ok im gonna answer for leon & its all gonna be one big combined answer. so leon has terrible eating habits bc hes a hot mess, and something he does often is fail to eat enough for a period of time & then overdo it on absolute crap. fast food, gross leftovers, etc. which inevitably winds up giving him a bellyache. so a surefire way for him to get a bellyache is pretty much just by being himself. & because this is currently the most common source of bellyaches for him, his typical bellyache involves a very tight, very bloated, very queasy stomach
