Capacities: She can breathe fire & produce a lot of smoke to the point where she can breathe only smoke

A while ago I started trying to design Pokemon into the Monster Hunter style. Starting this small series off with Charizard!

Eli dragon backstory under the cut:

A blind dragon that sees through the eyes of his owl friend. From her, he can see the future & receive prophecies as long as he doesn’t break his oath. He fell in love with a human girl named Gertrude & he broke his oath for her so that her merchant father would not lose his business. Now he travels to try & regain his abilities following the few voices he can hear here & there. He never forgets to write to his fiancé, but sometimes his letters don’t always make it due to another dragon who has the habit of hoarding letters.

Commission for @irazel ! Really love how this one came out! Was very fun to design a flying fish/shark inspired dragon 🐉🌊🐟 (not to mention dragons are my favourite!)
