard, âYou will be punished, young man. You wonât see your sister, play, or even leave your room for a long time.â Alicent then took her sonâs arm and led him out of the room, with Helaena following behind.
âItâs alright, sweetheart, itâs alright. Iâm here, calm down, honey,â Rhaenyra cooed as she walked around the room, demonstrating to Jace how to hold (your name) properly. âLook, now itâs just the three of us. Do you like it?â she asked her older son. He simply nodded happily, his gaze fixed on (your name).
Just then, a maid entered the room.
âMy Princess, itâs time for Prince Jacaerysâs lessons,â the maid announced. âGo on, sweetheart,â Rhaenyra encouraged. âPerhaps by the time your lessons are finished, (your name) will still be here.â With that, Jace hurried off with the maid.
Rhaenyra looked down at "her" daughter with a wistful smile. âMy little girl, soon enough, youâll be all mine. Your scheming mother wonât be around, and youâll be with me all the time. Perhaps I can find a way to make that happen sooner.â
The rage and desperation grew with each passing year. You had become far too close to Rhaenyra for her liking. Even when she set boundaries, you wouldnât listen. Even when she locked you in your chambers and punished you, you still wouldnât listen. Even when she spoke ill of Rhaenyra and her bastards, calling them cruel by nature, or cursed your whore of a sisterâclaiming she cared nothing for duty or familyâstill, her precious child wouldnât listen. Even if you were a little wary of them, you still preferred their company over hers or your brothersâ. And, truth be told, she couldnât entirely blame you. Aegon was Aegon, always deflecting blame for his own failings, jealous and cruel to anyone who didnât fit his mould or threatened his swollen ego. Aemond and Helaena were peculiar in their own ways too, always lingering around her darling girl, bickering over who had your attention. Even Helaena, the strangest of all, wouldnât leave your side. When you wished to rest, she would follow you to your chambers and sleep next to you, clutching you tightly, gifting you butterflies or little insects that you adored. Of course, she loved Helaena, but her oddities were sometimes too much. You were perfectâpure, intelligent, beautiful, kindâqualities neither Aegon, Aemond, Helaena, nor even Daeron possessed. And she was proud of you, proud of what you were.
But there were times when you angered her. She didnât want to punish you, but you left her no choice. You wished to explore, to see the world, so she had to teach you that this was wrong, one way or another. You were supposed to be perfect. You are perfect, but sometimes youâre not, and that was unacceptable. That made her furious. Then she would punish you, reprimand you, give you more lessons than you could bear, or even lock you away in your chambers until you understoodâyou must be perfect. She believed she was only doing what was best for you, for your own good.
Even though you only wanted to be perfect, you longed to see the world, to go beyond Kingâs Landing, even if it was just to Dragonstone. But how could you do that to your mother? She only wanted what was best for you.
â(Your name)! Whatâs this?â Alicent stormed into the girlâs chambers. âItâs just a wooden sword, mother,â the girl answered, her face showing confusion. âYou shouldnât have this. This is not for a princess. Whatâs wrong with you, darling? You shouldnât have this!â Alicent approached her, anger and bewilderment clouding her expression. âYouâre grounded. Youâre not to leave your room for the next two days. Maybe that will teach you how to behave.â âBut, motherââ âNO MORE FIGHTING! IâVE HAD ENOUGH OF IT!â
(Your name) simply stared at the floor, defeated. Without a word of protest, she nodded. Alicent stormed out of the chamber, the sound of the door locking behind her echoing through the room.
Time passed, and when it was time for tea, no one came. That was normal when you were groundedâuntil Rhaenyra and Jacaerys entered your chambers, accompanied by maids carrying the tea.
âHello, dear!â Rhaenyra greeted you warmly, with Jacaerys following behind her. âWe heard your mother was being difficult. What if we have tea with you instead?â Rhaenyra moved to your side, taking your hand. âBut sheâll be furious, Nyra. I donât want to be grounded again,â you replied, worry evident in your voice. With a pitying look, Rhaenyra kissed your hand. âShe wonât know weâre here.â
At that, a small smile appeared on your lips as you reached for the desserts Rhaenyra had thoughtfully broughtâyour favourites. Jacaerys stayed close, holding your hand as the three of you talked.
âHowâs your dragon? I bet theyâre incredible!â you asked excitedly.
âTheyâre amazing! Every lesson, we learn something new! ButâŚâ Jacaerysâ voice grew more irritated. âAemondâs been hanging around again, and he doesnât even have a dragon. Heâs just there to annoy everyone.â âWell, he is Aemond,â you said with a laugh. âHeâs just a bit too obsessed with dragons. Mother says he loves them more than anything else. But could you try to be nice to him? Please? Heâs still my brother.â
After you spoke, you winced slightly as Jacaerys unintentionally squeezed your hand too tightly.
âSorry, (your name), I didnât mean to.â âItâs alright. It wasnât on purpose,â you said with a smile.
Even though it was never openly discussed, everyone knew about Jacaerysâ quiet obsession with (your name) since you were a baby. He always wanted to be near you, and no matter how much Alicent tried to keep you isolated with endless lessons and punishments, they always found a way to see you. Even when Rhaenyra was busy with her own baby, she would sneak into your chambers, and somehow, they always got away with it. And you were happy for it. No matter how much Alicent, Aemond, or Helaena tried to intervene.
âA pig! They gave me a pig!â Aemondâs furious voice echoed through the corridors of the Red Keep. His footsteps were heavy with frustration as he stormed towards your motherâs chambers. Your heart sank; you knew this wasnât going to end well.
You rushed down the hall, your small feet trying to keep up. Aemond had always been so determined to prove himself, and once again, heâd come back from the dragonpit humiliated. Jace, Luke, and Aegon had gone too far this time. You always tried to keep them from fighting, but this⌠this was bad. His shouting grew louder as you neared the room. When you entered, Aemond was pacing like a trapped animal, his face red with anger, and his silver hair messy. Your mother stood nearby, looking pale and worried. She had tried to calm him, but Aemond was beyond listening now.
âThey mock me!â he shouted, his purple eyes blazing as he turned to you. âThey gave me a pig, (your name). A pig with wings! Like Iâm a joke!â
For a moment, you just stood there, unsure of what to say. You could see how much it hurt him. It wasnât fair.
You walked up to him slowly, your small hand reaching out to touch his arm. âAemondâŚâ you said quietly, trying to sound brave. âTheyâre just being mean⌠but itâs not because of you. Youâre going to get your dragon, I know it. And when you do, they wonât laugh anymore. Youâll be so much stronger than them.â
Aemond didnât say anything at first, his fists clenched so tight his knuckles were white. âBut when?â he muttered, his voice shaking. âWhen will it be my turn, (your name)? Everyone else has their dragons⌠and they treat me like Iâm nothing.â
You could see the hurt in his eyes, the kind that words couldnât fix. You took a deep breath and squeezed his arm gently. âI donât know when, but it will happen. I promise. Youâre not nothing, Aemond. Youâre strong. Youâre my big brother.â
His shoulders seemed to relax just a little, and he looked away, the fire in his eyes dimming. For a second, you thought he might feel better. But deep down, you didnât know that his anger would only keep growing. Every joke, every cruel word was feeding a fire inside him that no one could see.
Laena was dead. She had faced complications during childbirth and, in the end, took matters into her own hands. She went to Vhagar and burned herself alive. You hadnât seen her or your uncle Daemon since then; in fact, you had only seen him twice: once on your sixth name day, and now. You could feel how deeply this loss had shaken Rhaenyra; she wasnât herself. Even if you didnât want to admit it, you felt a heaviness too. Baela and Rhaena were there, their sorrow so clear it was almost suffocating, and Laenor seemed utterly lost.
You didnât know what to do. You always tried to help everyone, but even now, you couldnât see a way to make things better. The air was thick with grief, yet it felt distantâlike a heavy fog that clouded every interaction but kept everyone apart. You walked slowly, the weight of your steps echoing on the stone floors of Driftmark. The silence seemed to carry the presence of Laenaâs death in every corner of the hall. It was strange, surreal even, to be here at a time like this, when everything felt like it could unravel at any moment.
Daemonâs reaction puzzled you. His laughter during the ceremony had sent an eerie chill down your spine. Maybe it was his way of coping, or perhaps there was something darker within him. But that was Daemonâunpredictable and always impossible to fully understand, playing by his own rules.
You approached Baela and Rhaena, their small forms huddled together near the edge where the sea raged below. Their faces were pale, eyes red from crying, but they were silent nowâtheir grief too deep for words. They looked so fragile, and it made your heart ache for them.
âIâm sorry for your loss,â you whispered, your voice barely audible over the wind. âI know I canât make anything better, but Iâm here if you ever need me.â
Baela gave a small nod, biting her lip, while Rhaena gripped her sisterâs hand as if it were her lifeline. Their sorrow was overwhelming, but they remained silent, offering only a brief glance in your direction. You knew it was all they could manage right now. Still, you gave them a small, comforting smile, hoping it might bring them even the tiniest bit of comfort.
Your gaze shifted toward Daemon, who stood off to the side, staring blankly at the horizon. He seemed unfazed by the storm raging around himâthe physical one or the emotional one. You couldnât tell if he even cared or if this was just another chapter in his chaotic lifeâanother loss in a sea of turmoil. Even at your age, you had heard the stories whispered about him: his first wife, the things he had done. But then, his gaze flickered toward you, and for a brief moment, your eyes met. Something passed between youâan understanding, maybe. No words were exchanged, but you smiled at him softly before turning away.
You moved toward Helaena, hoping her presence might offer some solaceâor perhaps just a distraction. She stood alone, her eyes focused on a bug crawling on the ground, lost in her own world as always. There was something calming about being near her, a quietness that made the weight of the day seem a little less oppressive.
âHey,â you said softly, stepping beside her. She looked up at you, her eyes filled with a strange sort of wonder you couldnât quite place.
You both stood there in silence for a while, just existing together. It felt easier that way, less forced. The grief that surrounded you seemed lighter when you were near her. Still, everything felt heavy, and the urge to escapeâto be anywhere but hereâgrew stronger. The sea crashed violently below, the wind howled in the distance, and yet you stayed, tethered to the weight of your family, the expectations, the sorrow, and the unspoken pain that filled the air. For now, all you could do was stand and wait for the storm to pass.
Dreams filled your mind, peaceful and free from nightmares, until you heard voices and footsteps outside the room you were in. Curiosity quickly overtook caution, and despite knowing your mother would be furious, you decided to have a look around. Peeking out, you saw two heads of brown hair and two white onesâit was Baela, Rhaena, Jace, and Luke. But why were they outside at this hour? You hesitated, feeling a little nervous, but decided to follow them.
From one of the windows, you caught sight of him, Aemond. And Vhagar. Heâd done it. He had claimed a dragon. You ran, trying to catch up with the others, but in your haste, you lost them for a moment. Unbeknownst to you, a knight had started following you, trying to usher you back to bed. But you were determined.
Then, you found themâand they were fighting. Aemond was holding a rock. Why? Why did he have a rock? What was happening? You were confused, your heart racing.
âStop! What are you doing?!â you shouted, your voice desperate as you tried to understand the chaos in front of you.
Aemond turned to look at you, his face a mixture of anger and pain, but before he could respond, dust was thrown into his eyes.
And then it happenedâthe dagger slashed across his face, slicing through his eye.
âNo! What have you done?!â you screamed at the top of your lungs, rushing towards Aemond, trying to help him, panic rising in your chest.
"Let me see, Prince, let me see," the knight said, appearing beside you as he tried to assist your brother, his voice urgent.
You were scared, your hands trembling as you reached out to Aemond, but there was nothing you could do. His eye was gone.
You were still trembling when the knight led you back into the hall where everyone had gathered. The air was thick with tension, and the weight of what had just happened made it hard to breathe. Your mother, Alicent, was standing over Aemond, her face twisted in a mixture of shock, grief, and fury. She had seen the wound, seen the blood pouring from her son's ruined eye. Aemond sat there, the maesters fussing over him, trying to stop the bleeding, but he remained calmâtoo calm. His face was eerily blank, as though he had already accepted his fate. But you hadnât. You were still shaking, the image of the dagger slicing through his eye burned into your mind. And yet, the horror of it all was drowned out by the fear rising inside you. You feared her. You feared Rhaenyra.
Alicent's voice rang out, sharp and unwavering, as she demanded justice. "An eye for an eye," she declared, her voice filled with a cold rage you hadnât seen in her before. "They have maimed my son! They must pay for this!"
You tried to shrink back, standing near the edge of the room, trying to stay out of sight, but Aemond wouldn't let you, holding your hand more tightly and looking at you with his now only eye. You didnât want to be part of this, but there was no escaping it. The words your mother had whispered so many times before now echoed in your head, louder than ever. 'Rhaenyra is dangerous.' 'Her sons are a threat to you and your siblings. They will stop at nothing.'
And as much as you didnât want to believe it, after what had just happened, you felt that maybe your mother had been right all along. Rhaenyra stood across the room, tense and defensive, her eyes flashing with worry for Jace and Luke. Sometimes she tried to look into your eyes, but you always looked away.
You didnât understand. She had always been so kind to you, and you had always liked her. You could even say that you wished she were your mother instead of Alicent. And Jace and Luke had always played with you, promising they would be kinder to your brother. But now, with Aemondâs blood staining the floor, you saw something different in herâa danger that you hadnât seen before; their promises were all fake.
âI demand justice,â Alicent said again, stepping forward, her eyes locked on Rhaenyra. Your heart pounded in your chest as you watched, unable to tear your eyes away.
King Viserys stood between them, his face pale with exhaustion and grief. He tried to calm the storm, but you could feel the fury radiating from your mother.
âI will have one of her sonsâ eyes!â she cried, her voice trembling with emotion. She was wild with rage, desperate for justice. You had never seen her like this before, and it terrified you.
Viserys shouted for calm, trying to bring order to the chaos, but it was no use. Alicent was already reaching for the dagger at his side.
You gasped, your small hands covering your mouth as you watched in horror, taking your hand away from Aemondâs hand. Your mother, the woman who had always taught you to be measured and composed, was now lunging for Rhaenyra with a blade in hand. You wanted to scream, but the words caught in your throat. You were frozen in place, too scared to move. The clash was swift and brutal. Rhaenyra caught Alicentâs wrist before the blade could strike, and the two women stood there, locked in a furious struggle.
âYouâve gone too far, Alicent,â Rhaenyra hissed, her voice low and dangerous.
For the first time, you saw the true divide between them. And you realised, in that moment, that this wasnât just a fight over Aemondâs eye. It was about power, about the throne, and in that moment, you didn't know that it was also about you.
âYou see now, do you?â Alicentâs voice wavered, her eyes burning with a mix of heartbreak and rage as she looked at Rhaenyra. âEveryone can see now what you truly are.â
Tears welled up in your eyes as you stood there, too young to fully understand the depth of the betrayal, but old enough to know that nothing would ever be the same. You thought of all the times you had laughed with Jace and Luke, how you had always felt safe around Rhaenyra. But now, doubt gnawed at you. Maybe your mother was right; Rhaenyra was truly dangerous. You now saw that you were a threat to her throne, just as much as your brothers and sister were.
Aemondâs voice cut through the chaos, calm and cold, chilling the room. âIt was a fair exchange,â he said, his one remaining eye burning with defiance. âI may have lost an eye, but I gained a dragon.â
The silence that followed was deafening. Even Alicent froze, her dagger still clutched in her hand, as everyone turned to look at Aemond. His words were final, like the closing of a chapter.
And yet, you couldnât shake the feeling that now everything had changed, that you no longer saw Rhaenyra as you once had. Now you despised her, despised Jacaerys, and despised Lucerys.
You didnât trust them now.
Pt. 3>> (Coming Soon)
Author's Note: Hi everyone! I apologize for the delay in updates; as a full-time college student, I have a lot of assignments to juggle. I promise Iâll try to be quicker with my posts from now on. Iâve also added a poll to my profile where you can vote on whether (your name) will have a dragon, and if so, which one. If you donât want to participate, thatâs completely fine! Thank you for your understanding and for reading!
I love your writings so much! How would the hotd family react to the princess (reader) running away? I imagine that anyone would become overwhelmed & suffocated being controlled by all those family members all the time. I can see Daemon dragging her back all enraged
As news spreads through the castle that the princess has escaped, chaos ensues. Some, like Viserys and Alicent, may not believe that the reader escaped at all, instead assuming she may have been kidnapped. After all, in their eyes, why would she ever want to leave? If all clues point to the reader escaping, there will be confusion as to why, leading to a blaming game as no one wants to admit they are the reason for her feeling suffocated.
Otto suggests rounding up any servants and knights who may have had a hand. The rest allow for them to be sharply questioned in case they have any secrets that could aid them. This leads to a race to capture the reader, with Alicent sending Criston and possibly Aemond following him, Daemon on his own chase, Otto, Corlys, and Viserys sending their own guards, and Rhaenyra possibly sending Harwin to fetch the reader as well.
There is a chance that Daemon may be the one to find the reader, as he knows Kingâs Landing better than anyone and has connections everywhere. He may even contact Mysaria to help him. Daemon is furious as he drags the reader back, even lifting her onto his shoulder if she starts to struggle.
When the reader is brought back, everyone is in a fight about what to do. The readerâs complaints fall on deaf ears; Viserys and Otto may listen, but it mostly leads to them telling the family to back off a little, yet they also have the reader locked up in her room. Alicent tries to reassure the reader, soothing her and assuming that someone must have guided her into wanting to leave.
All the adults may send their children to convince the reader to stay, guilt-tripping her on why she wanted to leave them too. The reader just digs herself into a deeper hole as the family adds more guards and has more reason to stay near at all times.
I canât imagine that first night in the palace for Bastard!Reader
She probably doesnât even believe she is truly Daemons child, she thinks this is some way to humiliate her for the entertainment of the royals
Here she is in this great big luxurious room being waited on by the same kinds of people she was once equals with and all she wants is her mama
Poor girl didnât know how to handle it, she probably sought to hide in any place she can. In her wardrobe or under her bed, just anywhere where she can truly feel alone and somewhat safe
The first night would be the hardest.
Considering she'd be a child at this point, it'd be very distressing and confusing. Some random man with white hair and a dragon just swooped her out of her house and brought her to this big stone castle, filled with strange people.
She'd be swamped in her comfy embroidered nightdress as she calls for her mother, asking maids and Rhaenyra when she can go home, and pressing her face to her window panes to look upon the oceans horizon in hope of spotting her house from over the horizon (child logic). The room would feel cold and strange, regardless of the beautiful furniture and carpets and roaring fireplace.
For days, maybe even a whole week, she'd sleep under her bed and in wardrobes. Crying into her pillow each night, wishing to go home. She doesn't want to be here, no matter how much Daemon sternly assures she is home, or Rhaenyra's comforting distractions of kittens and toys.
Rhaenyra herself would find it especially hard to watch. She adores her new little girl, but is pained to see how scared and uncomfortable she is. Rhae would probably get into the habit of tucking her into bed herself, reading her stories and legends, anything to cease their tears and send them to sleep.
Unbeknownst, Daemon would peek into her room when she finally falls asleep. Stepping in quietly to lightly wipe the tears off her little sleeping face with his thumb, before departing with an unreadable expression.
Seer reader: "Today is gonna be totally normal."
Approximately thirty seconds laterâ
Yandere Aegon: "Which one of us is more likely to marry you?" Deep breath "Is it me or Aemond? Is it me or Aemond?"
â
Yandere Rhaenyra: "It is good to have you here. You will surely aid us in the war."
Seer reader: "H-How did I get all the way back here?"
Yandere Daemon smugly standing in the corner after he kicked a child and stole you back from Team Green.
â
Yandere Criston Cole: "I will protect you with every bone in my body."
Seer reader: "You can't protect me from the horrors."
Yandere TB & TG: "We're the horrors."
Seer reader: "I am a bastard, my prince."
Yandere Aemond: "That just means you will have to marry me and have my children to be considered legitimate."
Seer reader: "The side of my freedom." Eyes the map and looks at Essos.
â
Yandere Helaena: "You're very pretty."
Seer reader: "Thank you."
Yandere Helaena: "Did you know the copulation process is exceptionally long among ladybugs? It can last more than two hours. Is that how your visions work? Are they induced by your hormones? If my husband were to couple with you, do you think you would end up getting a vision in the middle of it?"
Seer reader: "Iâuh."
Yandere Helaena: "If we were to entwine limbs do you think our process would be close to that of a ladybug? We were both given divine gifts. It would make sense if it took that long for us."
Seer reader: whispering "Daemon, Rhaenyra, Jacaerys, save me."
â
Viserys: Gets down on one knee
Seer reader: "Oh my gods, itâs finally happening."
Viserys: Dies.
Seer reader: "The poison kicked in."
â
Yandere Daemon: "Three words. Say them and I'm yours."
Seer reader: "Three words."
Yandere Daemon: "A win is a win. A win is a win."
Seer reader: Running around the castle panicked, blind, and with a bloody nose.
Yandere Daemon: "What did you see, my dear?"
Seer reader: "Nobody died. I promise."
Yandere Rhaenyra's mother senses kicking in: "WHAT KIND OF ANSWER IS THAT?!"
â
Yandere Alicent & Yandere Ser Criston worrying over Seer reader and the fact Yandere TB will try to kidnap them again.
Seer reader: "Donât worry, I have a few knives up my sleeve."
Yandere Alicent: "I think you mean cards."
Seer reader, pulling knives out of their sleeves: "No, I do not."
Both yanderes silently questioning how you got those knives.
Random noble: "Do you have a spouse?"
Seer reader: "Emotionally, or legally?"
Yandere Helaena: "Treat spiders the way you want to be treated."
Yandere Aegon: "Itâs 2 am."
Seer reader: Looks at draft. "That is way too long."
Bonds Forged in Fire
In a world where dragons did not dance and Rhaenyra reigns unchallenged on the Iron Throne, her legacy endures through her three valiant sons, with the Targaryens having bowed to their rightful queen. You, a traveller in this medieval tapestry, have at last discovered the opportune moment to seek solace in Essos, intending to live out your days unburdened and free. No longer are you compelled to mend the fragile bonds among feuding cousins, having already nurtured a brotherhood among the Velaryon and Targaryen youths. Freed from the duty of attending to Alicent, appeasing your father Daemon, or strategizing for the benefit of the realm and its beloved Rhaenyra, you stand on the cusp of true retirement... or do you?
CHAPTER TWO: NO LONGER A FREE WOMAN
Quiet and Commanding. Graceful and Bloodthirsty â you were both the calmness of the sea and it's tempest. In a desperate act of survival, you reshaped the fate of Westeros; a no ordinary feat by all means, and you bore the scars of fabricating this delicate peace.
You sought to end a war before it grew to become one. Tearing the heart of the dragon so it no longer bore heads, you suffered the consequences of your meddling, self-preserving nature, from the curse of Targaryens.
Madness. Delusions. Paranoia..
Paranoia is ever common among people of power, and in your whimsical rendition of the present, you found yourself ensnared in the very web you sought to untangle.
Your knowledge of the succession of events was vital in its formative years; you were the weaver of histories yet unwritten, the keeper of secrets that shaped destinies. In the quiet chambers of the Red Keep, where whispers carried more weight than steel, you stood as a sentinel of wisdom amidst the unfolding of ambition and intrigue.
Once, you navigated the tapestry of Westerosi politics with a sure hand, guiding alliances and decisions that now lay woven into the fabric of a new era. But the future you once knew, predictable as the turning of seasons, now unfolded with unpredictable swiftness.
The absence of war reshaped the contours of power, leaving uncertainties where once there were certainties... and you had become one of it's unfortunate casualties.
"If I may speak, my lady," she began, her voice a whisper that hung in the air like the fragrance of roses in bloom. You turned to face her, your expression calm yet attentive, silently inviting her to share the secrets that threaded through the underbelly of courtly life. A strategically placed informant, a madame you kept in your good graces, for her valuable informations.
With practiced ease, you gestured for her to continue as you returned to your preparations, the delicate clink of jewelry punctuating the quiet conversation between you. The madame hesitated, her words measured and cautious, betraying the weight of the information she carried.
"I've come upon certain... revelations," she finally ventured, her tone laden with the gravity of her disclosure. She recounted, with a waver in her countenance, the princes' preferencesâ their specific demands echoing through the chambers like whispers of scandal. Each word revealed a world hidden behind closed doors, where fantasies intertwined with the obligations of royalty and it's stifling constraints.
Your hands paused momentarily, the silver earrings poised between your fingers as you absorbed the implications of her words. You feared the unspoken consequences of such desires. One that transcended the boundaries of rank and decorum, casting shadows upon the noble facade that adorned the princes in public.
"They call for you," she had confessed in a hushed tone, her eyes troubled yet resolute. "Not just any women, but those with your likeness. They cry out your name in the throes of passion, seeking to recreate a semblance of what they know in the sanctity of their chambers."
With a nod of dismissal, the madame withdrew, leaving the chamber with a bow of deference. Alone once more, you resumed your preparations, the morning light seeming dimmer now as you contemplated the delicate balance between power and discretion within the heart of the Red Keep. Yet, the madame's parting words lingered, her voice tinged with an urgency that unsettled you.
"Forgive me, if you must call me insolent." she had said, her eyes wide with concern, "Leave this place once you get the chance. These princes... they are not what they seem. Their love is a dangerous thing."
The weight of her warning wasn't missed, nor unrewarded. Leave, she said. And you almost wept at your desire to do so. The thought of escape had always been present, but now it seemed more pressing, more necessary.
The Targaryen madness... a curse that had plagued their bloodline for generations, was not a mere myth. It was a living, breathing beast that lurked within the halls of the keep, a beast that had ensnared even the most unsuspecting hearts.
The tales of their ancestors, the whispers of dragons and fire, echoed in your thoughts.
You had seen the cracks in their facades, the fleeting moments when the mask slipped, revealing the turmoil beneath. It was in the soft utterance, in a mad whisper of devotion.
with me, no harm shall come your way; rhaenyra, whispers.
i would kill anyone who tries to take you from me; daemon, vows.
you must always have me in your heart. it must have only me; aegon pleads.
It was devotion that threatened to consume you. It was in the quiet plea for acceptance. It was in the vulnerable displays, where the attachment grew into something you could no longer control.
never leave me; jacaerys utters with conviction.
tell me you need me; aemond, grips you.
tell me you love me; heleana whispers.
tell me you're mine...
The madness was not just in their blood; it was in their very souls, a consuming fire that threatened to engulf all who drew too close.
As you finished your preparations, you pondered your next step. To outmaneuver the most powerful people in the realm; to extricate yourself from their grasp, required more than just cunning. It required a keen understanding of the intricate dance of power and madness that played out within these walls.
As you stepped into the corridor, the weight of the madame's warning heavy upon your shoulders, you knew that your journey was far from over. The road ahead was treacherous, but with each step, you inched closer to the freedom that lay beyond the reach of the dragon's fire.
The small council was filled with nobles loyal to Rhaenyra's claim. People who were wise, honest, and unbearably scheming. Aemond was among the council, a concession to allow for unity and to placate those who supported his family. Yet, his presence was more than strategic; Aemond had always been smart and decisive, qualities that made him a valuable asset in matters of governance and warfare. His sharp mind and keen insights often cut through the labyrinth of political machinations, bringing clarity and resolution to complex issues.
Jacaerys, the crown prince, also held a seat on the council. As Rhaenyra's eldest son, it was imperative that he learn the intricacies of rule and the delicate balance of power within the realm. His participation was both an educational experience and a symbol of continuity, showing that the future of the realm was in capable hands. Though Aemond and Jace had a fraught history, they had reached a tenuous truce, understanding the necessity of cooperation for a shared cause. Their interactions were civil, even if not genuinely friendly, a testament to their shared commitment to the greater good.
Aegon, noticeably absent from the meeting, was occupied with securing an allegiance with a rich noble visiting. His transformation from a reckless youth to a responsible leader was a surprising deviation from the expected path, proving that even the most unlikely individuals could rise to the occasion when the realm demanded it.
Where there was once dignified discussions had unravelled into a heated one...
"A marriage allegiance, to the North?" Daemon repeats incredulously, a frown marring his features at the absurd suggestion from one of the lords in the small council.
The man, while relatively small in stature, held his stance despite receiving hostile glares from multiple pairs of scathing gazes. He was certain they wished to command his head off, but the loyalty to your cause remains in him. "The princess is of the right age to marry; it would strengthen our ties with the North and ensure their loyalty," the lord persisted.
Aemond tensed, repressing the urge to draw his sword and cut the insolent bastard's tongue for his brazen suggestion. His dear, sweet cousin, would not debase herself to a mere wolf when she had the blood of a dragon coursing through her veins!
Jace had a similar, quiet indignation. You would not marry to distant mountains, let alone to a foreign man. It was one thing to share your affections among their family, an entirely different one, should it be directed to another entirely.
Rhaenyra, at the head of the council, was first to voice her dissent, her expression calm yet resolute. "The realm is at peace. What need have we for an alliance with the North? We do not need to complicate matters with alliances that may bring more harm than good."
"Peace reigns now, the future is uncertain. Strengthening our ties with the North ensures stability in times of unforeseen turmoil. The marriage alliance is a precautionary measure, one that could safeguard the realm," the lord insisted, gathering murmurs of support around the table.
Daemon slammed his fist on the table, his voice booming. "We have dragons! We should be the ones feared, not groveling for alliances like beggars. The North should be seeking our favor, not the other way around. This talk of marriage is a distraction, a needless concession."
"We do not need to rally more support. Our house is strong enough without resorting to such measures," Jacareys adds, stoic though his eyes blazed with unspoken fury.
The defiance in the room was palpable, a wall of resistance against the idea of your marriage to a northerner, the famed Cregan Stark warden of the North.
Every time the notion of marriage was presented, they always had an excuse, a reason to dismiss it. Their hatred for the idea was unmistakable, rooted in their desire to keep you close, to maintain the unity of the family within the confines of King's Landing.
You never much bothered to disagree. Marriage was never your priority; you were trying to stave off the extinction of the Targaryens, where could you find the energy and time to please a husband?
However, this time, you decided to break the pattern.
"I agree," you said, your voice steady and calm. The room fell silent, all eyes turning to you in shock.
"You what?" Daemon's voice was low, dangerous, a silent threat hung in the air as if begging you to repeat your agreement.
"I admire Cregan Stark," you continued, ignoring the rising tension. "He is known to be handsome, domineering, strong, and capable. Such a match would be beneficial for our house."
And he lives in the desolate cold. Far from King's Landing. Come winter, and no dragon, however mighty, could cross its threshold.
Rhaenyra was speechless, her mouth opening and closing as she struggled to find words. Daemon's face turned a deeper shade of red, his anger barely contained. Aemond and Jace looked as though they were on the verge of losing their composure, their fists clenched tightly.
"You would leave for the North?" While emotionless and composed, Aemond was anything but.
"This is absurd. You can't possibly mean this," Jace added, his tone equally tense.
You met their gazes with unwavering resolve. "This alliance is strategic. It ensures the realm's continued prosperity and stability. It is a decision made for the greater good."
Daemon's expression darkened, his frustration palpable as he struggled to reconcile his paternal instincts with sound reason, and not violent tendencies. He thiught it much easier to wield a sword and conquer cities.
"Whoever wove these tales, planting fairy-tale notions of a prince charming into my daughter's head, is a deceiver. They think they can trick her, make her believe in an idyllic fantasy. My daughter is naive and innocent in their eyes, easy to sway. But I will find this manipulator and have his head for daring to poison her mind with such nonsense!" He uttered, voice laced with venom, a final threat to whoever disagreed with his judgementâ Daemon thought you naive, and gullible to suggestion, believing it was not your own will, but a treacherous cunt's ideas.
Afterall, you would never desire to leave him; your poor father... and the rest, whoever they may be. He still has no idea which was whom; he kept a tally of one or two silver haired kid, and the rest were lost to him.
Rhaenyra took a deep breath, her composure returning as she placed a hand on the table, grounding herself.
"We must weigh all options, think of the ramifications. A marriage... it is not a decision to be taken lightly."
Despite her words, you knew her mind was already made up. She had always been fiercely protective, and the idea of you leaving King's Landing, leaving her side, was something she could not easily accept.
The path to freedom was fraught with peril, but you had come too far to falter now. Your nod to the Arryn lord, was subtleâ indicating he back down from his duel of wits. It was an issue for another day. Rhaenyra had made it so.
With a determined breath, you resolved to tread carefully, to gather the strength and allies needed to break free from the chains that bound you.
The Targaryen curse was a formidable foe, but you were no stranger to battles fought in the shadows.
Pairing: Dark Aegon I Targaryen x Fem Reader
Summary: Aegon spends his life desperately trying to win the love of his sister. And yet he's never enough.
Warning: Non-Con (rape), targcest, physical violence, murder, obsessive and delusional behavior, child loss/grief.
Notes: English is not my first language. Art belong to Denis Maznev. Hope you enjoy!
She was always there.
From his earliest memories, her face is etched in his mind like a cold, pale moon. She never smiled, never laughed. Never cried. Just looked. Always watching, always silent. Even as children, while Rhaenys played with him, she was a shadow in the background. A constant presence that gnawed at him, her cold eyes watching him with that empty gaze. It was as if nothing could move her, nothing could please her. But he tried. Gods, how he tried.
He was barely seven, still small but proud of the sword his father had given him. He had trained for hours, his arms aching, his legs sore, but he didnât care. He just wanted to show her. He wanted her to see himâreally see himâfor once.
He had run to her, his little chest puffed out with pride, holding his wooden practice sword like it was Blackfyre itself. "Look! Look what I can do!" he had said, his voice bright with excitement. He swung the sword in wide arcs, spinning and thrusting as best as his small body could manage. "Did you see that? Iâm going to be a great warrior! Youâll see!"
But she just stood there. Watching. Her face expressionless, her eyes cold, as if she hadnât seen anything at all. She didnât say a word. She didnât even blink. It was like he wasnât there, like his efforts were meaningless.
He had felt something tighten in his chest then, a feeling he didnât understand. A hollow ache that made his hands shake as he gripped the sword tighter. He tried again, swinging harder, faster. "Are you watching?!" he had shouted, frustration leaking into his voice.
But she didnât move. Didnât smile. Didnât say anything.
She never did.
And thatâs how it always was. Every time he tried, every time he showed her somethingâhis victories in the yard, his skills in battleâshe just watched. Her cold eyes always on him but never giving him what he craved. Never giving him anything.
But then, that day came. The day that broke something inside him.
He remembers the sound first. The sound of her laughing. It was so foreign, so unexpected that he almost didnât believe it at first. He had stopped in his tracks, heart racing, the sound of her laughter echoing in his ears like the sweetest music heâd ever heard. For a moment, just a moment, he thought it was meant for him. Finally, he thought, she was laughing. She was happy. Maybe, just maybe, he had done something to make her feel.
But then he saw it.
She wasnât laughing with him. She wasnât laughing for him.
She was laughing with a man. Some nobody. A fool. A good-for-nothing who could never even begin to understand her, let alone deserve her. And yet, there she was, her eyes shining, her lips curved into a smileâsomething Aegon had never seen in all his life. She was radiant, her laughter like music, but it wasnât for him.
The rage came fast, burning through his veins like fire. How dare this man, this insignificant speck, be the one to bring her joy? How dare she smile for him, laugh for him, when she had never once given Aegon anything but that cold, dead stare? He could hardly see through the fury as he drew his sword, his heart pounding in his ears, and with one swift strike, he cut the manâs head clean off.
The blood sprayed across the floor as the man's body crumpled to the ground, lifeless, useless. And Aegon, triumphant, stood there holding the severed head, his heart racing with the thought that maybe nowânowâshe would see how much he loved her.
He brought the head to her, a smile tugging at his lips, presenting it like a gift, like an offering to a goddess.
But then, for the first time, he saw her cry.
Tears streamed down her cheeks, silent, like everything else about her. She didnât wail or scream, just wept, her cold, distant eyes filled with sorrow. But not for him. Never for him. The realization hit him like a dagger to the chest. She wasnât crying for him. She was mourning the other man, that worthless fool.
Could she not see? Could she not understand what he had done? He had killed for her. For her. To prove his love. Why couldnât she see that?
It was worse now. So much worse.
He stands in the room, their childâs room, staring at the small bed where their son had once slept. His heart is heavy, his chest tight with grief that he canât seem to swallow. Tears burn in his eyes, but he doesnât care. Their child is dead. Gone. And he can barely breathe from the weight of it.
But when he looks at her, sheâs standing by the window, her back to him, staring out into the night as if nothing had happened. As if their son wasnât lying cold and still in the crypts below.
She doesnât cry. She doesnât scream. She doesnât even move.
His son, their child, lay lifeless, and yet...she didnât care. She couldnât care. The realization gnawed at him, twisting in his chest like a knife. If it had been another manâs child, would she be mourning now? Would she cry for that child, like she had cried for that worthless fool?
"Do you...do you not care?" His voice cracks, the words barely a whisper. He feels like heâs choking on the silence. "He was our child. Our son." His hands tremble, his breath coming in ragged gasps. "Why⌠why?"
She doesnât answer. Of course, she doesnât.
She never answers.
The hollow ache that had plagued him since childhood is back, sharper than ever. He stares at her, at her still, cold form, and something inside him snaps. He can feel it, like a tether breaking, a dam bursting inside his mind.
"Why?" he growls, his voice low, trembling with fury. "Why canât you love me? Is it really so hard?!" He steps toward her, fists clenched, his heart hammering in his chest. "Iâve done everything for you. Everything!"
His hands shake as he grabs her by the shoulders, spinning her around to face him. She looks at him with that same blank, emotionless expression, her eyes cold and distant, as if sheâs not even here. As if sheâs not even alive.
"I killed for you!" His voice is rising, desperate, wild. "Iâve fought for you, bled for you! Iâve done everything you could ever want, but youâ" He pauses, his breath coming in harsh gasps as a dark, twisted thought coils in his mind. "Is this because of him? Because I killed that servant? Did you really think he could love you more than I do? That he deserved you? Him?"
His grip tightens, fingers digging into her flesh. He can feel his heart pounding in his chest, the rage coursing through his veins. "I am the one who loves you. Iâm the one whoâs always loved you!"
She doesnât flinch. Doesnât react. Just stares at him with those empty, cold eyes.
The silence is unbearable. It breaks him.
With a roar, he grabs her dress, tearing at the fabric, ripping it apart in his hands. Heâs rough, vicious, his fingers leaving bruises on her pale skin as he forces himself onto her.
She doesnât fight back. Doesnât scream. She just lies there, blank, her body cold and still beneath his. The more she doesnât react, the harder he thrusts, the rougher he becomes, as if he can force her to feel somethingâanything. He can feel the blood, can see the bruises forming on her skin, but she just keeps staring at him, those empty eyes boring into him, cold and unfeeling.
But it didnât matter.
She will love me. She will.
"You will love me," he growls, his voice low and savage, each thrust more brutal than the last. "You will love me. Youâll see. Iâll make you."
But she doesnât change. She never changes.
Even as her body bleeds, even as he takes her in the most violent, twisted way, she just looks at him with that same cold, distant stare. As if heâs nothing. As if nothing will ever be enough.
Her eyes stayed cold.
Her eyes stayed empty.
And still, he kept going.
