I've been watching a lot of wuxia cdramas lately and I thought it would be fun to make a bingo card with some of the tropes I've noticed that are common:

Favourite friendship trope ever in drama series (wuxia edition):

A random bunch of talented individuals being loyal and besties with this someone who (pretends to) look like a nobody, realises that they are friends with somebody in their martial arts world.

TLDR: A nobody collecting his bunch of talented friends like Pokémon and them to realise that that he is a somebody, after everyone keeps hunting them down/ giving them special treatments.

Imagine when the realisation sinks.

The chaos that ensued.

Disbelief. Denial. Anger. Acceptance. Amazement. Yet the loyalty remains. The friendship grows stronger.

“So… he’s actually THE crown prince? The one we've been, ahem, talking about (read: spilling tea) behind their backs??”

“This guy is definitely NOT the crown prince. He’s just someone who looks like the crown prince.. right? RIGHT?”

“Bro??? You could have just mention it EARLIER before we end up dead?? because of the assassins that were hunting you down??— nevermind.”

“Oi, what else are you hiding from us?”

Bonus edition: Among the friend group, one is a just naive blooming youth, one is from a rival clan, the rest are just… powerful and talented.

You want to need to watch this in real wuxia drama?

Blood of Youth. 10/10 for beautiful costume, perfect acting and chemistry, not so cringey cgi, top humor and thrilling story that won't bore you halfway the 40ish episodes (each episode is only 30+mins). Just remember to note their names and relationships down and let your mind get blown.

El drama The Blood of Youth llevó a su final, es un drama muy bueno, los efectos que nos presentan en cada capítulo son de verdad sorprendentes sobre todo cuando las espadas comienzan su ataque o defensa. De los dramas que he visto de artes marciales (wu xia) puedo decir que este es mi favorito.

La amistad es el tema principal casi no hay romancé pero no es necesario pues toda la trama te atrapa y quieres saber más sobre c��mo se confabulan los príncipes para poder llegar ser el emperador

Los personajes principales Lei Wujie, Wu Xin y Xiao Se o Chuhe sus actuaciones son fantásticas y sobre todo los tres se complementan pues a pesar de tener diferentes personalidades, los tres se complementan muy bien

En lo personal me gusto mucho el papel de las dos jóvenes Sikong QianLuo que tiene un carácter fuerte y que a pesar de ser mujer y estar en el mundo de las artes marciales ella es constante en su entrenamiento y no se deja intimidar por más desfavorable que este la situación, su amor por Xiao Se es capaz de hacerla sacar lo mejor de ella y protegerlo. Y Ye Rou Yi una joven que a pesar de estar enferma y no tener buenas artes marciales ayuda a sus compañeros en las dificultades. Yo le doy un 9/10

El drama cuenta con 40 capítulos y los puedes ver en la app de Youku o en su canal de YouTube, también cuenta con 3 especiales pero desafortunadamente solo se encuentran para los miembros VIP en la app de Youku

Si eres fanatico de los dramas de artes marciales, este es el correcto para ti, ningún capítulo te decepcionará y querrás seguir viéndolo
