I still can’t believe that I got to meet @xcainn , and even spend most of the day with her! It wasn’t easy to meet because of the awful phone service + my sister (I’m so gonna try to go with friends next time), but everything worked out in the end. We got to go out for sushi for lunch, and attended the Killing Stalking panel later in the day. 10/10 was so worth seeing her! Did I mention how sweet and beautiful she is irl?! I got shy at times because I wasn’t sure what to say, I didn’t think I’d ever meet anyone from tumblr so soon! o///o Btw, I really did end up crying, but when I got home because I didn’t want the perfect day to end ;w; I hope we get to meet again in the future!

“You know what I’m talking about.” His voice was low, cold eyes glaring at the man he thought he knew. Everything Cain said, it was all fake. When he hugged him, when he told him ‘I’ve never wanted anyone as bad as I want you’… it was all a facade. It was just a play to get Abel to trust him, to get Abel wrapped around his finger so project Thebes would work. The realization hit him full force and now his emotions were threatening to break him down. “Phobos showed me everything. This whole time…you’ve been deceiving me. I trusted you and you lied to me… everything you’ve said has been for you, to benefit that stupid fucking project that I don’t want to be a part of! But I don’t have a choice, do I?” His voice began to shake. Tears peaked at his eyes, but he held them back. He wouldn’t cry, not in front of this asshole. “I don’t know why I trusted you…I don’t know why I thought you cared about me. I’ve just been a pawn this whole time…” He ground his teeth, nails digging into his own palm. “You’re just an asshole without a heart…” He couldn’t trust a single person anymore.

             Val - we haven’t spoken in like.... waaaayyyy longer than is even reasonable oR JUST. You got that weird Daddy title thing going on that I’m not about, but you can be my weird uncle that drinks a lot lol. 

            You really like to go in on your muses and you do not fuck around. Cain and Sangwoo are like your children, you have raised them well and then you have some how managed to just use them to wreak havoc onto other peoples lives -- definitely more so with Sangwoo. You tak a lot of pride in researching and being informed about the darker topics and take nO shit if someone gets a little butt hurt.  You’re super open with how things are with you and your muses and any miscommunication is really hard which I absolutely love. You make sure everyone knows exactly what they’re signing up for and rarely will dull things down. You’re the type of person to go to if you have some fucked up plot, because if you think your idea is bad, Val will probably come in and smack it to the ground like I’m about to make it worse. 

            It’s A++ and extra awesome to see you run free.

Abel's face was a slight pink as his heart fluttered in his chest. He felt entirely too embarrassed about the whole thing, but he couldn't stand it any longer. What he said was the truth and maybe something inside him wanted Cain to say the same to him. It wasn't exactly a confession of love, it was how it sounded. He'd come to the discovery that he needed Cain in his life. Just to be there. He didn't want to lose the fighter he'd come to trust so well. And he hoped Cain felt the same, though it was definitely a stretch for the stubborn fighter. Abel hardly wanted to focus on Cain when he confessed what had been on his chest. His eyes found a spot on the floor and remained there when the words came out of his mouth. But the fighter's response made his head snap up and his eyes focus hard on the other's. "That's not what I mean!", he said, slightly frustrated. "I need you...just you..." his face turned even darker with embarrassment. "I don't want to lose you. Because...because I feel like you're the one person I can trust." His eyes rested on Cain's the entire time. It didn't matter what people said about his fighter, he knew Cain. He trusted him.
