Hey there! I decided to start writing sometimes cuz it seems fun:3 I hope you all will have fun reading my posts! Sorry for mistakes if i made any!

Wumuti!

He was a little shy at the start but if you saw him hugging haru, you’d realise that you’d be in for the same clinginess in no time. He loves holding you close to his chest and putting his chin on the top of your head. If he is a bit moody and sad he would bend down a bit and hide his face in your neck so he can calm down and ease the pain he feels.

You heard the front door slam open, and a pouty Wumuti walked into the living room where you sat watching your favourite show. "Hm? What's wrong Muti? Are you okay?" you asked him while patting the space next to you. "Just tired. I couldn't do an important dance part no matter how hard i tried. I took me out too badly i fear." he said while he sat down to your right. You opened your arms to offer him a warm hug, andhe immediately snuggles into your neck, holding your waist as he did so. "Are you feeling better already?" you asked, patting his head and twirling his slightly longer hair around your fingers. "A lot better." he answered smiling into your neck.

Rui!

He’s the type of person that needs more time to get comfortable with other people, including you. He would be distant with physical touch, but it doesn't mean he doesn't love you. He would yap to you like his life depended on it everyday and smile whenever you talk about things you are interested in. After a while he would collect all the bravery in him and go fo that deserved hug.

Rui waited for you to finish the dishes. Rui sulked as he waited for you to finish the dishes. he wasn’t sat here by choice, you’d told him to sit so he didn’t tire himself out anymore than he already had despite his efforts to help. He waited for you patiently so you can go and talk about your day. He thought you were in the kitchen for too long so he went back. "N/N when will you finish the dishes? You’ve been doing them for so long now!" he whines with the roundest puppy eyes. "A moment Rui, have some patience will you?" You gave him a soft smile as you assured him that you won’t take too much longer. He got a thought, while you didn't look at him he snuck up to you and hugged your waist from behind, making you jump a little because he’d never done this before. you turn quickly to face his direction. "Rui. What are you doing?" you asked while he carefully placed his chin on your shoulder. "Attention." he said and urged you to be fast about the dishes.

Hyun!

Hyun is very shy but very expressive. If he wants hugs, he’ll get them no matter how shy he felt. He loves yapping and cuddling when he gets comfy and and after making sure you were comfortable with it too. You have to remember that he is really loud so feel free to tell him to lower his volume, he will understand it.

"Look what i got from the store today!" He almost jumped at you when he shoved the door open so fast it was like it got broken down. "Woah woah! Okay If you show it this close im not gonna see it too well Hyunnie." you said while pushing the cat keychain he almost showed into your face "Oh! Sorry I didn't mean that" he pulled it away a bit then placed it on your hands. "Do you like it though? It reminded me of you! Its cute like you are" he said "Of course i do! Thank you for thinking about me!" you smiled at him, then he suddenly jumped into your arms and hugged you tightly. "Of course! I will always think about you!"

Haru!

Haru is an adorable soul. He would shower you with hugs because he loves physical touch. He doesn't get shy about it, if he wants to do it he will. Hugs are something he gives for no reason in particular or he’d say "just because i love you!!" with a huge, adorable smile that always lit up whatever room he was in.

"Haruu! Im back!" you said, excited to see your boy. You missed him all day, school/work was awful today. Everybody pissed you off and all you wanted was to just go home and cuddle against Haru. He jumped up from the couch where he played on his phone to greet you. Running towards you and jumping into your arms. "N/N! I missed you soo much! Guess what! Today me and Wumuti went to the plushie store and i saw an adorable fox plushie! I noticed that your writing style is very dry so i assumed you were having a bad day. I bought the plushie for you! So when im not here you can still think aboutbme! he said while patting your back. "Haru.. you didn't have to, but thank you so much! I love you. Anyway that plushie will make me cry when you won’t be here. Nothing can replace the real Haru you know." you said looking at him."Noo you cant cry it doesn't suit you! I like your smile better!."

Breaking Binary: Re-imagining "I'mma Be" Through Color Theory and Visual Metaphor

In the intersection of music video aesthetics and symbolic storytelling lies an intriguing concept: reimagining "I'mma Be" through a deliberate evolution of color, merging period aesthetics with deeper metaphorical meanings.

Or basically: What if I highlight the black/white chess-aspect of the mv further.

My reinterpretation draws inspiration from the haunting atmosphere of psychological horror games like Fran Bow and using color transitions to tell a story about breaking free from binary thinking.

The Power of Black and White

The black-and-white palette in my reimagined video serves dual purposes. First, it captures the 1920s aesthetic, transporting viewers to an era of silent films and art deco glamour. But beneath this nostalgic surface lies something more unsettling. The monochrome creates an uncanny valley effect – a world that's familiar yet distinctly “off.”

This choice isn’t just aesthetic. Black and white represent the ultimate binary: a stark world of absolute contrasts with no middle ground. It’s a visual metaphor for rigid thinking, societal constraints, and the false dichotomies we often find ourselves trapped in.

The Evolution of Color

The true magic happens in the transition from this binary world to full color. Each stage of the progression reflects growth and transformation:

Monochromatic Beginning: Pure black and white establish a stark, confined reality.

Sepia Awakening: Desaturated, sepia tones begin to bridge the gap between eras.

Color Bleeding: Hints of color seep into the edges, like reality itself is starting to crack.

Chromatic Explosion: At emotional peaks, color bursts forth in psychedelic vibrancy, shattering limitations.

These transitions aren’t random – in the original MV as well – but are timed to amplify the music’s emotional highs and lows. When the full spectrum of color finally emerges, it’s a triumph over the earlier restraint.

Beyond Binary Thinking

This color progression is more than a visual flourish; it’s a metaphor for personal and societal transformation. The journey from black and white to vibrant color symbolizes breaking free from rigid binaries, such as:

Right vs. Wrong

Us vs. Them

Traditional vs. Modern

Conformity vs. Rebellion

By embracing the full spectrum of color, the video celebrates complexity and nuance, showing the beauty in the "in-between." Each hue represents new possibilities and ways of seeing the world.

The Horror Element

The horror undertones add a layer of depth to this transformation. Horror often explores the breakdown of reality and the emergence of hidden truths. Here, the unease of the black-and-white world doesn’t disappear with the addition of color – it transforms into something more complex and thought-provoking.

The vintage aesthetic, combined with modern color grading, creates a temporal dissonance that keeps viewers slightly off-balance, much like the best psychological horror does. Breaking free from binary thinking isn’t always comfortable, but it’s ultimately liberating.

Just an addition: This is simply a fun way to reinterpret the visuals of the music video and share my thoughts! It’s not meant to criticize the MV at all – I absolutely love it. (Also… don’t ask how long I worked on this edit/recolor + interpretation. It took way too long, haha. Furthermore, please excuse any grammar or linguistic mistakes, English is not my first language )
