I was listening to a friend's playlist and Sebastián Yatra's Tacones Rojos (2022) came up and I was like... this sounds very familiar. Reader, Gavin James' White Noise (2023) sounds eerily similar to me, am I crazy?

SPECIAL REPORT
Anne Boleyn, a follower of The Telescope Times and a friend of mine, holds a PhD in geomorphology specializing in volcanism and operates Lady Anne’s Classroom on Facebook. The members of her classroom post on a wide variety of subjects and Anne herself FINALLY posted this morning about what she has been involved with has had to put up with and is very concerned about. I apologize in advance. It is lengthy. But it is a good, very sobering read. Just keep in mind: she’s a scientist (LOL).
In Geomorphology
today we are going to delve into the secrets behind Japan's earthquakes. I do, as a Geomorphologist myself, want to point out a few things first however - and yes it's long I'm so sorry and I wander off path from time to time, but please know I'm NOT addressing anyone in here AT ALL - rather the "meatheads" who requested our study then basically threw it out, but again my apologies for the length of this, BUT, please read my entire statement, because I'm making it for the specific point that scientific research, any scientific research, is wildly subjective especially when dealing with any of the Earth and Astronomy fields of study simply because the Earth is going to do what it's going to do on its own unique schedule. And while I can tell you with extreme certainty that a minimum of an 8.2 but more likely a 9.0+ earthquake WILL strike the Pacific Northwest sometime in the next 20 years, which will "quite possibly" in some scientists opinion, OR "WILL" in mine and my other fellow scientists in my camps opinion, also then set off a Pacific Ring of Fire event - meaning Mt. Hood, Mt. ST Helens, etc will all pop one right after another in an almost domino effect, and then be topped off by a Mega Tsunami which will wipe out pretty much everything up to at the very, very, least 10 miles inland - while we can tell you that, WE CAN NOT SAY YES! IT WILL HAPPEN ON THIS DAY! Will we be able to narrow things down better in the future? ABSOLUTELY! But for right now, today, this is what we have. Now why does this have me in a tizzy? Because EVERYONE wants to know an exact date and without one they simply ignore everything  - you know like say oh I don't know,  CLIMATE CHANGE?  - and then when an event does happen everyone screams at us and say "WHY DIDN'T YOU WARN US!!" WE DID!!! People just chose not to listen which brings us back to today's article. WHILE "Japanese researchers—and their Norwegian partners—are hard at work trying to understand just what made it so devastating." and I DO APPLAUD THEM for doing this, HOWEVER, if they are going to be met with the same scepticism and dismissive attitude which we were, then they are simply wasting their time, money, should just quit  (METAPHORICALLY - I TRULY BELIEVE THAT ALL RESEARCH IS USEFUL AND FULFILLING!), and this is why: I would point out that the vast majority of we scientists in the Geomorphology/Geology community, MYSELF INCLUDED, warned Japanese officials REPEATEDLY - since at the very least the EARLY 90's (I say 90's because this is when I came on the scene riding my mighty Geomorphologistic rainbow unicorn, Larry, brandishing my sword, Fingolfingalingsomethingelvish, and unleashing my mighty primordial scream of "Yonder lies da castle of my fader, Darth Sublithospheric! But I digress.....) - that there was an EXTREMELY HIGH LIKELIHOOD FOR A 7.5 OR HIGHER EARTHQUAKE hitting that region and when it did it WOULD CAUSE CATASTROPHIC DAMAGE  - INCLUDING DAMAGING THE FUKUSHIMA DAIICHI NUCLEAR POWER PLANT BEYOND REPAIR UNLESS THEY TOOK IMMEDIATE ACTION TO FIX ITS MANY FLAWS! We were unanimously IGNORED! Why? Because we stated that between then and 30 years this quake would happen and we were ignored because most of the officials stated that, and I quote mind you, "Well that's a big maybe besides it will cost too much money to do the repairs you're all suggesting on a 30yr maybe!" EVEN WHEN given what was our current research at that time, MYSELF AND SEVERAL OTHERS OF MY COLLEAGUES STRESSED to them that WE FELT THEY HAD AT BEST, AGAIN, AT BEST - LESS THAN 10 YEARS BEFORE THIS WOULD OCCUR, we were STILL IGNORED. NONE OF WHAT HAPPENED IN REGARDS TO THE FUKUSHIMA DAIICHI NUCLEAR POWER PLANT NEEDED TO HAPPEN IF THEY HAD ACTED IMMEDIATELY UPON OUR SUGGESTIONS. BUT, They choose, ON PURPOSE to PLEAD IGNORANCE when this event FINALLY HAPPENED - which we immediately disclosed was a lie - which in turn, they had to admit to. SO MANY LIVES could have been saved had these people actually LISTENED to what we had to say. BECAUSE THE CHOSE NOT TO, THE FOLLOWING HAPPENED: A massive earthquake hit on 11 March 2011 - WITHIN THAT 10YR WINDOW MYSELF AND SEVERAL OF MY COLLEAGUES POINTED OUT BY THE WAY -, killed 20,000+ people, making it one of the worst natural disasters in the country’s history as almost all of the victims drowned in a tsunami that in places was more than 30 metres high, crippled the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, causing meltdowns in three of the plant’s six reactors, released record amounts of radiation to the ocean, and led to 160,000 people having to leave their homes due to radiation. Not to mention the ongoing damage that CONTINUES TO THIS DAY on ocean Ecology all the way to the western coastal areas of North America, Hawaii, and the rest of the Pacific Ocean for that matter! There's a vast difference between hearing and listening. To hear is to take in audible sounds; BUT TO LISTEN, is to actually process what you've heard, to think about it. Anyone can hear, unless of course you're impaired which is a totally different situation, but for this arguments sake, ANYONE CAN HEAR! The difference is actually listening to what's being said whether you agree with it or not. But to totally ignore scientific experts, like myself, about something with as great a magnitude for devastation, human suffering, and environmental havoc as these because it doesn't give you a nice little package with a bow and card saying "Open me on this date at this time" is without a doubt the most ridiculous thing I can think of. Now, if everyone would like, I suppose all we scientists could run around every day screaming OMG OMG OMG THE EARTH'S GOING TO BLOW UP TODAY.......AT 4PM! It would make things exciting! Except, there's already several folks standing around on street corners holding signs that say "The worlds going to end today" - but, looking at them scientifically? Well, one day they'll actually be right! Or, you can take what we've said, plan for the "what if day", and then relax until it’s go time. But to simply dismiss us because you don't like the time frame we've given? Well, you already know how that can turn out! Just don't yell at me when I'm waving bye-bye on my little island here - because let's face it I'll be history when that quake hits here lolol - because I did indeed say something! Apologies for the length of this. It's my life's work.  I do care deeply! I wish I could tell you yes on this day, yada yada yada but I simply just can’t  - YET! We're getting there though! Faster each year, we're getting there! And please dear whatever you consider holy, don't get me started on Yellowstone!!! We'll be here another 3 hours and Larry, remember Larry, the rainbow unicorn? Yeah, Larry wants to grab a beer and watch Aliens on Netflix and it's WAY past BabyBat's bedtime so I need to get her to sleep with the nice book she picked out from her Auntie Vanessa, "How to build a better fire anvil bomb with spikes covered in evil ticks in 30 days or less" Hmmm.....well she is a librarian now and promised it was a children's book so I guess it'll be ok! What's the worse that could happen?!?! *small explosion heard in background* Ummm Georgia? How attached were you to your car?!
