For example let’s say the paradigm you want to develop is “Everyone loves me and respects”

Think of how different you would act if you knew for a fucking fact that everyone in this world loved you and respected you, also think of how you would think.

Now take these actions and think these thoughts. Now add the affirmation “Everyone loves me and respects me as you take these actions and think these thoughts”

As you take action you will find references that prove this. You go to the super market and your in line waiting to pay for your food. You see someone behind you and you decide to strike up a conversation. So you do. Now people are variables. They can act in any way possible. The person you decide to talk to can be extremely receptive, or be a jerk and tell you not to talk to them. Regardless, your interpretation has to be in alignment with your affirmation. And it takes X amount of reference to finally solidify this belief into a paradigm.

Let’s say that the person is extremely receptive, you talk about your day and what you plan on doing for the rest of the day. You laugh it is fun. This is an easy reference to prove your affirmation.

Now let’s say the person says “Don’t talk to me”. You could take a step back and use this reference to prove your already existing paradigm that people don’t like you. But this is why we have mindfulness and consciousness.

You can interpret this any way you please. If you honestly believed and knew for a fact that everyone loved you and respected you, how would you interpret this?

Maybe you would think that this person must be going through some extremely tough times and wants time with himself. He is going through so much he can not but express his inner feelings about some other situation that is bothering him.
