is there really no translation of the yadamon manga around. Like i kinda don't want to translate 300 or so pages of something that's clearly a fleeting interest, but it's also a sin that it's hasnt been translated all this time...

#yadamon #yadamon magical dreamer #suezen #like it's a very rushed manga since it's just two volumes for what i hear is a 170 ep anime #but it still made me feel things #and if you watch just a bit of the anime to get a feel for jean and yadamon's relationship #the ending is straight up heartbreaking

Love getting into a series so obscure it either has no translation at all or only a small part translated :))))

#i am frequently tortured by my own interests. such is life #the adventures of dai manga doesn't have a full official translation but it at least has a full fan one. yadamon doesn't even have that #and unlike dai i don't think yadamon is that popular on its home turf so the chance of any sort of revival of this series #that could get translated are so low #akkochan got a new manga within the last decade and that series is one of the grannies of the mg genre in terms of age #so maybe there's hope of new stuff. and maybe there's a tinier sliver of hope for it being translated but i'm not holding my breath #so I'm gonna have to consume this series raw from now on since I'm out of translations(assuming I can find the raws)#yes I am learning Japanese. no i don't consider this a good learning opportunity #my japanese skills are so poor that reading or listening to anything that isn't for toddlers and trying to understand it #feels like pulling teeth #...that's a lie actually. teeth pulling felt better #i pulled out my baby teeth whenever the opportunity presented itself. that's how ok I was with it

worst case is when i played [ image ] because of the SUEZEN ( yadamon, tsukikage ran manga ) character design, this is the most barebones mistery dungeon game with zero personality outside of the portrait and cg art, its so BORING
