I’ll defer to your judgement on Mara and Emery since you’ve thought more about them than I have, but I will say that I thought of them as the opposite first.

adding in some more rarepairy ships to this:

Corin and Deni: ngl I do not see Deni being allergic to almonds for some reason, please feel free to disagree but it’s not computing in my brain as anything other than Corin is allergic and Deni hates freestyle jazz.

Selys and Therin: could see it going both ways again, but… thought of allergic to almonds/hates freestyle jazz, respectively, first.

Aayara and Wrynn: Wrynn’s allergic, Aayara hates freestyle jazz. both of them find the other’s trait hilarious.

Xerasilis and Jacinth: another ‘could go either way’, partially because we have so little to actually go off of haha. all I’ll say is that I think it would be very funny if the Blackstone Assassin was allergic to olives for some reason unknowable to mortals.

No more asking gay couples "who's the man and who's the woman?" We now have to ask "who's allergic to olives and who hates freestyle jazz?"
