im currently rewatching wwdits, im on ep4 of the first season and omg THE TENSION

finally catching up with s5 of wwdits and in ep4 when guillermo says “why would I be talking to Alexander” in like a quiet exasperated tone leaning with arms crossed they were so married it was crazy

And then they went on a date in the end so

I’ve just checked the episode titles of wwdits season 5. And i saw the names of ep3 and ep4 my live reaction was this.

So the name of the 3rd episode is very straight forward. Though it might be something different too like the Superb Owl but not sure. But my reason for being excited the 4th ep is a bit more not-so-straight forward. The thing is a game/group of dnd/ttrpg (tabletop role playing game) is called a campaign and it’d be really cool to see them play dnd. And i know it’d be CHAOTIC AS FUCK. Actually here’s an even better idea if they played vtm (vampire the masquerade) or the episode was like “these bitches are actually the characters in the campaign” cuz like that would be fuckin perfect.

Like i’m not sure if we’re literally getting a pride ep or not but I’m less convinced that we’re getting a dnd ep but if we got a dnd ep right after a pride ep I’m gonna be insufferable.

And ep4 is coming out the same days with Good Omens too.

We’re getting fed people.

i finally watched wwdits ep4... so much good stuff in there. evie's return(!), her breaking up with colin robinson again (but not feeding off him! i think she does genuinely like him, but them being together would ruin the comptroller narrative they made).

the council of energy vampires was *chef's kiss* (the part with the slideshow... that's exactly how i felt trying to read that financial legislation shfhdjsjsj) "protecting the energy vampires' way of life" seemed important, so i really hope we see evie again this season!

the laszlo/nadja stuff was so cute. he was trying so hard for her, and i'm so happy it all worked out and nadja didn't completely die from second-hand embarrassment

nandor being overzealous with his new gym buddy (because he misses guillermo!) was also so fucking funny. big F to Alexander, i'm sorry you had to deal with mr stage 5 clinger (nandor would make a great energy vampire, and colin robinson would be so pissed off that nandor doesn't even energy drain on purpose). and then guillermo and nandor went to the movies together after all, aww (with nandor being his hypocritical rude self of course, i shouldn't love him so much but i do)

the moral of this episode was that every character is so stupid. and i think that's beautiful <3

quick question, how many wishes do we think the gold-coin-wife-vanishing-trick used up? one? "make every single one of my wives who asks for a golden coin dead again"? or 35 wishes (not counting nasrin and marwa)? we know nandor doesn't seem to care about using up wishes, didn't think about the djinn being tricky before Guillermo mentioned it and we know he didn't need to explicitly phrase it as a wish when he asked for marwa's haircolor to change so i think it's possible he actually used up the majority of his wishes right there

it’s genuinely crazy how much spoilers have been guarded for Ep 4 😭 there’s one on Reddit but even that guy doesn’t give away the full thing just a summary of the nandor/guillermo plot

Guillermo’s sketches

Alright.We all know that our Guillermo is an artist. He draws and hangs it all the time in both his closet-room and when he went to Celeste. I don't know what half of his sketches are about but it's mostly vampire related EXCEPT for that little bird. 

So everytime I see Guillermo’s room the bird is there and it's mostly in an eye catching spot in the camera. WWDITS is such a relaxing and funny series so why am I so fixated on this lil bird?

BECAUSE I NEED ANSWERS DAMN IT!

My guess is that the bird is a sparrow. So I looked on its symbolism and meanings:

SPARROW means 

STRENGTH AND POWER despite the small stature. it symbolizes HARDWORK, by  achieving things with your hard work, you can bring some sense of worth and self-esteem... (Reminds you of somebody? somebody like that cute and small familiar where most people think is not a threat? like somebody spending a decade of his life as familiar to be the vampire he wants to be? ------- SEASON 1)

In Europe's middle ages, sparrows were believed to represent peasants and the LOWER CLASS (FAMILIAR)

In old Celtic tradition, sparrows were thought to be KEEPERS OF ANCESTRAL KNOWLEDGE (HAHAHAHA the last ep of season 1 Ancestry) 

but in a BIBLICAL meaning, sparrows are symbol of FREEDOM,  especially as pertains to the freedom of the soul to CHOOSE BETWEEN GOOD AND EVIL...like him leaving Nandor’s side because he wasn't confident about being and living with his vampire family (evil) and his bloodline as a vampire slayer (good)---- SEASON 2

The sparrow was the sacred bird of Aphrodite, the goddess of love, and symbolised true love and spiritual connection—not just lust (contrary to this, sparrows are often regarded as one of the MOST LUSTFUL AND SEXUALLY ACTIVE in the wild)------ AM I GOING TO SEE THIS IN SEASON 3?!!!
